Abstract

Abstract: Community service-themed events Applying Eco Print is Making Eco-Friendly Batik in the midst of the Dharma Wanita Persada (DWP) monthly routine activity of the PUPR Office of Asahan Regency. The monthly routine meetings that have been held by DWP members so far have been limited to routine activities. There has never been the empowerment of members through skill improvement to producing products that have economic value. This prompted the head of the DWP of the PUPR Service to decide to make activities that have more economic value in order to improve the welfare of DWP members. This activity lasts for one day using the community education method through lectures, discussions questions, and answers as well as the practice of making eco prints. Attended by as many as 25 participants Dharma Wanita and the STMIK Royal Lecturer Team. The purpose of this activity is to provide new knowledge and insights to participants on how to use simple materials that are environmentally friendly around us which can be used as creative endeavors during the pandemic. The implementation of the activity is divided into two sessions; The first is an exposure session about the meaning and benefits of eco print, the materials and tools used, and the techniques/methods for making eco prints. The second session is practice. Of the two methods of making eco prints, the steam/steam method was chosen to be practiced directly by the women of the DWP of the PUPR Office of Asahan Regency. This activity went well and got a good response from the participants, this can be seen from the activeness of the participants during the activity. The result is an increase in participants' knowledge and skills.   Keywords: eco print; pounding; steamingAbstrak: Ditengah kegiatan rutin bulanan Darmawanita Persada (DWP) Dinas PUPR kabupaten Asahan yang telah dilakukan anggota DWP selama ini hanya terbatas pada kegiatan yang bersifat rutinitas biasa dan pengajian. Belum pernah dilakukan pemberdayaan anggota melalui peningkatan ketrampilan untuk menghasilkan produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Hal ini yang mendorong ketua DWP Dinas PUPR memutuskan untuk membuat kegiatan yang lebih bernilai ekonomis guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota DWP. Metode dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pendidikan masyarakat melalui kegiatan ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta praktek pembuatan eco print. peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalahan ibu-ibu darmawanita yang dihadiri sebanyak 25 orang dan Tim dosen STMIK Royal. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini  memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan baru kepada peserta bagaimana memanfaatkan bahan-bahan yang sederhana ramah lingkungan disekitar kita yang bisa dijadikan sebagai usaha kreatif dimasa pandemi. Pelaksanaan kegaiatan terbagi dalam dua sesi; pertama sesi paparan tentang pengertian, dan manfaat dari eco print, bahan dan alat yang digunakan serta tehnik/metode pembuatan eco print. Sesi kedua adalah praktek pembuatan eco print. Kegiatan ini berjalan baik dan mendapatkan respon yang baik dari peserta, hal ini dilihat dari keaktifan peserta selama berlangsungnya kegiatan. Hasilnya adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan  keahlian peserta.Kata kunci: eco print; pounding; steaming

Abstract

The Datuk Bandar District Office of Tanjungbalai City annually holds a performance competition between villages to determine the best village by the criteria that have been determined. Selection is carried out through administrative selection, presentation selection, and visit selection, concerning Permendagri number 13 of 2007 concerning guidelines for organizing village and village competitions. For administrative selection, there are already separate rules and systems used to calculate the score of the assessment results. Presentation selection is judged by the mastery of the material, the appearance of giving the material, and the timeliness of the presentation. As for the selection of airy visits, it is assessed from superior products and innovations. So far in the process of assessing the presentation selection and field visit selection at the village competition at the level of the Datuk Bandar District Office of Tanjungbalai City, the assessment team formed by the Tanjungbalai City Datuk Camat still has difficulty in determining the best village performance due to differences of opinion between the assessment team and each other in determining the winner. In addition, the calculation process is still done manually so the calculation results take a long time and the possibility of miscalculation occurs. The results of the village performance competition are considered not objective, it should be worthy of being the best village but not getting it. For this reason, the application of decision support systems is needed to help provide recommendations with more accurate, effective, and efficient results.The method used in this decision support system is MFEP, as an alternative solution for decision-makers to easily determine the village performance competition that deserves the title of the best village based on the weight value obtained in the assessment process. The results of this study, can help in the assessment system of the Village Performance Competition at the Datuk District Office of Tanjungbalai City Where the results of sirantau village as the village with the best performance with a value of 3,765, then sijambi village with a value of 3,471 and johor panti village with a value of 3,412.

