Implementasi teknologi di era society 5.0 menghadirkan konsekuensi besar bagi setiap organisasi termasuk organisasi di sektor pemerintahan. dimana aparatur birokrasi pemerintahan memerlukan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang optimal guna mendongkrak kredibilitas organisasi dengan meningkatkan efisiensi di bidang informasi, komunikasi, dan teknologi (TIK), guna mewujudkan good government dengan tujuan mempermudah pelaksanaan tugas-tugas di masa depan. Perubahan administrasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual menjadi terkomputerisasi yang mana merupakan implementasi dari sebuah konsep smart human resource information system (Smart-HRM). Sistem yang ternintegrasi pada Smart-HRM memberikan kemudahan bagi manajemen atau pengambil keputsan dalam mengelola informasi secara cepat dan efisien. Kantor Dusun Guntung masih melakukan seluruh proses administrasi secara konvensional sehingga permasalahan yang terjadi penyimpanan dokumen membutuhkan banyak ruang dikantor dan dalam hal pencarian akan semakin sulit apabila dokumen tidak disimpan dengan teratur. Jika hal ini dibiarkan terus menerus dengan budaya organisasi yang masih tetap menggunakan sistem manual, dikhawatirkan akan memperlambat dan mempengaruhi kinerja administrasi yang mengakibatkan tidak tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Sistem E-Office merupakan solusi untuk mengatur pola pekerjaan yang sudah atau akan dilakukan oleh pegawai, menyimpan, dan mengontrol konten-konten yang ada didalam suatu organisasi secara elektronik. Hasilnya penerapan E-Office di Kantor Dusun Guntung berbasis Web memudahkan pegawai untuk melakukan pengelolaan dokumen yang diperlukan.

Population growth is caused by three components, namely birth (fertility), death (mortality), and migration. These three components greatly affect the process of population growth that occurs. The development of population growth in one sub-district is very important to be detailed so that the development of the subdistrict can be improved. Forecasting is an important tool in effective and efficient planning. An important step after forecasting is done is verification of forecasting in such a way that it reflects past data and the underlying causal systems of such growth. As long as the forecasting representation is reliable, forecasting results can continue to be used. The purpose of this study is to apply the Trend Moment method to predict the population growth in Joman Water District in the next few years based on three components, namely birth (fertility), death (mortality), and migration. The results of this study can predict the number of population growth using the Trend Moment Method in 2022 with birth rates of 1573, 641 arrivals, 601 arrivals, and 235 displacements with errors below 10%

The government provides several types of assistance during the covid-19 pandemic that is distributed through the agencies of each village throughout Indonesia, one of which is Punggulan Village air joman subdistrict. The types of assistance that have been distributed to citizens are Cash Social Assistance (BST), Social Safety Net Assistance (JPS), Non-Cash Sembako Assistance, and Cash Direct Assistance (BLT). So far the assistance provided by Punggulan Village is still done manually, so it is possible to occur errors in the collection and distribution of assistance. To solve the problem, the author applies one of the data mining algorithms, the K-Means algorithm, to determine the recipient of covid-19 assistance that is done by collecting population data by the specified attributes. Then the data is weighted to facilitate the calculation of K-Means, after that build a system to implement the K-Means algorithm and perform testing. Population data used is 50 data recipients of aid 2021 as a sample using 3 attributes, namely, income, dependents, and other beneficiaries. The result of this system is prospective recipients of Covid-19 assistance with 2 feasible clusters (C1) and unfit (C2)

Abstract: SMK Tamansiswa Sukadamai is one of the private schools in Pulo Bandring District which annually admits new students, this will affect the amount of student data that goes up and down. So far, SMK Tamansiswa Sukadamai has implemented a promotional strategy but it is still not optimal because the number of students registered at SMK Tamansiswa Sukadamai is more dominant in certain areas. Based on this, we need a technique that is able to assist in transforming the data into useful information, namely by applying data mining for promotional strategies, which can be the basis or guideline for promotional strategies based on areas where there are not many students present. The application of the k-means clustering method for promotional strategies can assist in the data grouping process in the form of data grouping results for C1 "Potential" and C2 "Potential", where C1 is the right area for more optimal promotion so that promotion is more effective and efficient. With the development of this clustering system, it can provide input to schools to determine which areas are more optimal for more in-depth promotion. Selama ini SMK Tamansiswa Sukadamai telah melakukan strategi promosi akan tetapi masih belum optimal dikarenakan jumlah siswa yang terdaftar di SMK Tamansiswa Sukadamai lebih dominan berasal di wilayah tertentu saja. