Abstract

On the other hand, the diversity of the multicultural society as the wealth of the Indonesian nation is very prone to triggering conflict and division. The diversity of Indonesian society can at least be seen from its two unique characteristics. First, horizontally, marked by the fact that there are social units based on differences in ethnicity, religion, customs and regional differences. Second, vertically, marked by a sharp vertical difference between the upper and lower layers. Humans as social beings and as individuals always need interaction with others. In social interaction itself there is always conflict or cooperation between them. Thus, conflict can be said to be a natural part of human life. The purpose of this research is to find out. 1. To find out the solutions of state government in resolving social conflicts between Negeri Ureng and Negeri Negeri Lima. 2. To find out the inhibiting factors of state government in resolving social conflicts between Negeri Ureng and Negeri Negeri Lima. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative, namely a systematic factual and accurate description of the factors in the field that are related to matters in the field. The data in this study were collected using observation and documentation methods. Data Analysis Techniques. The data obtained from the results of this study were compiled and analyzed qualitatively, then the data was described descriptively in order to obtain a clear and directed picture of how to answer the problem. The results of the research on the Role of Community Leaders in Resolving Social Conflict in Negeri Ureng and Negeri Lima are very important as, the conflict between these two countries has been going on for so long, so the role of these community leaders is very important because they become pawns to prevent conflict between the two countries, by him it is necessary to further increase the capacity and strengthen the position holders as people who are influential in occupying existing positions in this country so that when there is an issue from these two countries the role of community leaders is very helpful in resolving the conflict.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini bahwa untuk mengetahui program keluarga berencana dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui dampak dari program kampung keluarga brencana. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah Wawancara, dimana digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi dengan cara bertanya langsung kepada informan dengan mengunakan pedoman wawancara sesuai dengan masalah yang diteliti. Observasi adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui sesuatu pengamatan, dengan disertai pencatatan-pencatatan terhadap keadaan atau perilaku objek sasaran. Dokumentasi peneliti memperoleh data dengan cara mengumpulkan data yang bersumber pada data-data tertulis arsip maupun gambar yang berkaitan dengan program kampung KB. Salah satu desa yang menjadi kampung keluarga berencana ialah Desa Wasia yang dinobatkan tanggal 20 April 2017. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa di Desa Wasia memuat beberapa program yang terlaksana yaitu bina keluarga remaja, bina keluarga lansia, bina untuk balita, dan juga PIKR (Pusat infomasi dan konseling remaja) dan program KB gratis. Dengan adanya program-program tersebut dapat membawa dampak yang nyata pada kehidupan sosial masyarakat Desa Wasia baik dari segi ekonomi, sosial maupun pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Peran, Program, Kampung Keluarga Berencana. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the family planning program in improving community welfare and to determine the impact of the family planning village program. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study is interview, which is used to obtain information by asking directly to the informant using interview guidelines according to the problem being studied. Observation is a data collection technique that is carried out through an observation, accompanied by notes on the state or behavior of the target object. Documentation researchers obtained data by collecting data sourced from archive written data and images related to the village family planning program. One of the villages that became a family planning village is Wasia Village which was crowned on April 20 2017 From the results of the study, it shows that in Wasia Village contains several programs, namely youth family development, elderly family development, development for toddlers, and also PIKR (Information Center). and youth counseling) and free family planning programs. With these programs, they can have a real impact on the social life of the Wasia Village community both, in terms of economy, social and education.Keywords: Role, Program, Family Planning Village

