Abstract

Therefore, this study aims to determine student perceptions of the value of religious character education contained in the novel entitled “Di Bawah Langit Yang Sama”. Qualitative research methods have become research procedures. Data were taken from student learning activities through novels and interviews. The data sources were students and they were 100 students (M = 57, F = 43). Data analysis techniques include (1) problem formulation, (2) selection or categorization of data sources, (3) elaboration of data categories based on operational definitions, (4) checking reliability, (5) data analysis, research, reports and evaluation of research results. Checking the validity of research data using credibility, transferability, triangulation, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study conclude that religious values describe the way a person communicates and worships God, how to pray, carry out God's commands, preserve customs related to worship ceremonies, and respect each other to live in harmony. The implications of the results of this study have taught students to understand the value of local wisdom and preserve various traditional values that have become the customs of people's lives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar kerja Peserta didik (LKPD) Berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing Pada Materi Puisi Rakyat Kelas VII di SMP Negeri 35 Palembang. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengikuti langkah kerja dari model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII.1 di SMP Negeri 35 Palembang dengan jumlah 10 siswa untuk uji coba kelompok skala kecil dan 34 siswa untuk uji coba lapangan skala besar. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa produk Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing Pada Materi Puisi Rakyat yang dikembangkan memenuhi aspek kelayakan materi dengan presentase nilai 89% berkategori sangat valid, aspek kelayakan bahasa berkategori sangat valid dengan presentase nilai 91% dan aspek kelayakan media dengan presentase nilai 97% juga berkategori sangat valid. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk Lembar Kerja Peserta didik (LKPD) yang dikembangkan memperoleh presentase nilai rata-rata sebesar 92% menunjukkan kategori sangat valid dan layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Kemunculan tokoh wanita dalam novel sering diposisikan sebagai wanita yang lemah, manja, dan bergantung pada laki-laki. Hal tersebut diakibatkan oleh realita sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat mengenai perbedaan citraan maskulinitas dan feminitas. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan citra fisik, psikis, dan sosial pada tokoh utama wanita dalam novel Layangan Putus karya Mommy ASF dengan menggunakan kajian kritik sastra feminis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif  dengan teknik analisisi isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan citra wanita aspek fisik yang meliputi ciri biologis, bentuk tubuh, paras, penampilan, dan usia. Citra wanita aspek psikis tokoh utama wanita yang dilukiskan dalam novel ditandai dengan: perasaan pribadi, mentalitas, perilaku, sifat, sentimental, dan moral. Citra wanita aspek sosial yang ditemukan pada novel meliputi peran wanita dalam keluarga dan wanita sebagai makhluk sosial dalam masyarakat. Tokoh utama dalam novel ini merupakan seorang wanita dengan penggambaran fisik, psikis, dan sosial yang mempunyai keterkaitan dengan wanita di kehidupan nyata, sehingga penelitian ini dapat mengungkapkan pandangan wanita yang melibatkan wanita sebagai pembaca.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how the storytelling-based teaching material module affected the ability to write folklore. The research method used is a posttest control design, which means that there is treatment in both the control and experimental classes. The study was carried out at the Indonesian Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, PGRI Palembang University. To assess students' writing abilities, data was collected using an essay test. A t-test was used to analyze the data. According to the calculations, the Paired Sample t-test = 0.029 Significant Level = 0.05. As a result, it is known that the group of students (control class) who did not receive the learning treatment with the storytelling-based writing teaching materials module had a lower mean value than the group of students who used the storytelling-based writing teaching module during the learning process. Meanwhile, the experimental class had a Paired Sample t-test value of 0.188 Significant Level = 0.05. As a result, it is known that the group of students (control class) who did not receive learning treatment with the storytelling-based writing module scored higher on average than the group of students who did not use the storytelling-based writing module in class.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran pop-up book untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan dari media pop-up book yang dikembangkan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan (R&D). Peneliti menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap pengembangan yaitu: (1). Analysis (tahap analisis), (2). Design (tahap perancangan produk), (3). Development (tahap pengembangan), (4). Implementation (tahap penerapan), (5). Evaluation (tahap evaluasi). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan: lembar observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran pop-up book pada materi tahap pertumbuhan hewan (metamorfosis) di SD yang dikembangkan sangat layak, sangat praktis, dan sangat efektif.

