Abstract

Stres kerja merupakan suatu kondisi ketegangan dan respon negatif lainnya pada tubuh seseorang akibat adanya tekanan dan tuntutan pekerjaan yang berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan dan kinerja seseorang. Dukungan sosial dapat menurunkan tingkat stres kerja dan merupakan suatu bentuk interaksi yang dibutuhkan dalam mengkoordinasi seseorang dalam lingkungan pekerjaan. Adanya dukungan sosial dapat meredam bentuk-bentuk stres kerja yang ada pada lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peran dukungan sosial terhadap stres kerja pegawai Kejaksaan Negeri Konawe dan seberapa besar sumbangan efektif peran dukungan sosial terhadap stres kerja pegawai Kejaksaan Negeri Konawe. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang pegawai Kejaksaan Negeri Konawe. Subjek diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel yaitu pegawai aparatur sipil negara (ASN), masa kerja minimal 1 tahun dan pegawai yang menangani perkara. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala dukungan sosial dan skala stres kerja. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian ex-post facto. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,015 menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial berperan sangat signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Nilai R square sebesar 0,195, artinya sumbangan efektif dukungan sosial terhadap stres kerja sebesar 19,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, terdapat peran dukungan sosial terhadap stres kerja pegawai Kejaksaan Negeri Konawe.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust and consumer satisfaction on brand loyalty Mitsubishi Xpander at PT. Makassar Mandiri Putra Utama. The population in this study were all consumers at PT. Makassar Mandiri Putra Utama meanwhile, the sample is 30 samples. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that brand trust and consumer goals had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty on Mitsubishi Xpander at PT. Makassar Mandiri Putra Utama

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work placement and work environment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research uses survey research design with quantitative research type. The population in this study were all employees in the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province of 60 people. The determination of the number of samples in this study was using the census method. The analytical tool used is PLS (Partial Least Square) software.Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that (1) Job placement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (2) Work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (4) The work environment has no significant effect on the performance of employees at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (6) Job placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province; and (7) the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Department of Water Resources and Highways of Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) examine the influence of service quality on hospital image, 2) examine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, 3) examine the influence of hospital image on patient satisfaction, 4) examine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction mediated by hospital image. The type of this  research is explanatory research, then seen from the approach of research strategy or data collection process, this research uses survey method.  The population in this study was all patients treated at Tiara Sentosa Kendari Hospital. For sampling techniques researchers use non random or non probability selection in the form of purposive sampling. A total of 135 samples were obtained using the formula Hair et al (2010). Data is collected by interview methods and questionnaires. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that both directly and indirectly, the quality of services has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at Tiara Sentosa Kendari Hospital.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing and knowing the partial effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, and organizational commitment on employee performance, as well as simultaneously testing the effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted at General Election Supervisory Board of Southeast Sulawesi Province by taking samples of Civil Servants with a total of 83 people in Regencies and Cities in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research approach is quantitative research with data collection method using questionnaires and the collected data is processed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, it was found that partially transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously it was found that transformational leadership style, work motivation and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the tests conducted, it was found that organizational commitment has the largest coefficient in influencing changes in employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and image on satisfaction and loyalty and to examine the mediating effect of satisfaction on service quality and image on the loyalty of village officials in Wakatobi Regency. This study takes the object at the Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Community Empowerment and Rural Wakatobi. The population in this study were all village officials in Wakatobi district, the sample of this study amounted to 75 village officials in Wakatobi Regency. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis tools using Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Image has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on loyalty and the type of mediation is partial mediation. Satisfaction mediates the effect of image on loyalty and the type of mediation is partial mediation.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of brand awareness and perceived value on repurchase intentions and to determine the effect of brand awareness and perceived value on consumer satisfaction and to see the mediating role of consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted in South Wangi-wangi District, Wakatobi Regency. The population of this research is all motorcycle riders who use Pertalite products in South Wangi-wangi District, Wakatobi Regency. The sample in this study was determined by 75 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) Version 2 M3 analysis tool.The results of this study indicate that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. Consumer satisfaction mediates the effect of brand awareness on repurchase intention and its mediating nature is partial mediation. Consumer satisfaction mediates the effect of perceived value on repurchase intention and its mediating nature is partial mediation.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the effect of service quality, relationship marketing, and brand awareness simultaneously have an effect on consumer satisfaction of Wardah Beauty Kendari products, (2) the influence of service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction for Wardah Beauty Kendari products, (3) the influence of relationship marketing has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction for Wardah Beauty Kendari products, (4 ) the influence of brand awareness has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Wardah Beauty Kendari products. The population in this study were all consumers of Wardah Beauty Kendari products, the number of active consumers as of June 20 was 146 consumers. The sample size was determined by using the Slovin formula with a sample of 60 respondents, the sampling in this study used the accidential sampling technique. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the calculation process using SPSS 28.The results show that: (1) service quality, relationship marketing, and brand awareness simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) service quality has a positive effect. and significant on consumer satisfaction of Wardah Beauty Kendari products, (3) relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction for wardah beauty kendari products, (4) brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction for wardah beauty kendari products.Keywords: Service Quality, Relationship Marketing, Brand Awareness, Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the marketing mix has a partial or simultaneous effect on consument decisions to stay at Hotel D’Blitz Kendari. The variable in this study is a marketing mix consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process, packaging, partnership and programming.The population in this study are all consument who stayed at Hotel D’Blitz Kendari. The sample in this research is 66 respondents using the theory of Malhotra (1993), the sampling technique using accidental sampling, the sampling technique based on chance that anyone who accidentally met with investigators can be used as a sample. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the T test and F test.The results showed that product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process, packaging, partnership and programming had a positive and significant effect on consument decisions to stay at Hotel D’Blitz Kendari partially or simultaneously. With the value of R Square (R2) of 0.819, it means 81.9%, then the proposed research hypothesis can be accepted.Keywords: marketing mix and consument decisions to stay.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and explain the effect of service quality on the success of the e-MHP system through the mediating role of public satisfaction in the OPD of Wakatobi Regency. The study design is based on a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey data collection method. Data collection is done online using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire via the https://docs.google.com/forms/dz page. The population of this study were all employees of the OPD of Wakatobi Regency as many as 40 people who served as operators of the electronic service system. The analytical tool used in testing the hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction and the success of the e-MHP system. Then public satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the success of the e-MHP system. Finally, the results of the study prove that public satisfaction acts as a partial mediation of the effect of service quality on the success of the e-MHP system. This means that the increasing implementation of service quality can make a significant contribution to increasing public satisfaction and the success of the e-MHP system. Finally, good service quality can also make a significant contribution to increasing the success of the e-MHP system at the Wakatobi District OPD either directly or through the mediating role of public satisfaction
