Abstract

Abstrac : Today Information Technology continues to evolve with advances in computers and the ability to provide solutions to problems in various areas. One of the technological developments required information that is the presence of information systems for the data collection process passengers Travel. In the process of assembling information systems Travel Merpati Mas Ponorogo this constituent noticed there are still many issues that are currently done manually in the data management process, so the impact of delays in the delivery of information in the data is very influential for the effort, so the need to create a system of information to facilitate processing of passenger data to the manager. Therefore, in this Script designed a system that is expected to solve problems - problems that occur in the Travel Merpati Mas Ponorogo guest visitors, especially in data collection which is still manual in pendataannya, then the existence of this information system would enhance the yield of information that can handle information in the Travel Merpati Mas Ponorogo this, besides the data - passenger data can be stored more orderly and safer, and the information search process will be easier, faster, and efficient. Key words : Travel passenger data, systems, computerized.   Abstraksi : Sekarang ini Teknologi Informasi terus berkembang seiring dengan kemampuan dan kemajuan komputer untuk memberi solusi bagi permasalahan di berbagai bidang yang ada. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi Informasi yang dibutuhkan yaitu dengan adanya sistem informasi untuk proses pendataan penumpang Travel. Pada proses perakitan sistem informasi Travel Merpati Mas Ponorogo ini penyusun memperhatikan masih banyak permasalahan yang saat ini dikerjakan secara manual pada proses pengelolaan data, sehingga dampak terhadap keterlambatan informasi di dalam penyampaian suatu data sangatlah berpengaruh bagi usaha tersebut, sehingga perlu di buat sistem informasi untuk mempermudah pengolahan data penumpang kepada manajer. Oleh karena itu, dalam Laporan Skripsi ini dirancang sebuah sistem yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan – permasalahan yang terjadi di Travel Merpati Mas Ponorogo khususnya dalam pendataan tamu pengunjung yang masih manual dalam pendataannya, maka dengan adanya sistem informasi ini maka akan memudahkan dalam menghasilkan informasi yang mampu menangani informasi yang ada di dalam Travel Merpati Mas Ponorogo ini, selain itu data – data penumpang dapat tersimpan lebih teratur dan lebih aman, dan proses pencarian informasi akan lebih mudah, cepat, dan efisien. Abstract

This research was stimulated by the background of student’s lower learning motivation at SMPN 10 Sijunjung. A learning motivation of students was influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors come from students its self consisted their needs, eager, knowledge and aspiration, while external factors come from outside of students, consisted of teachers, environment and teaching strategy was implemented by teacher in the class in the form of reward and punishment, school equipment, friend, family and society. The aim of this research was to know internal and external factors due on the lower student’s learning motivation at SMPN 10 Sijunjung.This research used descriptive, a study aim to describe the find of fact systematically, factual and accurate. The population of this research was all students at the class IX in SMPN 10 Sijunjung totally 221 people. Sample was taken by purposive random sampling totally 64 people. Technique of data collection used questionnaire data was distributed to respondents. To analysis the data used percentage analysis, counting the percentage of respondents’ answer. From the result of research showed that internal factors caused the lower of student’s motivation was in a lot category. While the external factors caused the lower of student’s motivation was in a lot category. To be suggested to students to dig their potency and determine their aspiration that want to be reached in order always have high motivation in each following the learning process. To guiding teacher was expected to do any effort in handling internal and external problem due to lower motivation of students by creating funny teaching and to the next researcher was expected other factors related to reduce the student’s learning motivation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by character of counselor teachers to create learners’ interesting to do extra curriculer activities. This research aims to describe : character of counselor teachers to create learners’ interesting to do extra curriculer at SMAN 1 Sitiung. That be seen from: 1) affective’s aspect 2) psikomotor’s aspect 3) cognitive’s aspect. This research is descriptive study. Population in this research are all of learners in SMAN 1 Sitiung. Concluded sampel with random sampling, it consist of 83 learners. Instrument that used in this research is inquiry and tehnique analysis data were collected by percentage technique. The result of research are: 1) character of counselor teachers in create learners’ interesting to do extra curriculer that be seen from affective’s aspect is good enough , 2) character of counselor teachers in create learners’ interesting to do extra curriculer that be seen from psikomotor’s aspect is good enough, 3) character of counselor teachers in create learners’ interesting to do extra curriculer that be seen from cognitive’s aspect is good enough. Researcher give recommandation to all of counselor teachers, as a program to do their character at school to help them in create learners’ interesting in extra curriculer  activities.