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperlukan suatu teknik yang mampu membantu dalam mentransformasikan data tersebut menjadi informasi yang berguna yaitu dengan menerapkan data mining untuk strategi promosi, yang dapat menjadi dasar atau pedoman untuk strategi promosi berdasarkan wilayah yang tidak banyak dalam menghadirkan siswanya. Penerapan metode klasterisasi k-means untuk strategi promosi dapat membantu dalam proses pengelompokan data dalam bentuk hasil pengelompokan data C1 “Berpotensi” dan C2 “Tidak Berpotensi”, dimana C1 merupakan wilayah yang tepat untuk dilakukan promosi yang lebih optimal sehingga promosi lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan dikembangkannya sistem klasterisasi ini, maka dapat memberikan masukan kepada pihak sekolah untuk menentukan wilayah yang lebih optimaluntuk promosi lebih mendalam. Online learning or online learning can be done with the help and support of an application as a liaison between educators and students. Many educators who are still unfamiliar with the use of technology and applications, it is considered a technological gap, so it has become the duty and responsibility of computer science lecturers to provide teaching and knowledge transfer to knowledge in the use of technology and applications in assisting online learning. Abstract: PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa is currently the only Regional Owned Enterprise in Asahan Regency; this requires PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa to continue to make improvements to realize optimal service to customers. The services provided to customers are closely related to human resources and employee performance. Employee performance has a very important role in the company's success so that we can see the strengths, weaknesses, and potential managerial gaps in the organization. The problem faced by PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa is the lack of motivation experienced by employees. One of the efforts to increase employee motivation is to select role models/exemplary employees who will later become examples for other employees. Based on this, it is necessary to use technology, namely the design of a decision support system in determining exemplary employees by applying the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The SMART method has advantages, namely in deciding with many alternatives and criteria. It is more complex to make a decision, and the decision results are better. The results of this study get Alfiansyah's alternative with a value of 74.85202777 to be a role model for PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa. Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan tentunya erat kaitannya dengan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan sehingga dapat dilihat kekuatan, kelemahan, dan potensi kesenjangan manajerial dalam organisasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa adalah kurangnya motivasi yang dialami oleh pegawai. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai adalah dengan memilih role model/pegawai teladan yang nantinya akan menjadi contoh bagi pegawai lainnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu digunakan teknologi yaitu perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pegawai teladan dengan menerapkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Metode SMART memiliki kelebihan yaitu dalam keadaan pengambilan keputusan dengan banyak alternatif dan kriteria sehingga lebih kompleks dalam pengambilan keputusan dan akurasi hasil keputusan yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan alternatif Alfiansyah dengan nilai 74,85202777 untuk menjadi role model bagi PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa. During this pandemic, the need for mobile phones is increasing, especially in education. However, social circles are also increasing because all activities are mostly on cellphones. The many types of cellphones at this time have resulted in many consumers who are confused about buying a cellphone according to what they want. In addition, there are also consumers who want a cellphone with high / good specifications but at an affordable price. In the sale of cellphones, it was found that consumers had difficulties with the desired product, namely the many types of cellphones with the latest specifications, consumers wanted cellphones with good specifications and low prices. Then a decision-making system was made at the Joint Celluler store to assist in determining the best cellphone according to consumer needs. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method by applying the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method of SPK, which is a multi-attribute decision-making method. This multi-attribute decision-making technique is used to support decision-makers in choosing between several alternatives. Therefore, a Decision Support System was built to determine the best cellphone so that the process of selecting a cellphone is more effective and makes it easier for consumers to get the cellphone they want. So that the application of the SMART method is able to produce decisions that are free from leadership interference in the selection of the best cellphone and will be more objective.

