Abstract

Abstract: The Simpang Lima area is a city center with a variety of activities, the center of circulation, publik space, green space, religion, sports, economy, social and culture. In the regulation of vehicle and human circulation sistems it is very important and requires an impact analysis as well as very long projections. The intersection of five Semarang City known as the center of the economic area as well as the green open space that used as a publik space so that many activities and activities that occur in the area. In addition to being a business district and office intersection, there is also a weekly car free day event, becoming a very large center of activity on Sundays and a publik space in Semarang.The influence of the five intersections in this area will focus on humans who are in front of the five intersection (ciputra mall stop) with the intersection of five because the location is the number of people passing through more roads. So in this study two recommendations will emerge, the first of which relates to humans who crossed at one point, the second is recommendations for the entire region.Keyword: Circulation, Pedestrian, ConnectivityAbstrak: Kawasan Simpang Lima merupakan pusat kota yang terdapat berbagai macam kegiatan, pusat sirkulasi, ruang publik, ruang hijau, agama, olahraga, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya. Dalam pengaturan sistem sirkulasi kendaraan maupun manusia sangatlah penting dan memerlukan suatu analisa dampak juga proyeksi yang sangat panjang. Simpang lima Kota Semarang diketahui sebagai pusat kawasan ekonomi maupun ruang terbuka hijau yang dijadikan ruang publik sehingga banyak kegiatan dan aktifitas yang terjadi dikawasan tersebut. Selain menjadi kawasan bisnis dan perkantoran simpang lima juga terdapat event mingguan car free day, menjadi pusat aktifitas yang sangat besar pada saat hari minggu dan menjadi ruang publik di kota semarang. Pengaruh simpang lima pada kawasan ini akan focus terhadap manusia yang berada di depan simpang lima (halte ciputra mall) dengan lapangan simpang lima tersebut karena pada lokasi tersbut jumlah manusia yang melewati jalanlebih banyak. Maka dalam penelitian ini akan muncul dua rekomendasi, yang pertama terkait manusia yang menyebrang pada datu titik tersebut, yang kedua rekomendasi seluruh kawasan.Kata Kunci: Sirkulasi, Pedestrian, Koneksitas

Abstract

Renovation will not succeed if the designer does not consider user attributes, so the results of the design will be changed according to the needs of user attributes. This happened in Koplakan Blora, which was more spacious and modern, but they complained about the lack of visitors after the renovation. This study aims to determine the characteristics of post-occupant users, interests, responses, and expectations of Koplakan users. Using descriptive qualitative research methods with instrument attributes (comfort, sociality, visibility, legibility) of the user, knowing the relationship between perceptions and user attributes, and knowing the comfortable space settings for the user. The results of the study are based on the required attributes, the user needs a large counter, the location of the sign that is easily visible to visitors, the size of a low counter barrier to be able to socialize with other traders, the shape of the building that is in accordance with the local culinary center