Abstract

The problems in this research based on phenomena that researcher found in the field. the students not active in learning process, old fellow not yet can in developing its child creativity. Pursuant to researcher the mentioned lift problems of research about: How old fellow effort in developing age child creativity early in Trimulya Kecamatan Timpeh Kabupaten Dharmasraya seen from activity develop condition and creativity influencing creativity. This research aim to description (1) Effort old fellow in developing age child creativity is early seen from activity develop creativity (2) Effort old fellow in developing age child creativity is early seen from condition of able to influence in developing creativity.This research represent descriptive research which try depict situation as it is. This Research population is to include;cover entire/all age child early in Trimulya Kecamatan Timpeh amounting to counted 47 people. Research Sampel total sampling. Become sampel in this research counted 47 child. Data collecting in research use enquette, while data analysis the used is descriptive statistic by wearing percentage formula.Result of this research lay open that (1) Effort old fellow in developing age child creativity is early seen from activity develop creativity reside in at good criteria (2) Effort old fellow in developing age child creativity is early seen from condition of able to influence in developing creativity reside in at good criterion. Pursuant to result of research above, researcher can conclude that old fellow effort in developing age child creativity early reside in at good criteria. Writer suggest to old fellow in developing age child creativity early can be done/conducted by process word.

Abstract

This research has background with there is students that have latest mentality, the teacher felt stress who has changed rare. The students seldom made strange behavior such as: fall asleep, saliva hatch, playing while studied.  Problem in this research is effect factor teacher stress to the way studied tunagrahita students. Informan in this research is the teacher that teaching tunagrahita students in SLB have two peoples, research date collected through interview, observation and documentation. The result of this research exsplained that (1) effect factor teacher stress to the way tunagrahita students studied seen from fisiologis condition that come from teacher physic that teaching is healthy when teaching still less, in teaching the teacher less spirit saw condition the students that have less spirit in learning process, the teacher often lazy to study or did not spirit. (2) effect factor the teacher stress to the way studied tunagrahita students seen from fisiologis condition the teacher often felt nervous when teaching because the students often went out from class  at the moment. Basen on this research recomended to the to the teacher that teaching in order be fatient in guide students who have latest in guide students who have latest mentality, in order the teacher better made relationship with.

Abstract

This problems based on  learners who has low economy capacity but has high academic achievement in study, different with learners who has high economy, but ignore to its academic achievement to learn. This research intend to describe 1) Learner’s profil who has high academic achievement and  low economy capacity seen from cognitive aspect. 2) Profil of student who has high academic achievement and low economy capacity seen from psychomotor. 3) Profil of student who has high academic achievement and low economy capacity seen from effective aspect. This Research was descriptive qualitative research consists of learner’s informant, teacher, adviser, coordinator of conseling, counselor and lear ner’s parent. Data were collected through interview and documentation. The result of this research describe that : 1) learner who has high academic achievement and low economy capacity seen from the aspect cognitive described that when a teacher explaine the subject material student pay attention seriously, high motivation, and able to observing, understanding, and analyzing each subjects. 2) learner who has high academic achievement and low economy capacity seen from psychomotor, able to utilize facilities to learn well. 3) from effective aspect learner who has high academic achievement and low economy capacity has good characters, attitude, polite, and loyal to religion.

