Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi brand image dan volume penjualan pada UMKM GEMARIKAN di Desa Bagorejo Gumuk Mas Jember. Dimana pada prosesnya diharapkan dapat ditemukan masukan, informasi yang membangun dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan, kualitas produk serta strategi dalm pengoptimalkan penjualan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang akan mengurai fenomena dan proses ekonomi, serta konsep strategi brand image, untuk mengenali perilaku konsumen lebih jauh agar dapat mengidentifikasi karakteristiknya, dengan harapan dapat menemukan teknis dan strategi pemasaran yang lebih bagus untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan dengan pendekatan observasi langsung, studi dokumentasi, dan teknik wawancara. Hasil dari pendekatan tersebut dianalisis untuk merumuskan masukan yang didapat dari informan, sebagai bahan acuan perkembangan strategi yang lebih baik. Informan yang menjadi responden penelitian ini adalah lima anggota keluarga yang mengelola UMKM, 15 orang pembeli lepas, dan 5 orang pembeli tetap. Dari hasil analisa studi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara, telah ditemukan bahwa dengan terwujudnya indikator keberhasilan brand image dan volume penjualan maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM utamanya dalam peningkatan volume penjualan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the motivation, commitment and leadership style on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Al Kautsar teachers partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all teachers with a total of 31 respondents, and was a census sampling study. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously the variables of motivation, commitment and leadership style had a significant influence on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Al Kautsar Pandaan teachers. In an effort to improve the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Al Kautsar teachers, it is by increasing motivation, commitment and leadership style, as well as evaluating performance results and providing awards for teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe, find out, and analyze the principal's leadership style and work motivation, on teacher performance and the work environment in Cluster 3 Menganti Gresik. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 47 respondents. Data analysis using PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results showed that the work environment, teacher performance, and leadership style of the principal were in very good criteria. Work motivation is in good criteria, the principal's leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, school leadership style has significant effect on teacher performance, work motivation has no effect on teacher performance, the work environment significant to teacher performance, the principal's leadership style has significant effect on teacher performance through the work environment, and work motivation has a negative and not significant effect on teacher performance through the work environment in Cluster 3 Menganti Gresik.Keywords: principal leadership style, work motivation, work environment, teacher performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the satisfaction of outpatients at Muji Rahayu Hospital Surabaya in terms of the quality of services provided by Muji Rahayu Hospital Surabaya. This study uses independent variables consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The analytical model used to test and prove the hypothesis in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of regression analysis, the regression coefficients of all independent variables have a probability value (sig) less than 0.05, which means that partially tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have an effect on outpatient satisfaction at Muji Rahayu Hospital Surabaya is reliability. . The conclusion of this study is that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy both partially and simultaneously affect outpatient satisfaction at Muji Rahayu Hospital Surabaya and among tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, the dominant influence on outpatient satisfaction at Muji Rahayu Hospital Surabaya is reliability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Influence of Transformational and Transactional Leadership on Employee Performance through Conflict Resolution. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population is all Pesen Village Government employees 39 people. The sampling technique is by census sampling, so that the sample is 39 people. Methods of data collection with questionnaires and documentation were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). Abstract

Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi Organizational Citizenship Behavior, komitmen, kepuasan dan keadilan organisasi kerja di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan dan keadilan organisasi kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui komitmen pegawai. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian Explanatory Research menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 72 orang. Sampel ditentukan sebanyak 70 orang menggunakan total sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis dengan Partial Last Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan, keadilan organisasi, Komitmen dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam kondisi yang baik, Kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen, Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen, Kepuasan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Komitmen pegawai, Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Komitmen.

Abstract

Batik is a cultural heritage from our ancestors which is still developing in various regions in Indonesia. Batik cloth is worn as a characteristic of clothing in Indonesia which is used by all groups. Tanjung Bumi sub-district is known for the quality of hand-made batik which has different motifs and variations from other batik. Batik, which is also one of the world's cultural heritages, is a superior product and the pride of Tanjung Bumi sub-district. In the past, batik Tanjung Bumi was a job for women in the area to fill their spare time waiting for their husbands who worked as sailors to go to distant areas, such as to the islands of Kalimantan and Sulawesi. The results obtained are that Tanjung Bumi written batik can increase the income of Macajah Village. In the process of making written batik, the initial cultivation of batik focused on the motifs and colors on the batik cloth and made the villagers as workers thus helping the welfare of the people of Macajah Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline and work performance assessment on performance through compensation for Probolinggo City DPRD Employee Secretariat. This type of research uses quantitative methods with data analysis using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the research show that work discipline, work performance assessment, compensation and performance of Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat Office Employees are in the good category. Work discipline has no influence on the compensation of Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat Employees. The work performance assessment has no influence on the compensation of the Probolinggo City DPRD Employee Secretariat. Work discipline has no influence on the performance of the Probolinggo City DPRD Employee Secretariat. 5) Work performance assessments have an influence on the performance of the Probolinggo City DPRD Employee Secretariat. Compensation has no influence on the performance of the Probolinggo City DPRD Employee Secretariat. Work discipline has no influence on performance through compensation for Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat Employees. Job performance assessment has no influence on performance through compensation for Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether work culture and incentives have a significant positive effect on the performance of local tax collection officers with work motivation as an intervening variable. The population of this study is a regional tax collection officer at the Probolinggo City Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency who has the status of a Civil Servant with a minimum service period of 1 year. The sample taken was 30 respondents. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS 3. The results showed that work culture has a direct positive effect on officer work motivation, work culture has a significant positive direct effect on officer performance, incentives have a significant positive direct effect on officer work motivation, incentives have a direct positive effect on officer performance, and work motivation has a direct positive effect on officer performance. Furthermore, work culture indirectly does not affect employee performance, incentives indirectly do not affect employee performance.
