Abstract

This research aims to gain knowledge about the influence of the school environment and interest in learning on the learning achievement of class IX students at SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach. The research population was class IX students at SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar with a total of 219 students. The research sample consisted of 142 students. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The results of this research state that: 1) There is a positive influence of the school environment on learning achievement, this result can be seen in the t test where the t value of the school environment (1.175) < ttable (1.6559) which means this variable is not significant. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of interest in learning on learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated value of interest in learning (10.629) > t table (1.6559) which means this variable is significant. 3) The school environment and interest in learning together influence student learning achievement, this result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (74.632) > Ftable value (3.0612). The R Square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.518, which means that 51.8% of school environment variables and interest in learning influence student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar school. Meanwhile, 48.2% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to gain knowledge regarding the influence of self-efficacy and the school environment on the learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach. The research population was class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar with a total of 171 students. The research sample consisted of 120 students. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The results of this research state that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Self-Efficacy on learning achievement, this result can be seen in the t test where the t-count value of Self-Efficacy (3.218) > ttable (1.6580) which means that this variable is significant. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the school environment on learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where the t value of the school environment (2.079) > ttable (1.6580) which means this variable is significant. 3) Self-Efficacy and the school environment together influence student learning achievement, this result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (7.372) > Ftable value (2.6821). The R Square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.112, which means that 11.2% of the Self-Efficacy and School Environment variables influence the learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar. Meanwhile, 88.8% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research such as interest in learning, peers, teacher teaching methods.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain knowledge regarding the influence of learning facilities and interest in learning on the learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP N6 Pematang Siantar Academic Year 2022/2023. This type of research is qualitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach with the testing media used is SPSS 25. The population in this study was 171 people, and the sample used was 120 people. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The hypothesis data collection technique uses multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the research state that: 1) there is a positive influence of learning facilities on student learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where the t value of learning facilities (2.016) > t table value (1.6580). 2) there is a positive and significant influence of interest in learning on learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where the t value of interest in learning (8.802) > t table value (1.6580) which means that this variable is significant. 3) Learning facilities and interest in learning together influence learning achievement. This result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (77.462) > Ftable value (2.682). The R Square coefficient of determination test is known to be 0.570, which means that 57% of the variables of learning facilities and interest in learning influence the learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar for the 2022/2023 academic year and 43% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research. .

This type of research is quantitative with an ex-post facto approach with the testing media used is SPSS 22. The total population in this study was 286 people, and the sample used was 170 people. The sample collection technique used is the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire (questionnaire). The hypothesis data collection technique uses multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). The results stated that: 1) There was a positive and significant influence of learning interest on learning achievement, this result was seen in the t test where the t value calculated from learning interest (5,710) > the t value of thetable (1.6, 540) which means that the variable is significant. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of peers on student learning achievement, this result is seen in the t test where and thecalculated t value of peers (3.020) > ttable (1.6540) which means that the variable is significant. 3) Learning interests and peers (together affect student achievement this result can be seen in the F test wherethe calculated F value (34.117) >the table F value (3.0501). The R Square coefficient of determination test is known to be 0.291, which means 29.1% of learning interest and peer variables on the learning achievement of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 12 Pematang Siantar. While 70.9% is the influence of other variables that were not studied in this study.,

Abstract

This research aims to prove the influence of strategy Explicit instruction learning model on student learning outcomes in the accounting subject class XI PIS SMA Negeri 4 Pematangsiantar. This type of research is quantitative research . The population in this study was all students in class XI PIS SMA Negeri 4 Pematangsiantar with a total of 104 students. The sample in this study consisted of 2 classes, namely class XI PIS-1 and class PIS-3 with a total of 68 students. Study done on March 26 – April 22 2024. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that the average accounting learning outcome in working paper material in classes that do not use the explicit instruction learning model strategy is 75.30. Meanwhile, the average learning outcome of students in classes that use the explicit instruction learning model strategy is 80. The results of inferential statistics using Ms.Excel 2010 obtained Sig (2 Tailed) < ɑ or (0.037 < 0.05) and the calculated t value was obtained > t table (2.131 > 1.996). So, based on the testing criteria, it can be said that Ha is accepted, namely that there is a significant influence of the explicit instruction learning model strategy on student learning outcomes in accounting subjects, working paper material for class XI PIS SMA Negeri 4 Pematangsiantar for the 2023/2024 academic year