Abstract: PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa which is located in Hessa Air Genting, Air Batu District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. This company is engaged in sales and distribution which has a fairly wide coverage on the island of Sumatra. PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa sells Indofood's main products, one of which is bimoli cooking oil. Constraints experienced by PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa often has problems with stock availability due to the large number of product requests from consumers. In addition, there are times when there is too much inventory (over stock) that results in too high a cost burden to store and maintain materials during storage in the warehouse even though the goods still have opportunity costs (funds that can be invested / invested in more profitable things). In this study, the SMA method is used to solve the problem of predicting the demand for cooking oil in the next period. In addition, the purpose of this study is to determine the forecasting system used by PT. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa in forecasting the demand for Cooking Oil each month and implementing the Single Moving Average Method in forecasting the Demand for Cooking Oil, especially Bimoli cooking oil. Alam Jaya Wirasentosa sering mengalami masalah ketersediaan stock barang dikarenakan banyaknya permintaan produk dari konsumen. Selain itu ada masa dimana terlalu banyaknya persediaan (over stock) yang ada sehingga mengakibatkan terlalu tingginya beban biaya guna menyimpan dan memelihara bahan selama penyimpanan di gudang padahal barang tersebut masih mempunyai opportunity cost (dana yang bisa ditanamankan / diinvestasikan pada hal yang lebih menguntungkan). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode SMA dalam memecahkan masalah prediksi permintaan minyak goreng pada periode selanjutnya. Abstract: In this paper we discuss the development of computational application program in MATLAB to calculate the second derivative of a function by using finite difference method for various types (forward, backward, or central) and any order of accuracy. The MATLAB program extends the similar one which has been developed for the first derivative. The program is designed as an implementation of the explicit formulas of finite difference formulated by Khan and Ohba. Through this program, one can easily calculate the second derivative of a function numerically with any order of accuracy and visualize it in a graphical form. Error of numerical derivatives in each order of accuracy confirm the validity of the obtained results. Keywords: finite difference method, explicit formula, second derivative, MATLAB programming Abstrak: Dalam makalah ini dibahas pengembangan program aplikasi komputasi pada MATLAB untuk menghitung turunan kedua suatu fungsi dengan menggunakan metode beda hingga pada berbagai tipe (maju, mundur, atau pusat) dan sebarang orde ketelitian. Program MATLAB ini melanjutkan program serupa yang telah dibuat untuk turunan pertama. Program ini dirancang sebagai implementasi dari rumus eksplisit beda hingga yang diformulasi oleh Khan dan Ohba. Melalui program ini, seseorang dengan mudah dapat menghitung turunan kedua suatu fungsi secara numerik dengan sebarang orde ketelitian dan memvisualisasinya dalam bentuk grafik. Abstract: Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) is an educational institution engaged in office application training. They has good modules. But the modules dont consit the real aplication. Exspecially, the module of the power point has not include the real world practice yet. The method are used in this activity in the form of description of the material and practice. The speaker made explanations about the application of Microsoft Power Point 2010, then utilizing the results of Microsoft Power Point 2010 applications, so that they are interesting as well as examples of their application in business applications. after that practice directly using the application. Some important points are explained and practiced in this activity, namely the design of interactive learning media, how to arrange the display to be interesting, and the addition of tools integrated in power points, conversion to videos. Community service activities at the Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) completed on 5-6 October 2018 and attended by twenty students, two tutors and three administrative staff. The material delivered to participants reached 90% of all multimedian concepts and learning media. Based on the results of the discussion and testing of the participants through questions and discussion, that ± 95% had mastered and understood the material presented. Keywords: Interactive Learning Media, Microsoft Power Point, Video Tutorial Abstrak: Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) Mandiri merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang bergerak dalam pelatihan aplikasi perkantoran. Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan memiliki sudah modul yang bagus. Namun dalam penerapan aplikasi perkantoran di dunia nyata belum dibahas khususnya untuk Microsoft Power. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi materi dan praktek. Pemateri melakukan penjelasan-penjelasan tentang aplikasi Microsoft Power Point 2010, pemanfaatan hasil aplikasi Microsoft Power Point 2010 sehingga menarik serta contoh-contoh penerapannya dalam aplikasi bisnis, setelah itu praktek langsung menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Beberapa point penting yang dijelaskan serta dipraktekkan dalam kegiatan ini, yaitu perancangan media pembelajaran interaktif, cara merangkai tampilan agar menarik, dan penambahan tool terintegrasi pada power poin, konversi ke vidio. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) Mandiri Computer Telah selesai dilaksanakan tanggal 5-6 Oktober 2018 dan dihadiri oleh peserta didik sebanyak dua puluh orang, tutor sebanyak dua orang serta bagian administrasi sebanyak tiga orang. Materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta mencapai 90% dari semua konsep multimedian dan media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan dilakukannya pengujian terhadap peserta dengan melalui pertanyaan-pertanyaan dan diskusi, bahwa ±95% telah menguasai dan memahami materi yang disampaikan.
