Abstract

The purpose of the research and development is to produce teaching materials such as textbooks supporting course in Reproduction Physiology research based on the toxicity analysis for students whotake a course in Reproduction Physiology. This research is a research and development, where theresults of research become the teaching materials developed supporting Reproduction Physiologycourse. Development models have prepared using ADDIE Model. Sources of data in this researchinclude laboratory research and validation of the results sheet of Biotechnology material experts,instructional design experts, the media, and the trials in students. The analysis is used quantitative andqualitative.The results of the research have developed become teaching materials like text bookssupporting courses and have been validated by the Reproduction Physiology, the ReproductionPhysiology material experts, instructional design experts, the media, the individual testing, and grouptrials. Based on the results of the validation material have obtained value of 95%, the results of thedesign validation and media experts to get the value of 93.75%, it means that the teaching materials hasbeen developed which suitable to be used as a teaching material support biotechnology course. Whilethe experiments performed to get a data the percentage of students that are equal to 88,25 % andincluded in the category of “very good”, but still need to be revised based on advices and commentsfrom students.Keywords: Development, Instructional Material, ADDIE

Abstract

Fitoestrogen suatu senyawa yang banyak ditemukan di lingkungan sekitar dan diketahui dapat mengacaukan keseimbangan sistem hormon binatang maupun manusiaFitoestrogen dapat terakumulasi dalam tubuh, secara prinsip untuk penggunaan fitofarmaka secara luas, memerlukan uji praklinik untuk mengetahui tingkat keamanannya secara pasti. Toksisitas merupakan sifat bawaan suatu zat, bentuk dan tingkat manifestasi toksiknya pada suatu organisme, faktor yang nyata adalah dosis dan lamanya paparan senyawa pada organ. Umbi bengkuang segar (Pachyrhizus erosus) yang mengandung fitoestrogen agar dapat digunakan secara aman, efektif dan efisien, maka diperlukan uji praklinis dengan melakukan analisis toksisitas fitoestrogen, untuk mengetahui tingkat keamanannya secara pasti. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan toksisitas fitoestrogen, pada daidzein dan air perasan umbi bengkuang (Pachyrhizus erosus). Rancangan penelitian eksperimen dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Hasil uji statisik dengan menggunakana T-test Pairs,  menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan nyata jumlah sel nekrosis tubulus dan glomerulus, dengan perlakuan pemberian daidzein sintetis dan air perasan umbi bengkuang (Pachyrhizus erosus). Sehingga hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa fitoestrogen umbi bengkuang(Pachyrhizus erosus) tidak bersifat toksik.

Abstract

Program society partnership is training abon's makings banana skin at Regency Tulungagung aims to give science and training makes a new innovation product namely abon banana skin in order to develop Regency citizen effort Tulungagung that not only utilize its banana only. At chooses two flaky producer partners bananas at Regency Tulungagung to been given training abon's makings that gets banana skin raw product. Two elected partner gets location at Kauman and Boyolangu. Two this effort partner did not utilize its banana skin eventually well-nigh every day making banana so banana skin flaky piles. By this program, given by science newing to that society banana skin can be utilized as a product that valuably namely abon banana skin. Reasonable banana skin to be made food product because banana skin has goodly nutrient content lovely. Abon reasonably to been kept up because top abon that than so long without bahna preservative and is liked by all society circle. Society devotion program this executed beginning month of February 2018. Via test-driving activity sort recipe and discussion with partner therefore at finds recipe to make abon banana skin who can get long-lasting, having a real treat, pretty color, and texture that nicely corresponds to banana skin type that is at partner effort place. Activity on programs it to get positive comment of Tulungagung's Regency citizen. They really enjoy following this activity.

Abstract

This study aims to produce teaching materials anatomy edutaiment-based android decent and effective in learning in Prodi Education Biology IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. Android-based teaching materials capable of supporting Anatomy learning with various features provided and will be more communicative and interesting to use in learning. This research is a development research using ADDIE model. Based on the validation results indicate that anatomy based edutainment and anatomy teaching materials in both categories with the validation score of material experts 89 and the validation of media experts 86.4, so it can be concluded that the teaching materials anatomy edutainment based android decent and valid for use in learning Anatomy Student Study Program Physical Education Health and Recreation IKIP Budi Utomo Malang.

