Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Penanganan Sarana dan Prasarana Umum (PPSU) di Kelurahan Lebak Bulus Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling, dengan teknik sampling jenuh, menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel, karena populasinya relatif kecil yaitu berjumlah 89 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji-t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,559 atau 55,9% kontribusi motivasi terhadap kinerja berada pada kategori kuat, sedangkan 44,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain tidak. diamati dalam penelitian ini. Hasil persamaan regresi linier sederhana adalah Y = 15,357 + 0,759X, artinya peningkatan motivasi sebesar 1% akan meningkatkan kinerja sebesar 0,759. Kemudian hasil uji hipotesis nilai signifikansi 0,00 0,05 disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSU di Kelurahan Lebak Bulus.

Abstract

Correctional Institution (Lapas) is a place to conduct training for prisoners and correctional students. The excess capacity at the prison is due to the high number of inmates entering the Class IIA Salemba Prison which is not directly proportional to the number of inmates who are free from criminal periods. The problem of excess capacity has an unfavorable impact on the inmates. This study aims to discuss the strategy for dealing with the excess capacity of inmates at the Class IIA Salemba Prison, using a qualitative approach and analyzed using Koteen's theory (1997). The results of the research on handling excess capacity in the Class IIA Salemba Prison by granting the rights of the inmates, trying to increase the capacity of the prison and using a family leadership pattern. The result is that the Class IIA Salemba Prison has a distinctive character and becomes a role model for other prisons in DKI Jakarta with obedience and punctuality in worship. The program strategy provides rehabilitation activities, fostering independence, personality and independent business. Resources become a strategy by providing service satisfaction, coaching and securing competent human resources, providing facilities, infrastructure and workload analysis to meet the needs of prisons. The institutional strategy develops a strategy that is implemented through changes to regulations for granting remissions with the abolition of Justice Collaborators, extension of Assimilation, progress of the Prisoners Development Assessment System (SPPN) and the addition of Class IIA Salemba Prison officers

Abstract

People with disabilities are entitled to respectable work. Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities was released by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (UUPD). State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) are required under Article 53 paragraph (1) UUPD to employ persons with disabilities at least 2% of all workers. In order to fulfill the right of persons with disabilities to get a job, this research was conducted to examine the possibilities and problems faced by stakeholders and persons with disabilities in BUMN. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design. Fulfillment of these rights in BUMN has not been implemented, according to research findings. This occurs as a result of prejudice in certain industries and positions, a breakdown in acceptance and competency standards in the workplace, and the lack of education and skills of persons with disabilities.

Abstract

The institution that have authority to handle national land affair is Badan  Pertanahan Nasional (national land affair institution) it has function to manage land affair administration, especially in land affair administration office of south jakarta to increase services to society. And then the problem formulation is how about the quality n services of land certificate in land  affair office of South Jakarta administration. And about both of the proponent factor and obstruction factor in implementation. This research use Zeithaml theory, Berry n Parasuraman 1985 with descriptif and qualitatif methode, where reseacher descript the phenomena by analizing and serving fact sistematically to make easier in understanding and resume the conclusion. Data sources come from interview, documentation and observation. Data analizing by interactive model analizing with 3 step action that are reduction data, data serving and resume conclusion. Based on research result can be concluded that the quality of certificate services was still not good. It was analized by direct indicator. The location of land  affair office was regarded not switable. Parking area facility was narrow and suggestion box have not use yet well. Indicator of target reliable, target of finishing land certificate spend long time and not according standart established. The indicator of perspective socialization program by land affair institution not be done optimally rontie and, overall. Guaranted indicator, the competency of employed not as criteria and not in equal need improvement, emphaty indicator, there are employe do not in friendly. The need of society to make certificate can not be carried but not yet completely. Endorsement factor were regulation, organization, income ability, and skill, and also series equipment, while abstruction factor are, laek of cooperation between society to fulfill reqruitment  and society awareness to make land certificate.Keywords: Public Services, quality, Land certificate

