Abstract

The MBKM student exchange program is conducted in the Department of Educational Management, FIP, State University of Surabaya. The program is implemented online considering the pandemic is still ongoing. This research has a high urgency because it is important to know how the management of MBKM student exchanges during the Covid-19 pandemic, considering that so far student exchanges have been carried out directly or face-to-face before the Covid-19 pandemic. A qualitative approach with the case study method was used in this research. The results showed that student exchange management started from planning, organizing, implementing, to evaluating. The four steps are summarized in seven activities in the management of MBKM student exchange during the pandemic in the Department of Education Management, FIP Unesa, namely: (1) planning; (2) socialization; (3) recruitment; (4) student orientation; (5) student placement; (6) student development; and (7) recording and reporting. This study can be used as recommendations for the implementation of online student exchanges by other universities because it shows the process starting from program planning, organizing, implementing, to evaluation.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan pemahaman pengelola pendidikan terhadap penyusunan program rencana pengembangan sekolah berdasarkan hasil riset. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pelatihan (in job) dan pendampingan (on job) sejumlah 32 jam untuk Kepala Sekolah dan Tim Pengembangan Sekolah. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu kegiatan pelatihan berjalan lancar dan kondusif serta memberikan manfaat bagi mitra, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan hasil riset dalam penyusunan program rencana pengembangan sekolah. Abstract

Abstract: The teaching and learning process is currently presented as online learning to answer challenges in developing the learning process in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and physical distancing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to develop virtual lectures during the physical distancing period in PAUD management courses. This type of research is development research. The method used in developing the product is the ADDIE model. The methods used in collecting data are observation and questionnaires. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire. The technique used in analyzing the data is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that PAUD Management virtual lectures get “decent” assessment results with an average score of 4.0 from media experts, material experts and also from the results of the initial trials. It was concluded that virtual lectures during the physical distancing period in PAUD management courses were suitable for learning. Abstrak: Proses belajar mengajar saat ini disajikan dalam bentuk pembelajaran online untuk menjawab tantangan dalam mengembangkan proses pembelajaran di era revolusi industri 4.0 dan juga physical distancing akibat pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan perkuliahan vitual di masa physical distancing pada mata kuliah manjemen PAUD. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pengembangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan produk yaitu model ADDIE. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu observasi dan kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu kuesioner. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkuliahan virtual Manajemen PAUD mendapatkan hasil penilaian yang “layak” dengan skor rata-rata 4,0 dari ahli media, ahli materi dan juga dari hasil uji coba tahap awal yang dilakukan. Disimpulkan bahwa perkuliahan vitual di masa physical distancing pada mata kuliah manjemen PAUD layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: The shift in working habits from home to returning to work in the office has resulted in significant changes that require readjustment. This study aims to analyze the competence of information and communication technology utilization and job enrichment/job enlargement on the performance of educators and education staff. This research uses the descriptive-correlational quantitative method. The approach in this research is made deductively. The data collection method used is primary data (directly). The instrument used is a questionnaire. The total population in this study were 114 respondents, while the sample was 95. The research sampling technique used proportional random sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results of this study are, first, ICT competence, job enrichment/job enlargement received by educators and education staff and the performance of educators and education personnel at the level of the ‘high’ category. Second, there is an influence of ICT utilization competence on the performance of educators and education personnel in the era of the new average education. Third, there is the effect of job enrichment/job enlargement (JE/JE) on the performance of educators and education staff in the era of the new average education. Fourth, there is a simultaneous influence of ICT utilization and job enrichment/job enlargement (JE/JE) competencies on the performance of educators and education personnel in the era of new typical education. Abstrak: Pergesaran kebiasaan kerja dari rumah menjadi kembali kerja di kantor menimbulkan perubahan yang cukup signifikan sehingga perlu adanya penyesuaian kembali. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kompetensi information and communication technology utilization dan job enrichment/job enlargement terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif-korelasional. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara deduktif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui data primer (secara langsung). Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 114 responden, sedangkan sampel sejumlah 95 responden. Teknik sampling penelitian menggunakan proportional random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pertama, kompetensi ICT, job enrichment/job enlargement yang diterima oleh pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dan kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada tingkat kategori ‘tinggi’. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh kompetensi ICT utilization terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada era new normal education. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh job enrichment/job enlargement (JE/JE) terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada era new normal education. Keempat, secara simultan terdapat pengaruh kompetensi ICT utilization dan job enrichment/job enlargement (JE/JE) terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada era new normal education.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to optimize information services for residents of the Department of Education Management and the general public related to improving the quality of information services in a practical and integrated manner. The method in this study uses the Waterfall Model, which is 5 stages (Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Maintenance). The results of the research obtained products that have been in accordance with the design process following the Waterfall Model, in the form of the 'MP Mobile Apps' application starting from features to the process of filling in information on the application by adjusting the conditions and development of programs or activities organized by the Department of Education Management, so that the optimization of the information system through the E-PR concept is realized and has been used by residents of the Department of Education Management. Keywords: Development, Electronic Public Relations, Optimization, Management Information System Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu optimalisasi layanan informasi bagi warga Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan dan masyarakat umum terkait meningkatkan kualitas layanan informasi secara praktis dan terintegrasi. Abstract

