Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is "how to implement character education in the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Social Care Institution of Children's Social Services in Riau Province. In accordance with the problem formulation the purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of character education in the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Childcare Social Institution of Riau Provincial Social Service The type of research is descriptive naturalistic with a qualitative approach that aims to find out the implementation of character education in the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Social Service Childcare Center of Riau Provincial Social Service Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation, while data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and data verification, as well as data validity techniques using crebility tests, transferability testing, dependability testing and confirmability testing. sound and data ventilation. This study consists of one variable implementation of character education with the indicators of this study are first (1) input, (2) instrumental input. The second implementation is in the form of (1) character education process. The three evaluations are (1) Output (2) Outcome. The subjects of this study were 5 people consisting of 2 core informants, 2 control informants and 1 observer informant. The results of the study were based on indicators, sub-indicators, dimensions on the Implementation of Character Education in the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Social Care Institution of the Children's Social Service Office of the Riau Province. Based on the data, the researcher made interview guidelines for 48 question items divided into 3indicator developed into 5 sub indicators and 16 dimensions namely planning, implementation and evaluation.Keywords: Implementation, Character Education

Abstract

Abstract: this study examined the skills of speaking in front of the multitude that is commonly called public speaking by using technical and english-speaking techniques and arts in public so that it makes speech less boring and the intent and purpose of the talk can be conveyed well. The purpose of this study is to learn the training activities we center in moving, moving or transferring skills in public speaking (public speaking) by using the knowledge transfer learning strategy. This type of research is a naturalistic descriptive approach with a qualitative process of data collecting done by interviewing the 3 research subjects of 1 core informant and 2 control informants with the accompanying documentation. Based on interviews researchers came up with three indicators of this: (1) the process of the movement of knowledge, (2) the learning process, (3) the transfer of knowledge. The study of the 3rd indicator is helpful in understanding how the appropriate forms and stages of using the transfer of knowledge on the training process were to lower and transfer public speaking skills toward others so that others could have such desired and required speaking skills.Key Words: Transfer Of Knowledge, Skills, Public Speaking

Abstract

Abstract: Digital literacy is defined as the ability to understand and use information in various forms from a very wide variety of sources that are accessed through computer devices. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how high the digital literacy in PKBM Daya Guna Sesap Village, Tebing Tinggi District, Kepualuan Meranti Regency. Knowing and analyzing how much the contribution of digital literacy of learning citizens based on indicators of digital literacy variables of learning citizens in PKBM Daya Guna Sesap Village, Tebing Tinggi District, Kepulauan Meranti District. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach to one variable. The population in this study amounted to 37 people throughout the study population. Sampling is done by random sampling technique, because the sampling of members of the population is done randomly without regard to strata that exist in that population. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire containing 47 statements about digital literacy contained from three indicators. The mean of the base class indicator is 4.60, then the mean of the cultural base indicator is PKBM 4.60, and the mean of the community base indicator is 4.42, which is classified as very high. Based on inferential statistical analysis, the digital literacy contribution of learning citizens is relatively high with a mean value of 76.93% and the remaining 23.07% is influenced by other indicators besides the indicators in this study.Key Words: Digital literacy, Learning Citizens, PKBM

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the perception of learning citizens in learning activities. So that the formulation of the problem of this research is whether the perception of citizens learning in learning activities in equality education programs SPNF SKB Pekanbaru City is quite good?. The purpose of this study is for the perception of citizens learning in the learning activities of equality education programs in the SPNF SKB Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were 59 people learning. Then the sample of this study were 37 people and 20 people learning for the sample trial with a critical level of 10%, the sample used was simple random sampling. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire with 40 statements and after the trial remained only 47 valid statements to be made as research instruments. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The weight of each answer for Very Good (SB) with a score of 5, Good (B) with a score of 4, Fairly Good (CB) with a score of 3, Poorly Good (KB) with a score of 2, Not Good (TB) with a score of 1. From the findings of the study of the three indicators it can be concluded that the indicator is classified as good. This is evidenced by the presentation of the recapitulation of the perceptions of learning citizens in the learning activities of the equality education program in the SPNF SKB Pekanbaru City as a whole indicator; (1) accepting those who stated (SB + B) 73%, (2) understood those who stated (SB + B) 73%, and (3) rated those who stated (SB + B) 71%. the perception of citizens learning in the learning activities of the equality education program in the SPNF SKB Pekanbaru City is quite good. This means that citizens learn to have a good view of the tutor when presenting learning materials and facilities at SKB. .Key Words: Perception, Perception of Citizens Learning

