Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of transformational and transactional leadershipon the teacher innovation capability in one of private school in Tangearng mediated by organizational learning. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of the teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 199 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership have positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating organizational learning. While tansactional leadership has positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability only through mediating organizational learning. Because, transactional leadership has not significant effect on the teacher innovation capability directly. This novel research is proposing a model to build innovation capability amongteachers through transformational and transactional leadeship with organizational learning as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the education4.0 era

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya pembelajaran dan struktur organisasi terhadap kapasitas inovasi sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara simple random sampling melalui elektronik pada populasi guru sekolah swasta di Indonesia. Hasil kuesioner yang kembali dan yang valid adalah 429 responden sebagai sampel. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya pembelajaran dan struktur organisasi sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapastas inovasi sekolah. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya pembelajaran dan struktur organisasi sekolah. Novelty penelitian ini adalah mengajukan model membangun kapasitas inovasi sekolah melalui kepemimpinan transformasional dalam perspektif organisasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bisa membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan dunia pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya sekolah swasta untuk menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of organizational culture on teacher innovation capability in Indonesia mediated by tacit and explicit knowledge sharing. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 583 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating tacit knowledge sharing. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on explicit knowledge sharing. While explicit knowledge sharing has not significant effect on teacher innovation capability. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through organizational culture with tacit & explicit knowledge sharing as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of organizational learning on the improvement of hard skills, soft skills and teacher innovation capability in Indonesia.Hard skills and soft skills as mediated variables. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Jawa Barat. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 663 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating hard skills and soft skills. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through organizational learning with hard skills and soft skills as mediation. This research can open the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of a transformational leadership and on employees’ performance in an Indonesian manufacturer through motivation and work environment as a mediating variables. Data were collected by using simple random sampling to 851 employees population in an Indonesia manufacturer. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 627. Data were processed by using SEM with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance, both directly and indirectly through a mediating effect of motivation and work environment. This study proposes a model to improve employees’ performance in Indonesia manufacturers by a transformational leadership through motivation and work environment as a mediator. This study can open the way to improve employee readiness in facing industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict, job stress and social support (supervisor, peer and family support) on job satisfaction of the woman teachers of two private schools in Banten. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 145 population of woman teachers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 139 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict, peer support and family support have significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job stress and supervisor sopport have not significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing social support and manage job stress and work-family conflict. This research could pave the way to improve woman teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

Information security process can be done by hiding the information on other media or by certain methods, so that other people do not realize there is some information in the media. Technique known as Steganography and Cryptography. Steganography is a technique to hide or disguise the existence of secret messages in the media reservoirs. While Cryptography disguise the meaning of a message, but do not hide that there is a message. In a bank cannot be separated in the presence of inter-bank transactions which transfer if the transfer interbank transactions done in branch offices and nominal transaction exceeds the transaction limit branch offices will require official approval in the upper branch. How do I prove the authenticity of the document transfer transaction? Therefore, a company in the banking sector needs to be a medium to prove the validity of the document sent by the branch transaction. In this case the author has designed an application with a blend of steganography and cryptography techniques that can be used in testing the validity of the transaction document. By using steganographic techniques undercover in a media that has brought and cryptographic key assignment as random, then the document that is sent in the branch office can be proved.

Dikenal dengan teknik Steganografi dan Kriptografi. Steganografi adalah teknik menyembunyikan atau menyamarkan keberadaan pesan rahasia dalam media penampungnya. Sedangkan Kriptografi menyamarkan arti dari suatu pesan, tetapi tidak menyembunyikan bahwa ada suatu pesan. Di dalam sebuah perbankan tidak lepas dengan adanya transaksi transfer antar bank dimana apabila transaksi transfer antar bank dilakukan di kantorcabang pembantu dan nominal transaksi melebihi limit transaksi kantor cabang tersebut maka diperlukan approval pejabat di atas kantor cabang tersebut. Bagaimana cara membuktikan keaslian document transaksi transfer tersebut? Oleh karena itu sebuah perusahaan dibidang perbankan perlu adanya media untuk membuktikan keabsahan document transaksi yang dikirimkan oleh cabang. Dalam hal ini penulis telah merancang sebuah aplikasi dengan perpaduan teknik steganografi dan kriptografi yang dapat digunakan dalam pengujian keabsahan dari document transaksi tersebut. Dengan menggunakan teknik steganografi yang melakukan penyamaran pada media yang dibawa dan kriptografi yang mempunyai tugas sebagai kunci acak, maka dokument yg di dikirimkan kantor cabang dapat di buktikan.Kata Kunci : Steganografi, Kriptografi, keabsahan, pembuktian

