A broker is a trade intermediary between a seller and a buyer who must have buying and selling practices according to Islamic law so that the contract is valid and does not prohibit actions that are prohibited. The purpose of this study is to see and understand the practice of buying and selling used cars at MGC Garage Madiun from an Islamic legal perspective. The research approach was descriptive qualitative. Data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were collected at the MGC Garage Madiun showroom with showroom owners, brokers and buyers. The results of this study explain that the practice of buying and selling used cars by brokers at MGC Garage is generally in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics, including the principles of tawhid, help, honesty, trust, mutual agreement (pleasure), transparency, and responsibility. The practice of brokerage has also fulfilled the pillars and legal requirements of buying and selling in Islam. However, the improvement of payment methods from conventional banks to Islamic banks so that contract transactions from an Islamic perspective run perfectly.

The aim of implementing this community service is expected to support government programs in an effort to increase the Human Development Index by Fulfilling the Basic Needs of UNESA Students Affected by Covid-19. The method of implementing activities starts from tracking information affected by Covid-19, identifying partner problems, determining solutions to be offered, implementing PKM activities, monitoring and evaluation, and the final stage is compiling reports. Participants in PKM activities are students receiving basic needs packages of 50 students. The result of this activity is the Fulfillment of the Basic Needs of UNESA Students Affected by Covid-19, of course this activity can support government programs in an effort to increase the Human Development Index.

The high number of poor families and the lack of employment opportunities. The solutions offered are training in processing superior products, thus opening up new job opportunities and motivating the community to be independent. One of the potential possessed by Wonosalam Subdistrict is cow milk production. To increase the added value of dairy products in this area, we carry out a training to process superior products in Wonosalam District. The output of this PKM activity is the creation of a superior village product in the form of Jackfruit Milk Pie. Jackfruit milk pie made from milk and jackfruit. The object of this training is the female population both classified as working age (15-64) and outside of working age (64+). For women who are of working age, this activity will provide business opportunities for them, so they can try to be independent. For female residents outside the working age will motivate them to work, thereby reducing the burden of family dependence.

The Islamic economy in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly. This growth cannot be separated from the role of many institutions that run with sharia principles, especially Islamic banking. This study has the purpose of analyzing the growth rate of Islamic banks in 2017-2019. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression to determine the growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses the variables of assets, third-party funds, profit for the year, and financing. This study uses quarterly time-series data from the first quarter of 2017 to the fourth quarter of 2019 and is obtained from the Islamic Banking Statistics data of the Financial Services Authority. The results of this study, namely the variables of assets, financing, profit for the year, and third-party funds affect the growth rate of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Assets and profits for the year have a significant positive effect, while financing and third-party funds have a negative effect on the growth of Islamic banks in the 2017-2019 period. During that period, the growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia fluctuated but growth in each variable increased.

Hasil belajar peserta didik sering dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur sejauh mana peserta didik dapat berkembang, memiliki fasilitas belajar di rumah tanpa adanya motivasi tidak dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan maksimal, dengan kata lain jika memiliki fasilitas belajar di rumah yang memadai namun tidak pernah digunakan atau memiliki motivasi tinggi namun tidak memiliki alat pendukung untuk dapat mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan fasilitas belajar di rumah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi kelas X IIS SMA Hang Tuah 1 Surabaya baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatory. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X IIS SMA Hang Tuah 1 Surabaya, sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 123 peserta didik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif antara variabel motivasi terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi kelas X IIS SMA Hang Tuah 1 Surabaya, terdapat pengaruh signifikan negatif antara variabel fasilitas belajar di rumah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi kelas X IIS SMA Hang Tuah 1 Surabaya, terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif antara variabel motivasi dan fasilitas belajar di rumah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi kelas X IIS SMA Hang Tuah 1 Surabaya.

