Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan penguasaan keterampilan kihon kata dalam mata kuliah karate, diperlukan suatu model pembelajaran yang harus diterapkan oleh seorang dosen. Salah satu model yang dapat digunakan adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. STAD merupakan tipe kooperatif yang menekankan pada aktivitas dan interaksi antar siswa untuk saling memotivasi dan saling membantu dalam penguasaan materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah karate. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas PGRI Palembang yang mengikuti perkuliahan karate. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling sebanyak 38 siswa yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis uji-t dengan kesamaan dua rata-rata satu pihak. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Kriteria Dalam hal ini t hitung berada pada daerah penolakan Ho, maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar kata kihon.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah“Bagaimana Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Servis Bawah Permainan Bola Volly Siswa Kelas V SDN 15 Sembawa.Penelitian Ini Bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran servis bawah guna meningkatkan kemampuan servis bawah pada permainan bola voli siswa.Penelitian Ini Merupakan Penelitian R&D.Penelitian Ini Berjumlah 12 Siswa Yang Dibagi Menjadi 2 Kelompok Yaitu Tim A dan Tim B. peneliti membuat suatu produk permainan yaitu dalam bentuk Suatu Video Permainan Servis Bawah bola volly.Permainan ini di design semudah mungkin, seperti kita ketahui anak SD memiliki kekurangan pada pengetahuan. Berdasarkan Penilaian dari ahli materi Model permianan bola Volly untuk anak SDN 15 Sembawa. Berdasarkan penilaian dari uji coba awal Model permianan Bola Volly untuk anak SDN 15 Sembawa perhitungan tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa uji coba awal dengan memperoleh nilai 75 % Berdasarkan pedoman kriteria validasi model permainan yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori efektif., berdasarkan penilaian dari uji coba akhir Model permianan bola volly untuk anak SDN 15 Sembawa. Hasil angket respon siswa terhadap permainan Bola Volly ini memperoleh skor 85 % dari keseluruhan sepuluh butir penilaian angket. Hasil perhitungan berada pada kategori Sangat Efektif. Dari nilai tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model permainan bola Volly Untuk anak SDN 15 Sembawa “Sangat efektif” digunakan pada pembelajaran olahraga.bahwa skor yang diperoleh dari validasi ahli materi adalah 80 % dengan kategori layak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh metode latihan resistance band, latihan plyometrics dan Perbedaan metode latihan resistance band dan latihan plyometrics terhadap kemampuan passing siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Metode penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pretest-post test control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan : a).Ada pengaruh latihan resistance band terhadap kemampuan passing permainan futsal siswa karena nilai Sig 0,530 > dari 0,05 dengan besarnya kontribusi pengaruh latihan resistance band adalah 76,2%. b). Ada pengaruh latihan plyometrics terhadap kemampuan passing permainan futsal siswa karena nilai Sig 0,107 > dari 0,05 dengan nilai kontribusi pengaruh latihan plyometrics adalah 62,6%. c). Ada perbedaan kelompok latihan resistance band dan latihan plyometrics sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan terhadap kemampuan passing siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA PGRI 2 Palembang karena nilai sig 0,177 lebih besar dari 0,05.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menuntut guru untuk memahami siswa secara terus menerus membangun kesadaran tentang kekuatan dan kelemahan murid, mengamati, menilai kebugaran, minat, dan preferensi belajarnya. Selain itu guru juga harus menggunakan semua preferensi tentang bagaimana siswa mendemonstrasikan preferensi belajarnya (terkait isi, proses, produk dan lingkungan belajar). Sehingga ketika guru terus belajar tentang keberagaman potensi muridnya, maka pembelajaran yang profesional, efektif, dan efektif akan terwujud. pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah menciptakan kelas yang memiliki keragaman dengan memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk meraih konten,memproses ide dan meningkatkan hasil belajar setiap siswa agar dapat belajar lebih efektif lagi. Dengan demikian, inti dari pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi semua perbedaan yang dimiliki siswa secara terbuka dengan kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang akan dicapai oleh siswa. tujuan dari kegitan PkM ini adalah untuk melatih Guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dapat membuat modul pembelajaran pembelajaran berdifrensiasi. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training methods and achievement motivation on the results of karateka karate speed at PGRI Palembang University. The method used in this study is quasi-experiment. The subjects in the study were 37 karateka of PGRI Palembang University. The instrument used in data collection for this variable is the Likert scale model questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was with two-track Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) and continued with the Tukey Test. From the results of data analysis shows that there is a difference in the influence of training methods between groups with circuit training methods and interval training is accepted, because the calculation results show Fcalculate = 6.99 > Ftable = 4.05 and there is an interaction between the training method and Achievement Motivation with Speed accepted, because the calculation results show that Fcalculate = 41.77 > Ftable = 4.05.

