Abstract

This study aims to look at the contribution of the relationship between cohesion with the football teams achievements in inter-class match in SMP Negeri 11 Kotabumi North Lampung. The method used is survey data using correlational analysis. Data collection is using the questionnaire. This research is a population study with all classes in Junior High School 11 Kotabumi North Lampung, amounting to 12 class (team). The analysis showed that the cohesion factor has a significant relationship with achievement outcomes of 0,597 football team. This means that cohesion has a strong relationship with the football teams record in games between classes in Junior High School 11 Kotabumi North Lampung. Conclusion of this study shows that the cohesion team has a very strong relationship with the football teams record in games between classes in Junior High School 11 Kotabumi North Lampung.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sumbangan atas hubungan antara kohesivitas dengan hasil prestasi tim sepakbola pada pertandingan antar kelas di SMP Negeri 11 Kotabumi Lampung Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan analisis data menggunakan korelasional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi yaitu seluruh kelas yang ada di SMP Negeri 11 Kotabumi Lampung Utara yang berjumlah 12 kelas (tim). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor kohesivitas memiliki hubungan yang cukup signifikan dengan hasil prestasi tim sepakbola sebesar 0,597. Artinya kohesivitas memiliki hubungan yang ‘kuat’ dengan prestasi tim sepakbola pada pertandingan antar kelas di SMP Negeri 11 Kotabumi Lampung Utara. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kohesivitas tim memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan prestasi tim sepakbola pada pertandingan antar kelas di SMP Negeri 11 Kotabumi Lampung Utara.Kata kunci : koefisien korelasi, kohesivitas, prestasi sepakbola, tim.
Immuncontraception Reversibility Test of Goat Zona Pellucida-3 (gZP3) on Mice (Mus musculus) IMAM MUSTOFA

Abstract

The aim of this study was to prove the reversibility of gZP3 protein on mice as an animal model. Treatment group of mice (Mus musculus) were immunized with 40 ug goat zona pellucida-3 (gZP3) as an anti fertility agent. Control group of mice were injected only with physiologic solution. The mice were injected three times, the first injection as an immunization. The second and third injected as a booster with 14 days interval. The first injection, gZP3 suspension was diluted in complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA). The boosters, gZP3 suspension was diluted in incomplete Freund’s adjuvant (IFA) 1:1 (v/v). Blood samples were collected before immunization, seven days after the second booster and at the time of parturition. Seven days after the last injection, the mice were mated, and the parturition was observed after that. The result showed that antibody titer of immunized mice serum was increasing (P < 0.05) seven days after immunization, and decreasing (P > 0.05) after parturition compared to antibody titer of serum before immunization. Dot blotting analysis showed that gZP3 protein could recognize gZP3 antibody of the immunized mice. Protein of gZP3 as an immunocontraceptive substance was reversible in 91.60 + 4.90 days. This reversibility was longer (P < 0.05) compared to control mice i.e. 26.50 + 4.30 days. Key words: immunocontraception, goat zona pellucida-3, reversibility, mice, animal model, gZP3 antibody

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja BLUD SPAM Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur dalam  penyediaan  air  baku  dan  untuk mengetahui serta manganalisis faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat kinerja BLUD  SPAM  Dinas  Pekerjaan  Umum  dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur dalam penyediaan air baku. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi.  Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan konten  analisis.  Hasil penelitian ini input berupa jumlah air  raku,  kebijakan  BLUD  SPAM,  sumber daya manusia (SDM), sarana dan prasarana dan anggaran sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja BLUD SPAM Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang  Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur.  Proses berupa mekanisme kerja BLUD SPAM dan standar operasional prosedur mempengaruhi kinerja BLUD SPAM dimana standar operasional prosedur menjadi faktor pendukung dalam kinerja BLUD SPAM sedangkan mekanisme kerja menjadi faktor yang menghambat kinerja BLUD SPAM Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Output peningkatan jumlah produksi air baku BLUD SPAM Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur mengalami meningkatan dari tahun ke tahun, hal ini merupakan indikasi yang positif bagi peningkatan kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Forty healthy and non-pregnant Fries Holland dairy cows which had received oestrus synchronization were divided randomly into four experimental groups. Artificial inseminations (AI) were implemented 8-10 hours post estrous using frozen semen from the same breed. The first three groups were injected with 100, 150 and 200 mg medroxy progesterone acetate (MPA) i.m., respectively, three days post AI, while the other group was injected with placebo as control group. Madura cattle embryos were transfered contralaterally seven days post AI. The percentage of pregnancy in groups which had received 100 and 150 mg MPA was 37.5%r, and in group received 200 mg MPA and control was 55.6%, and 60%, (P>0.05), respectively. Calving percentages of the 100, 150, 200 mg MPA and the control groups were 25,37.5,55.6 and 60% respectively (P>0.05). All birth gave single calve.

