Abstract

The purpose of this study are to determine the implementation of archives in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta City. This study is a descriptive qualitative study employing a case study technique. The study was carried out in the Surakarta City Regional Secretariat's General Section. Purposive sampling was a technique for taking samples. Observation, interviewing, and document analysis were used to compile data. Check the accuracy of the data obtained through source and method triangulation. The data analysis technique included interactive model data analysis.The result of this study reveal that: 1) The implementation of archives in the General Section of the Surakarta City Regional Secretariat which uses an active dynamic archive management system which includes the creation stage such as receipt and recording of records, the using stage such as archive arrangement and archive storage, archive maintenance and caring, and depreciation stages such as moving archives that are already running quite well, 2) The implementation of archives in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta City is exist some problems like as lacking of human resources in the field of correspondences and lacking of archival supporting infrastructure, and 3) Conducting to solve some problems be found in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta City such as planning of increasing human resources and budgeting for facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The research aimed to find out : (1) Knowing the implementation of Internship Program. (2) Knowing the obstacles of the implementation of Internship Program. (3) Knowing how to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of Internship Program in Christian Vocational High School 1 Surakarta, Automation and Office Management Skills Program.This study is a descriptive qualitative research. The research data is collected from following sources: research participant, event and documentation. The sampling technique used was purposive and snowball sampling. The techniques of data collection are interview, observation, and documentation. To check the validity of the data, the researcher uses source triangulation and method triangulation. Meanwhile the data is analyzed based on the interactive analysis model. The results of the study: (1) The implementation of Internship Program has been well organized and has a positive role. (2) Obstacles that occur such as the distance of partner institutions is too far, less of skills teachers that it cause not all internship supervisors are competent, lack of communication and responsibility of school supervisor. (3) Efforts are made such as election of industry places that are affordable to the student's residence, improving coordination between teachers, performance report to the chief executive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The application of BDR at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono,2) The obstacles in the implementation of BDR at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono,3) Strategic efforts in overcoming obstacles to BDR at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using a case study approach. The validity of the data was obtained by triangulation of techniques and sources. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The research procedure are as follows: 1) Problem identification,2) Research focus determination,3) Data collection,4) Data analysis, and 5) Research results reporting. The results of the study show that: 1) The BDR process at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono includes: a) planning begins with the provision of workshops and the preparation of learning administration,b) Implementation using WhatsApp Group, Google Meet, and Google Classroom media, c)Monitoring is carried out through Google Classroom and Office 365 media, d)Evaluation activities are carried out during the morning apple activity.2) The Implementation of BDR has obstacles including: a) Students do not have internet quotas and unstable networks,b) Students find it difficult to concentrate,c) Limited use of learning media and 3) Strategic efforts in dealing with obstacles include: a) Providing assistance quotas and allowances for students,b) Handling of Guidance and Counseling Teachers, c)Provision of Training and Socialization.

Abstract

The research aims at revealing whether: (1) The effect of giving compensation on job satisfaction at PT. Graha Informatika Jakarta; (2) The effect of work motivationi on job satisfaction at PT. Graha Informatika Jakarta; (3) Thei effect of giving compensation and work motivation simultaneously on job satisfaction at PT. Graha Informatika Jakarta.  This type of Quantitative descriptive research with descriptive survey method. Information presented in the study is the result of questioner that has been filled out by the employees of PT. Graha Informatika Jakarta. The research used purposive sampling technique, with a sample 68 respondents. The results showed that; (1) There is an effect of giving compensation on job satisfaction with the result of t test 3,174 > 1,973. (2) There is an effect of work motivation on job satisfaction with the result of t test 2,676 > 1,973. (3) There is an effect of giving compensation and work motivation simultaneously on job satisfaction with the result of F test 27,359 > 3,14.  The conclusion of the multiple linear regression analysis above show that 45% of job satisfaction is influenced by compensation and work motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was to find out there is or not: 1) the effect of self concept towards learning achievement on automation and finance administration; 2) the effect of self-motivated learning towards learning achievement on automation and finance administration; 3) the effect of self concept and self-motivated learning towards learning achievement on automation and finance administration.This research used quantitative research with a correlational research design. The population in this research were all students of class XI Automation and Office Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Klaten in the academic year 2018/2019 which amounted to 108 students. The sample in this research taken with proportional random sampling technique which amounted to 84 students. Data source from teacher and students. The data collection technique used questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 23.0 program. The result of research showed that 1) there was a significant positive effect of self concept toward learning achievement on automation and finance administraiton (tcount = 4,4801, sign < 0,05); 2) there was a significant positive effect of self-motivated learning toward learning achievement on automation and finance administration (tcount = 4,326, sign < 0,05); 3) there was a significant positive effect of self concept and self-motivated learning toward learning achievement on automation and finance administration (Fcount = 48,654, sign < 0,05). This result of research showed the amount of effective contribution together equal to 54,6% and the rest still 45,4% which effected by other variables which not entered in this research. Abstract