Abstract

Data on the development of Covid-19 cases globally and in Indonesia and predictions of an increase in the number of cases, of course, it is necessary to take several steps in dealing with Covid-19, the community must implement physical distancing and maintain personal hygiene and the surrounding environment as preventive measures to suppress the spread of Covid-19. This is in accordance with WHO's appeal regarding strategic steps in dealing with the global Covid-19 pandemic. As in other countries, suspect Corona (people who show symptoms of being infected with COVID-19 and are suspected of having had contact with positive COVID-19 patients) are increasing in Indonesia so that requests for specimen tests at laboratories that have been appointed by the government have also increased. For this reason, another way is needed to detect COVID-19 that is more practical and faster by analyzing data using the Certainty Factor method. With the Covid-19 Early Detection expert system, so that it can provide convenience for Aek Kanopan Regional General Hospital (RSUD) doctors and patients in carrying out the Covid-19 Early Detection process in the database. Can help the Regional General Hospital Doctor (RSUD) Aek Kanopan and provide services to patients in terms of the existing Covid-19 Early Detection and successfully conclude the early symptoms of covid-19 and their handling solutions

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine thecrime rate in motorbike theft cases using the programmeing langiage PHP and MySQL as a database and the application of the Exponential Smoothing method to determine the crime rate of motorcycle theft that occurs in the city of Tanjung Balai for the next period. The data used in this study is motorcycle theft report data from 2018 to 2019 wich was obtained from the Tanjung Balai Police. The benefits of this research can be used by the Tanjung Balai police to determine the extent of the motorcycle theft crime that will occur in a shorter, easier and more accurate manner so that it can take optimal prevention. With the Exponential Smoothing method the alpha value will be searched randomly to find an alpha value that was a minimum error value calculated using Means Absolute Percetage Error (MAPE). Then the prediction results that have an alphan with a minimum error are the best of recommended as a prediction result for the next period. Based on this research, the prediction results obtained from the prediction of the number of motorcycle theft cases the occurred in the city of Tanjung Balai in 2020 were 12 units with an MAPE error value of 0,153%. Keyword : Exponential Smoothing, Theft, Motorcycle, Forecasting  Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat kriminalitas kasus pencurian sepeda motor dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis data serta penerapan metode Exponential Smoothing untuk menentukan tingkat kriminalitas pencurian sepeda motor yang terjadi di kota Tanjung Balai untuk periode berikutnya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan pencurian sepeda motor dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2019 yang diperoleh dari POLRES Tanjung Balai. Manfaat dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh kepolisian Tanjung Balai untuk menentukan seberapa besar tindak kriminalitas pencurian sepeda motor yang akan terjadi secara lebih singkat, mudah dan akurat sehingga dapat melakukan pencegahan yang optimal. Dengan metode Exponential Smoothing  akan dicari nilai alpha secara acak sampai menemukan nilai alpha yang memiliki nilai error yang minimum yang dihitung menggunakan Means Absolute Percetage Error (MAPE). Maka hasil prediksi yang memiliki alpha dengan error minimumlah yang paling baik atau direkomendasikan sebagai hasil prediksi untuk periode selanjutnya. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh hasil prediksi peramalan jumlah kasus pencurian sepeda motor yang terjadi di kota Tanjung Balai tahun 2020 adalah 12 unit dengan nilai error MAPE sebesar 0,153%. Kata Kunci : Exponential Smoothing, Pencurian, Sepeda Motor, Forecasting

