Abstract

Globalization is an unavoidable phenomenon involving various sectors, when all of countries in the world has been integrated become one market that is that is no limited by territorial area. In the economy and trade, Globalization has affected various social structures. The large number of foreign investor has entered to Indonesia is one of the effects of globalization in the world of economy and trade. Investation is one of the key for strengthening process in economic development. The business sectors has become a destination for investation is a modern retail industry. There is investation with capital strength in the modern retail industry sector make modern markets has begin, such as Supermarkets and Hypermarkets, Mini Markets and Mall. The investation in the modern market are mushrooming and uncontrollable, it makes competition between modern markets, especially supermarket in Indonesia. Foreign investor has big capital also take part for this investation. Ease come an investor as a result of the globalization era is a challenge for the economic development of the common people, in this case micro, small and medium enterprises in traditional markets. The progress of modern market are rapidly and unstoppable, if it is allowed to continue, traditional markets which are forum for middle and lower economic actors, one of which is small traders, street vendors, etc. will be sidelined and displaced.

Abstract

Berpikir kritis adalah keterampilan yang memiliki banyak tujuan diantaranya memacu siswa, mahasiswa atau pun seorang pengajar dalam hal menumbuhkan inovasi baru. Kajian ini menggunakan content analysis terhadap sejumlah artikel yang telah dipublikasikan di jurnal Pendidikan ekonomi di seluruh Indonesia sejak tahun 2014 sampai januari 2023, dengan yang menjadi fokus utamanya adalah keterampilan berpikir kritis. Dari kajian analisis ini mengungkapkan bahwa jumlah publikasi yang berfokus pada keterampilan berpikir kritis mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2021 dengan desain penelitian yang paling dominan adalah kuantitatif. Selain itu, 38% siswa kelas sepuluh sekolah menengah menjadi subjek penelitian lebih tinggi dari subjek penelitian lainnya. Pre-tes dan post-tes serta T-Test secara serial merupakan instrument dan metode analisi yang paling umum digunakan. Sehubungan dengan temuan penelitian ini, beberapa saran dan rekomendasi telah diusulkan untuk penelitian mendatang yang mendasari keterampilan berpikir kritis sebagai fokus utama penelitian. Beberapa rekomendasi tersebut antara lain meningkatkan keragaman subjek dan jenis penelitian.

Abstract

The role and function of management in managing a business which means managing an online shop business with management is to build good business performance, increase sales, and expand the market. Goals that can be achieved through online shop business management include: improving the quality of products and services, expanding marketing networks through social media and cooperation with other parties, building a loyal consumer community, using the right marketing mix, and utilizing technology to shape the entrepreneurial spirit through online shop business. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how the role and function of management in managing an online shop business. The method used is a theoretical review study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review study is its role and function, namely marketing strategy, human resource management, financial management, and business model canvas. In developing an online shop business, a canvas business model analysis can be carried out and the use of SWOT analysis techniques to determine the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the business currently owned. It can be concluded that the role of management is very important in the business world both offline and online. With the management can support parts of marketing, production, accounting, finance, and human resource management. For someone who is running an online shop business, it is also necessary to improve the quality of service to customers in selling quality products. So that in its implementation, it is necessary to carry out a business strategy to analyze the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the business currently owned.