Abstract

The development of multimedia based on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) to empower students critical thinking skills has not been optimally carried out. The purpose of this research was to develop multimedia of human anatomy and physiology material based on STEM which improve students? critical thinking skills. This research and development (R&D) used 4D Thiagarajan development model which consisted of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The instruments used were interview guidelines, observation sheets, questionnaires, and test. The data obtained consisted of quantitative and qualitative data. The quantitative data was obtained from the test results and the assessments of respondents using a Likert scale, while the qualitative data in the form of experts recommendations. The results showed that the media developed were classified as valid with the scores were 96.89% (media aspects), 97.53% (usefulness), and 85.22% (readability). Furthermore, the prerequisite test results showed that the data are spread normally (p>0.05) and homogeneously (p>0.05) so that the ANACOVA test is continued. The ANACOVA test results showed that students' critical thinking skills taught with multimedia were significantly difference (sig <0.05).This study recommends the use of multimedia in learning human anatomy and physiology.

Abstract

Learning media used in anatomy courses in human physiology have not utilized information technology integration. Learning activities carried out are still in the form of discussion presentations by utilizing power point media that tend to less activate the thinking ability of students so that the concept of material delivered is difficult to understand. The purpose of this study was to collect information in the form of fundamental problems in the study of human physiology anatomy so that it can be used as a basis for the preparation of multimedia with the STEM Education model. The method used in this study, namely Research and Development refers to the Thiagarajan development model, namely stage 1 (define) and stage 2 (design). The instruments in this study were (1) interview transcripts, (2) observation transcripts, (3) questionnaires, and (4) documentation. The results of the needs analysis show that as follows (1) 31.75% anatomical learning of human physiology is less interesting in terms of models and learning media. (2) 7.14% of students have known the STEM Education model. (3) 88.10% of students need learning media integrated with information technology and learning models that familiarize them with critical thinking skills. (4) human physiology anatomy subjects suggest using multimedia with the STEM Education model that matches the characteristics of students and the curriculum used. Based on the results of the above research it can be concluded that it is very necessary to develop multimedia anatomy of human physiology with the STEM Education model. Suggestions for further research are to carry out a multimedia design that is integrated with technology based on student characteristics and stimulates students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Marabunta Swimming Club merupakan perkumpulan renang yang ada di Kota Malang. Atlet yang ada di Marabunta Swimming club merupakan atlet yang masih pemula sehingga kondisi fisiknya kurang baik terutama pada kemampuan renang gaya dada 50 meter. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot tungkai dengan hasil renang gaya dada 50 meter. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis data yang digunakan adalah desain korelasional, subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 16 atlet pemula dengan rentang usia 10-14 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan; (1) push and pull dynamometer, (2) back leg dynamometer, (3) tes renang gaya dada 50 meter. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Fhitung 7.262 > Ftabel 3.81. Kesimpulannya bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot tungkai dengan hasil renang gaya dada 50 meter.

Abstract

Melalui program Kampus Mengajar ini Kemendikbudristek memberi kesempatan pada mahasiswa dari berbagai jurusan dan program studi untuk mendarmabaktikan kecakapan serta ilmu pengetahuan mereka dalam membantu meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi di jenjang SD dan SMP. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti memberikan lembar kerja (tes mengerjakan soal cerita) untuk melihat kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa. Setelah itu, peneliti juga melakukan wawancara pada guru kelas untuk mengecek keabsahan data dan sebagai salah satu bahan kajian dalam menganalisis kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa kelas 5 SDN Saptorenggo 3 Kabupaten Malang. Instrumen tes yang diberikan berupa soal cerita yang berupa 10 soal pilihan ganda dan 5 soal esai dengan standar soal PISA Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh dari 23 siswa yang menjadi subjek penelitian, diperoleh tiga kategori tingkatan literasi numerasi. Ketiga tingkatan tersebut terdiri atas (1) rendah, (2) menengah, dan (3) tinggi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan program latihan fisik cabang olahraga bagi pelatih di Kabupaten Probolinggo ini bertujuan untuk membekali para pelatih cabang olahraga di Kabupaten Probolinggo dalam menyusun program latihan fisik untuk persiapan dalam menghadapi Pekan Olahraga Provinsi Jawa Timur (PORPROV) tahun 2023. Metode pelaksanaan berupa pelatihan secara luring dengan tahapan persiapan dan survey lokasi pelatihan, koordinasi dengan Koni Kabupaten Probolinggo, penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan kegiatan finalisasi dan koordinasi penyelenggaraan program, penyiapan dan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana dalam kegiatan pelatihan, pelaksaanaan kegiatan selama 2 hari dan rencana tindak lanjut. hasil evaluasi melalui kuesioner kepuasan peserta terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan didapatkan hasil bahwa dari nilai maksimal 5, secara materi mendapatkan nilai 3,41, narasumber 4,03 dan fasilitas yang diberikan mendapat nilai 3,02. Output yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah kemampuan pelatih dalam menyusun program latihan fisik dalam menyiapkan atletnya khususnya untuk Pekan Olahraga Provinsi (PORPROV) Jawa Timur 2023.