Abstract

Use of the website at any institution or institution that uses the right technology as a medium to provide the latest information. Community Service Activities use information technology in the use of websites as information media to provide up-to-date and directly obtained information from police institutions for the community. With the existence of a website on the Porsea police station, it can improve the quality of Porsea police services against the Porsea community in receiving information, news about the Porsea area, and finding progress in increasing the entire Porsea police station that can be directly accessed by the Porsea community. The training method used is the indoor training method using the lecture method, discussion and question and answer and direct practice related to the use of the website. By applying the application in practice, it will increase knowledge about Porsea police in using applications to process and post news, information, and forms of service to Porsea police.

Abstract

Abstract: The Financial Management Unit (UPK) is one of the managing units of financial activities. One of its tasks is to bring together people who have the same needs or types of businesses to form business groups. The UPK is also tasked with channeling and developing government aid funds for the development of micro enterprises in each kelurahan. Government through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing continue to develop the capacity of the community through various types of training that are scheduled each year. One of training forms conducted is financial management training for the Financial Management Unit located in 25 urban subdistricts of East Kisaran and West Kisaran District. This financial management training is considered very important because UPK capacity building is needed in performing its duties as a financial management unit. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to improve the knowledge of UPK on Financial Management so that it can be applied to the community, to be able to do the recording of income and expenditure with good and detailed, to give reference to UPK in order to be able to educate financial management to community and introduce MYOB application for UPK. The result of this activity is the implementation of Community Service activity which attended by UPK as many as 48 people.Keywords: UPK, Financial, Management,MYOBAbstrak: Unit Pengelola Keuangan (UPK)    merupakan salah satu unit pengelola kegiatan  keuangan. Salah satu tugasnya adalah menghimpun masyarakat yang memiliki kebutuhan atau jenis usaha yang sama untuk membentuk kelompok-kelompok usaha. UPK ini juga bertugas menyalurkan serta mengembangkan dana bantuan pemerintah untuk pengembangan usaha mikro di masing-masing kelurahan.Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat terus melakukan pengembangan kapasitas masyarakat melalui berbagai jenis pelatihan yang diagendakan setiap tahun. Salah satu bentuk pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan bagi Unit Pengelola Keuangan   yang berada di 25 kelurahan Kecamatan  Kisaran Timur dan Kecamatan  Kisaran Barat. Pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan ini dipandang sangat penting karena, pengembangan kapasitas UPK sangat dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan tugasnya  sebagai unit pengelola keuangan. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan UPK terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan sehingga dapat diterapkan ke masyarakat, untuk dapat melakukan pencatatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran dengan baik dan rinci, untuk memberikan acuan kepada UPK agar mampu melakukan edukasi pengelolaan keuangan kepada masyarakat dan mengenalkan aplikasi MYOB bagi UPK .Hasil kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat  yang dihadiri UPK sebanyak 48 orang.Kata kunci: UPK, Keuangan, Manajemen, MYOB

Abstract: The Dadimulyo Village, West Kisaran District, Asahan Regency, which is located at  PD. Indah street No.17 Sei Renggas, Kota Kisaran Barat District has Quality Family Cadres, the problem that occurs to these cadres is that there is still a lack of knowledge about technology that allows them to use information delivery media to information users and vice versa. This is an obstacle due to the pandemic situation Covid 19 is currently requiring everyone to work from home. From the results of the training that we have done to family planning cadres in Dadimulyo Asahan Village, it is felt to be very useful. This is based on the results of the knowledge of the cadres who are enthusiastic in participating in this activity and gain useful experience and knowledge which can then be utilized at the Dadimulyo village office.Keywords: cadre; Covid-19 pandemic; Google Meet. Abstrak: Desa Dadimulyo kabupaten Asahan  yang beralamat dijalan PD. Indah No.17 Sei Renggas memiliki kader keluarga berkualitas, Permasalahan yang terjadi pada para kader tersebut yaitu masih kurangnya ilmu pengetahuan tentang teknologi yang memungkinkan dapat menggunakan media penyampaian informasi kepada pengguna informasi begitupun sebaliknya. Hal ini menjadi sebuah kendala karena situasi pandemi covid-19 saat ini yang mengharuskan semua kalangan bekerja dari rumah. Dari hasil pelatihan yang telah kami lakukan kepada para kader keluarga berkualitas di kelurahan Dadimulyo Asahan dirasakan sangat bermanfaat. Abstract