Abstract

Productivity is something that many companies want to achieve, which will later affect the company's output in the form of results obtained, one of which is company profit, productivity is an indicator of employee performance at PT. XYZ, measured by the number of results obtained from daily activities which will impact on work results which will later be used as billing equipment for work results to customers. Taking a sample of employees in the report generation unit, the result is that the more working hours that employees go through will affect productivity the following day, this is due to employee eye fatigue working on reports in front of a computer screen. The more hours worked with additional overtime hours, the productivity will decrease.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pengaruh Sistem Kehadiran Fingerprint dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan Comlabs USDI ITB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengetahui Pengaruh Sistem Kehadiran di Comlabs USDI ITB. 2) Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja di Comlabs USDI ITB 3) Pengaruh Kinerja Kerja di Comlabs USDI ITB. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif menjawab pertanyaan penelitian Pengaruh Sistem Kehadiran Fingerprint dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan Comlabs USDI ITB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yang bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Untuk mengetahui hal tersebut maka digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t dan uji f. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 40 orang karyawan Comlabs USDI ITB. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebar kuisioner. Sedangkan untuk pengujian analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, relibilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian uji t didapat Thitung 3,603 dan 2,057 dengan signifikansi 0,001 dan 0,047. Karena signifikansi < 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa sistem kehadiran fingerprint dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja kerja. Adapun variabel yang memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap Kinerja kerja adalah Disiplin. Hasil pengujian uji f hitung 8,532>Ftabel 3,25 dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 yang menyatakan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdap Pengaruh Sistem Kehadiran Fingerprint dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan Comlabs USDI ITB.

Abstract

Hospitals are service businesses that provide intangible products such as services and involve human resources (HR) to run them. HR management is important in driving the hospital business. This article aims to find out the importance of HR management in the hospital business and its related factors, thereby creating performance improvements related to the demands of effective and efficient organizational goals. The method used is to search for previous articles with a total of 17 articles and a span of 10 years (2013-2023). The results show that good human resource management influences the desire for organizational goals by increasing performance.

Abstract

The government through the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia took a big step by issuing Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 24 of 2022 concerning Electronic Medical Records, whereby through this regulation health service facilities start from independent practice locations for doctors, dentists and/or other health workers, health centers, clinics , hospitals, pharmacies, health laboratories, centers and other Health Service Facilities determined by the Minister are required to implement Electronic Medical Records. Of course, this is a big breakthrough considering that currently the implementation of Electronic Medical Records in Indonesia is said to be not going too well and can even be said to be advanced compared to other countries. This is of course directly related to the infrastructure owned by Health Service Facilities in Indonesia. One of the considerations is the readiness of the Electronic System to be used later, both electronic systems prepared by health care facilities themselves to electronic systems prepared by third parties. There are several important things that must be considered by the electronic system to be able to carry out electronic medical records including the registration of the system as an electronic system operator, having minimum capabilities in accordance with Permenkes No. 24 of 2022 and the ability to maintain data security and protection. Some of these things are a challenge for Electronic Systems or Hospital Information Systems to be able to run Electronic Medical Records according to the provisions that have been set. If this cannot be done, it is likely that the system will receive sanctions up to the revocation of the operating permit.

Abstract

Quality health services is one measure of satisfaction effect on the patient's desire to return to the institution that provides it effective health services. To meet the needs and desires of patients so that satisfaction can be obtained in the end can increase trust in the hospital through excellent service. One of the important issues to answer the strategy in the midst of a situation of decreased public trust in hospital services is "What is the operational strategy in improving quality, service value, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency, service process effectiveness, reducing "waste", and cultural management in hospitals ?”. So what can be a mindset approach to implementing this is "Kaizen (5R)". This approach can be a tool for cultivating a culture of change directed at increasing the value of patient care (customer value) simultaneously with efficiency efforts. The implementation of 5R can be carried out in line with increasing discipline in the environment around the workplace, starting with simplifying the storage of the equipment needed in the work environment, tidying up the arrangement, cleaning, caring for and caring for it and doing it continuously will make it a pleasant workplace through the formation of work discipline.

Abstract

Legal harmonization determining the iddah period for divorced women outside of court between Law No. 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law is still an unresolved issue in Indonesia. This study aims to identify the differences and similarities between the two laws, as well as provide recommendations on the proper harmonization of laws for divorced women outside the court. This study uses comparative analysis methods and interviews with Islamic jurists. The results of the study show that there are differences in determining the iddah period between the two laws, and the proper harmonization of law by enforcing Islamic law that is in line with the social and cultural context of Indonesian society. It is hoped that the results of this research can become input for legislators and the public in formulating legal policies that are fair and in accordance with Islamic teachings and the social context in Indonesia.