Abstract

Abstract: The city park is an example of a Public Open Space that is owned by the City Regional Government that is used for the benefit of the general public. The existence of the park as a form of public space in urban areas is closely related to the urban landscape system as a whole. A good landscape system is an indicator of an orderly and sustainable city. Basically the problem of the number of parks that are not visited due to lack of public knowledge about parks, theories / terms that develop among the public about city parks so that it forms certain perceptions that are usually contrary to the reality and behavior / behavior of users / users of the park. Discussion of the level of park preference will determine the factors that are of interest to the community in its utilization so as to maximize the function of the park. This study uses a quantitative paradigm with a rationalistic postpositivistic approach. The technique can use statistics, including grouping data, tabulating data, and presenting data based on variables, as well as performing calculations to answer the problem formulation, to test the hypothesis. Based on the results of the conclusions analysis are as follows: Factors that influence people's preference for the use of Purwodadi city parks are coherence variables (harmony, sustainability, feasibility), complexity (number, variety, uniqueness, difference), mystery (curiosity and uniqueness) , legal (ease and familiarity). Where seen from the beta coefficient value the highest value is coherent to the mystery. This means that coherence is the strongest factor that influences people's preferencesKeyword: Preference, City Park Abstrak: Taman kota merupakan contoh Ruang Terbuka Publik yang dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kota yang digunakan untuk kepentingan masyarakat umum. Keberadaan taman sebagai bentuk ruang publik di daerah perkotaan sangat berhubungan dengan sistem pertamanan kota secara keseluruhan. Sistem pertamanan yang baik menjadi indikator suatu kota yang teratur dan berkelanjutan. Pada dasarnya permasalahan banyaknya taman yang tidak dikunjungi karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang taman, teori/istilah yang berkembang dikalangan masyarakat tentang taman kota sehingga membentuk persepsi tertentu yang biasanya bertentangan dengan kenyataan dan perilaku/ behaviour user /pengguna taman tersebut. Pembahasan tingkat preferensi taman akan menentukan faktor yang diminati masyarakat dalam pemanfaatanya sehingga dapat memaksimalkan fungsi taman tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kuantitatif dengan pendekatan postpositivistik rasionalistik. Tekniknya dapat menggunakan statistik, meliputi pengelompokan data, mentabulasi data, dan menyajikan data berdasar variabel, serta melakukan perhitungan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah, hingga menguji hipotesis.Berdasarkan hasil analisis kesimpulan adalah sebagai berikut: Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan taman kota Purwodadi adalah variabel koherensi (keselarasan, keberlangsungan, kelayakan),  kompleksitas (jumlah, variasi, keunikan, perbedaan), misteri (rasa ingin tahu dan keunikan), legal (kemudahan dan keakraban). Dimana dilihat dari nilai koefisien beta yang tertinggi nilainya adalah koheren terhadap misteri. Artinya koherensi adalah faktor terkuat yang mempengaruhi preferensi masyarakatKata Kunci: Preferensi, Taman Kota

Abstract

Seeing the very important role of traditional markets for the community, it is necessary to examine several things that can affect the smoothness or success in increasing people's income. Therefore, to improve and maintain the role of traditional markets, there needs to be involvement or coordination with agencies to support the welfare and success of traditional market traders. So, in this study, the location was taken by considering the welfare of the traditional market in Rowosari Village. There is a traditional market that has been around for a long time and is managed by the village government. Descriptive method is used in this research which explains the situation in Rowosari Traditional Market. From the results of the study, Rowosari Traditional market plays a role in increasing the income of the community who generally come from the Rowosari region and surrounding areas.

Abstract

Abstract: The tourism industry in the Baturraden area, can be said to be one of the most popular tourism industries in Banyumas Regency. Judging from the number of visitors, in 2017 even visitors visiting the Baturraden tourist area can be considered quite large, namely a number of 633,420 visitors where an increase of 4.86% from the previous year. The development of tourism around the Baturraden area also experienced changes along with the development of the main tourism area, namely Baturraden tourism. The spatial layout of this region also indirectly changes following the existing tourism patterns, especially areas that are in direct contact with the tourism area. Therefore, this study wants to identify the condition of the Baturraden tourist area seen from 4 indicators namely (Attraction, Amenity, Accessibility, Ancillary) in order to find out the extent to which the Baturraden tourism area has been prepared to accommodate tourist visitors who come by looking at the application of the four indicators. in the field. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the process of finding data that is done by way of direct surveys to the field, interviews, and literature studies through books, research journals and related through internet pages. The final results of this study in the form of exposure to the identification of Baturraden Tourism area seen from 4 factors, namely Attraction, Amenity, Accessibility, and Ancillary.Keyword: Kata Baturraden Tourism Area, Baturraden Spatial Planning, Identification 4A. Abstrak: Industri pariwisata di kawasan Baturraden, dapat dikatakan sebagai salah satu industri pariwisata yang paling banyak diminati di Kabupaten Banyumas. Dilihat dari jumlah pengunjungnya, pada tahun 2017 bahkan pengunjung yang mengunjungi kawasan wisata Baturraden dapat dibilang cukup besar yaitu sejumlah 633.420 pengunjung dimana terjadi peningkatan 4,86% dari tahun sebelumnya. Perkembangan wisata disekitaran kawasan Baturraden pun turut mengalami perubahan seiring berkembangnya kawasan pariwisata induk yaitu lokawisata Baturraden. Tata ruang kawasan ini pun secara tidak langsung ikut berubah mengikuti pola pariwisata yang ada, terutama daerah yang bersinggungan langsung dengan kawasan pariwisata. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini hendak mengidentifikasi kondisi kawasan wisata Baturraden dilihat dari 4 indikator yaitu (Attraction, Amenity, Accessibility, Ancilliary) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kawasan pariwisata Baturraden sudah disiapkan untuk mengakomodir pengunjung wisata yang datang dengan melihat pengaplikasian ke empat indikator tersebut di lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan proses pencarian data yang dilakukan dengan cara survey langsung ke lapangan, wawancara, dan studi literatur melalui buku, jurnal penelitian terkait maupun melalui halaman internet. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa paparan identifikasi kawasan Pariwisata Baturraden dilihat dari 4 faktor yaitu Attraction, Amenity, Accessibility, dan Ancilliary.Kata Kunci: Kawasan Wisata Baturraden, Tata Ruang Baturraden, Identifikasi 4A.