In the current era of golabalisasi, promotional activities are very important to be able to market products / services to the general public, namely using a modern marketing concept known as e-Commerce system (online marketing). With e-Commerce system is expected, is expected to market services Laras Florist better. The research objective of applying e-commerce services in marketing Laras Florist services is expected to be achieved, namely (1) Designing a system that can perform analysis and data processing related to promotional activities. (2) Reach wider marketing and facilitate consumers to make ordering transactions easier. (3) Designing systems and software that can generate output relating to the promotion or marketing of services to the Florist Larry. (4) Comparing the effectiveness and effectiveness of information systems designed with the current system. The results of this study will be useful (1) Provide alternative system proposal to Laras Florist which later can be used to facilitate the work in promotional activities and sales services (2) From the existing system will be able to help Laras Florist in sales services flower board. Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) merupakan salah satu sarana untuk mengelola hubungan baik antara perusahaan dengan customer.. Dengan memanfaatkan CRM perusahaan akan mengetahui apa yang diharapkan dan diperlukan pelanggannya sehingga akan tercipta ikatan emosional yang mampu menciptakan hubungan bisnis yang erat dan terbuka. Dengan demikian kesetiaan pelanggan dapat dipertahankan dan tidak mudah berpindah ke perusahaan pesaing. Sementara  E-Marketing merupakan  proses pemasaran yang menggunakan teknologi informasi elektronik khususnya adalah internet yang dapat menghubungkan penjual dan pembeli yang berbeda tempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi Customer Relationship Mangement (CRM) yang dapat mendukung pengiriman informasi kepada pelanggan melalui teknologi internet pada Usaha Dagang Terang Jaya yang bergerak di bidang percetakan. Perancangan sistem penjualan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa rancangan sistem informasi ini memberikan kemudahan  bagi perusahaan dalam memperkenalkan produk-produk percetakanya maupun mempermudah konsumen dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang produk dan juga mempermudah konsumen melakukan transaksi dengan perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini  dilakukan di Safira  Bakery yang merupakan  usaha milik perseorangan berdiri pada 26 September 2015 oleh Ibu Sukma Dewi, AMG (Sukma) di Batu Bara. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah di era digitalisasi saat ini, hampir semua usaha  melakukan pemasaran secara konvensional dan melalui website atau social media. Pada tahun 2020 Safira Bakery memutuskan menggunakan strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) khususnya untuk pengelolaan pelanggan melalui penyediaan website. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Implementasi CRM pada Safira Bakery. Metode  penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu hasil analisis kemudian dibandingkan dengan indicator keberhasilan implementasi CRM yang digunakan pada penelitian ini.  Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Safira Bakery. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang. Besaran sampel ditentukan berdasarkan pendapat Roscoe dalam Sugiono (2015) dimana sampel ditentukan antara 30 sampai 500 orang.Data responden diolah menggunakan deskriftif frequencies. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CRM pada Safira Bakery belum dilakukan secara maksimal. Data responden menyatakan bahwa 66.7% responden bukan pelanggan baru melainkan pelanggan tetap yang sering melakukan pembelian di Safira Bakery.Pendapatan Safira Bakery juga megalami penuruan pasca diterapkannya strategi CRM. Dan 100% responden menyatakan bahwa tidak ada informasi yang dikirim admin secara berkala ke pelangan.Â