Abstract

The Indonesian government is currently trying to improve the image of Indonesian tourism by developing community-based tourism. One form of community-based tourism development is sport tourism. As the name implies, sport tourism is tourism combined with sports. This can support the growth of the tourism sector because it is supported by sports activities that attract visitors. South Sumatra has a lot of tourism potential, especially in water sports, seen in the condition of the area which is the water area that is the icon of the city of Palembang, namely the Musi River, besides that there are also many tributaries scattered in various areas which are the flow of the Musi River, in addition to the river The lakes that have an attraction one of them is Lake OPI (Ogan Permata Indah) located in the Jakabaring area. The development of various tourism sectors in various countries that are stretched coupled with the source of foreign exchange obtained by the region from the tourism sector is certainly an opportunity and also a challenge for Indonesia, especially the city of Palembang in developing the sports tourism sector. The development of sports tourism requires the active role of various parties. The central government to local governments at the lowest level have a role in the authority to regulate, foster and develop. In addition, the role of related agencies, business actors and the general public is also needed.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the practice of hitting the ball on the results of volleyball smashes in extracurricular male students at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang 1. Materials and Methods. In this study the method used was an experiment with the design of One Group Pre test Post test, namely statistics to determine the influence between two symptoms, the data collection technique used was by test. Smash punch test to measure the results of a smash punch in a volleyball game. The population in this study was male students who participated in volleyball training activities at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang 1. The sample consisted of 14 male students of SMA Negeri 1 Belitang 1. Results. The magnitude of the influence between the practice of hitting the ball on the results of the smash punch was that it could be seen by the hypothesis using the t test obtained a t count of 1.951 and a t table price of 1.761. So t count > t table, thus Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, which means that there is a significant effect of the practice of hitting the ball on the results of volleyball smashes in extracurricular male students at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang 1. Conclusions. The conclusions of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of hitting the ball practice on smash results in volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang 1.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using audio-visual media on increasing students' understanding of practicing static and dynamic gymnastics movements. This form of research is using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The subjects of this study were VII grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Ulu Musi, namely where the number of students was 20 students, namely 11 boys and 9 girls. The research data analysis technique was carried out by comparing the data from the pretest and posttest results after treatment using a one-sample t-test. From the results of the study before students saw audio-visual media, the average pretest result was a question item value of 48.05 with the highest value of 72, and the lowest value was 14. The average pretest skill value was 56.56 with the highest value of 87.5 and the lowest value was 25. Whereas during the posttest after students saw audio-visual learning media, the average value was a question item value of 95.8 with the highest value of 100 and the lowest value of 75. The average skill value was 85.93 with the highest post-test value of 100 and the lowest value of 62.5. Thus, showing an increase in student understanding in practicing static and dynamic gymnastics movements through audio-visual media from the pretest and post-test. This proves that the use of audio-visual media is effective in increasing students' understanding of practicing static and dynamic gymnastics.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the level of participation of Palembang society in doing sport at the Gelora Sriwijaya Jakabaring Palembang (GSJP) stadium. The sample was 90 people. The research method used a quantitative descriptive. The sampling in this study was carried out by probability sampling technique, called proportionate stratified random sampling using the Sports Development Index formula. From 90 people sampled divided into age groups: 30 teenagers (12-25 years), 30 adults (26-45 years) and 30 elderly (46-65 years) which is in each age group consisting of 15 males and 15 females. The results of this study concluded that the participation rate index of the people of Palembang city exercising at the GSJP stadium for teenagers got a result of 0.400. This showed that youth sports participation in the city of Palembang was high. For adults, to get a result of 0.533 showed that adult sports participation in the city of Palembang was high. For the elderly, to get a result of 0.333 showed that elderly sports participation in the city of Palembang was high. Overall, this 0.422 result showed that the sports participation of Palembang society was high. One of the SDI indicators that has been studied showed a number in the range of 0.000 - 0.260, meaning that community participation in the city of Palembang was high. So, the community can be consistent and participate in sports by maximizing the use of the GSJP stadium.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence speed training has on increasing long jump results in class X IPS students at SMA N 1 OKU. This research is experimental research using a pretest-posttest control group design with the independent variable speed training, the dependent variable the long jump result. The subjects in this study were male students of class X IPS students who were selected by the sampling technique, to determine the experimental and control groups the researcher used a simple random sampling technique with an ordinal pairing system. The data collection method used is a test. In each group, the test was given at the beginning before treatment and at the end after being given treatment. The treatment in the experimental group was in the form of speed training (30-meter sprint), After being given treatment for 5 weeks with a frequency of exercise 4 times a week. Based on data analysis by means of the t-test statistic with a significant level α = 0.05, it is obtained t count = 16.42 and t table = 1.771, if t-count > t-table then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, the truth that was proposed by Ha can be accepted, that speed training has an effect on long jump results in class X students at SMA N 1 Ogan Komering Ulu.
