Abstract

Pembangunan kesehatan merupakan bagian integral dan terpenting dari pembangunan nasional yang diarahkan untuk mempertinggi derajat kesehatan termasuk keadaan gizi masyarakat dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas dan taraf hidup serta kecerdasan dan kesejahteraan rakyat pada umumnya. Status gizi adalah keadaan tubuh sebagai reaksi dari konsumsi makanan dan Proyek perubahan yang akan dilaksanakan pada Seksi Gizi khususnya berkaitan dengan Peningkatan Berat Badan Balita melalui Pemanfaatan Pos Gizi Masyarakat (Pos Giat) Berbasis Kelor Di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan berat badan balita dalam rangka menunjang proses penyusunan kebijakan pedoman standar dan pengelolaan program Perbaikan Gizi Masyarakat. Mewujudkan hal tersebut perlu dilakukan perubahan khususnya berkaitan dengan penanggulangan masalah gizi di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Pencapian dari hasil “Peningkatan Berat Badan Balita Melalui Pemanfaatan Pos Gizi Masyarakat (Pos Giat) Berbasis kelor Di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat” harus memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan dan mengikuti tahapan kegiatan utama yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Mengacu kepada rencana kegiatan yang telah ditetapkan diharapkan kegiatan tersebut dapat terlaksana dengan baik pula. Namun tentunya dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut tidak berjalan mulus sesuai dengan yang direncanakan, baik itu dikarenakan kebijakan, arahan pimpinan, perubahan lingkungan strategis, maupun perkembangan pemikiran. Tahapan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Penemuan Dini dan Pemetaan Ibu Hamil melalui Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Berbasis Peliuk di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat, dengan Berdasarkan Kesimpulan dari Peningkatan Berat Badan Balita Melalui Pemanfaatan Pos Gizi Masyarakat (Pos Giat) Berbasis kelor Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat disampaikan sebagai berikut : 1. Data hasil pengukuran antropometri (Berat Badan dan Tinggi Badan) setelah dilaksanakan Pos Gizi Masyarakat (Pos Giat) Berbasis Kelor dipergunakan sebagai dasar perencanaan untuk kegiatan yang cepat dan tepat dalam hal Penanggulangan Masalah Gizi di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. 2. Pembentukan Pos Gizi Masyarakat (pos Giat) Berbasis Kelor untuk Balita Bermasalah Gizi di masing-masing wilayah puskesmas di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. 3. Hasil Dari kegiatan Proyek Perubahan Pemanfaatan Pos Gizi Masyarakat (Pos Giat) berbasis Kelor dapat dijadikan acuan untuk pembentukan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan penanggulangan masalah Gizi di Kabupaten Sumbawa barat. 4. Pemanfaatan Pos Gizi Masyarakat (Pos Giat) Berbasis Kelor dapat di gunakan dalam menyusun Rencana kegiatan Jangka Menengah dan Jangka panjang Daerah Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat.

Abstract

Proportion of women aged 10-19 years has been pregnant 58.8 percent and 25.2 percent are pregnant in Indonesia. The purpose of writing is to determine the role of health promotion about adolescent pregnancy on adolescent knowledge in Manado. Research model by using intervention (treatment) on research subjects to determine the results of changes after being treated intervention. The instruments used were questionnaires distributed before and after health promotion (pre-post test) to see the level of knowledge of adolescents, questionnaires containing 20 questions about teenage pregnancy. The results of the study found that there was an influence of providing health promotion about pregnancy on knowledge in adolescents in Manado City.

Abstract

The quality of health services is very important. This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of information systems towards electronic medical records at Hospital Palangka Raya. This research is a descriptive research. The research sample is 60 questionnaires. sampling method with Simple random sampling. The research was conducted from January 5 to January 25, 2023. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The research results show that the level of agreement between reality and expectations is based on predetermined variables (Man) 90.12%, Machine 85.75%, Methode) 90.06%, Material 90.18% Environment 90.94%. Based on the results of the study it is recommended to carry out regular evaluations every 6 months, repairs by providing training and collaboration with officers in improving Electronic Medical Records.

