Abstract

The title of this research is "The Influence of Learning Organization and Competence on Employee Performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency". The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of learning organization and competence on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency. This research is an associative type of research that looks at the effect of learning organization and competence on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency and testing the hypothesis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis at =5%. The population in this study were all employees of the Central Statistics Agency of Deli Serdang Regency. The sample used in this study were employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency as many as 39 people using the slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between learning organization and competence variables on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency. In the F test, it is known that the learning organization and competence variables together affect the employee performance variable at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Deli Serdang Regency positively and significantly. In the t-test, it is known that learning organization has a more dominant effect on employee performance at the Central Statistics Agency, Deli Serdang Regency. The results obtained in this study indicate that partially positive and significant effect. R Square value = 0.733, meaning that 73.3% of the factors that influence performance can be explained by independent variables (Learning Organization and Competence) while the remaining 26.7% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Hasil studi parsial (uji t) menunjukkan Disiplin Preventif (X1)berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, Hal ini terlihat dari thitung 6,334 > ttabel 1,664 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan variabel Komunikasi Internal (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, hal ini terlihat dari nilai thitung 7,419 > 1,664 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan hasil uji simultan (uji f) kedua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel Disiplin Preventif dan Komunikasi Internal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Prestasi karyawan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai fhitung (268.060) > ftabel (3,12) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,874. Artinya pengaruh variabel X1 dan variabel X2 terhadap variabel Y adalah 87,4%, sedangkan sisanya 12,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research activity uses a quantitative research method approach with expost facto type which aims to examine the relationship between phenomena that have occurred either partially or simultaneously. The population of this research is 160 employees with a precision of 5% so that the sample is 114 employees. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) partially, the variable organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee services by 0.021, the results of testing the second hypothesis (H2) partially, the variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee services by 0.023, the results Testing the third hypothesis (H3) partially, the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee services. of 0.000 the results of testing the fourth hypothesis (H4) simultaneously with the F test, the variables of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee services together with an effect on the quality of employee services by 25.5% with the multiple regression equation is Y =17.001+0.156 X1+0.090X2+0.172X3+?.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh customer bonding dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada CV. Karya Sejati Utama (Dusun V, Desa Bandar Labuhan, Tanjung Morawa).Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pelanggan pada CV. Karya Sejati Utama yang diambil dari bulan Oktober-Desember 2021yaitusebanyak143 pelanggan.PengambilansampeldalampenelitianinimenggunakanrumusSlovin. Hasil menggunakan rumus slovin dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 106 pelanggan pada CV. Karya Sejati Utama. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di CV. Karya Sejati Utama yang beralamat di Jalan Amir Hamzah, Jl. Dusun 5, Jl. Bandar Labuhan No.238, Bandar Labuhan, Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang.Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitianinidiperolehnilai koefisien sebesar 0,326, dimana nilai T-hitung > T-tabel (3,027>1.6593) dan signifikan sebesar 0,003 lebih kecil dari 0,05 artinya customer bonding berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada CV. Karya Sejati Utama (Dusun V, Desa Bandar Labuhan, Tanjung Morawa) maka Ha1 diterima.Nilai koefisien sebesar 0,326, dimana nilai T-hitung > T-tabel (3,027>1.6593) dan signifikan sebesar 0,003 lebih kecil dari 0,05 artinya customer bonding berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada CV. Karya Sejati Utama (Dusun V, Desa Bandar Labuhan, Tanjung Morawa) maka Ha1 diterima. Diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung (63,728) > Ftabel (3,08), dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis ketiga diterima, artinya Variabel Customer Bonding (X1) dan Persepsi Harga (X2) berpengaruh secara serentak (simultan) terhadap Variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Pada Kantor Bupati Deli Serdang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 94 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 6,124 + 0,309X1 + 0,545X2.Hasil analisis regresi (uji t) variabel sistem informasi manajemen diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 3,270> t tabel 1,986dengan nilai signifikan yaitu0,000< 0,05 yang menujukkan bahwa variabel sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai.Hasil analisis regresi (uji t) variabel motivasi kerja diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 5,231> t tabel 1,986dengan nilai signifikan yaitu 0,000< 0,05yang menunjukkan variabel motivasi kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai.Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan nilai F hitung = 166,193> F tabel = 3,10dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel sistem informasi manajemen dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Hasil perhitungan koefisien nilai adjusted R square sistem informasi manajemen danmotivasi kerja terhadapvariabel kinerja pegawaiadalah sebesar 0,780. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel sistem informasi manajemen dan motivasi kerjamemiliki pengaruhsebesar 78% terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai, sementara sisanya sebesar22%dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang berada diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the management and use of village funds on community welfare, in the village of Bandar Labuhan, Kec. Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study is the community in Bandar Labuhan Village, Kec. Tanjung Morawa Deli Serdang Regency as many as 1899 heads of families with a sample of 94 households. The instrument used was a questionnaire, with data analysis techniques using correlation coefficient analysis. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing (t-test), it is known that the t variable X1 is 2.122 greater than t table 1.661 (2.122> 1.661), X2 is 7.147 greater than t table 1.661 (7.147> 1.661) so it can be concluded that management and the use of Village Funds has a significant effect on the Welfare of the Bandar Labuhan Village Community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support, leadership and motivation on the performance of the Tanjung Morawa sub-district office employee, Deli Serdang Regency. The population in this study were 32 employees who worked at the Tanjung Morawa sub-district office. Samples were processed using saturated sampling, namely taking the entire population to be sampled, namely 32 samples. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The classical assumption test used is the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational support, leadership and motivation have an effect on employee performance. The results of this study also show that the variables of organizational support, leadership and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of internal control over sales, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and cash disbursements at PT. Indako Trading Co. The data used in this study is primary data, and the subject is PT. Indako Trading Co. While the object of this research is internal control. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The overall research results indicate the role of internal control over sales at PT. Indako Trading Co has been running well because there is a separation of duties and authority between employees to minimize errors and fraud that might occur in the company. The role of internal control over receivables and sales at PT. Indako Trading Co is good and separates the parts according to their respective fields. Internal control over cash receipts and disbursements at PT. Indako Trading Co has not been carried out according to proper procedures. This is because employees in the inputting section of cash receipts sometimes often cover deposits from other people due to delays in recording cash. It is feared that fraud can occur regarding cash receipts and disbursements. JEL Classification: M20, M41, O16

Abstract

This study is titled the Impact of personal development on employees of public housing and housing services in Medan City. This study aimed to determine whether human resource development affects employee performance in the Public Housing and Settlement Office of Medan City. The data used in this study is primary data using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The research population was 160 employees of the Medan City Housing and Settlements Office. In the end, a random sample of 48 respondents was used. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The T-test result was 7,871, so staff development positively and significantly impacts the performance of housing and services workers in Medan City. It is recommended to encourage improving the performance of public housing and housing services workers in Medan City; managers who care about efforts to develop human resources, primarily through training, are needed.  Keywords:Human Resource Development, Personal Development, Employee Performance JEL Classification: L20, L25, M10