Abstract

AbstrakProgram bantuan langsung tunai desa merupakan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah pusat serta kewenanganya di berikan kepada pemerintah desa melalui pemotongan dana desa (DD) sebesar 40% untuk disalurkan kepada masyarakat khususnya masyarakat dusun lirang desa luhu yang kehilangan mata pencarian atau yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1. Bagaimanakah proses implementasi Bantuan Langsung Tunai Desa bagi masyarakat ekonomi lemah di dusun Lirang. 2. Bagaimana Upaya penangulangan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Desa di Dusun Lirang Desa Luhu. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu metode yang mengunakan atau melukiskan suwatu kejadian secara sistematis, factual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta atau fenomena yang diselidiki. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukan bahwa implementasi bantuan langsung tunai desa yang di berikan oleh pemerintah desa kepada masyarakat penerima subsidi dengan jumlah Rp 300.000 perbulan dari awal bulan januari sampai desember tahun 2022 khususnya masyarakat penerima BLT-Desa yang berada di dusun lirang desa luhu sangat bermanfaat guna membantu meringankan daya beli masyarakat dengan kategori ekonomi lemah diera pandemi Covid. Selain itu penyaluran bantuan lagsung tunai desa oleh pemerintah desa kepada penerima bantuan langsung tunai desa telah tepat sasaran sebagaimana ketentuan yang telah di tetapkan bahwa masyarakat penerima bantuan adalah keluarga miskin atau tidak mampu yang berdomisili di desa bersangkutan dan diprioritaskan keluarga miskin yang termasuk dalam kategori kemiskinan ekstrim, kehilangan mata pencharian, keluarga penerima jarring sosial yang terhenti serta keluarga miskin yang terdampak pandemi Corona Disease 2019 (Covid-19) dan belum menerima bantuan atau rumah tangga dengan anggota rumah tangga tunggal lanjut usiaKata Kunci: Bantuan Langsung Tunai Desa, Masyarakat Ekonomi Lemah. AbstrakThe direct village cash assistance program is a policy issued by the central government and its authority is given to the village government through a 40% reduction in village funds (DD) to be distributed to the community, especially the lirang village community, who have lost their livelihoods or who have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemi. . The purpose of this study is to find out 1. How is the process of implementing Village Cash Assistance for the economically weak community in the Lirang hamlet. 2. How to tackle the Village Cash Assistance program in Lirang Hamlet, Luhu Village. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, which is a method that uses or describes an event in a systematic, factual and accurate manner regarding the facts or phenomena being investigated. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of direct village cash assistance provided by the village government to the subsidy recipient community in the amount of Rp. 300,000 per month from the beginning of January to December 2022, especially the BLT-Desa recipient community in the lirang village, Luhu village, is very useful for help ease the purchasing power of people with weak economic categories in the Covid pandemi era. In addition, the distribution of direct village cash assistance by the village government to recipients of direct village cash assistance has been right on target as stipulated in the provisions that the recipients of assistance are poor or underprivileged families who live in the village concerned and prioritize poor families who are included in the category of extreme poverty. , loss of livelihood, families receiving social networks that have stopped and poor families affected by the Corona Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemi and have not received assistance or households with elderly single household members.Keywords: Village Cash Direct Assistance. Abstract

AbstrakKehidupan perempuan di Indonesia hingga saat ini masih melekat pada suatu budaya patriarki dimana seorang perempuan masih melekat dan memposisikan dirinya sebagai subordinat dari laki-laki. Budaya patriarki sendiri sudah ada dan melekat dalam lingkungan masyarakat dari dahulu dan secara hukum adat dan agama menempatkan kedudukan perempuan di bawah laki-laki. Tentunya kondisi seperti ini sudah biasa ditemui di berbagai negara tak hanya di Indonesia. Akibat dari budaya patriarki tersebut, kedudukan perempuan hanya sebatas menjadi seorang istri dan ibu bahkan hal tersebut seringkali tidak dihargai.. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya kajian ulang kebijakan negara, yang saat ini terlalu fokus pada peningkatan peran perempuan dalam pembangunan, agar lebih memperhatikan peran perempuan dalam keluarga sebagai pilar kemajuan masyarakat dan bangsa. Adapun rumusan masalah yaitu : Bagaimana kedudukan dan peran perempuan modern secara domestik pada masyarakat wahaolon kecamatan leksula kabupaten buru selatan. dan Bagaimana kedudukan dan peran perempuan secara publik pada masyarakan wahaeolon kecamatan leksula kabupaten buru selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, dan wawancara serta teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian adalah Dalam ajaran Kristen perempuan dipandang sebagai makhluk yang memiliki pontensi yang sama seperti apa yang dimiliki laki-laki. Perempuan bukan hanya sebagai makhluk domestic–reproduktif perempuan bukan hanya bertugas mengurus rumah tangga, urusan rumah tangga sebenarnya antara laki-laki dan perempuan mempunyai tanggung jawab yang sama mengurus rumah tangga dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Perempuan tidak hanya dianggap sebagai makhluk lemah lembut, penyayang, dan penurut melainkan perempuan itu dapat leluasa untuk berkreatifitas, dan mempunyai kepercayaan diri yang kuat melangkah maju, berani melangkah keluar dari aturan budaya yang mengikat sehingga menghasilkan perempuan yang cerdas, kuat, dan bertanggung jawabKata Kunci: Perempuan Modern, Kesetaraan Gender, dan Perempuan Perdesaan AbstractThe life of women in Indonesia is still attached to a patriarchal culture where a woman is still attached and positions herself as subordinate to men. The patriarchal culture itself has existed and is inherent in the community from the past and according to customary law and religion, women are placed below men. Of course, conditions like this are common in various countries, not only in Indonesia. As a result of this patriarchal culture, the position of women is only limited to being a wife and mother and even this is often not appreciated. Therefore, it is necessary to review state policies, which currently focus too much on increasing the role of women in development, so that they pay more attention to the role of women in development. women in the family as pillars of the progress of society and the nation. The formulation of the problem is: How is the position and role of modern women domestically in the Wahaolon community, Leksula sub-district, South Buru district. and How is the position and role of women in  publik in the Waheolon community, Leksula sub-district, South Buru Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative, and data collection techniques, observations, and interviews as well as data analysis techniques. The result of the research is that in Christianity, women are seen as creatures who have the same potential as men. Women are not only domestic - reproductive creatures, women are not only tasked with taking care of the household, household affairs are actually between men and women who have the same responsibility to take care of the household in everyday life. Women are not only considered as gentle, loving, and obedient creatures, but women can be free to be creative, and have strong self-confidence to move forward, dare to step outside the binding cultural rules so as to produce intelligent, strong, and responsible women.Keywords: Modern Women, Gender Equality, and Rural Women