Abstract

Abstract: Ice skating is a winter sport that is rarely in demand by Indonesians mainly because of the tropical climate, and the lack of knowledge about the sport around the community. This phenomenon has aroused the public's curiosity in winter sports. Therefore several malls in Jakarta have implemented ice skating tours in recreational entertainment facilities provided to attract the attention of visitors, one of which is Sky Rink in Mall Taman Anggrek. The trend is an exciting thing to study as potential in the concept of ice sports tourism in the mall. In this study explains the possibilities of this ice tourism. The method used is a qualitative SWOT approach by explaining the potential, weaknesses, opportunities and threats while the results of the study are descriptive explanations of the potential in developing ice skating tours in the mall.Keyword: ice skating, mall, wisata, ice rinkAbstrak: Ice skating merupakan olahraga musim dingin yang jarang diminati oleh orang Indonesia terlebih karena iklim yang tropis, serta kurang tahunya masyarakat sekitar tentang olahraga ini. Fenomena ini menimbulkan penasaran masyarakat dalam olahraga musim dingin tersebut, oleh sebab itu beberapa mall di Jakarta telah menerapkan wisata ice skating dalam fasilitas hiburan rekreasi yang disediakan untuk menarik perhatian pengunjung, salah satunya Sky Rink yang ada di Mall Taman Anggrek. Trend tersebut menjadi hal yang menarik untuk dikaji sebagai potensi dalam konsep wisata olahraga es di dalam mall. Dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai potensi-potensi tentang wisata es ini. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan SWOT kualitatif dengan memberikan penjelasan mengenai potensi, kelemahan, kesempatan dan ancaman. Sedangkan hasil dari penelitian berupa penjelasan deskrptif mengenai potensi dalam mengembangkan wisata ice skating di dalam mall.Kata Kunci: ice skating, malls, sport tourism, ice rinks

Abstract

Lasem is a sub-district on the east side of Rembang regency which is directly adjacent to the province of East Java. Lasem Square has existed since the kingdom era in 1513 and is constantly undergoing changes followed by a reduction in the area, function and activities therein. Along with the shrinking area and even the disappearance of the square that occurred from time to time, it is necessary to research the typology and morphology of the square to be used as a basis for revitalizing the Lasem square. This study aims to analyze the morphology of the Alun-alun Lasem, using historical reference data, books, field surveys, interviews, mapping and digitizing. In this study using descriptive qualitative analysis methods, as ingredients to add analysis based on field findings. Based on the results of this study it was found that the Typology and Morphology of the Lasem Square was influenced by government and ruling policy factors in its era. This is indicated by the changes in the square in terms of the extent, functions and activities that exist within and in the supporting area and its surroundings.