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh disiplin belajar dan minat belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah smk swasta persiapan pematang siantar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa di sekolah smk swasta persiapan pematang siantar dengan jumlah 462 siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 214 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (angket). Teknik penggambilan hipotesis menggunkan analisis regresi berganda dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa : 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar hasil ini terlihat pada uji t dimana nilai t hitung dari disiplin belajar (2,492) > nilai t tabel (1,625107) yang berarti pada variabel tersebut signifikan. 2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar hasil ini terlihat pada uji t dimana dan nilai t hitung dari minat belajar (4,082) > t tabel (1,625107) yang berarti pada variabel tersebut signifikan. 3) disiplin belajar dan minat belajar secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi perstasi belajar hasil ini dapat dilihat pada uji F dimana nilai Fhitung (20,669) > nilai Ftabel (3,04). Uji koefisien determinasi R Square diketahui sebesar 0,164, yang berarti 16,4% variabel disiplin belajar dan minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah SMK Swasta Persiapan Pematang Siantar dan selebihnya 84,6% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Jigsaw merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan guru untuk mencapai keberhasilan pembelajaran. Model ini telah digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS khususnya pada materi Mobilitas sosial di kelas VIII9 UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran tipe Jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada hasil belajar siswa. Nilai rata-rata pre test kelas eksperimen sebesar 46,333 dan post test sebesar 80.167 sedangkan nilai rata-rata pre test kelas kontrol sebesar 40,167 dan post test sebesar 75.833. Dari data tersebut nilai kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan memiliki peningkatan hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Data-data kedua kelas berdistribusi normal dan homogen dengan nilai signifikan yang lebih besar dari 0,05. Dan hasil uji hipotesis menyimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima yaitu Penggunaan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Mobilitas Sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal usaha dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan pedagang kaki lima di lapangan merdeka pematang siantar. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah modal usaha dan jam kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan pendapatan pedagang kaki lima sebagai variabel terikat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi penelitian seluruh pedagang kaki lima di Lapangan Merdeka Pematang Siantar yang terdiri dari 112 pedagang yang  dipilih dengan menggunakan random sampling (sampel acak). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen: (1) angket modal usaha, (2) angket jam kerja, dan (3) angket pendapatan pedagang kaki lima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan modal usaha terhadap pendapatan pedagang kaki lima, hasil ini terlihat pada uji t dimana nilai thitung  modal usaha (9.191) > nilai ttabel (1.65857) yang berarti pada variabel tersebut signifikan. (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan pedagang kaki lima, hasil ini terlihat pada uji t dimana nilai thitung dari jam kerja (3.871) > ttabel (1.65857) yang berarti pada pada variabel tersebut signifikan. (3) modal usaha dan jam kerja secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi pendapatan pedagang kaki lima, hal ini dapat dilihat pada uji F dimana nilai Fhitung  (55.369) > dibanding nilai Ftabel (2.69). Uji koefisien determinasi R Square diketahui sebesar 0.502 yang berarti 50,2% variabel modal usaha dan jam kerja berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pedagang kaki lima di Lapangan Merdeka Pematang Siantar dan selebihnya 49,8% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk melatih dan mengimplementasikan hasil dari kegiatan Kampus Mengajar angkatan 5 pada tahun 2023 yaitu pelatihan kegiatan literasi dan numerasi kepada guru-guru SD Negeri 4 SINGKAM kabupaten Samosir Sumatera Utara dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan guru-guru akan ICT yang sedang trend digunakan dalam setiap proses pembelajaran dikelas. Dari Observasi dilaksanakan secara langsung oleh mahasiswa yang melaksanakan Kampus Mengajar dibutuhkan sekolah meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi di sekolah baik dalam aspek pembelajaran, adaptasi teknologi, dan sebagainya. Sekolah yang menjadi sasaran tempat penugasan mahasiswa kampus mengajar adalah sekolah-sekolah yang berada di daerah 3T dengan akreditas B maupun C tetapi sekolah sasaran di kampus mengajar 5 ini hanya sebatas SD dan juga SMP. Pada penugasan kampus mengajar kali ini, mahasiswa berkesempatan untuk melakukan observasi di SDN 4 Singkam. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari observasi, perencanaan, persiapan, tindakan, refleksi dan evaluasi terhadap workshop pengembangan pembelajaran media belajar. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen-dosen adalah bahwa guru-guru mampu menguasai teknoogi seta dapat mengaplikasikannya dalam penyampaian materi-materi pembelajara dikelas. Kemudian meningkatakan wawasan tenta pentingnya media pembelajaran yang berbasis sisteminformasi dan teknologi. Guru-guru mampu mendesain materi-materi, tugas peserta didik melalui media
