Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between the characteristics of followers and social media exposure on the effectiveness of promotion of MSME products carried out in the Citarum river basin, Karawang Regency through social media. The population in this study were the followers of MSME social media in 4 sub-districts in the Citarum Watershed, Karawang Regency. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling and a sampling technique based on spontaneity, which means that anyone who accidentally meets their characteristics can be used as a sample (respondent). The results showed the Characteristics of Followers (X1) and Social Media Awareness (X2) had a sufficient and negative relationship, so the relationship between the two variables was that if the characteristics of followers were low, social media awareness was high and vice versa. Characteristics of Followers (X1) and Promotion Effectiveness (Y) have a strong and positive relationship. Chi square test is to see the relationship, so there is no relationship between Follower Characteristics and Promotion Effectiveness. The results of the spearman rank correlation analysis show that the correlation coefficient of Social Media Awareness (X2) and Promotion Effectiveness (Y) has a strong and positive relationship, so the relationship between the two variables is that if Social Media Awareness is high then the Promotion Effectiveness is high. Chi square testing is to see the relationship, so there is a relationship between Social Media Awareness and Promotion Effectiveness.Keyword: characteristics of followers,social media exposure, the effectiveness of promotion

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the Compensation Effect on Employee Performance and learn more deeply the importance of compensation in the company and how much influence it has on employee performance. And the company that is the object of this research is PT. Tri Dharma Pusaka, South Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method, where data is collected through questionnaires or questionnaires. Data collected through the results of the questionnaire are then processed with statistics, then interpreted, analyzed, and described according to the research objectives. The population and sample in this study were 55 people using saturated samples where all populations were sampled. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the effect of compensation has the results of the product moment correlation coefficient obtained r = 0.794, which means there is a positive relationship between compensation for employee work performance. The coefficient of determination  shows that Variable Compensation (X) affects the variable Employee performance (Y) of 63% while the rest is (100% - 63%) = 37% influenced by other factors not examined by the author. With a level of significance, because tcount is greater than t table (9.506> 1.674), then Ho is rejected and Ho is accepted, so it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Compensation on the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indoensia for almost two years has caused changes in various aspects of life, especially having a significant impact on the public health aspect, thus demanding that people improve their health to be resilient to the threat of disease. This study aims to analyze the influence of product variants, promotions, prices,brand image on customer loyalty at the Rizal Bekasi Drug Store during the covid19 pandemic era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with primary and secondary data sources from research results. The questionnaires were distributed using purposive sampling technique (samplingwith certain considerations), as many as 100 respondents. The instrument test was carried out with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 points using SPSS version 20. The results showed that 1. Product variants had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 2. Promotion had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 3. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the form of conducting safety riding training at PT Sarana Aman Berkendara, find out the constraints faced and find out the solutions made in overcoming the obstacles faced.The form of implementation and training in safety rite consists of 3 (three) stages, namely; pre test, theory & practice material, Post test. In the implementation of safety riding training there are several obstacles, namely Lack of order among the trainees so that it is not in accordance with the time provided, Lack of preparation of training participants' data, Limited office facilities, Weather that often changes, Number of participants. Solutions in dealing with obstacles in the implementation of safety riding training that is Handling obstacles in the lack of order of the trainees, Handling obstacles in the lack of preparation of participants' training data, Handling constraints in limited office facilities, Handling constraints on the weather that often changes, Handling constraints in the number of participants. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Z generation digital native of Instagram social media account owners with public features that have a tendency to develop integrated account owners, through the use of multimedia broadcasts and the potential to promote visual works in the creative industry. The data collection period was observed by observing the posting of the respondent's portfolio on the feed from May - September 2020. The research design was correlational quantitative research between the Characteristics of Generation Z (X1), Social Media Broadcast (X2) and Creative Industry Integrated Development Multimedia (Y) variables. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the ability of Generation Z Characteristics in processing learning outcomes with the use of social media. Broadcast is integrated into a part of promoting portfolios in Creative Industry Integrated Development. Research data from a population of 180, of which there are 91 generation Z, and 20 accounts with Digital Native characteristics with public settings, taken as the research sample. The results obtained 1) Generation Z tends to have Digital Native Characteristics obtained as much as 84%, 2) Generation Z tends to have digital native characteristics that carry out the activity of Social Media Broadcast as much as 84%, 3) There is a native digital indicator of Generation Z doing Integrated Creative Industry Development for 88%. 4) Producing an accredited national publication research journal indexed.Keywords:             Sosial Media broadcast, Multimedia, Creative Industry, Digital Native, Z Generation