Abstract

Madu Kelulut salah satu produk unggulan Desa Wisata Temajuk Kalimantan Barat memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi yang perlu ditingkatkan pengembangannya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi pengembangan madu kelulut di Desa Wisata Temajuk, Kalimantan Barat.  Metode kegiatan ini terdiri dari (1) potensi Madu Kelulut, (2) Pengembangan pemasaran madu kelulut, (3) Pemecahan masalah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 Nopember – 3 Desember 2022 dengan 5 peternak madu kelulut desa Temajuk, Kalimantan Barat.  Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, para peternak madu kelulut mengetahui dan melakukan pengembangan pemasaran madu kelulut dengan kemasan yang lebih baik serta pemecahan masalahnya melalui; meningkatkan pengetahuan peternak lebah kelulut mengenai budidaya madu kelulut secara benar, memberikan pemahaman manajemen pemasaran melalui teknologi digital di media sosial, e commerce, dan market place. Kemudian melakukan branding produk madu kelulut dengan kemasan yang menarik dan kualitas bagus; membuat jejaring pemasaran. Sehingga implikasi dari pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat menambah pengetahuan masyarakat dalam pengembangan madu kelulut (Trigona spp) mulai dari peternakan lebah kelulut, pengemasan dan pemasaran di wilayah perbatasan Indonesia Malaysia.Kelulut Honey, one of the superior products of the Temajuk Tourism Village, West Kalimantan, has a high selling value that needs to be developed further. This service aims to discover the potential for developing Kelulut honey in the Temajuk Tourism Village, West Kalimantan. The method of this activity consists of (1) the potential of Kelulut Honey, (2) the Development of Kelulut honey marketing, and (3) Problem-solving. The activity was carried out on November 23 - December 3 2022, with 5 Kelulut honey breeders in Temajuk village, West Kalimantan. As a result of this community service activity, Kelulut honey breeders know and carry out developments in marketing Kelulut honey with better packaging and solving the problem by; increasing the knowledge of Kelulut beekeepers regarding the cultivation of Kelulut honey properly, providing an understanding of marketing management through digital technology on social media, e-commerce, and market places. Then branding Kelulut honey products with attractive packaging and good quality; create a marketing network. So that the implications of this community service can increase public knowledge in the development of Kelulut honey (Trigona spp), starting from Kelulut beekeeping, packaging and marketing in the border areas of Indonesia and Malaysia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the policy implementation of independent campus on the certified internship and independent study (MSIB) program in Indonesia, as well as examine the supporting and inhibiting factors. The method uses two mixed approaches, qualitative and quantitative. Meanwhile, the theory used is Van Meter & Van Horn model. The results of this study found that policy implementation of MSIB program in Indonesia relatively good in aspects of program objectives, economic, social, and political conditions, also the characteristics of implementing agencies. Meanwhile, other aspects such as standards, resources, communication enforcement activities inter-organizational, and the disposition of the implementers still need to be improved. The supporting factors in the policy implementation of an independent campus on the MSIB program in Indonesia among others: 1) Relevance of learning in the MSIB program in the industrial world; 2) Clarity of cost components; 3) Adequate support from the C level and the President of Indonesia. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors among others: 1) There is no standardization of credit conversion; 2) Lack responsiveness of mentors; 3) Delay in disbursement of stipend; 4) Weak helpdesk accessibility; 5) Disparity of funding components; and 6) Support from Campus entities for programs that not yet optimal.

Abstract

The performance of a government agency can be seen from the performance of its government employees or apparatus, the author will focus this research on the South Tangerang City DPRD secretariat, where the South Tangerang City DPRD secretariat employees have the main task and that is to facilitate members of the South Tangerang City DPRD. In assessing employee performance, performance appraisal is very important for every employee to measure how employee performance is. This and measure the extent to which the main tasks and functions of the DPRD secretariat can be carried out. The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of employees at the South Tangerang City DPRD secretariat. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative description approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Using theoretical indicators from Hasibuan which states that employee performance indicators consist of work quality, work quantity, discipline, and responsibility. Based on the results of the study, it can be stated that the work quality of the sub-division for the implementation of supervision is good. Then the quantity of work of employees is good. Furthermore, the discipline of employees of the sub-section of management and supervision is said to be not good. Then the indicators of cooperation carried out by the sub-section of the supervision administration are good. In connection with the last indicator regarding responsibility, the employee of the sub-division for the implementation of supervision is already responsible.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how to evaluate the implementation of the Independent Campus policy, with a focus on the Independent Campus on the Certified Internship and Independent Study (MSIB) program. This study uses a descriptive method combined with a qualitative approach. This research found that the implementation of the Independent Campus policy, as studied in the MSIB Program is well enough and smoothly in general. This is supported by the fact that the vast majority (73%) of participants expressed satisfaction with the MSIB program's implementation thus far. As a result, 84.5% of participants thought the MSIB program was worthy of recommending to other students.  However, there are still challenges, such as collecting administration and student files and obtaining approval for the recognition of 20 credits. Based on these findings, the study suggests that the Ministry of Education, Culture Research, and Technology should be collaborate more closely with campuses, so that the preparation of student administration files can be supported by campuses and students can obtain 20 credit recognition rights.

Abstract

This Study examines the low quality of public service provided by Kedaung Village officials,Lack of public knowloedge regarding public service,procedures in kedaung Village,lack of response and attention from Kedaung Village officials to people who need service in Kedaung Village.the purpose of the research is to find out and analyze more broadly regarding the quliy of service at the Kedaung Vilage,south Tangerang City.The Method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach that aims to describe service at the Kedaung Village office.The results of this study use the service quality theory of Zeithaml Berry and Prasurahman,namely Tangible (Direct evidence),Realibility (realibility),Responsiveness (responsiveness),Assurance (guarantee),Empathy (empathy).This shows that the service at the kedaung sub-district office has not run perfectly.On the Realibility indicator,it has not run perfectly,such as the expertise of officers in using supporting facilities in the service process. On the responsiveness indicator,all officer who carry out service are classified as responsive to the community who want perform service or people who have complaints about the ongoing service process.
