Abstract

Sebagian besar wilayah di Indonesia sangat bagus untuk budidaya jamur, karena alamIndonesia yang hangat dan lembab, dan jamur akan tumbuh bila dikondisikan sesuai denganpersyaratannya. Budidaya jamur dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan murah karenakandungan komponennya banyak menggunakan limbah, misalkan serbuk kayu dari bekasgergaji dan dedak. Jenis jamur yang paling banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia antara lain:jamur tiram, jamur merang, jamur shitake, dan jamur kuping. Jamur kuping (Auriculariaauricula) merupakan salah satu kelompok jelly fungi yang memiliki prospek bisnis sangatbagus. Hal ini disebabkan permintaan pasar domestik maupun pasar internasional masihcukup tinggi.Tak mengherankan harga jamur kuping dipasaran bisa lebih mahal dibandingkanjamur tiram serta jamur merang. Budidaya jamur kuping sangat cocok untuk dikembangkanmenjadi peluang usaha skala rumah tangga.

Abstract

E-learning during a pandemic is the best solution to support the learning process, but what about vocational students in implementing e-learning. This study aims to determine: (1) Implementation, (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors, and (3) solutions for inhibiting factors for the e-learning process at SMK N 5 Sukoharjo. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. This study used purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques with the class XI PKKwu teacher as the key informant. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documents, and case studies. The data validity test used source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of PKKwu e-learning at SMK N 5 Sukoharjo consisted of planning, implementation, and evaluating. Planning using face to face learning lesson plans due to the lack of preparation for online learning. The implementation of PKKwu e-learning learning is carried out through the Google Classroom, Edmodo, Email, Whatsapp application, resulting in less than optimal learning of PKKwu practices, the practice of making handsanitizer and disinfectants. Evaluation is done by assessing the timeliness of collection and the correctness of answering the assignment given. 2) Supporting factors, namely the provision of credit subsidies and borrowing HP. Inhibiting factors are teacher lack of understanding of e-learning, unstable internet connection, lack of literature and official school learning media and students different economic levels. 3) The solution to these obstacles is continued coordination with parents, the use of text and audio-based learning media to minimize quotas, develop school websites, and provide training on e-learning to teachersKeywords: E-learning, Evaluation, Implementation, Inhibiting Factors, Supporting Factors, Solution

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) The role of mobile library in increasing society's reading interest in Surakarta; (2) Inhibitory factors of mobile libraries in carrying out their roles; (3) Efforts library barries to overcome obstacles. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods with a case study approach. The data used is primary and secondary data. The data source comes from the source / informant, place / event, as well as the specified documents using purposive sampling techniques and snowball sampling. Data is collected through observation, interview, and document analysis. Data validity test techniques use source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis techniques are carried out in stages: (1) data collection; (2) data reduction; (3) presentation of data; (4) withdrawal of conclusion. The research procedures conducted by researcher are as follow: (1) drafting proposals; (2) instrument preparation stage; (3) data collection stage; (4) data analysis stage; (5) research report stage. The result of the research shows that: (1) The role of mobile library in increasing society’s reading interest in Surakarta, among others: (a) As a provider of information source in the form of collection of library materials for the society; (b) As a facilitator in meeting information needs and guiding the society; (c) As a means of picking the ball up. (2) Obstacles in increasing society's reading interest include: (a) Book collections that have not been able to meet the needs of the society as a whole; (b) Limited service time; (c) Lack of socialization of the schedule of mobile library locations in the society. (3) Efforts to deal with such obstacles include: (a) Procurement of library material collection; (b) extension of service time; (c) conduct a survey regarding the location of the stop.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes by using animated cartoon videos in class XI OTKP 3 SMK N 1 Surakarta OTK Finance subjects. This research is a classroom action research. The research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and collecting data, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students of class XI OTKP 3 SMKN 1 Surakarta, totaling 34 children. Sources of data used come from teachers and students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, tests, and documents. Data validity uses source triangulation techniques, triangulation techniques, comparing data and concluding data. Data analysis used simple quantitative data analysis, qualitative data analysis, and comparative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that learning outcomes can be increased by the application of animated cartoon videos. Based on data collected from pre-action, cycle I, and cycle II have increased, learning outcomes in pre-action as many as 5 students (14.7%) were declared complete, cycle I as many as 18 students (52.9%) were declared complete, and in the second cycle as many as 25 students (73.5%) were declared complete. Learning outcomes data were obtained from the results of the case test as many as 7 questions. The conclusion of this study is that the application of animated cartoon videos can improve learning outcomes of Financial OTK subjects in OTKP students of SMK N 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh 1) persuasi verbal guru terhadap efikasi diri peserta, 2) kecerdasan emosi peserta didik terhadap efikasi diri peserta didik, dan 3) persuasi verbal guru dan kecerdasan emosi peserta didik secara bersama-sama terhadap efikasi diri peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif rancangan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X OTKP di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta sebanyak 108 peserta didik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 peserta didik yang diperoleh melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan 1) persuasi verbal guru terhadap efikasi diri peserta didik dengan thitung = 7,599 (α = 5%), 2) kecerdasan emosi peserta didik terhadap efikasi diri peserta didik dengan thitung = 3,372 (α = 5%), dan 3) persuasi verbal guru dan kecerdasan emosi peserta didik secara bersama-sama terhadap efikasi diri peserta didik dengan Fhitung = 48,188 (α = 5%).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the activeness improvement of the X grade office management students in the archival subject in SMK Kristen Surakarta by applying the cooperative learning model with Question Student Have type. This research is included as a classroom action research (CAR). It was conducted in 2 research cycles, each cycle consists of 4 steps, which are: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data analysis was done by using the comparative descriptive analysis technique and critical analysis. The procedure of the research includes planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that through the application of learning model Question Student Have type can enhance the students’ activeness. The total improvement of students’ activeness covering 7 indicators of visual activities, listening activities, writing activities, motor activities, mental activities, emotional activities, and oral activities was 71.87% in which on pre-research the score increased from 27.7% to 51.84% on the first cycle and furthermore increased to 80.30% on the second cycle.  The conclusion of this research is that the application of cooperative learning model Question Student Have type is able to enhance the students’ activeness of the X office management of SMK Kristen 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

