Abstract

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of PPKn on Pancasila values in class III at SDN 02 Josenan Madiun. This is due to the less attractive method and the more dominant use of the lecture method and the lack of use of learning media during Civics lessons. The purpose of this study was to improve PPKn learning outcomes on Pancasila values for class III students at SDN 02 Josenan Madiun and as a condition in the PPG Pre-position process at PGRI Madiun University. The type of research used is PTK (Classroom Action Research) consisting of 2 cycles that adopt the stages of the Kemmis and Mc Taggart cycles with the stages of: planning, implementing action, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques were taken from observation sheets, student learning outcomes tests and interviews. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle 1 is 40% and in cycle 2 the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes is 90% with an increase of 50%. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the picture and picture cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Class III PPKn at SDN 02 Josenan Madiun

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of improving social studies learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 1 Dongko by using a contextual teaching and learning learning model. The use of contextual teaching and learning learning models using material related to students' daily lives can be a solution in improving the learning outcomes of grade V students. This research was carried out at SDN 1 Dongko with the research subjects of grade V students totaling 36 students. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart models. The data collection tools used in this study were tests and observation sheets. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning mode can improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects of economic activity in Indonesia. Based on initial data, student completeness is 66% in the less category, then in the first cycle it increases to 77% in the sufficient and category. And after the improvement was carried out in the second cycle, student completeness increased to 94%. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes by using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model in grade V to 1 Dongko students, the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model can be an alternative learning model used by teachers in active and fun learning.