The research aimed to find out: (1) How the role of public relations in building a positive image in SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. (2) Knowing the obstacles experienced by public relations in building a positive image at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. (3) Knowing the public relations efforts to overcome obstacles in building a positive image at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta.This research is a qualitative research. The research data is collected from following sources: research participant, event, documents, and archives. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The techniques of data collection are interview, observation, and documentation. To check the validity of the data, the researcher uses source triangulation and method triangulation. Meanwhile the data is analysed based on the interactive analysis modelThe results of the study show: (1) that the implementation of the roles of public relations to build the school image of SMK Batik 2 Surakarta includes the roles of communicator, relationship maker, backup management, and corporate image maker. (2) The obstacles of public relations are public relations didn’t master the technique of conveying information or promotion. (3) The efforts to overcome obstacles is making an agenda for each public relations committee so that committee can carry out their duties properly as a public relations officer dan teacher.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran SMK Tamansiswa Sukoharjo Angkatan 2020/2021; (2) pengaruh motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran SMK Tamansiswa Sukoharjo Angkatan 2020/2021; dan (3) pengaruh praktik kerja industri dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran SMK Tamansiswa Sukoharjo Angkatan 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer berupa nilai praktik kerja industri siswa dan angket untuk memperoleh data motivasi memasuki dunia kerja siswa dan kesiapan kerja siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dimana digunakan keseluruhan siswa kelas XII jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran SMK Tamansiswa Sukoharjo Angkatan 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan mengambil data sekunder berupa nilai prakerin siswa dan data primer menggunakan angket dengan skala likert yang diwujudkan melalui google form guna mempermudah pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan Uji t untuk menguji secara parsial masing-masing variabel. Digunakan analisis regresi dengan SPSS 22.0 dengan melihat tabel t pada nilai regression linier dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Selanjutnya juga digunakan Uji F atau Uji ANOVA untuk menetahui pengaruh dua variabel independen secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik kerja industri tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa (thitung= -1,308 < ttabel= 2,039) dengan nilai Sumbangan Efektif (SE) sebesar 3,34%. Motivasi memasuki dunia kerja berpengaruh secara pesitif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa (thitung= 5,793 > ttabel= 2,039) dengan Sumbangan Efektif (SE) sebesar 50,76%. Sehingga diperoleh total Sumbangan Efektif dari kedua variabel independen adalah 54,1%. Praktik kerja industri dan motivasi memasuki dunia kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa (Fhitung= 18,256 > Ftabel= 3,30) kelas XII jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran SMK Tamansiswa Sukoharjo Angkatan 2020/2021.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Dalam Pelaksanaan Administrasi di Kelurahan Kadipiro (Studi Kasus di Kelurahan Kadipiro). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang (1) Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap pelaksanaan administrasi di kelurahan Kadipiro, (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala dan solusi dari pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di kelurahan Kadipiro.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di kelurahan Kadipiro, kecamatan Banjarsari, kota Surakarta. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, peristiwa, dokumen dengan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pemanfaatan teknologi informasi bagi petugas administrasi di kelurahan Kadipiro, Banjarsari, Surakarta sebagai berikut: (1) Membantu pekerjaan menjadi lebih cepat, lancar, dan akurat, (2) Keamanan data terjamin, (3) Mempermudah dalam pencarian data, (4) Menambah wawasan bagi seorang administrasi, (4) Lebih produktif dalam bekerja. Pemanfaatan teknologi memiliki kendala antara lain: (1) Kurang terampil dalam penggunan teknologi (2) Tidak adanya seminar yang menunjang keterampilan pegawai administrasi (3) Perlunya penambahan staff, (4) Komputer yang masih spesifikasi rendah, (5) Tidak ada genset apabila mati lampu, (6) Aplikasi yang eror, (7) Jaringan terkendala. Adapun solusi dari penggunaan teknologi informasi di kelurahan Kadipiro sebagai berikut: (1) Bertanya ke teman yang sudah ahli dalam bidang teknologi, (2) Pengajuan penambahan staff pada kepegawaian, (3) Pengadaan genset dan komputer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: the implementation of an ACTIVE work culture on the academic aspect of FKIP, the implementation of an ACTIVE work culture on the academic aspect of FKIP, solutions to the implementation of a work culture on the academic aspect of FKIP.This research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. Sources of data were obtained from the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Head of Study Programs, lecturers, and students. Sampling technique: snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews and documents. Data validity test: method triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques: interactive data analysis techniquesThe results showed that the ACTIVE work culture in the academic aspect at FKIP had been going well, although there were some obstacles. The obstacles faced are the limitations of classrooms and laboratories, the existence of Work from Home (WFH) regulations during the covid-19 pandemic, and the lack of awareness of the ACTIVE work culture. Solutions made: efforts to complete facilities and infrastructure, create innovations during the WFH rule by using alternative media and methods, build awareness by conducting socialization

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the SIPSMART e-office at Sebelas Maret University. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Researchers present descriptive data in the form of informants or sources, field observations. Sources of data are informants, activities or events, as well as documentation or archives. The sampling technique was carried out using purposse sampling. Researchers in this study used triangulation of sources and methods in testing the validity of research data. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive model data analysis. The SIPSMART application is used to store student achievement data which later the output from SIPSMART can be used for students as evidence of their achievement while being a student. The implementation of the SIPSMART e-office at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta has not been perfect, it can be seen from the steps that have been done have not yet yielded maximum results. Although the implementation of SIPSMART has been carried out through the planning and implementation stages. The planning stage consists of student competence and also server creation. Meanwhile, the implementation stage of the launching activity and also socialization. The socialization activities carried out were not concurrent at all levels of students, because the socialization conducted was only a few students, so that the information conveyed did not spread, so some students, staff, and lecturers still did not understand SIPSMART.