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perancangan sistem informasi absensi siswa merupakan perkembangan dari sistem absensi yang dipergunakan disekolah saat ini, SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Tangerang merupakan salah satu sekolah swasta yang berada di wilayah Tangerang dimana proses absensi atau kehadiran siswanya masih ditulis secara manual oleh guru di buku absen atau selembaran kertas absen yang ditulis oleh ketua kelas dan baru direkap oleh wali kelas sehingga bisa saja menimbulkan ketidak akuratan pada data, rekapan absen yang dipergunakan oleh guru-guru saat ini masih menggunakan Microsoft excel dengan era teknologi yang sudah berkembang saat ini perlu adanya database yang cukup menampung data dan pada sekolah-sekolah umumnya jika terjadi masalah pada siswa yang tidak hadir, sekolah hanya memberikan surat pemberitahuan kepada wali murid untuk informasi anaknya bila tidak hadir dalam kurung waktu 3 hari berturut-turut. Dari masalah yang ada pada SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Tangerang bagaimana merancang sistem yang dapat diakses guru, wali kelas dan admin untuk mendata siswa yang hadir disekolah, untuk membuat sistem rekapitulasi absen menggunakan rancangan UML, pemrogram PHP dan database MySQL serta merancang sebuah notifikasi laporan atau informasi secara real time sehingga wali murid dapat mengawasi sehadiran anaknya disekolah. Hasil dari  penelitian dapat memudahkan pihak sekolah maupun wali murid untuk dapat mengawasi siswanya serta akurat dan efektif dalam pendataan absensi. Kata Kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Absensi, Siswa, Sekolah. ABSTRACT Student attendance information system design is an attendance system development used in schools today, Muhammadiyah 4 Tangerang Middle School is a private school in the Tangerang area where attendance or attendance processes are still manually written by teachers who are absent or no books are written by the class leader and only recapitulated by the homeroom teacher so that it can cause inaccuracies in the data, the attendance used by the teacher is currently still using Microsoft Excel with the technological era that has been developed when there is a need to become a database that is sufficient to accommodate data and in general, if there is a problem for students who are not present, the school only gives notice to the student guardian for information about their children if they are not present for a period of 3 consecutive days. From the problems that exist in Tangerang Muhammadiyah Middle School 4, such as how to design a system that can be accessed by teachers, homerooms and administrators to record students who attend school, to make recapitulation system absent using UML designs, PHP programmers and MySQL databases and to design reports or notification information. in real time so that guardians of students can monitor the whereabouts of their children at school. The results of the research can facilitate schools and guardians of students to be able to supervise their students and become accurate and effective in collecting attendance data. Keywords : Systems, Information, Attendance, Students, School.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media penyampain informasi saat ini memang telah banyak jenisnya dan banyak digunakan di berbagai kalangan karena mengingat pentingnya informasi saat ini maka semua orang berbondong-bondong menggunakan aplikasi yang tersedia namun demikian, pemanfaatan teknologi di beberapa tempat atau perusahaan seringkali ada batasnya dan mengacu kepada peraturan yang ada di perusahaan salah satunya di PT. Mayora Indah Jatake 2 Tbk., dimana karyawan Quality Control masih kesulitan untuk mengakses informasi karena di perusahaan tersebut membatasi penggunaan smartphone meskipun karyawan Quality Control diberikan fasilitas gadget dari perusahaan namun gadget tersebut hanya untuk input data harian.Bertitik tolah pada permasalahan di atas, maka dibangun sebuah sistem untuk memudahkan karyawan Quality Control memberikan dan menerima informasi, contohnya ketika ada informasi di lapangan karyawan Quality Control cukup membuka aplikasi Chatting di gadget masing-masing kemudian ketik pesan dan mengirimkannya ke grup yang telah tersedia maka otomatis pesan tersebut akan langsung sampai ke atasan terkait tanpa membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Sistem ini di buat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Selanjutnya untuk tahap pengembangan sistem ini, peneliti menggunakan model System Develoment Life Cycle (SDL) dengan model waterfall dan menggunakan bahasa pemodelan  Unifed modeling Language (UML). Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan kemudahan kepada karyawan Quality Control dalam menerima dan menyampaikan informasi.Kata kunci : Informasi, Quality Control, UML, ,Sistem informasi, Chatting.