Abstract

Citizenship Education is very important to be applied in elementary schools for the intelligence and personality skills of students such as physical and spiritual fitness,independence. Therefore, the difficulty that often arises is that the learning outcomes of civic education are still low. Based on this, the problem in this research is whether there is an effect of the power of two model on the learning outcomes of V-grade Civics at SD Negeri 199 Palembang. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of the power of two model on the learning outcomes of fifth grade Civics at SD Negeri 199Palembang. Using the correct research method, the research design was posttest-only control group design. The data obtained were analyzed using t-test. Based on the t-test analysis for the final test at a significant level = 0.05, it was obtained that tcount > ttable (tcount = 15.5 > ttable = 1.67), so that there could be an effect of the two-strength model on the learning outcomes of Civics Class V SD Negeri 199 Palembang.

Abstract

Patriarchy means the position of men as the center, the sole entrepreneur. This film was researched to raise the problems experienced by women, according to a study, the problems that most often occur in the private sphere, namely dating violence. This study aims to identifyand describe the critical discourse found in the film Story Of Kale (2020) by Teun Van Dijk. In this study, researchers used Van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis in the dimensions of text which included macro structure, superstructure, and microstructure. The type of research used is the descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data in this research is the film Story Of Kale. The method used to collect data is documentation. The data collection technique uses content analysis techniques, then the data validation technique used is source triangulation. From the results of research in the text dimension which includes macro structure, superstructure, and microstructure, it is found that intertwined relationships are found in highlighting toxic masculinity as a form of negative masculinity in a patriarchal system, the domination relation to an unhealthy relationship is woven by Argo and Kale towards Dinda.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the reception of literature in terms of humanism values in the collection of poems by Binhad Nurrohmat's Throne of Sungkawa. The problems revealed in the research regarding the value of humanism in the five poems with the theme of human life with all aspects of the problem. Sources of informants came from the academic level of PGRI Palembang University students in 2018, 2019, and 2020 who had taken poetry study/appreciation courses. The research method is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis is carried out by presenting data, with analysis in tabular form. The results of the study can be concluded thatstudents who understand the reception of the themes of the five poems are; the journey of human life in the world until it is time to prepare for death. Reception of tones glorifies lower tones with a plot of sadness. Feelings/feelings in the five poems namely; feelings/feelings associated with the soul of the author with a religious background. Reception of the message, namely; do not feel that this world is everything. The five poems created by the author present human values for humans to live their lives in a positive direction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know determine whether diorama media with a scientific approachcan improve science learning outcomes for fifth grade elementary school students. This research is a type of quantitative research using the experimental method of True-Experimental Design research in the form of Posttest-Only Design. The variables of this study consisted of the independent variable (X) namely the diorama media and the dependent variable (Y) namely thelearning outcomes. The population in the study amounted to 75 students with 20 students asresearch subjects. Data collection techniques using tests and observations. Validation of the testinstrument was tested using the product moment correlation formula and the reliability test usingsplit-half. The data analysis technique used the T test, which was carried out after the normality andhomogeneity tests were known. The experimental class that was given treatment with diorama media obtained a posttest average of 79.50 and the control class obtained a posttest average of 61.00. The results of the t test with t table 2.024 obtained t count 4.349, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the use of scientific approach diorama media on science learning outcomes for fifth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine science learning by using experimental methods on cognitive learningoutcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 195 Palembang. This research is a quantitativeresearch using the experimental method of True-Experimental Design research in the form ofPosttest-Only Control Design. The research population was all fifth grade students of SD Negeri 195 Palembang, totaling 131 students. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling type Simple Random Sampling. The sample in this study was taken from class VA which amounted to 38 students and class VB which amounted to 32 students. Data collection techniques using tests ofstudent cognitive learning outcomes and observation. The instrument for measuring cognitive learning outcomes uses a posttest in the form of an objective test description. The validity of the test instrument was tested using the Product Moment correlation formula and to determine the reliability, it was tested using the Cronbach Alpha formula. Data analysis technique using t test. The results showed that the experimental class group obtained an average posttest value of 83.16 and the control class obtained an average posttest score of 57.97. The results of the t-test are 6.432 with a t-table of 1.996, meaning that it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between learning science using experimental methods on cognitive learning outcomes of elementary school students.
