Abstract

Community Micro Finance Institution (CMFI) plays a significant role in alleviating poverty, which is the biggest problem in developing countries. This study aims to examine the phenomenon of CMFI development in Jember. This study is conducted using a descriptive statistical analysis and through literature study from literatures relevant to the research theme. The results of the study show that financial performance proxied by ROA has a different trend from total assets and government subsidies. ROA tends to decline even though there are some CMFIs that show good performance. This is contrary to the development of CMFI’s total assets which tend to increase throughout Jember, while government subsidies are still accepted in the same amount as intended from year to year.

Abstract

Solusi mengurangi pengangguran terdidik adalah dengan mencetak pengusaha-pengusaha muda untuk mendirikan usaha-usaha baru yang kreatif. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus ini   melandaskan pada renstra UM Jember dengan  berorientasi   untuk   memanfaatkan   potensi  lokal  dalam pengembangan ekonomi  kreatif dan  dilaksanakan dalam rangka  memotivasi mahasiswa  sebagai job creator melalui kegiatan Entrepreuner and Business Innovation . Pendampingan kepada sekelompok mahasiswa program studi Manajemen agar mereka mampu merencanakan dan menganalisis proposal feasibility study yang  layak sekaligus dapat mengembangkan potensi lokal ekonomi kreatif  dengan merealisasikan bisnis kreatif nya berupa produksi  “KEBAB SEMPOL”. Hasil analisis feasibility study kebab Sempol layak dilaksanakan dan dilanjutkan pendampingan persiapan start up business dan pelaksanaan  usaha . Laporan realisasi usaha selama 4 bulan berjalan menunjukkan hasil menguntungkan , meskipun tidak sebesar yang ditargetkan karena kendala covid19 namun setidaknya mahasiswa menjadi lebih memahami cara merencanakan dan merealisasikan sebuah gagasan usaha melalui pendekatan ilmu pengetahuan dan seni.

Abstract

Bisnis e-commerce yang semakin besar dan cepat, khususnya di Indonesia menyebabkan banyaknya e-commerce bermunculan, serta setiap e-commerce menawarkan keuntungan dan kemudahan yang beragam serta memunculkan persaingan yang semakin tinggi. Berdasarkan persentase e-commerce yang dirilis oleh iprice.co.id, Shopee menguasai pasar e-commerce tingkat kedua. Shopee menjadi e-commerce yang paling disukai oleh konsumen, karena fitur-fitur yang dihadirkan oleh shopee lebih interaktif dan tema yang selalu berbeda tiap momen, namun kepuasan konsumen masih sangat relative puas dan juga ada pula yang tidak puas, khususnya dikalangan anak muda yatu mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas informasi, elektronic word of mouth, subsidi ongkir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Manajemen Angkatan 2018 Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Manajemen Angkatan 2018 Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember yang menggunakan aplikasi Shopee. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 76 responden dengan menggunakan teknik puposive sampling. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan kualitas informasi, elektronic word of mouth, subsidi ongkir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Manajemen Angkatan 2018 Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember.

Abstract

Bakso Hadirin is an SME engaged in the culinary industry in general meatballs are served with hot and clear soup, but the father hadirin as the founder and owner of the Bakso Hadirin made a new innovation to produce pentol in frozen food packaging therefore bakso hadirin need to design the right strategy to compete and develop the business. Blue Ocean Strategy is a strategy that the company applies together with its tools and frameworks, to be able to create value innovations, where the company is able to create new value for customers, and is able to create a new market space where there are no competitors in it the goal to be achieved in this study, namely to know the analysis of the business development strategy design using the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) approach method in the bakso hadirin business Kencong, Jember Regency. The research method uses a qualitative research approach. by using the four-step framework tool and the abolish-reduce-enhance-create scheme. The result of this study is the promotion factor, the product quality factor must be improved, the product factor must be created, the price factor must be consistent, but The bakso hadirin must be able to be consistent in carrying out a promotion so that the products offered can be known by many people and can increase sales in the long term.

