Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data about whether or not there is a relationship between sales promotion costs and sales volume and how much influence the promotion costs have on sales volume at the company. In this study, the documentation method was used in data collection, then proceeded to the analysis process using correlation and regression analysis.The population in this study is the total cost of sales promotion and sales volume at the company. Due to the limitations of time, cost, manpower, and so on, the researchers took samples, namely sales promotion costs, and company sales volume, between 2018-2020.Based on the results of the analysis for three years, it was obtained that r XY = 0.718 with N = 36 and a significant level of 0.000, obtained r table = 0.708. This shows r xy> r table, which means that r XY is significant and Ha is accepted. Because Ha is accepted, there is a positive and significant relationship between Sales Promotion Costs and Sales volume at convection companies. Furthermore, the influence of Biya promotion on sales volume can be seen on the determinant coefficient (R 2) where it is mentioned in a row in 2018; 2019; and 2020 is 0.675; 0.554; and 0.507. this shows that the average annual promotion costs have an effect of more than 50% on the company's sales volume.

Abstract

The village as a spearhead of development has an important role indevelopment. With the birth of the Law of vilage No. 6 / 2014 opened a greatopportunity for the village to get a sizeable village funds. The village as an autonomousregion has the authority to remedy to manage the funds of the village, but the largeamount of funds that must be managed professionally and appropriately. Meanwhilecapabilities village head and village in Serang District still is lacking. The purpose ofthis study was to analyze the capabilities of the village in managing the funds of thevillage. This study is a qualitative study, by observation and analysis of documents.Guiding theory is a theory of Leonard and Barton (2002), namely: Based on theknowledge and skills, managerial systems, Technical Systems, Values and Norms. Theresults of the study explained that the knowledge and skills capability village head andvillage in Pandeglang in the management of village fund allocation is still lacking,especially the skill and expertise in accounting, financial reporting and accountability.Managerial capabilities are lacking because the village head in planning some of thevillage chief has yet to make programs according to priorities. Technical capabilitiesconcerning the financial management of the State is still lacking. Most treasurervillages do not have enough knowledge in financial management and not a backgroundof expertise such as accounting vocational graduates. Financial management is stillmanual. Capabilities Values and Norms. Village Head in Pandeglang in general it canbe said either they already have good values and norms that come from the community.It's just that their values and norms of society can not be performed / implemented inorganizational life.

Abstract

Industrialisasi memiliki potensi yang besar dalam penerimaan PAD dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun disatu sisi industri menyimpan potensi bencana, yang dapat mengancam keselamatan dan kesehatan masyarakat dan kerusakan lingkungan atau ekosistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bencana yang ditimbulkan oleh industri di Kota Cilegon dan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan manajemen pencegahan bencana industri di Kota Cilegon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif . Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi bencana industri berbeda-beda berdasarkan bidang usaha industri. Industri terbesar di Kota Cilegon adalah industri kimia (36%), sehingga potensi bencana industri terbesar adalah berasal dari industri kimia. Potensi bencana industri kimia dapat disebabkan oleh kegagalan industri seperti kebocoran zat kimia, infra struktur industri, meledaknya tabung reaktor, kebocoran gas, kebakaran, keracunan, radiasi, dan epidemi. Selain itu bencana industri disebabkan oleh bencana alam, seperti tsunami, gempa bumi, gunung meletus. Manajemen bencana untuk mencegah bencana industri di Kota Cilegon dilakukan secara terpadu oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah dan pihak perusahaan pemilik industri. Manajemen bencana di Kota Cilegon meliputi mitigasi bencana, kesiapsiagaan, respon/daya tanggap dan pemulihan/recovery.Kata Kunci : Bencana , Industri, Manajemen