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada semua sektor, khususnya para pekerja di sektor informal. Pembatasan kegiatan sosial dan ekonomi berdampak terhadap banyak tenaga kerja yang kehilanganpekerjaan di kabupaten/kota se-Jawa Timur. Kondisi ini akan menurunkan tingkat kesejahteraan sertameningkatkan angka kemiskinan di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengurangidampak pandemi Covid-19 pada para pekerja sektor informal serta pemberdayaan UMKM, maka padakegiatan ini Tim PKM melaksanakan kegiatan pendampingan pengembangan kemasan abon ayam danpenyaluran abon ayam beserta makanan pokok dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan dasar makananmasyarakat terdampak Covid-19. Pendampingan pengembangan kemasan abon ayam dilaksanakanpada UMKM Abon Barokah. Hasil pelaksanaan PKM ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuanUMKM Abon Barokah untuk menambah minat daya beli masyarakat, dapat memasarkan dan menjualproduknya dengan lebih baik lagi, sehingga mampu bertahan di masa pandemi. Penyaluran abonayam beserta makanan pokok diharapkan menjadi sarana promosi bagi produk abon ayam UMKMAbon Barokah dan mampu mengurangi dampak pembatasan kegiatan sosial dan ekonomi bagimasyarakat di wilayah kabupaten/kota se-Jawa Timur.

The public welfare is related to population growth and the availability of public goods such as education and health. Workforce with good welfare is expected to generate high labor productivity, so it can produce more output of goods and services and increase economic growth. Population density, educational access inequality, and health access inequality will have a negative effect on economic growth. The aimed of this study: First, to analyze the picture of economic growth, population density, educational access inequality, and health access inequality in Indonesia. Second, to analyze the effect of population density, educational access inequality, and health access inequality to economic growth in Indonesia. This research type is explanatory research by using quantitative method. The analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with dummy variable. The result of this study are obtained: 1) population density has a significant effect on economic growth; 2) Educational access inequality has a significant effect on economic growth; 3) Health access inequality has no significant effect on economic growth.

The Corona Virus pandemic threatens the fabric of people's lives in all fields, including in the economic field. This study aims to analyze the shift in the economic sector during the Corona Virus pandemic. This research is a descriptive type of research with a mathematical quantitative approach using the Shift Share analysis tool to analyze sectoral shifts due to the outbreak of the Corona Virus Pandemic. Specifically related to the elements of the shift share analysis, it is found that: overall, all sectors in the five provinces, the value of the effect of national growth is negative; the value of the industrial mix, in the five provinces of Indonesia has the same sectoral characteristics. The industrial mix has a positive value in some sectors and the industrial mix is negative in other sectors; the value of Regional Shares in the five provinces varies considerably. This of course is influenced by the ability of each province to produce; the characteristics of the total effect value vary in each sector in each province. The total effect value is positive, this means that a sector in a province is classified as progressive. The total effect value is negative, this means that a sector in a province is classified as conservative. Suggestions for future researchers are that this research does not include elements of economic agglomeration. If there are researchers who are interested in further research, maybe it can be added related to the elements of economic agglomeration.

Wabah covid 19 menyebabkan banyak dampak negatif bagi masyarakat. Tidak hanya dalam hal kesehatan namun juga dalam perekonomian. Banyak masyarakat yang terkena PHK dan penurunan pendapatan. Seorang muslim seharusnya memiliki peranan yang besar untuk membatu sesama muslim lainnya untuk mengurangi beban ekonomi masyarakat seperti dengan zakat, infaq dan shadaqah. Akan tetapi masyarakat banyak yang tidak mengetahui perbedaan antara zakat, infaq dan shadaqah. Metode yang digunakan pada PKM ini adalah pembagian sembako kepada masyarakat yang terdampak wabah covid 19 dengan akad shadaqah. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah banyak masyarakat terbantu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pokok dan masyarakat mengetahui aplikasi dari akad shadaqah.

Family financial arrangements are needed to maintain the welfare of the family economy. For Muslim families, Islamic management is very much needed in order to maintain a balanced financial condition in the world and the hereafter. Community Service (PKM) is carried out in Ganding District, Sumenep Regency. In this area the majority of the population is Muslim, but their educational background is 78% of elementary school graduates, so it is estimated knowledge about Islamic financial management is still very low. The form of activities undertaken is training in Islamic family financial management. The purpose of this PKM is to introduce the community closer to the Islamic family financial management. It is hoped that this community service will be a solution for the community to be able to manage family finances in accordance with Islamic teachings, so that the income earned and used becomes more blessing. The results of the implementation of the PKM "Training on Islamic Family Financial Planning for PKK Women in Ganding District, Sumenep Regency" showed an increase in understanding and skills in planning family finances well.