Good education management can certainly be carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible, which in the end is a positive response from users of educational services in the form of user satisfaction. There are several aspects to increase user satisfaction, one of which is information that is quickly received by the public and internal citizens of educational institutions. The method in this study uses the Waterfall Model from Winston Walker Royce, which has 5 stages (Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance). The purpose of this research is to emphasize the improvement of information services for department members and the general public, namely the quality of information services in a practical and integrated manner. The results of the “MP Mobile Apps” development show that the "MP Mobile Apps" application has met the eligibility standards to be implemented with an average of each. The category is as much as 85%.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan kurikulum integratif pada International Class Program (ICP) di SD Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui uji kredibilitas, uji dependabilitas, uji transferabilitas, serta uji konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 18 strategi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan kurikulum integratif pada International Class Program (ICP) meliputi 8 strategi kepala sekolah dalam perencanaan kurikulum integratif, 3 strategi kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan kurikulum integratif, 3 strategi kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum integratif, serta 4 strategi kepala sekolah dalam evaluasi kurikulum integratif. Kata kunci: strategi kepala sekolah, manajemen kurikulum, kurikulum integratif, international class program (ICP). Abstract This study aims to find out and describe the principal's strategy in managing the integrative curriculum in the International Class Program (ICP) at SD Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and a case study research design. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity tests carried out are the credibility test, the dependability test, the transferability test, and the confirmability test. The results showed that there were 18 strategies carried out by principals in managing the integrative curriculum in the International Class Program (ICP) including 8 strategies in integrative curriculum planning, 3 strategies in organizing an integrative curriculum, 3 strategies in implementing an integrative curriculum, and 4 strategies in evaluating the integrative curriculum. Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan. Kepala sekolah menjadi faktor utama keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan. Pada masa pandemi covid-19 sekolah dilakukan secara daring. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan akan memberi dampak yang signifikan bagi proses pendidikan dan tercapaianya tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tata letak kajian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review dengan model PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis). Hasil pencarian data menggunakan media scopus, emerald, dan google scholar diperoleh 20 artikel. Data diperlukan dihimpun melalui kajian teks, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Hasil dari systematic literature review menunjukkan bahwa (1) strategi pengembangan SDM melalui workshop dan rekrutmen (2) strategi menjadi fasilitator melalui membimbing, memberikan dukungan, pengawasan (3) strategi menjadi kolaborator melalui tidak membeda-bedakan, berkomunikasi baik, berkoordinasi, pencatatan, pengelompokan, dan pengarsipan (4) strategi gaya kepemimpinan yang demokratis dan musyawarah. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat evaluasi konteks, input, proses, dan produk pada program  ICP (International Class Programme) di SD Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya. Jenis Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian evaluatif model CIPP yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif statistik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner atau angket. Uji Instumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap 102 orang responden terdiri dari 86 peserta didik dan 16 pendidik program ICP, ditmui aspek konteks program ICP memiliki kategori sangat baik. Aspek Input program ICP memiliki kategori cukup baik. Sedangkan aspek proses pada program ICP berada pada predikat baik. Terakhir aspek produk program ICP masuk dalam kategori sangat tidak baik, dalam hal ini peserta didik menilai aspek produk pada tingkat baik, sedangkan pendidik menilai aspek tersebut dalam tingkat sangat tidak baik. Kata kunci : Evaluasi, Model CIPP, Program ICP (International Class Programme) Abstract This study aims to describe the level of context, input, process, and product evaluation in the ICP (International Class Program) program at SD Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya. This type of research is the CIPP model evaluative research that uses a quantitative descriptive statistical approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires. Instrument test includes validity test and reliability test. Based on the results of an analysis of 102 respondents consisting of 86 students and 16 educators of the ICP program, the context aspect of the ICP program was found to be in a very good category. The input aspect of the ICP program has a pretty good category. While the process aspect of the ICP program is in a good predicate. Finally, the product aspect of the ICP program is in the very not good category, in this case students rate the product aspect at a good level, while educators rate this aspect at a very bad level.