Abstract

The problems in this research is relationship of mental health with the adjustment of students in SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Padang. The purpose of this study are : 1. View an illustration of mental health of students. 2. View an adjusment of students. 3. View a relationship between  mental health and adjustment of students. This research is correlational description that attempted to describe the phenomenon specific events in detail, systematically, and it is in accordance with the facts and then sought the context.  its population are students in SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Padang which amount to 373 students. Samples in this study of 40 students. Sampling techniques used stratified random sampling. Instruments used in this study are questionnaire. For the analysis of data correlation or relationship by using the correlation tests of products moment. The Results of this study is 1. An illustration of mental health the students in SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Padang are in good condition. 2. An illustration of adjustment  the students in SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Padang also are in good condition. 3. The relationship of mental health with adjustment of students is very strong relationship. Based on the researcher finding are expected to all school personnel in order to create the harmonious condition, balanced, and comfortable throught the development of mental  health of students, so students can easily to do a good adjustment in school, and can be able to expand their talent as much as possible.

Abstract

This research bassed on the problem that had been found in location that hereare teachers who did not give reinforcement to the student. The purpose of this research is to recognize reinforcing relationship that is given by teacher in learning process with the confidence of student in SMA Bunda Padang. This kind of research correlation research. There are teacher who don’t give reinforcement, uncare and don’t pay enough attention to their student, student rarely answer the question that is asked by the teacher, there are student who has lack of confidence in studying. The population in this research is 214 and the sample that is observed as many as 54 people. The data  that is used in this research is interval data. To analyze the data, the Person Product Moment. The result of this research shows that there is significant relationship between reinforcement that is given by the teacher in learning process with the confidence of student in SMA Bunda Padang with score of r= 0,395. Conclusion: the relationship that is happen between both variable is positive correlation, which mean the bigger reinforcement, the higher level of the self confidence of student. The author suggest to the teacher to give reinforcement and help raising the self confidence of student in learning process.

Abstract

This Problems based on the phenomenon that researchers found in the field was how the woman emotion level in to face of menopause in batu ajung, Sijunjung. This research aimed to describe: the woman emotion level in to face of menopause seen from the level of  positive and negative emotions in the face of female menopause. This research was a descriptive research that try to describe the way thing are. The population in this research was middle adult women who face menopause in batu ajung, sijunjung. Sampling in this research using purposive sampling so the sample size was 34 people. Instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. While for data analysis used  percentage technique.The research results revealed that: the woman emotion level in to face of menopause in batu ajung, sijunjung views from positive emotion level, was in  category low level, and the woman emotion level in to face in menopause in batu ajung, sijunjung seen from negative emotions level includes the high category.

Abstract

Based on the phenomenon, the researcher found that there were some parents who did not pay attention to the adolescent boys who have smoking behavior, as well as they were not seriously in controlling the time, give affection and attention to them. So, from the events researcher interested to raise issue about the research: The role of parents in avoiding smoking behavior for adolescent boys in Jorong Rambahan Nagari Tanjung Betung Kabupaten Pasaman. The purpose of the research is to describe the role of parents: 1) Providing a natural affection to adolescents. 2) Providing supervision toward adolescents’ association. 3) Providing adequate attention toward adolescents’ requirement. This research was quantitative descriptive research, the population of this research was all of parents who have adolescent boys which amount 45 people. In selecting sample the researcher used total sampling Technique. The instrument of this reserach was used questionnaire method, meanwhile in analyzing the data the researcher used percentage technique. The results of this research is to reveal that the role of parents in controlling adolescents’ smoking behavior: 1) Providing a natural affection in unfavorable category which 55.6 %. 2) Providing supervision toward adolescents’ association in unfavorable category which 60 %. 3) Providing adequate attention toward adolescents’ requirement in unfavorable category which 77.8 %. Based on the results of the research, the researcher suggests to parents who have adolescent boys with smoking behavior, the parents should give more attention and make time for adolescent. If all of that did not achieve they will seek his own pleasure outside the home, it wiil make adolescents were trapped in smoking behavior.
