Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan disain strategi pengembangan agroindustri gula kelapa di Kecamatan Tempuling Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tempuling Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang merupakan sentra produksi kelapa di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dan merupakan daerah yang memiliki agroindustri gula kelapa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi pengembangan agroindustri gula kelapa adalah meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman, meningkatkan kualitas proses pengolahan sesuai permintaan konsumen, meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk, mempertahankan pasar yang ada serta mencari alternatif pasar melalui diversifikasi produk dan membentuk kelompok pengrajin gula kelapa.

Abstract

Agricultural marketing is a process of the flow of commodities accompanied by the transfer of property and creation for the time, place and use of forms by marketing institutions by implementing one or more marketing functions.This study aims to analyze the marketing of rainfed lowland rice in Siak Kecil Subdistrict. This research was conducted in Siak KecilSubdistrictofBengkalis Regency using survey method. The technique of taking respondents is done by purposive sampling. The population in this research is rice farmer with 42 farmers. The results showed that the selling price of rice by tauke milling to the final consumer and the selling price given tauke to traders is quite high.This is due to the processing by incurring machine operating costs and labor costs. Marketing margins on channel I and II amounted to 11.11 percent involving farmers, tauke grinders and retailers. The high margin of marketing is due to retailers selling rice to Bandar sungai market located in Siak Kecil Subdistrict. Keywords: agricultural,rice, marketing,production

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1) identifying the white oyster mushroom cultivation techniques which are run by farmers King Spora Farm. 2) analyzing the costs and revenue of white oyster mushroom cultivation is carried out by farmers King Spora Farm. 3) analyzing the cost, margin and marketing efficiency of white oyster mushroom business by farmers King Spora Farm. The research was do from January 2015 to April 2015. The method used is the case study method. Results showed white oyster mushroom cultivation techniques the farmers get optimal results after doing research on the experience during to farm. White oyster mushroom farming requires production cost of Rp 16,651,822,- each production cycle. Net income derived from the cultivation of white oyster mushroom Rp 6,298,178,- each production cycle and gross revenue of Rp 22.950.000,- each production cycle. Results of the analysis of white oyster mushroom farming obtained RCR of 1,38. BEP white oyster mushroom farming Rp 13,206,407,- each production cycle or 433,17 kg of white oyster mushroom each production cycle. Thus, white oyster mushroom farming viable and profitable. Marketing white oyster mushroom of King Spora Farm there are two marketing channels, namely channel I (farmer to consumers) and channel 2 (farmer to traders to consumers). Channel I marketing efficiency by 0.62%, while marketing channel II by 1.75%, so that the white oyster mushroom cultivation is more efficient on channel I.   Keywords: cultivation, farming, marketing, white oyster mushrooms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was 1) to determine the Effect of Costumer Perceived Value Against Intention To Buy Private Label Lotte Mart in the city of Pekanbaru and 2) identify dominant variables affecting intention to buy. After doing a literature review and hypothesis formulation, the primary datais obtained by spreading questionaries to 50 respondents who met the criteria,which are obtained using purposive sampling technique. Then the data is analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. Qualitative analysis is the interpretation  of the data obtained in the field and analysis of open answers given by the respondents, whereas the quantitative analysis include: validity test, reliability test, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test, and analysis coefficient of determination. The result of this study shows that brand loyalty (X2), perceived price (X3), and perceived quality (X4) proved significantly affect intention to buy (Y). Perceived quality affect the consumer intention to buy higher than the effect of perceived price and brand loyalty with a regression coefficient of 0.551 significant at the 0.013 level.   Keywords: Costumer Perceived Value, Private Label, and Intention To Buy

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowing the marketing channel of pineapple chips, to analyze marketing efficiency of pineapple chips, to analyze marketing mix of  pineapple chips and to identify aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and formulate strategies that can be applied in development agroindustry pineapple chips. The analityc method used in this research is survey method with sample 12 craftsmen. The reseach result shows there are two marketing channels pineapple chips are directly and indirectly. Marketing efficiency at direct and indirect marketing channel there is the same in the plastic 250gr packaging. Product strategies with respect to product attributes, branding, gift packaging, labeling and product support services. Pricing strategies based on cost and competition. Distribution strategies are directly to consumers, through retailers and wholesalers. Promotion strategies are personal selling, sales promotion and direct marketing. Pineapple chips marketing strategy are participation in training in order to development business, increase production, cooperation with the government to finding alternative problems solutions and utilizing media promotion. Abstract

This reseacrh aim is to know and analyze: 1. The channel, margin of karet marketing and karet marketing efficiency. 2. The correlation between the price of karet from factory and the price of karet in farmer level. 3. The influence of karet price changing of factory to farmer level at Pulau Jambu Village of Kuok District of Kampar Regency. The reseacrh method is used of suervey method. The sampling method is purposive sampling of 40 farmers. And the second sampling of merchant is using snowball sampling method that come to marketing channel. The research result shows that in Pulau Jambu Village of Kuok District of Kampar Regency have one rubber marketing channel (homogeneity). That is farmer to collector merchant to factory.  The lowest price in farmer level is Rp. 7.075/kg, and the highest price level is Rp. 11.450/kg. Then the lowest price of factory is Rp. 9.350/kg. And the highest price level of factory is Rp. 13.250/kg. The average price level of the farmer level on period Juli 2013 up to Juni 2014 is Rp. 9.096,53 and the average price level on factory is Rp. 11.267,57. The margin level of marketing channel between the price farmer level and factory is Rp. 2.171,04 and marketing eficiency is 4,49%. The correlation value between the price in farmer level and factory level is 0,95%. Abstract

