Abstract

This research seeks to discover the impact of compensation and office environment on employee performance as well as their overall sense of fulfillment. This is accomplished by including job satisfaction as a secondary variable in a regression analysis. Analysis of data comes from secondary research files and questionnaires. The most important data comes from the Smart PLS Version 3 SEM model. That data type is called primary data. The study proves that employee performance is affected by compensation, while the work environment has no effect on performance. However, compensation affects employee job satisfaction, while the work environment has no effect on it. Additionally, this study reveals that job satisfaction has an effect on the relationship between compensation and performance on work environment— leading to improved employee performance

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan pencapaian atas pelaksanaan pekerjaan oleh karyawan yang berdasarkan pada target dan standar tertentu selama periode tertentu. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, namun pada penelitian ini hanya menfokuskan pada komitmen dan budaya kerja yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Agung Toyota Pekanbaru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 120 orang karyawan dan 50% dari populasi dijadikan sampel, dengan demikian jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 60 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan file riset. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t dan uji F pada alpha 5%. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komitmen dan budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, bak secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Artinya jika terjadi peningkatan komitmen organisasi maka kinerja karyawan juga akan semakin meningkat dan sebaliknya. Begitu juga dengan budaya kerja, semakin baik budaya kerja, maka akan semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan PT Toyota Pekanbaru, dan begitu sebaliknya. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Komitmen, Budaya Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang dilakukan didalam studi ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif atau analisis data statistik yang lebih menitikberatkan pada penyajian data yang berbentuk angka atau kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tingkat pimpinan pada PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Area 1 Balai Jaya dengan metode sampel total menggunakan teknik sensus jenuh yaitu sebanyak 52 orang responden. Teknik analisis data yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Area 1 Balai Jaya; (2) motivasi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Area 1 Balai Jaya; serta (3) gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Area 1 Balai Jaya. Nilai korelasi antara gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dalam penelitian ini yaitu diperoleh sebesar 86,9%. Sedangkan nilai determinasi antara gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 74,6%.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of product variant and price with simulthan and partial on purchasing decisions for HNI-HPAI products at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City. The population in this study were all consumers at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City in 2019, amounting to 1.244 consumers and based on the Slovin formula it is know that the number of samples in this study is 100 consumers at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City. The sample collection technique is using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan and partial test results, the variable of product variant and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for HNI-HPAI products at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of product and price on purchasing decisions at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 87,3%. While contribution the variable of product variant and price to the purchasing decisions variables is equual to 75,7% while the remaining 24,3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what the most efective marketing strategy in vape marketing at the OWL Vaporizer Store in Bangkinang City. The types and sources of data in this study are primary data in the form of data collected directly during the research and secondary data in the form of data collected by tracing documents, files and records that have been published. Data collection techniques using interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and mapping with strength maps, weaknesses, opportunity and threats to determine the advantages of an effective strategy. The key success factor og marketing vape products at OWL Vaporizer Store in Bangkinang City lies in its strengths, namely sklilled OWL Vaporizer Store in Bangkinang City shop owners, with weaknesses in the form of promotions carried out by business owners at OWL Vaporizer Store in Bangkinang City which are less intensive. Meanwhile, business opportunities are the form of consumer behavior oriented to the vape brands being offered, with threats in the form of an unstable local economy. Based on the research results, it shows that the map of the strength position of the vape product marketing strategy at OWL Vaporizer Store in Bangkinang City is in quadrant I as a market leader, namely a strategy to support aggressive growth.

Abstract

A person with a high level of satisfaction has high positive feelings about his job. Satisfaction is determined by several factors, and one of them is work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation (X) on Job Satisfaction of employees of PT Coca Cola Pekanbaru (Y). This research is a quantitative study using simple linear regression analysis. The t test results show that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which means that motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT Coca Cola Official Pekanbaru. The relationship between motivation and employee job satisfaction is very strong.

Abstract

This research was conducted at UD. Bulan Bintang, which is located at Ranah Air Tiris Village, Kampar Regency, starts from March 2020 to completion. The type of data used consists of primary data and secondary data with a sample size of 50 people. The sample was conducted by using the census method. Meanwhile, to determine the magnitude of the independent effect (X) on the dependent variable (Y), Multiple Linear Regression analysis is used with the help of SPSS version 16.0. From the results of the normality test using the one sample Kolmogorovesmirnove test, the significance results of the normality test were 0.351, where the results were greater than the 0.05 significance level, so it can be concluded that the test tests on the normality test in this study were normally distributed. The Heteroscedasticity test shows that the dots are not randomly spread, and form a certain pattern, and are spread over the zero on the Y axis. So, it can be concluded that the regression model in this study is free from heteroscedasticity. The independent variable does not have a significant effect on the dependent variable. This can be seen based on the results of the t test and f test, where the significance value is 0.451> the α value is 0.05, this indicates that the hypothesis test is not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee morale at the Department of Communication, Information and Encoding, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Kampar Regency Communication, Information and Encryption Service using census techniques in determining the sample to be 33 employees. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study concluded that the work environment has a significant partial effect on employee morale, with a significant value greater than 0.05. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that organizational culture and work environment influence the morale of employees at the Department of Communication, Information and Encryption, Kampar Regency. There is a very strong relationship between the variables of organizational culture and work environment on employee morale at the Communication, Information and Encryption Office of Kampar Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine brand trust and store atmosphere on customer loyalty at PT. The rotte is like the taste of the Pekanbaru Panam Pomegranate Branch. the types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, on the other hand the method of retrieval of this information is by using questionnaires, file research, observations, and interviews, the analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with the number of respondents as many as 96 people, The hypothesis is carried out with and t. Based on the results of the study, it can be opened if simultaneously brand trust and store atmosphere affect customer loyalty, while partially testing brand trust and store atmosphere based on customer loyalty, the closeness between the variables independently of the variables ensures that it is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the variable is 67.5%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) Bangkinang Hospital. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Bangkinang Hospital which were known to be 124 employees. The sampling method in this study was the total sample method using the saturated census technique so that the number of samples in this study was 124 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression models. Based on the test results simultaneously and partially, the variables of discipline and work motivation proved to have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) Bangkinang Hospital. The close relationship that occurs between the variables of discipline and work motivation on employee performance is strong. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 63.6% while the remaining 36.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