Abstract

AbstrakKampung Cinyurup merupakan wilayah keluruahan Juhut, kecamatan Karangtanjung kabupaten Pandeglang memiliki potensi internal dan eksternal pariwisata yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi kampung wisata. Analisis potensi berdasarkan aspek atau kriteria konsep kampung wisata Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata  Kabupaten Pandeglang. masih perlu ditingkatkan, yaitu  aspek  daya tarik wisata, motivasi masyarakat, sarana dan prasarana, kelembagaan dan ketersediaan lahan secara umum telah memadai untuk dikembangkan menjadi Kampung Wisata.  Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dan menggunakan  metode analisis data yaitu analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis SWOT tentang potensi internal dan eksternal maka model kampung wisata yang sesuai untuk dikembangkan yaitu dengan mengusung tema kampung wisata berperspektif go green yang unik, khas dan sehat yang berbasis pada keunggulan hortikultura, keindahan alam dan budaya lokal yang masih kuat.Kata kunci: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, Potensi, Kampung Wisata.AbstractCinyurup village is part of Juhut village, Karangtanjung sub-district Pandeglang district has internal and external potential for tourism that has the potential to become a tourist village. Prospective analysis based on aspects or criteria of the concept of the tourism village in the Culture and Tourism Office of Pandeglang Regency. It still needs to be improved in the elements of tourist attraction, community motivation, facilities and infrastructure, institutions, and availability of land, in general, are sufficient to be developed into a Tourism Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research and using data analysis methods, namely SWOT analysis. The results of the study based on a SWOT analysis of internal and external potential were suitable for developing this tourism village. The proper model of the tourism village to be grown is by carrying the theme of a unique, unique and healthy go green tourism village based on horticultural excellence, natural beauty and local culture that is still strong.Keywords: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, Potential, Tourism Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran makanan tradisional keripik talas beneng khas Kabupaten Pandeglang.Karena selama ini para pelaku usaha keripik talas beneng yang ada di kabupaten Pandeglang masih kesulitan dalam proses pemasaran produknya.Metode yang di gunakan adalah analisis SWOT dengan kekuatan,kelemahan,peluang dan ancaman dari produk keripik talas beneng itu sendiri.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pemasaran produk keripik talas beneng belum maksimal di Kabupaten Pandeglang.Dengan demikian perlu adanya penerapan bauran pemasaran yaitu : Produk,Harga,Promosi dan Tempat,diharapakan dengan penerpan bauran pemasaran tersebut bisa meningkatkan penjulalan produk keripik talas beneng yang merupakan makanan khas Kabupaten Pandeglang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: The Effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. The Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The Effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Walantaka District Office, Serang City. The type method in this study uses an associative quantitative method that is causal, which is a study to determine the relationship/influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable without making additional changes or manipulation of existing data. The population and samples used in this study were employees at the Walantaka District Office, Serang City, amounting to 32 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample where the population is less than <100 employees. The results of this study indicate that: There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline together on Employee Performance at the Walantaka District Office, Serang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in MSMEs, especially the applied marketing mix. This study uses a qualitative method: a case study that produces descriptive data described in words. The data source of this study used design sampling techniques and data collection techniques. The authors conducted personal interviews with the MSME Bhayangkara Florist during this study. It includes sales data for several years of return and concluded several discussions, including strategies, constraints, and solutions. The strategy used is the 4P mix (Product, Promotion, Price, and Place). The product strategy is in the form of a bouquet of masks innovation. The promotion strategy is in the form of price discounts. The price strategy is that every bouquet purchase gets a bonus mask. The place strategy is in the form of flexibility in product delivery to maintain and improve product quality. Even though there are financial and raw material constraints, they can still find solutions and alternatives, including managing finances and effectively using natural materials. Then, the MSME's answer in dealing with Covid-19 is to maintain cash flow, product innovation, optimize social media and optimize delivery services

Abstract

The Student Work Lecture (KKM) activities in Community Service (PPM) are required to practice science, technology, art, law, art, and entrepreneurship and indeed expected to be a motivator and facilitator of development efforts, especially in rural areas. Various problems exist, and finding solutions to problems, of course, takes the role and participation of KKM-PPM participants with the local village community where the KKM location is located. The program implemented is expected to be achieved goals and targets through several implementations of program 1). Economic Affairs: Assistance of MSMEs and Cooperatives 2). Religion 3). Socio-cultural and community empowerment 4)Health and legal services. The potential of MSMEs and community empowerment is essential because of the participation of women's community groups because of the potential of MSME economic actors and natural excellence, namely melinjo fruit as the leading commodity of the community in the village of Curug Sulanjana Gunungsari District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. Evaluate in the implementation of this program is carried out simply by recording each activity with the results and monitoring from the government as the organizer of training and mentoring in order to know the extent of product development that will be produced

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that play an essential role in increasing Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia, facing the industrial era 5.0. Currently, MSMEs are facing global competition to stay in the market. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic that has attacked Indonesia since the beginning of 2020 has made the MSME sector collapse. Therefore, he needs strategies from various parties to produce MSMEs to survive the pandemic and compete in the global market. This community service aims to provide services to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who wish to maintain and develop their business during economic competition and the COVID-19 pandemic period by optimizing the use of technology in their activities. The method used to implement community service is service and assistance to meet needs through business enthusiasm and marketing training with micro-small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with zoom meetings. The target of community services is focused on entrepreneurship training for MSME players based on the creative economy and programs to create social media and websites for marketing MSME products. With training, community service activities are transparent and can continue to be a standard MSME service to continue to meet the needs of MSMEs

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationships between knowledge diversity, knowledge creation, innovativeness, and sustainable competitive advantage. The respondents of this study were 200 employees from SMEs in Central Java - Indonesia. Data were obtained using the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed by applying structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 20 software. The results revealed that knowledge diversity and knowledge creation had a relation with innovativeness and sustainable competitive advantage.