Abstract

This paper endeavors to explain the decline of Islam which is caused by stagnation of interpretation in its jurisprudence (fiqh), with no exertion in finding a new interpretation or understanding. To change the situation, we have to shift our paradigm to Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and principles of jurisprudence (usul al-fiqh) perceptions with a new understanding. Hassan Hanafi has contributed an excellent thought to reconstruct the stagnancy of Muslim world in order to modernize its jurisprudence with his writing, “Min an-Nash ilā al-Wāqi’”. In his article, Hanafi presented an innovative methodology in understanding the fiqh through integration between ra’yu and wahyu.

Abstract

This article aims to trace the legal validity of electronic transactions or commonly known as e-commerce, that is conducted using electronic methods such as electronic data interchange and automated data-collection system. E-commerce is preferred because many people presume as having many benefits i.e. demonstrating the value employers professionalism, making efficiency and effectiveness of business services, minimizing capital investment, etcetera. The urgency of this study due to the principles of contract law that are procedurally ignored in the online transaction. E-commerce is assessed valid if the pillars and prevailing conditions in the sale are fulfilled. The study on the validity of e-commerce in this article is not just approached by usul fiqh, but also from the perspective of mu'amalah jurisprudence and fiqhiyyah principles.

The researchs of immunocontraception have done in ZP3 of several species, but have not been done in ZP3 of goat. In preliminary study, gZP3 protein was effective prohibited of graviditation of mice. Abstract

The aim of this study was to measure the effect of corn oil in feed on estrogen hormone level in blood, hierarchy follicular performance and productivity of Japanese quail. Thirty female Japanese quail were housed in caged and fed ad libitum, the birds were randomly divided into three grouped namely: Po, P1 and the (P0) was fed with commercial feed without corn oil, whereas the first test treatment (P1) was fed with commercial feed mixture containing 3% corn oil, and the second test treatment (P2) was feed with commercial feed mixture containing 6% corn oil along the study. Every day the egg production was recorded. After eight weeks, blood samples were collected from jugular vein to isolate the serum. Then all samples were sacrificed to observe the hierarchy follicular performance. Based on this study it was found that 3% and 6 % corn oil supplementation on feed (P1 and P2) did not cause any significant changes in serum estrogen concentration, and productivity, but had significant changes on hierarchy follicular. This result show that hierarchy follicular increasing due to ovarian activity optimizing induced by polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA)by consumed corn oil. Thus, the suplementation of corn oil can be an alternative to increase egg productivity of quail farm. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh pemberian minyak jagung dalam pakan terhadap kadar estrogen serum darah, hirarki folikular dan produktivitas burung puyuh. Sebanyak 30 ekor burung puyuh betina dibagi menjadi tiga perlakuan. Perlakuan kontrol diberi pakan komersial tanpa suplementasi minyak jagung, sedangkan perlakuan P1 dan P2 diberi pakan komersial dengan suplementasi minyak jagung sebanyak 3% dan 6%. Setiap hari dilakukan pencatatan terhadap produktivitas. Setelah delapan minggu, dilakukan koleksi sampel darah, kemudian semua burung puyuh dikorbankan nyawanya untuk mengamati hirarki folikular yang terbentuk. Pada P1 dan P2 tidak telihat perbedaan yang nyata terhadap peningkatan kadar estrogen serum darah dan produktivitas dibandingkan dengan P0, akan tetapi terlihat perbedaan nyata pada hirarki folikular yang terbentuk. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hirarki folikular yang terbentuk terjadi karena peningkatan kinerja ovarium dipicu oleh polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) yang berasal konsumsi minyak jagung. Dengan demikian, suplementasi minyak jagung dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk meningkatkan produksi telur dalam peternakan burung puyuh.