This aims to determine the Management of Learning Facilities in theCommunity Learning Activity Center (PKBM) of Riau Jaya Cemerlang, MarpoyanDamai District, Pekanbaru City. This study uses a qualitative research method and usesa descriptive approach that aims to provide a systematic description of the ongoingsituation in the object of research that is the Management of Learning Facilities at theCommunity Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Mitra Riau Jaya Cemerlang MarpoyanDamai District Pekanbaru City. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the performance of tutors in the equivalencyeducation package C in the Non-Formal Education Unit of the Learning Activity Center(SPNF SKB) Pekanbaru City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach.The research subjects in this study were 4 (four) people. Data collection was done bymeans of observation, documentation, interviews. Data analysis was performed bymeans of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing /verifying. Abstract

This development research aims to determine the initial conditions of student learning behavior in the social pathology course and to develop a role playing learning model in improving student learning behavior in the social pathology course at the Penmas Study Program, FKIP UNRI. This research procedure is a research and development (R & D), with qualitative data analysis techniques. The flow of the model development process is a preliminary study (literature study, field study of the Role playing learning model that occurs, description and analysis of findings) and development study (development of role playing learning models, and worksheets), validation of development experts and hypothetical models of the results. validation). Data collection techniques using observation with observation sheets. The data validity technique was performed by triangulation, discussion with experts, and extension of observations. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the initial conditions of student learning behavior showed that students did not have good learning behavior in the learning process and the results of validation of the role playing learning model showed that the model was feasible to be tested in a limited and wider manner in the learning process. The final model in this research and development is the formulation of a hypothetical role playing model from the validation results.

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is which is the most dominant between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation which causes students to enter Dar El Hikmah Islamic boarding school, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru, Riau Province? The purpose of this study was to determine the most dominant between intrinsic and extrinsic motivations that led to students entering the Dar El Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru, Riau Province. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 564 people. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The data research instrument was a questionnaire with 73 statements of Weight for each answer for Very True (SB) with a score of 4, True (B) with a score of 3, Quite True (CB) with a score of 2, Not True (KB) with a score of 1. Results From the research findings on 2 (two) indicators it can be concluded that these indicators are classified as High Enough. Evidenced by the recapitulation presentation of the percentage of motivation to enter Dar El Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, the overall indicators are: (1) Intrinsic Motivation with a percentage of 63%, (2) Extrinsic Motivation with a percentage of 52%. The meaning is that the motivation of the students to enter the Dar El Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, Simpang Baru Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru, Riau Province, is quite high.Key words: Students' motivation, Islamic boarding school

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the community’s perception of the development of a publik creative park tourism object, Pangkalan Kerinci District Pelalawan Regency Riau Province. There is a process of selection, preparation, and interpretation in perceiving a tourist attraction. The purpose of this study was to determine how well the public’s perception of the development of the Public Creative Park tourism object, Pangkalan Kerinci District Pelalawan Regency Riau Province. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, ini which the data collection process is carried out through a questionnaire and distributed to respondents who were selected as research samples. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling. The results of this study found that the Public Creative Park tourism object, Pangkalan Kerinci District Pelalawan Regency Riau Province based on indicators was classified as high. The indicators used in this research are selection, preparation and interpretation.Key Words: Community Perception, Tourism Object Development