Abstract The study was aimed to determine (1) the effect of self-regulated learning on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021; (2) the effect of social environment on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021; and (3) the effect of self-regulated learning and social environment on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021. This study was quantitative research with a correlational method. The population of this study was twelfth grade students OTKP of SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in the 2020/2021 academic year, 102 students. The researcher used incidental sampling with 81 students as the sample. The data were collected using documentation and questionnaires. The data self-regulated learning and social environment were collected using questionnaires, meanwhile the data of students’ learning outcomes were collected using documentation. Then the data were analyzed using a prerequisite test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 22.0 program. This result of study showed that: (1) there was a positive effect of self-regulated learning on student’ learning outcomes of twelfth grade students of OTKP SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with t-value 1,995 > t-table 1,99085; (2) there was a positive effect of social environment on students’ learning outcomes grade XII OTKP students at SMK N 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with t-value 2,253 > t-table 1,99085; and (3) there was a positive effect of self-regulated learning and social environment on students’ learning outcomes of  grade XII OTKP students at SMK N 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with F-value 13,088 > F-table 3,11.

Abstract

 The aims of the study are to determine: (1) the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship (2) the effect of self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship (3) the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship. The research used quantitative proportional random sampling method with a total of 60 from 148 populations. Data collection by questionnaire. Analysis using multiple linear regression technique with analysis prerequisite test: normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The results of the study: (1) there is a significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest tcount is greater than the results of the t-test analysis obtained by the value of tcount (2.397)> ttable (1.984) the significance value is less than 0.10 (0.000 <0.10); (2) there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship, tcount is greater than the results of the t-test analysis, it is obtained that tcount (2.520) > ttable (1.984) the significance value is less than 0.10 (0.006 <0.10); (3) there is an influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship. Fcount is greater than the value of Ftable (Fcount > Ftable, which is 11.988 > 3.92), the significance value is less than 0.10 (0.000 < 0.10) . The entrepreneurial knowledge variable gave an effective contribution of 13.70% and a relative contribution of 48.22%, while the self-efficacy variable gave an effective contribution of 14.67% and a relative contribution of 51.6%

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Validitas data diperoleh dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai implementasi budaya kerja 5S pada area finishing bagian produksi factory 2 di PT Nesia Pan Pacific Clothing, Wonogiri diperoleh temuan bahwa: 1) Implementasi budaya kerja 5S meliputi: a) seiri (pemilahan), b) seiton (penataan), c) seiso (pemeliharaan), d) seiketsu (jadikan standar), e) shitsuke (pembiasaan). 2) Faktor penghambat implementasi budaya kerja 5S diantaranya: a) kurangnya pengetahuan karyawan area finishing mengenai budaya kerja 5S, b) adanya miss komunikasi antar karyawan dan kurangnya motivasi, c) penerapan SOP budaya kerja 5S yang kurang diterapkan dengan baik, d) karyawan kurang melakukan pembiasaan kerja 3S (seiri, seiton, seiso), dan 3) Solusi yang dilakukan mengatasi hambatan antara lain: a) training yang dilanjutkan dengan aksi lapangan oleh karyawan produksi, b) breafing karyawan produksi area finishing, c) monitoring karyawan produksi oleh supervisor, d) evaluasi berkala dari manajemen.

Abstract

The research usess quantitativei descriptivei methods. The respondentsi of this non-educativei employeesi of Teacher Training and Education Faculty in Sebelas Maret University to help studenti for administration services as 111 employees. Thei technique in research there are use saturated sampling. Data collectioni techniques there use questionnairesi and documentation. Questionnairesi are usedi to collecti data on leadership istyle and interpersonali communication, while documentation is used to collect data base employee. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) There is a significant effect of leadership style on the Teacher Training and Education Faculty in Sebelas Maret University as indicated by the t count value of the leadhershipi style variable is 3,184 > t table is 1,982 and sig. 0,000 < 0,05. (2) There is a significant influence There is a significant influence on the interpersonal communication to the employee performance Teacher Training and Education Faculty in Sebelas Maret University as indicated by the t count value of the interpersonali communication is 6,043 > t table is 1,982 and the value of sig. 0,000 < 0,05. (3) There is a significant influence on the leadership style and interpersonal communication together on the employee performance Teacher Training and Education Faculty in Sebelas Maret University as indicated by F count value greater than F table, which is 33,661 > 3,08.