Abstract

Abstract : Chinese culture played a major role in forming the identity of the semarang city, which is seen by the Chinatown as both economic and Tionghoa cultural center in Semarang. As a result of growing economic activity, the building with Chinese architectural in Chinatown had physical changes that adjusted the needs of the region’s residents. This resulted a change in the visual quality of the Semarang Chinatown as a historic settlement in Semarang. However, observations have shown that there are still quite a few historical houses, especially in Gang Baru, Gang Gambiran, Gang Besen. The study aims to learn how houses in the Gang Gambiran as one of the corridors that still maintain traditional characteristics on the facade may affect the characteristics of space in the Semarang Chinatown. The study employed qualitative methods with the facade of buildings in Gang Gambiran as a component that affected the visual character of the region. That indicator became the guide in data collection and analysis. As a result, the visual character of the Chinatown in the Gang Gambiran as one of the corridors in Semarang Chinatown settlement was strongly influenced by a dwelling that still retained the architectural significance of China.Abstrak: Kebudayaan Tionghoa berperan besar dalam membentuk identitas kota Semarang, hal tersebut terlihat dengan adanya Kawasan Pecinan (Chinatown) sebagai kawasan sentra ekonomi yang padat dan juga pusat kebudayaan warga Tionghoa di Semarang. Akibat kegiatan ekonomi yang semakin bertumbuh, bangunan dengan ciri arsitektur Tionghoa di Pecinan mengalami perubahan fisik bangunan yang menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penghuni kawasan. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan perubahan kualitas karakter visual kawasan Pecinan Semarang sebagai permukiman bersejarah di Semarang. Namun, dari pengamatan yang dilakukan ditemukan masih cukup banyak bangunan, khususnya tipe hunian di dalam beberapa koridor yang masih mempertahankan bentuk fasad sesuai ciri khas arsitektur Tionghoa. Bangunan-bangunan tersebut khususnya berada di koridor Gang Baru, Gang Gambiran, Gang Besen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hunian di Gang Gambiran sebagai salah satu koridor yang masih terdapat ciri khas tradisional pada fasad bangunan dapat mempengaruhi karakteristik ruang di Kawasan Pecinan Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan fasad bangunan di Gang Gambiran sebagai komponen yang mempengaruhi karakter visual kawasan.  Indikator tersebut menjadi patokan di dalam pengumpulan data dan analisa. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah karakter visual Kawasan Pecinan di Gang Gambiran sebagai salah satu koridor di Kawasan Pecinan Semarang cukup kuat dipengaruhi oleh hunian yang masih mempertahankan ciri khas arsitektur China.

Abstract

Abstract: During the Dutch colonial period, Daendeles (1808) built a 1000km postal highway from Anyer - Panarukan. Now the road is known as the pantura (north coast route). The main function is to facilitate communication between regions controlled by Daendeles. One of the buildings that influenced the construction of the postal highway was the first post office in Batavia (1746) and the second post office in Semarang (1750). In the city of Semarang, along with the development of the city to the south and the existence of road infrastructure towards the kingdom of Mataram (Surakarta and Jogjakarta), several branch post offices were built in the Bangkong area and the Post Office Jalan Dr. Wahidin. The building is the center of postal services and operations in the city of Semarang and its surroundings. However, along with the development of the postal industry process, it has pushed service rooms to be more efficient, resulting in a reduction in the need for workspaces which results in a lot of space that can be used for other functions. This opportunity to revitalize the old post office building can be integrated with the potential of the Old Town area which has been developed as a mainstay tourism destination for the city of Semarang. Taking into account this potential, the purpose of this paper is to map and inventory the architectural potential of the Semarang post office which is very urgent to do. The method used is to conduct observations and interviews in a structured manner. The focus of the study is on the potential of architecture, including architectural space and character, as well as the potential of the existing environment or area. The result of the building inventory to preserve that not only focuses on the physical building but also how the activities in it are still attached to the function of the building.Abstrak: Pada masa colonial Belanda, Daendeles (1808) membangun jalan raya pos sepanjang 1000km dari Anyer - Panarukan dan kini dikenal dengan jalur pantura. Fungsi utama adalah memperlancar komunikasi antar daerah yang di kuasai Daendeles. Salah satu bangunan yang berpengaruh terhadap dibangunnya jalan raya pos adalah Kantor pos pertama di Batavia (1746) dan Kantor pos kedua di Semarang (1750). Di Kota Semarang seiring dengan perkembangan kota ke arah Selatan dan telah adanya infrastruktur jalur jalan kearah kerajaan Mataram (Surakarta dan Jogjakarta) maka dibangunlah kantor pos cabang di kawasan Bangkong dan Kantor pos jalan Dr. Wahidin. Bangunan tersebut menjadi salah satu tulang punggung pelayanan dan operasional pos di wilayah Kota Semarang dan sekitarnya. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan proses industri pos telah mendorong ruang pelayanan semakin efisien sehingga terjadi pengurangan kebutuhan ruang kerja yang mengakibatkan banyak ruang yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk fungsi lain. Peluang ini dapat diintegrasikan dengan potensi kawasan Kota Tua telah dikembangkan sebagai ruang publik dan destinasi pariwisata andalan Kota Semarang. Dengan memperhatikan adanya potensi tersebut tujuan paper ini adalah melakukan mapping dan inventarisasi potensi arsitektur kantor pos Semarang yang sangat mendesak untuk dilakukan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah melakukan survey lapangan dan wawancara secara terstruktur. Adapun fokus kajian adalah pada potensi arsitektur mencakup ruang dan karakter arsitektur, serta potensi lingkungan atau kawasan yang ada. Hasil dari inventarisir bangunan adalah upaya untuk melestarikan yang tidak hanya berfokus pada fisik bangunan saja tetapi juga bagaimana aktivitas di dalamnya masih tetap melekat dengan fungsi bangunannya.

