Abstract

The campus area is a place for students and teaching staff to carry out their routine activities. But there are times when campus visitors are not only focused on teaching staff or students who already know the ins and outs of the campus area. Some parties such as students' parents, new students, guests sometimes need a certain guide to find specific areas of interest in the campus area. The development of this application is carried out aiming to assist and alleviate these parties to search and find related areas. The design of the software is made with Adobe Edge Animation CC with Action Script 3.0. based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the Digital Mapping Application on the Muhammadiyah Riau Campus can overcome the problem of confusion among the parties when visiting the Muhammadiyah Riau campus.

Abstract

Video streaming is a technology that is often used when watching videos on the internet without having to download then video to play it. Some problems that affect the performance of video streaming are such as the large capacity of the video size, the capacity of the video size affects the smoothness when streaming video. In this research, two video compression methods will be compared, namely H.264 codec and H.265 codec. The test is carried out to determine the effect of using the compression method according to changes in the codec ang framerate used. After testing the two codec, it can be concluded that the H.265 codec is more effective to apply than the H.264 codec.

Abstract

Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Riau merupakan instansi yang khusus menangani permasalahan narkoba, salah satu langkah penanganan penyalahgunaan narkoba yaitu dengan melakukan rehabilitasi agar pecandu narkoba bisa sembuh dari ketergantungan narkoba. Rehabilitasi bagi pecandu narkoba sangat penting dilakukan, hal ini dilakukan agar dapat mengurangi atau menghilangkan ketergantungan untuk menggunakan narkotika, sehingga dalam proses rehabilitasi pasien bisa menghilangkan ketergantungan dengan narkotika. Setelah proses rehabitilasi dilakukan penilaian asesmen pada pasien utuk menentukan apakah dapat dilakukan rawat jalan atau rawat inap, untuk melakukan asesmen pecandu narkoba dapat digunakan menerapkan metode profile matching, metode profile mathcing secara garis besar merupakan sebuah proses membandingkan antara kriteria pasien ke dalam kebutuhan yang dapat dijadikan acuan, sehingga dapat diketahui perbedaan kebutuhan, semakin kecil nilai gap yang di hasilkan nilai bobotnya semakin besar memiliki peluang untuk kesesuaian antara kriteria individual dengan kebutuhan yang di jadikan acuan. Abstract

The beauty of tourist attractions in Indonesia has a certain attraction for foreign tourists to serve as a place for vacation. However, the number of visitors needs to be predicted to anticipate an increase or decrease in the number of visitors, so that the state can determine policies regarding changes in the number of visitors in the future. Forecasting is used to predict previous data patterns so that further data patterns can be known. Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) is a neural network development that can be used for modeling time series data. Several researchers have conducted research using the Multilayer Perceptron method in making predictions. Forecasting systems or forecasting are very helpful in the current era, forecasting aims to predict future conditions. Prediction results, obtained 82% accuracy for tourist predictions in Period 7, namely September 2020, 97% for Prediction Period 8, namely December 2020 so that the Number of Tourists for Period 9 is 7,106 people.

Abstract

Email atau Surat elektronik yang biasa disingkat surat-e adalah sarana kirim mengirim surat melalui jalur internet. Email spam dapat diartikan sebagai tindakan mendistribusikan pesan yang tidak diminta, seringkali dikirim secara massal menggunakan email. Email, dikirim untuk tujuan yang sah, dikenal sebagai Ham. Masalah penelitian ini ialah bagaimana memnyaring email spam yang masuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memfilter spam email secara otomatis menggunakan algoritma naïve bayes yang terhubung dengan mail server. Naïve bayes merupakan fungsi yang banyak digunakan oleh pengembang spam filter sebagai fungsi untuk filtering email karena sederhana dan mudah untuk diimplementasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa naïve bayes dapat memfilter email spam dengan klasifikasi text. Saran penulis untuk pengembangan dapat menggunakan algoritma lain.

Abstract

Motif tenun melayu sangat beragam. Keberagaman ini membuat sulit membedakan motif-motif kain tenun tersebut. Klasifikasi data diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik objek yang terkandung dalam basis data agar kemudian dikategorikan ke dalam kelompok yang berbeda. Tujuan penelitian yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui performa pengenalan dan klasifikasi motif tenun melayu menggunakan Faster R-CNN dengan model arsitektur VGG, dengan cara mengukur persentase dari tingkat akurasi, presisi, dan recall yang akan divalidasi menggunakan K-Fold Cross Validation. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma deteksi objek Faster R-CNN sebagai metode pengenalan dan klasifikasi pola kain berbasis citra digital. Faster R-CNN merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengenali objek pada citra digital. Kemampuan pengenalan objek ini digenean untuk mengenali dan mengklasifikasi motif-motif kain tenun melayu. Jumlah dataset yang digunakan berjumlah 100 citra yang diacak untuk masing-masing dari 5 (lima) fold pada K-fold cross validation. Data tersebut dibagi menjadi 80 data train dan 20 data test. Setelah dilakukan persiapan data, pre-processing, serta implementasi, dilakukan pengujian dengan hasil bahwa dari data latih yang berupa citra kain tenun melayu, didapatkan skor rata-rata training loss dari step pertama hingga step terakhir sebesar 1,915. Klasifikasi karakteristik pengenalan motif tenun melayu menggunakan Metode deteksi objek Faster R-CNN melalui validasi K-Fold Cross Validation dengan nilai k=5, didapatkan akurasi 82.14%, presisi 91.38% dan recall 91.36%.

Abstract

With the COVID-19 pandemic, human activities have been disrupted, including the learning process in the education sector. The government issued a policy that learning is online. The online learning method requires to master the use of technology and it is still considered new by most teachers, that’s why this community service is carried out. This activity is intended for all teachers and teaching staff at MTs Muhammadiyah 02 Pekanbaru and Activities are carried out with three processes, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage is carried out by meeting with the school to determine the topic, schedule, and timing. The implementation stage is carried out by presenting and practicing the use of the Zoom application directly. The evaluation stage is carried out by helping to receive complaints about the use of applications from participants after the activity is carried out. The results of community service activity can increase the ability to use the Zoom application so that the online learning process becomes effective and maximized.

Abstract

The management of citations and reference articles from various scientific journals must be mastered by students in order to produce good scientific works. One of the tools that can be used in managing scientific work citations is the Mendeley tool. The Mendeley tool provides a lot of convenience in improving the quality of writing scientific articles, namely making it easier for students to make citations and bibliography. This training is held at the Universitas Islam Indragiri (UNISI) by involving students who will carry out final research (scripts).

Abstract

The pandemic that is being experienced by Indonesia, namely the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, has led to the implementation of large-scale social restrictions in order to accelerate the handling of the spread of the virus. As a result of the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia, including in Riau Province, where every City and Regency has increased, especially Pekanbaru, the implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). This study tries to answer this question by using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. Naïve Bayes Classifier is a probabilistic and statistical method of classification technique that predicts future opportunities based on previous experience. The use of the Naïve Bayes algorithm to predict the growth of Covid-19 cases in Pekanbaru obtained a good performance score with 90.00% accuracy, 90.24% precision and 91.90% recall. Based on the results of the classification of the datasets used in this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Policy for Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in the city of Pekanbaru has proven to be effective where there has been a decline in the category of growth of Covid-19 cases with a high category from 70% to 25%. Vice versa, the growth of Covid-19 cases in the low category has increased from 30% to 65%.