Agriculture Marketing is all commerce agent activities who connective the movement of agriculture food materials processed and raw material and also supply and demand, strarting from agriculture conducting until to final consumer, where this activities have an effect on to farmer, comission agent and factory. The purposes of this research are to analyse: rubber marketing channel, margin, and efficiency at self-supporting farmers in Pangkalan Kuras District Pelalawan Regency. This research started from February 2015 till July 2015. The research method who used in this research is survey method. The samples in this research used purposive sampling method with criteria of  rubber crop age ranging from 17-19 years old. Intake of sample to compiler and rubber factory used snowball sampling method by following it marketing channel. The result showed that only there were one marketing channel at self-supporting pattern that was from farmer - small compiler/agent - big compiler - factory. Ojol price buy which have been accepted by self-supporting rubber farmers equal toRp.6.172,32/Kg. Total value of margin marketing equal to Rp.1.527,68/Kg with total cost of marketing equal to Rp.1.538,83/Kg and marketing efficiency equal to 19,98 percent.   Keywords:Self-supporting pattern, marketing channel, margin, efficiency.

Abstract

Palm oil (Elais guineensis Jacq.) Is an oil-producing plantation which is an important component for people's economy, among others in the absorption of manpower, and as a source of foreign exchange. This Study were aimed to Know the supply chain performance of FFB in palm oil mill Factory PTPN V Sei Pagar. The study started from December 2016 until March 2017.  The respondents of this study were taken by accidental sampling. Data analysis using qualitative and quantitative analysis The results showed, in the upstream supply chain, the supply of TBS raw materials came from 5 gardens, namely: core garden, plasma, KKPA, other gardens and third parties. The amount of FFB supply of each garden is 21,937,600 kg, 35,995,550 kg, 5,287,110 kg, 2,313,680 kg, and 92,819,310 kg. In the internal management is known, the number of factory working hours amounted to 5.296 hours / year with CPO production of 29,524,610 kg and kernel production of 7,986,410 kg. In the downstream supply chain is known, the processed palm fresh fruit bunches of CPO are sold to 7 different companies through one transporter agent, while the kernel distribution is done through 3 transporter agents with the same purpose.Keywords: supply, chain, Oil Palm, kernel.

Abstract

This research aims is to identify marketing channels of Siam Orange in Limau Manis, to knowing the marketing functions performed by marketing institutions and to determine the margin and marketing efficiency. Location of the research conducted at the Limau Manis in Kampar District Kampar regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. To determine the pattern of intermediary marketing channels and marketing agencies at the level of marketing agencies, use descriptive analysis calculates margin while the use of cost analysis tools margins, marketing margins, by calculating the costs, profits and margins. The results of this study indicate the marketing functions tangerine include exchange functions that include purchasing functions and sales functions, physical functions include pegemasan, the transport function, the function of marketing facilities include standardization function, risk reduction function, and the function of market information. The marketing channel of Siam Orange that is the first channel from producers sold directly to consumers. The second channel, from producers to retailers and sold to consumers. The third channel, from producers to traders and then to retailers and directly to consumers. The marketing margin on the channel I is Rp 13,000 / kg , on the marketing channel II is Rp 2,000 / kg and the marketing channels III Rp 4,000 / kg with total marketing advantages in marketing channels I Rp 12.900 / kg , total marketing advantage in marketing channels II Rp 1,750 / kg and marketing advantage to marketing channels III of Rp.3.100 / kg. Abstract

Malay community in Pekantua Village still predominate that is 80%. geographically Pekantua Village resid in alongside river stream of Indragiri, Pekantua Village is one of the oldest village in Indragiri Hilir. The purpose of this research is to determine the income level of Malay community in Pekantua Village Kempas District Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research conducted by purposive sampling of 30 Malay community samples. The result showed that the income level of Malay community in Pekantua Village consists of father income, mother income, and child income. Father income who above regency minimum pay (UMK) Indragiri Hilir Regency going into effect in the year 2015 is Rp. 1.940.500,-  as many as 19 respondents from 30 respondents (53,33%), who have income under regency minimum pay (UMK) as many as 11 respondents (36,66%). The main livelihood of father is rubber farmer, and secondary livelihood are ship worker, fishermen, trader, builder, and sand miner. Mother income who above regency minimum pay (UMK) as many as 2 respondents from 30 respondents (6,67%), who have income under regency minimum pay (UMK) as many as 12 respondents (40,00%). The livelihood of mother is farmer and trader. Child income who above regency minimum pay (UMK) as many as 1 respondents from 30 respondents (3.33%), who have income under regency minimum pay (UMK) as many as 6 respondents (20,00%), and who have not income as many as 23 respondents (76,66%). The livelihood of child is farmer, ship worker, trader.     Key words: Malay community, income, farmer