Abstract

The quality of health services is closely related to satisfaction. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction and analysis (expectation and reality) of the quality of dental health services at the Svarta Dental Care Bandung clinic. This research is a descriptive research. The research sample is 30 people. sampling method with accidental sampling. The research was conducted from January 3 to January 18, 2023. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis used is univariate analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), namely by using a Cartesian diagram. The results showed that the level of conformity between reality and expectations was based on the five dimensions of quality in the Reliability dimension of 87.3%, the Responsiveness dimension of 85.75%, the Assurance dimension of 90.06%, the Empathy dimension. 90.18% work tidiness (tiness) 90.94%. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to carry out regular evaluations every 6 months, repairs by providing training and collaboration with officers in improving the quality of service that focuses on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Effective COVID-19 patient referral system is crucial to ensure that patients in need of care can receive timely and appropriate treatment. The Regional Health Department of North Sulawesi Province plays a crucial role in the COVID-19 patient referral system in the region. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of the Regional Health Department of North Sulawesi Province in the COVID-19 patient referral system. This study was conducted using literature review. The results of the study showed that the Regional Health Department of North Sulawesi Province plays a very important role in coordinating between units within the department, overseeing the implementation of programs and policies, and ensuring the availability of sufficient facilities and medical personnel in the COVID-19 patient referral system. This role has ensured that the COVID-19 patient referral system in North Sulawesi Province runs well and effectively. However, further research can be conducted to deepen the understanding of the COVID-19 patient referral system in the region. Further research can be conducted to compare the COVID-19 patient referral system in other regions in Indonesia, so that a more comprehensive understanding of the role of regional health departments in handling the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia can be obtained.

Abstract

The hospital information system has become increasingly important due to the rapid development of technology. An effective information system can help manage patient data, medical records, doctor scheduling, medicine and medical equipment procurement, and facilitate hospital administration processes. This journal discusses the importance of hospital information systems, the benefits that can be gained, and the things that need to be considered in building and implementing an effective information system. Analysis of information system needs, information system development, training and utilization of the system, and information system maintenance are important factors to consider in building an effective system. With an effective and efficient information system, it is hoped that the quality of hospital services can be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of patient satisfaction with home care services in West Java. The research method used is qualitative study with survey and face-to-face techniques on 10 home care patients and 10 patient families in West Java. The results of the study showed that patients and patient families were very satisfied with the home care services because they provided comfort and fulfilled patient needs. In addition, healthcare workers who worked in the field of home care felt connected and useful in providing personal care focused on the patient. However, the study also identified several challenges in home care services, such as coordination between healthcare workers and families, as well as accessibility and quality of home care services. Therefore, support and cooperation from various parties, such as patient families, the community, and the government, are needed to improve the quality of home care services and ensure that patients receive the best care at home.

Abstract

Rumah Zakat is a philanthropic institution that manages zakat, infaq and shadaqah, as well as other social funds through community empowerment programs. With the Smile Champion program, Rumah Zakat is committed to improving the quality of education which includes beneficiary categories. This study aims to determine how significant the influence of the Smile Champion program is on the increase in ZIS fundraising in 2009-2018 at Rumah Zakat. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The statistics use normality test, autocorrelation test, run test, heterodasticity test, multicollinearity test, coefficient of determination test and t test. The types and sources of data used are secondary data obtained from financial information published by Rumah Zakat. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the influence of the Smile Champion program on increasing the collection of ZIS funds at Rumah Zakat from 2009 to 2018 had a very positive significant effect of 48%, while 52% was influenced by other factors which were not included in the study. This is supported by the opinion of Sunyoto (2015) that an income in a goods or service company can be determined based on the quality of a product being marketed. From this research, Rumah Zakat must try to maintain the trust of muzzaki in particular and the community in general regarding the management of ZIS funds. It's a good idea to invite donors when distributing or giving to mustahik throughout the Champion's Smile Program. With the hope that professionalism that is manifested by transparency and accountability will make zakat collection continue to increase.

Abstract

The labor period causes physiological, physical, and psychological changes in the patient that can affect the quality of life, such as vaginal delivery or caesarean section, skin contact, breastfeeding, and the psychological state after childbirth. Treatment by health facilities must include the level of safety, effectiveness, timeliness, organization, feasibility, and approach to patients from the external side that will affect the patient. Health services must be efficient; on the other hand, poor or unqualified health services will decrease the quality of life of postpartum patients. This review contains information on how postpartum patient satisfaction affects the quality of life in the delivery room.

Abstract

In the current era of modernization, many things have begun to use technological developments, including the delivery and dissemination of information. This development is marked by changes in methods in various fields, leaving manual methods and replacing them with the use of modern technology. With the rapid advancement of information technology, it makes it easier for business people to develop creativity and market a product, including the digital invitation business. This type of digital invitation is gaining popularity not only because it is considered easier to distribute, low production costs, and a variety of designs. Digital invitations are visually more attractive because media such as photos, text, animation and audio can be added. This study aims to analyze several articles related to public interest in digital invitation business opportunities. The design used is literature review, articles are collected using search engines such as neti.com, google scholar, and Sciencedirect. With the criteria for articles published in 2019-2021. Based on the articles collected, the results of the analysis show that digital invitations have considerable business potential for business people and make it easier for users to convey information.