Abstract

Analysis of the effect of Job Stressor and Work conflict on employee performance in PTS XYZ Jakarta. The study was conducted to determine how much influence the job stressors on Employee performance in PTS XYZ, and determine how much influence the job stressor  and conflict working together on employee performance in PTS XYZ, Jakarta.  This study used a survey method using questionnaires as a research instrument. The population in this study were 60 employee PTS XYZ in Jakarta and sampled in this study as many as 60 people. This research conducted in March to April 2014.Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique based on the opinions of respondents of the research instrument in the form of questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is using a computer with the use of SPSS 17.0 windows program. The result showed there were significant negative effect of job stressor and work conflict on employee performance either partially or jointly (stimulatory). Key word : Job Stressor, Work Conflict, Performance

Abstract

Masa globalisasi saat ini, transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli atau komunikasi antara satu karyawan dengan karyawan lainnya bisa dilakukan meski tidak bertatap muka, hal ini karena Sebagian besar komunikasi dilakukan melalui media surat-menyurat atau korespondensi. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada peserta didik di PKBM Ristek Nusantara Jaya Jakarta disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan administrasi surat masuk dan surat keluar serta kurang memahami pembuatan surat dinas. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan kali ini dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting yang dimiliki oleh Politeknik LP3I Jakarta dan diikuti oleh 73 warga belajar PKBM. Rangkaian pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap. Tahap pertama yaitu observasi dimana perguruan tinggi melakukan kunjungan ke PKBM Ristek Nusantara Jaya, Jakarta Pusat untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada peserta didik mengenai pembelajaran korespondensi. Tahap kedua adalah melakukan kegiatan pemberian materi mengenai pengelolaan administrasi surat menyurat dan pembuatan surat dinas. Hasil kegiatan yang dicapai adalah berupa peningkatan keahlian para warga belajar dalam mengelola surat menyurat dan Menyusun surat dinas sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the influence of brand image, motivation, and purchasing decisions on Millennial Generation Consumer Satisfaction on E-commerce buyers at Shopee and Lazada. The population in this study were all Shopee, LAZADA, Bukalapak, and Tokopedia e-commerce buyers and the number of samples used was 140 people. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is incidental. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of calculations using Part Analysis, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions in the marketplace. This is obtained from a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Purchase motivation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the marketplace. This is obtained from a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of Purchase Motivation on Purchase Decisions in the marketplace. The direct effect given by the brand image on consumer satisfaction is 0.012. The direct effect given by the purchase motivation on consumer satisfaction is 0.599.

Abstract

Performance is the result of a process of completing work and the behavior needed to achieve the desired results. An embodiment of work performed by employees and is generally used as a basis or reference for evaluating employees in an organization. Efforts to improve employee performance, companies can choose several ways that are in accordance with the company's capabilities, including by providing compensation. In addition to compensation, factors that affect employee performance are work motivation. Motivation is the giving of individual impulses to act that causes the person to behave in a certain way that leads to goals. Psychologically, the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of an employee in carrying out his work is strongly influenced by work motivation. The motivation that exists in employees is expected by individuals to work hard and be disciplined in their work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation together (simultaneously) or (partial) on the performance of employees of PT. Panca Ekatama Agribusiness. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research. The sample in this study were 66 respondents. The technique used is a random sampling technique, probability sampling. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that compensation is included in the very high category, work motivation is included in the high category, and employee performance is included in the very high category. The partial test shows that compensation has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the simultaneous test show that compensation and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In this study, the coefficient of determination for Employee Performance was 0.477. This means that variations in employee performance can be explained by 47.7% by variations in compensation and work motivation. The remaining percentage of 52.3% indicates that there is still influence from factors or variables that are not included in this study. Among the factors that influence employee performance is the amount of compensation that can affect employee performance.Keywords: compensation, work motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

Kondisi perekonomian Indonesia saat ini menunjukkan tingkat persaingan yang sangat tinggi dan kompetitif. Setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk siap menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat dengan perusahaan-perusahaan lainnya. Dengan demikian lingkungan yang dihadapi suatu perusahaan juga akan menjadi semakin kompleks, sehingga persaingan yang dihadapi organisasi tersebut akan memaksa setiap organisasi untuk selalu berusaha meningkatkan strategi pemasaran untuk memenuhi kepuasan konsumennya. Saat ini  media sosial telah dimanfaatkan oleh pengusaha sebagai media promosi. Beberapa Peserta didik di PKBM 23 Cideng saat ini memiliki usaha online yang telah dijalankan. Namun semenjak adanya Covid, beberapa usaha tersebut mengalami penurunan dalam pendapatannya. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada warga belajar di PKBM 23 Cideng, Jakarta Pusat pada bulan Mei 2022 disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman warga belajar terkait pemasaran digital dalam jualan online. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah identifikasi masalah, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi pelaksanaan. Adapun hasil kegiatan ini adalah para warga belajar dapat memahami penggunaan digital marketing sebagai media promosi untuk berjualan secara online sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan.
