Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the innovative work behavior of the local government employees in North Sumatera Utara.This study investigates the hypothesis of the antecedents of innovative work behavior consist of transformational leadership style, psychological empowerment, and affective commitment.The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling and purposive sampling,. This study includes 40 indicators and 786 participants.SmartPLS was used to process respondent data, which was then analyzed using the Structure Equation Model (SEM). In this study, three hypotheses are tested. This study uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool from several selected areas. The results of this study are: (1) The transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the innovative work behavior of local government ASN in North Sumatra Province; (2) psychological empowerment has a positive and significant effect on the innovative work behavior of local government ASN in North Sumatra Province; (3) affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on the innovative work behavior of local government ASN in the province of North Sumatra

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk melatih dan meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru SMA Negeri 1 Sidamanik kabupaten Simalungun Sumatera Utara dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran media bahasa inggris berbasis sistem informasi dan teknologi atau dikenal dengan ICT. Dari observasi dilapangan disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan guru-guru masih kurang dalam mengaplikasiskan teknologi terhadap pembelajaran dikelas masing masing dengan menggunakan ICT. Hampir semua guru-gurunya tidak memahami untuk menggunakan media teknlogi dalam proses pembelajaran baik tugas dan mengajar kepada peserta didik. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari observasi, perencanaan, persiapan, tindakan, refleksi dan evaluasi terhadap workshop pengembangan pembelajaran media bahasa inggrisi. . adapun hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen-dosen adalah bahwa aguru-guru mampu menguasai teknoogi seta dapat mengaplikasikannya dalam penyampaian materi-materi pembelajarna dikelas. Kemudian meningkatakan wawasan tenta pentingnya media pembelajaran yang berbasis sisteminformasi dan teknologi. Guru-guru mampu mendesain materi-materi, tugas peserta didik melalui media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of YouTube media on student learning outcomes in economics subjects for class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 5 Pematang Siantar. This type of research is a quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach. The population of the study was the X IPS class students at SMA Negeri 5 Pematang Siantar with a total of 172 people. The research sample was 72 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire (questionnaire). The hypothesis-taking technique uses simple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study are that there is a positive and significant influence between YouTube learning media on the economics learning outcomes of class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 5 Pematang Siantar, namely a significant value of 0.693 > 0.05. Youtube Media R2 test has an effect of 0.003 x 100%, which means that the effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is 0.3% and the remaining 97.7% is influenced by variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Tantangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya ASN semakin kompleks terlebih saat ini merupakan era disrupsi teknologi hingga munculnya revolusi industri 4.0. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja sumber daya ASN melalui anteseden perilaku kerja inovatif. Anteseden dari perilaku kerja inovatif dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari  gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, pemberdayaan psikologis, dan komitmen afektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama dari beberapa daerah terpilih. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 397 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengolah data adalah statistika deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja  ASN pemerintah  daerah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar pada kelas VIII SMP Swasta Tamansiswa Pematang Siantar T.A 2023/2024. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel berjumlah 75 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Proses penghitungan menggunakan SPSS Versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat belajar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dan lingkungan belajar memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis F dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan minat belajar dan lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0,040 atau dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel minat belajar dan lingkungan belajar mempengaruhi hasil belajar sebesar 4%, sedangkan sisanya 96% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lainnya diluar variabel yang diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat Pengaruh Konsentrasi Belajar Dan Lingkungan Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Kelas Viii Di Smp Negeri 7 Pematangsiantar Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian retrospektif (ex-post facto). Hasil penelitian dapat mendeskripsikan seberapa besar pengaruh konsentrasi belajar (X1), lingkungan belajar di sekolah (X2) terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Y). Populasi yang peneliti gunakan yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Pematang siantar yang berjumlah 288 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Sampel diambil dari populasi siswa di sekolah SMP Negeri 7 Pematang Siantar untuk mengukur besaran sampel yang akan diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh data primer. Setelah semua kegiatan yang dilakukan selesai, proses selanjutnya adalah “menganalisis data”. Analisis data adalah proses penyederhanaan dan penyajian data dengan menggelompokkannya sedemikian rupa sehingga lebih mudah dibaca. Ada dua tujuan analisis data, yaitu merangkum dan mendeskripsikan data. 3. Konsentrasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar diperoleh bahwa nilai Fhitung (3.6369) lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai Ftabel (2.66). Nilai koefisien determinasi R Square pada tabel 4.8 diketahui sebesar 0,43. Yang berarti 43% variabel konsentrasi belajar dan lingkungan belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa di sekolah SMP Negeri 7 Pematang Siantar. Sedangkan 57% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach. The research population was students at the private preparatory vocational school Pematang Siantar with a total of 160 students. The research sample consisted of 115 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling by the researcher according to the class at school. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The hypothesis generation technique uses multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of learning media on learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of learning media is (4.636) > t table value (1.65845) which means that this variable is significant . 2) there is a positive and significant influence of critical thinking skills on learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where and the calculated t value of critical thinking skills (2.133) > t table (1.65845) which means that this variable is significant. 3) learning media and critical thinking skills together influence learning achievement. This result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (11.735) > Ftable value (3.08). The R Square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.1173, which means that 17.3% of the learning media variables and critical thinking skills influence student learning achievement at the Cinta Rakyat 3 Pematang Siantar Private Middle School and the remaining 82.7% is the influence of other variables that are not examined in this research.

Abstract

​The problem in this research is Learning outcomes on interaction material between ASEAN countries using the discovery learning model and the conventional model for class VIII at Bina Guna Tanah Java Private Middle School. ​This type of research is quantitative research . The population in this study were all students in class VIII of Bina Guna Tanah Java Private Middle School with a total of 66 students. The sample in this study consisted of 2 classes, namely class VIII-1 and class VIII-2 with a total of 66 students. ​Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that the average social studies learning outcomes for students in classes that do not use the discovery learning model is 71.76. Meanwhile, the average student learning outcomes in classes that use the discovery learning model is 73.91. The results of inferential statistics using SPSS version 21 obtained Sig(2 Tailed)<α or (0.000<0.05) and the calculated t value > t table (3.818>1.294). So, based on the testing criteria, it can be said that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between classes that use the discovery learning model and classes that use the conversion learning model in class VIII Anatar Nagara-ASEAN Countries Interaction material in social studies subjects at Bina Guna Tanah Java Private Middle School.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of study habits and learning creativity on learning achievement at SMP Negeri 2 Siantar. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with research using survey methods. The population in this study was all 245 students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Siantar. The sample in this study was 152 students. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique where sampling and population are taken randomly. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data in this study were analyzed using the normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of habit on students' social studies learning achievement with tcount 2.021 > 1.976 ttable. Furthermore, there is an influence of learning creativity on students' social studies learning achievement with tcount > ttable (11.844>1.976). and there is an influence between study habits and learning creativity on students' social studies learning achievement with Fcount > Ftable (12,684>3,056).