Abstract

Zearalenone is a resorcylic acid lactone produced by fungal Fusarium graminearum in contaminated edible grains and can cause reproduction disorder in animals by binding to estrogen receptors on target cells. The aim of this study was to assess the potential use of aluminosilicates as mycotoxin binders to eliminate the adverse effect of zearalenone by examining the number of follicles and caspase-9 expression in the ovary of mice. The study adopted a completely randomized simple design using 20 mices which were randomly divided into five group each of which consisted of four mices. Five treatment groups consisted of K+ (without zearalenone and aluminosilicates); K- (treated with zearalenone 0.1 mg/mice/day); P1 (treated with zearalenone 0.1 mg/mice/day and aluminosilicates 0.5 mg/mice/day); P2 (treated with zearalenone 0.1 mg/mice/day and aluminosilicates 1 mg/mice/day); and P3 were treated with zearalenone 0,1 mg/mice/day and aluminosilicates 2 mg/mice/day) with gastric tube daily for 10 days. The data obtained from this study were analyzed by analysis of variance and proceeded with Duncan test. The result showed that the primary follicles, secondary follicles, tertiary follicles and de Graaf follicles increased significantly on P3 treatment group. Caspase-9 expressions decreased significantly in all of aluminosilicates groups as compared to positive control. The treatment of mice with zearalenone and aluminosilicates increases the number of follicles and decreased caspase-9 expression in the ovary of mice. ABSTRAK Zearalenon merupakan senyawa resorcylic acid lactone yang diproduksi oleh jamur Fusarium graminearum dan dapat mengakibatkan gangguan reproduksi pada ternak dengan membentuk ikatan pada reseptor estrogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji potensi aluminosilikat terhadap mencit yang telah dipapar zearalenon pada aspek jumlah folikel dan ekspresi caspase-9 organ ovarium. Penelitian ini menggunakan 20 ekor mencit yang dibagi menjadi lima kelompok perlakuan dengan masing-masing empat ulangan, yakni K+ tanpa dipapar zearalenon dan aluminosilikat; K- dosis zearalenon 0,1 mg/ekor/hari; P1 dosis zearalenon 0,1 mg/ekor/hari dan aluminosilikat 0,5 mg/ekor/hari; P2 dosis zearalenon 0,1 mg/ekor/hari dan aluminosilikat 1 mg/ekor/hari; P3 dosis zearalenon 0,1 mg/ekor/hari dan aluminosilikat 2 mg/ekor/hari dengan sonde lambung selama sepuluh hari. Data hasil skoring dan perhitungan dianalisis dengan sidik ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah folikel primer, sekunder, tersier dan de Graaf pada P3 terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan. Ekspresi caspase-9 ovarium menunjukkan penurunan pada semua perlakuan aluminosilikat. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah mencit yang dipapar zearalenon dan kemudian diberi aluminosilikat mengalami peningkatan jumlah folikel dan penurunan ekspresi caspase-9 pada organ ovarium.

Abstract

Studies on the role of zona pellucida glycoprotein-3 (ZP3) in immunocontraception have been conductedin many species including goats (gZP3). Our previous study indicated that gZP3 effective in preventingpregnancy in mice. The aim of this study was to prove the evidence of cross reaction in gZP3 to preventfertilization in cow in vitro. Antibody of gZP3 was produced in mice. Immunized mice serum was analyzedusing ELISA technique and dot blot method. Sperm from frozen semen were processed then incubated incapacitation media supplemented with the gZP3, whilst the cow oocyte was incubated in maturationmedia supplemented with antibody of gZP3. Following this, the normal  in vitro fertilization (withoutincubation neither in gZP3 nor in gZP3 antibody) was performed, respectively. The results showed thatantibody titer of immunized mice serum was higher (p<0.05) than the control group. Dot blotting analysisshowed that the antibody of immunized mice were able to recognize gZP3 protein. The serum of immunizedmice which was supplemented in the maturation media of cow oocyte were able to decrease the cleavagerate (p<0.05). Protein gZP3 which was supplemented in the capacitation media of the sperm also coulddecrease the cleavage rate (p<0.05). It is concluded that goat-ZP3 protein may produce cross reaction incow.