Abstract

Abstract: Declining visitor interest in traditional markets is one of the problems currently faced by traditional markets. The form of government effort to maintain the existence of traditional markets is by conducting a revitalization program. Semarang Peterongan Market is one of the Semarang City public facilities located on Jl. MT. Haryono No.936, Peterongan, Kec. South Semarang. Before burned, the conditions were very poor namely slums, dirty, irregular arrangement of shanties and unavailability of parking lots. This study aimed to identify the factors that caused traders not to occupy the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Peterongan Market , identifying buyer preferences to the efforts of the revitalization program that have been carried out at the Peterongan Market and to evaluate the physical, non-physical components and infrastructure that exist in the Peterongan Market. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by means of observation and interviews with market agencies, visitors and traders. The results showed that there were factors that caused traders not to occupy the 2nd and 3rd floors, buyers were reluctant to go up to the 2nd and 3rd floors, there was worst accessibility for traders or buyers, there were obstacles in the circulation of merchandise, design and size of kiosks and booths. accommodate the needs of traders. Buyers and traders' preferences are access and circulation that can accommodate their needs in the market, design kiosks and booths that are suitable for their trade. Based on the analysis results of the Semarang Peterongan Market building evaluation analyzed with regulations that apply to the physical component, it is generally appropriate.Keyword: zoning, circulation, user preferences,revitalizationAbstrak: Menurunya minat pengunjung terhadap pasar tradisional menjadi salah satu masalah yang sedang dihadapi pasar tradisional sekarang ini. Bentuk usaha pemerintah untuk menjaga eksistensi pasar tradisional yaitu dengan melakukan program revitalisasi. Pasar Peterongan Semarang merupakan salah satu fasilitas publik Kota Semarang yang berlokasi di Jl. MT. Haryono No.936, Peterongan, Kec. Semarang Selatan. Sebelum mengalami kebakaran,kondisi pasar sangat memprihatinkan yaitu kumuh,kotror,penataan lapak yang tidak teratur serta tidak tersedianya lahan parkir.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pengaruh preferensi pengguna tentang apa saja penyebab pedagang tidak menempati lantai 2 dan lantai 3 Pasar Peterongan Semarang,mengidentifikasi preferensi pembeli terhadap upaya program revitalisasi yang sudah dilakukan di Pasar Peterongan serta mengevaluasi komponen fisik,non fisik serta prasarana yang ada pada Pasar Peterongan. Penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif . Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara dengan dinas pasar,pengunjung serta pedagang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya faktor-faktor penyebab pedagang tidak menempati lantai 2 dan lantai 3 adalah pembeli enggan naik ke lantai 2 dan 3,tidak adanya aksesbilitas yang baik untuk pedagang maupun pembeli,terdapat kendala dalam sirkulasi barang dagangan,desain serta ukuran kios dan los tidak mengakomodasi kebutuhan pedagang. Preferensi pembeli dan pedagang cenderung dengan adanya akses serta sirkulasi yang dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan mereka didalam pasar,desain kios serta los yang sesuai dengan jenis dagangan mereka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis  evaluasi bangunan Pasar Peterongan Semarang dianalisis dengan peraturan yang berlaku pada komponen fisik,umumnya sesuai.Kata Kunci: zoning,sirkulasi,preferensi pengguna,revitalisasi