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to find out how the community understands the importan of education in Rumberu Village and to find out the factors of children’s desire to attend education in Rumberu Village. This research was conducted in Rumberu Village, Inamosol District West Seram Regency. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to be to be directly infolved. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the understanding of the Rumberu people about education was very advanced, because the community was of the view that the presence of education was very importan in increasing quality human resources in order to develop the village to be even better in the future so that the village could compete with villages in other places. Besides that there are factors that become the child’s desire to attend education itself. This is what then becomes the special attention of all parties in the area, bot the goverment, the community, and also related stakeholders to further improve what children want in attending education in Rumberu Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the process of implementing the family hope program and the impact of family hope on poor families. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study is an interview, which is used to obtain information by asking directly to informants using interview guidelines in accordance with the problem studied. Documentation researchers obtain data by collecting data sourced from written data, archives and images related to the family hope program (PKH). Kamarian Village is one of the villages that has implemented the PKH program since 2012 until now. From the results of the study, it shows that the process of implementing the family hope program (PKH) is running well, this can be seen from all activities in the implementation of the policy that are carried out well. The positive impact of the implementation of the PKH program is the improvement of health, education, and improvement of social welfare and can help reduce the burden of income expenditure as well as behavior change and independence of PKH families and other poor families.

Abstract

Peneilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuibagaimanakah pelaksanaan tradisi Antar dulang dalam kehidupan masyarakat dusun telaga desa piru kecamatan seram barat kabupaten seram bagian barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dimana bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan tradisi Antar Dulang, faktor yang mempengaruhi, Makna yang terkandung dalam pelaksanaan Tradisi Antar Dulangdi Dusun Telaga Desa Piru Kecamatan Seram Barat Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil wawancara ini menunjukan bahwa tradisi antar dulang didusun talaga merupakan sebuah tradisi yang masih dilaksanakan dan dipertahankan sampai sekarang yang apabila tidak dilaksanakan akan mendatangkan malapetaka bagi seluruh masyarakat. Tradisi antar dulang berlangsung selesai leberan tujuh hari yang dirayakan oleh seluruh masyarakat dusun talaga secara meriah dengan diikuti hadrat dan lantunan ayat-ayat suci al-qur’an.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya mengungkapkan kondisi faktual yang memperkuat nilai-nilai budaya kemasyarakatan tercermin dalam proses pemasangan atap pamali (atepoput) pada rumah pusaka di negeri Hila Ambon Maluku. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitiannya adalah pelaksana tugas pemerintahan negeri, sekretaris negeri, tokoh adat, tokoh masyarakat, dan tokoh pemuda yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemasangan atap pamali (Atepoput pada rumah pusaka sangat penting untuk dilakukan selain sebagai warisan adat istiadat yang dipertahankan turun temurun juga dijadikan sebagai pengetahuan, kepercayaan, kesenian, moral, keilmuan, hukum, dan kemampuan diri dalam kehidupan masyarakat, sehingga perlu adanya penanaman nilai-nilai budaya melalui sikap dan perilaku yang dilakukan secara sistematis, dan integrated, serta berkesinambungan dalam memperkuat budaya masyarakat serta menunjukan solidaritas dan pola pikir masyarakat adat khususnya bagi generasi muda di Negeri Hila Ambon Maluku, dapat membentuk budaya kewarganegaraan (civic culture) pada kehidupan masyarakat modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriftif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tinjauan pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyrakat (ppkm) terhadap pembinaan narapidana di lapas kelas II A Ambon, Provinsi Maluku. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Lapas kelas II A Ambon Provinsi Maluku. Pengambilan data di lakuakan dengan cara wawancara dengan para pengawai lapas dan juga para narapidana yang ada di lapas tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pemberlakuan PPKM di lapas kelas II A Ambon sesuai aturan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah, protokol kesehatan juga diterapkan dimana para narapidana diwajibkan menggunakan masker dan jaga jarak serta ada perubahan yang terjadi di lapas seperti kunjungan yang dibatasi, ibadah yang hanya pada masing-masing blok dan juga adanya jaga jarak antara masing-masing

Abstract

Toxic parents are parents' behavior that always curbs and verbally and nonverbally hurts children, indirectly parents will make the distance with children disharmonious. The purpose of this study is to (1) determine the impact of Toxic Parents on children's character and moral development. (2) To find out efforts to prevent parents who are toxic to children. The research method used in this study is Qualitative Research, namely by using or describing an event systematically, factually and accurately regarding the facts or phenomena investigated. The results showed (1) The impact of Toxic parents for children lies in their mentality which can cause trauma because the parenting pattern of parents who always force their children to follow their will (2) Lack of efforts made by families to avoid toxic behavior to children should be the main pillars that have an important role in child development that can shape the child's personality.