Abstract

The condition of female micro entrpreneur in Bondowoso Nangkaan Market currently still has limitations with various problems. These limitations include capital, lack of knowledge in financial management, financial management skills, low financial and financial behavior, limited access to information and technology, and the limited scope of the market which is still a limiting factor for the SME space. This study aims to determine the level of financial literacy based on financial knowledge, financial behavior, financial skills, financial attitude, and financial performance. The research design used in this study is quantitative research because it uses data in the form of numbers in descriptive statistical analysis. The population in this study is the economic actors of SME Women in the Nangkaan Market Bondowoso Regency with a sample of 68 SME of Women. The results of this study indicate that based on financial knowledge, financial behavior, financial attitude, financial skills, and financial performance are classified as low because they are under 60%. The high level of financial literacy is believed to be able to improve welfare because by increasing the level of financial literacy, female micro entrpreneur economic actors can make financial decisions better so that business financial planning becomes more optimal, which in turn can improve welfare.The results of this study indicate that based on the five variables that use the financial literacy rate of female SME are in the middle category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effect of profitability and liquidity variables on firm value, through capital structure as an intervening variable. The sample used in this study is 11 banking companies that will conduct a right issue in 2021. This type of research explanatory research. The type of data used is secondary data taken from the RTI Business application. The data analysis used is path analysis. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Profitability has no significant effect on Financing Decisions, (2) Liquidity has a significant effect on Financing Decisions, (3) Profitability has no significant effect on Firm Value, (4) Liquidity has no significant effect on Firm Value, (5 ) Financing decisions have no significant effect on Firm Value, (6) Financing decisions are not able to mediate the effect of profitability on Firm Value, (7) Financing decisions are not able to mediate the effect of liquidity on Firm Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of marketing mix decisions in choosing a product (Case Study on New Customers in MyDevTeam). The primary data sources used in this study were respondents' answers through a questionnaire item. The population of this study is all new potential customers who make purchases at MyDevTeam. The number of samples in this study was set at 110 respondents with the criteria of prospective customers who have a business more than 1 year so that they need innovative marketing services. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression testing show that product quality influences the decision to choose a new customer product at MyDevTeam. Price affects the decision to choose a new customer product in MyDevTeam. Place affects the decision to choose a new customer product in MyDevTeam. Promotion affects the decision to choose a new customer product in MyDevTeam.

Abstract

Marketing strategy has an important role to achieve business success. In determining the appropriate marketing strategy for the company, analysis is needed to see market needs. This is done by analyzing the business environment, both internal and external, usually called a SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis is thorough on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This analysis is needed to determine several strategies that exist in the company. One of them is the Bima Jaya Bondowoso Building Shop. This study aims to determine the development of the right strategy based on SWOT analysis to be applied to the Bima Jaya Bondowoso Building Shop. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling by using snow ball sampling. From the results of this study that the results of the Internal and External Matrix have a Stability strategy to develop in the future the strategies that can be applied consist of defensive and offensive strategies, defending and product development. The SWOT matrix analysis is S-O where this strategy takes advantage of the company's strengths to seize opportunities that exist in the external environment. The result of the company's alternative strategy is to develop a marketing strategy that has not been done at the Bima Jaya store before and will be developed by the Bima Jaya store in the future.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine and analyze the effect of efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, privacy, and partial responsiveness to customer satisfaction. The theories used in this research are marketing management theory, service quality theory, and customer satisfaction theory. The research was conducted on customers of the Wooden Craft House. This type of descriptive quantitative research using purposive sampling method with a sample of 82 respondents. The nature of the research is explanatory. The test tool used is multiple linear regression, with SPSS software version 20.00. The t test results show that efficiency (0.003), fulfillment (0.006), system availability (0.001), privacy (0.000), and responsiveness (0.002) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially. The regression test shows that efficiency (0.155), fulfillment (0.195), system availability (0.189), privacy (0.220), and responsiveness (0.210) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and the coefficient of determination test is 93.7%, customer satisfaction is influenced by efficiency. , fulfillment, system availability, privacy, and responsiveness while the remaining 6.3% is influenced by other variables outside of research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the health of BUMDes based on aspects of capital, liquidity, independence and growth (case study of BUMDes Usaha Sejahtera, Karangsono Village, Bangsalsari District, Jember Regency). The type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses external secondary data sources obtained through literature studies which are arranged in the form of documents in the form of reports, books and other written sources related to the object of research and primary data sources, namely financial report data in the form of Balance Sheet reports and Profit and Loss reports for BUMDes Business. Prosperous period 2018-2020. The analytical tool used in this research is the analysis of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. The results of this study indicate that the health of BUMDes based on aspects of capital, liquidity, independence and growth in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios is quite healthy. The factors that affect the soundness of BUMDes Usaha Sejahtera in 2018-2020 are having a high liquidity ratio to pay obligations that are soon due by using assets or assets owned by the company, successfully reducing asset financing by debt and fully using own capital in operational activities. company, is able to manage receivables with a fast receivables turnover ratio so that it is profitable for BUMDes Usaha Sejahtera, and is able to maintain the company's profit level and even increase the profit percentage
