Abstract

The tight competition in the banking industry in the digital era encourages the digital transformation of the banking industry to remain competitive. This condition further widens the opportunities for banks to enter the digital banking business. On the other hand, other banks maintain the existing ecosystem by continuing to provide online services. Online services can be a choice of consumers to facilitate transactions. Quality information systems and services improve the consumer experience of using service technology. The successful implementation of service technology can be seen from user satisfaction, which leads to user's intention to continue to use service technology and ultimately recommend it to others. This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction of the mobile banking consumer experience using the information system success model. In this study, 176 respondents were collected from Bank Mandiri mobile banking users. Findings based on multiple regression analysis show that system quality, information quality, and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, which in turn affects loyalty. Achievement of consumer satisfaction and loyalty to mobile banking services, can be done by improving system quality, information quality, and service quality. and service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction, which in turn affects loyalty.

Abstract

Anak Down Syndrome ditakdirkan untuk memiliki berbagai kelemahan fisik (otot lemah), kesehatan (cacat dan mudah terserang penyakit), dan IQ rendah. Adanya berbagai kelemahan dengan resiko tinggi maka kemampuan yang dibutuhkan oleh orang tua yaitu kemampuan mendeteksi dan membuat program pengembangan tumbuh kembang anak. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan orang tua tentang cara mendeteksi tumbuh kembang anak dan orang tua dapat menggunakan aplikasi untuk mencatat setiap rencana dan pelaksanaan program tumbuh kembang anaknya. Berdasarkan evaluasi bahwa setelah mengikuti pelatihan, para orang tua menyatakan memperoleh pengetahuan baru tentang deteksi tumbuh kembang anak, materi pelatihan mudah dipahami dan mudah dipraktekkan serta sesuai harapan peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Bintaro Resident di Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 42,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,809 > 1,989). Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 46,8%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,595 > 1,989). Kualitas produk dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,701 + 0,326X1 + 0,441X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 55,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (18,770 > 2,770).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the study titled The Role of the Quality of Student Trust in Mediating the Quality of Student Services and the University's Reputation on Electronic Word of Mouth among students. This study's sample was chosen utilizing a multi-stage sampling technique, beginning with the selection of private institutions using purposive sampling and ending with the selection of students using incidental sampling. In this survey, there were 255 students who represented five private universities in percentage. Descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling were employed in the data analysis (SEM). The study's findings revealed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on electronic word of mouth, university reputation has a positive and significant effect on electronic word of mouth, student trust has a positive but not significant effect on electronic word of mouth, student trust can mediate between service quality and electronic word of mouth, and student trust can moderate the influence of university reputation on electronic word of mouth.

Abstract

The performance of the managers of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises in East Priangan faces various problems due to the external and internal demands of the organization.  Several factors include information technology, absorptive capacity and the competitive advantage of SMEs. The goals of this study are to analyze the effects of the function of information technology and absorptive capacity on competitive advantage and its impact on the performance of MSME managers in the East Priangan area of West Java. This study employs  a quantitative approach and survey method with the structural equation modeling as the analysis procedure. Based on the Slovin formula, 218 managers are selected as respondents from 505 MSME managers, originating from two clusters of proportional random sampling and purposive sampling techniques. In this research, it is obtained that the function of information technology, absorptive capacity, competitive advantage and performance are in a moderate category. Furthermore, it is found that competitive advantage is affected by the function of information technology and absorptive capacity both simultaneously and partially. Moreover, the performance of MSME managers is directly affected by the competitive advantage and indirectly is affected by the function of information technology and absorptive capacity through the competitive advantage.Kinerja para pengusaha Usaha Mikro dan Kecil menengah di Priangan Timur menghadapi berbagai permasalahan akibat tuntutan eksternal dan internal organisasi. Beberapa factor diantaranya adalah teknologi informasi, kapasitas penyerapan pengetahuan (absorptive  capacity) dan keunggulan bersaing yang dimiliki UMKM. Tujuan kajian ini ialah  untuk menganalisis pengaruh fungsi teknologi informasi dan absorptive  capacity terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja para pengusaha UMKM di wilayah Priangan Timur Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei dengan structural equation modelling sebagai analisisnya. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin 218 pengusaha terpilih sebagai responden yang berasal dari 505 pengusaha UMKM, dengan two cluster proporsional random sampling dan purposive sampling. Dalam riset ini ditemukan bahwa fungsi teknologi informasi, absorptive  capacity, keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja dalam kategori cukup baik. Lebih lanjut ditemukan bahwa keunggulan bersaing dipengaruhi oleh fungsi teknologi informasi dan absorptive  capacity baik secara simultan dan parsial. Selanjutnya kinerja pengusaha UMKM secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh keunggulan bersaing dan secara tidak langsung dipengaruhi oleh fungsi teknologi informasi dan absorptive  capacity melalui keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

Dalam memacu gerak pembangunan nasional untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat diperlukan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang meningkat dan distribusi pendapatan yang merata. Desa Balegede merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di kecamatan Naringgul, kabupaten Cianjur-Jawa Barat. Desa Balegede sebagai salah satu kecamatan di Naringgul Kabupaten Cianjur tentunya merupakan wilayah yang wajib disentuh dengan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan sumber daya manusia berbasis wirausaha. Hal ini karena sumber pendapatan maupun mata pencaharian masyarakat berasal dari berdagang atau menjadi petani kopi. Namun dalam hal pengembangan usaha masih dianggap kurang dikarenakan keterbatasan kemampuan pengetahuan untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya. Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dan Kajian Wanita International Women University melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan pembekalan ini dirasakan sangat membantu Desa Balegede dalam mewujudkan masyarakat madani dalam perspektif terwujudnya pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui pembekalan inkubasi bisnis yang memberikan manfaat dan berguna untuk peningkatkan mutu dan kualitas semua pihak yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian tersebut, dalam upaya mencapai masyarakat sejahtera diperlukan kerjasama semua pihak dan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat untuk menciptakan dan menjadi wirausaha yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

The goal of the research is to know the effect of the consumer behavior and perceived risk on, the consumers’ buying decision. This research employs a quantitative approach, descriptive and verified design. As much as 100 consumers are selected as respondents using a purposive method. The instrument of data collection is questionnaire. The data analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling. The research results show that the consumer behavior and perceived risk affects the consumer buying decision significantly. The biggest effect of the consumer behavior dimension on the buying decision variable is a personal factor and the biggest effect of the consumer behavior variable is on payment method dimension. The perceived risk contributes to the consumer buying decision significantly. It also proves that that the emerging of the online shops contributes shifting of the consumer behavior from a conventional business transaction into a digital one among the consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of education and knowledge management on stunting prevention and its impact on educational and economic factors in West Java. In conducting research, the author used a quantitative approach, descriptive verification design and survey methods. A total of 100 activist mothers were used as respondents for this study. Path Analysis is used to analyze the data. The following are the results of the research: First, education and knowledge management have a significant influence on stunting prevention simultaneously. Second, education has a significant influence on partial prevention of stunting. Third, Knowledge Management has a significant influence on partial stunting prevention. Fourth, Stunting Prevention has a significant effect on Education and Economic Factors. Fifth, Education and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on Economic Factors through the mediation of Stunting Prevention. In general, it can be concluded that the role of education and knowledge management is useful in reducing the problem of stunting.
