<![CDATA[Di era sekarang ini, digital technology merupakan sarana yang sangat berarti bagi pelaku usaha dalam upaya memperluas jangkauan pasartermasuk usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Perkembangan industri saat ini tidak luput penguatan digital technology dari dari berbagai aspek. Peningkatan laju UMKM saat ini ditunjang dengan adanya digital technology dan sangat berkontribusi pada peningkatan product domestic bruto negara. Keberadaan digital technology mampu mendorong pertumbuhan gross domestic product negara dan bertransformasi ke arah digital economy. Perkembangan digital economy sudah dimulai sejak tahun 1980-andengan dimulainya penggunaan komputer pribadi yang ditopang dengan adanya jaringan internet dalam operasional bisnisnya. Kemajuan teknologi komputer dan internet menjadi tonggak dimulainya perdagangan elektronik atau tang sering dikenal dengan istilah e-commerse. Perkembangan digital economy semakin pesat dengan hadirnya smartphone, kemudahan dalam mengakses jaringan internet serta hadirnya teknologi cloud turut mewarnai pertumbuhan digital economy. Perubahan kemajuan usaha yang berbasis pada platform memudahkan iklim usaha sejalan dengan kemajuan teknologi internet telah mengubah iklim usaha tradisional. Pemanfaatan data dan teknologi jaringan internettelah membuat model bisnis baru. Adanya platform yang digunakan bagi pelaku usaha.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pembinaan pengelolaan keuangan pada koperasi simpan pinjam merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anggota dan pengelola koperasi dalam mengelola keuangan secara efektif dan transparan. Melalui serangkaian penyuluhan mengenai prinsip-prinsip dasar pengelolaan keuangan dan pembinaan langsung terhadap praktik-praktik terbaik, program ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat manajemen keuangan koperasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan pengelola koperasi dalam mencatat transaksi, menyusun laporan keuangan, dan mengelola arus kas secara lebih terstruktur. Dampak positif lainnya adalah peningkatan partisipasi anggota dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis koperasi serta peningkatan akses terhadap layanan keuangan yang inklusif. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan dan keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi perlu diatasi dengan pendekatan yang terstruktur dan dukungan berkelanjutan. Dengan implementasi saran-saran yang tepat, diharapkan koperasi simpan pinjam dapat terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kontribusi terhadap perekonomian lokal.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan paylater terhadap perilaku konsumtif generasi milenial, serta untuk mengetahui apakah lifestyle dapat memperkuat hubungan kemudahan penggunaan paylater terhadap perilaku konsumtif generasi milenial di Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer yang diuji menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahaan penggunaan paylater berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Lifestyle berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Variabel lifestyle tidak memperkuat hubungan antara kemudahaan penggunaan paylater terhadap perilaku konsumtif generasi milenial di Kabupaten Bekasi.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aimed to test a research model that states that the effect of Employee Work Stress and Employee Compensation on Turnover Intention is mediated by Job Satisfaction at PT. Monokem Surya Karawang. This study used a quantitative approach. The respondents of this study were employees of PT Monokem Surya Karawang. Sampling in this study was carried out using Probability Sampling, and sampling was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling method. Sample data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The research analysis used is a structural model processed by SMART-PLS 3.0 software. This study shows that Employee Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Employee Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Employee Work Stress has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention even though Job Satisfaction has mediated it, Job Satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention, Employee Compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention, Employee Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Employee Compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention even though it has been mediated by Job Satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover ratio on Solvency ratio, namely Debt to Equity ratio for the period 2011-2021. This research method is descriptive quantitative by conducting classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study are partially, Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk for the period 2011-2021. Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk for the period 2011-2020. Simultaneously Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) have a significant effect on Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk for the period 2011-2021. The Coefficient of Determination as measured by the Adjusted R Square value is 0.576 or 57.6%, so that the contribution of Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover is 57.6% to the Debt to Equity Ratio, while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to establish a model of leadership effectiveness, business environment and organizational work culture on the implementation of corporate governance (GCG) in BPR in DKI Jakarta. The data collection method uses a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The population used in this research was BPR in DKI Jakarta and the sample size was determined using a saturated sampling technique. The research results show that leadership, business environment and organizational work culture have a significant influence on corporate governance. Therefore, BPR must pay attention to variables that are indicators of good GCG practices to support the achievement of company performance targets. This research contributes to producing a model that is able to explain 81% of GCG implementation for banking in Indonesia, especially BPR.]]>

<![CDATA[Bondholders expect bond yields in their investments in bond instruments. This study aims to analyze the company's internal factors which include liquidity, profitability and leverage on bond yields in manufacturing companies that issue bonds in the period 2018-2021. Purposive sampling method was used in this study and obtained 12 manufacturing companies during the study period. Multiple linear regression was used to obtain the impact of internal and external factors on bond yields. The increase in the company's liquidity and profitability indicates a decrease in bond yields. Meanwhile, the increase in leverage indicates an increase in bond yields. Increased leverage can increase bond yields. External factors do not show an impact on bond yield.]]>

<![CDATA[The big challenge faced by local governments in this era of globalization is how to display professional apparatus, the ability to hold bureaucratic ethics in the task of fulfilling the aspirations of the community. This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and trust on community satisfaction in commitment mediation in Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the distribution of questionnaires and the results are processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study concluded that service quality does not have a significant influence on community satisfaction either directly or through commitment, while trust has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction both directly and through commitment. Emphasizing the importance of increasing public trust in public services to increase public satisfaction. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and income moderated by lifestyle on financial behavior in Karawang district civil servants. The sampling method in this research is probability sampling using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study was 100 Karawang district civil servants. This research tests correlation and regression with the help of the SMARTPLS 4.0 program, used to test validity and reliability, goodness of fit and hypotheses. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that: 1). The financial literacy variable partially has a significant effect on the financial behavior of civil servants in Karawang district. 2). The income variable partially has a significant effect on the financial behavior of civil servants in Karawang district. 3). The financial literacy variable which is partially moderated by lifestyle has no effect and is not significant on the financial behavior of civil servants in Karawang district. 4). The income variable which is moderated by lifestyle partially has a significant effect on the financial behavior of civil servants in Karawang district.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dampak kondisi makroekonomi yang diukur dengan tingkat inflasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan PT Martina Berto TBK (MBOT) dan PT Mustika Ratu TBK (MRAT) Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis d menggunakan regresi linier berganda menggunakan generalized least square (GLS), Granger Causality test, dan Compare Mean antara PT Martina Berto TBK (MBOT) dan PT Mustika Ratu TBK (MRAT). Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas yang diukur dengan return on asset (ROA) pada PT Martina Berto Berta (MBOT) dan PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT) adalah solvabilitas yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio (DER) dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang diukur dengan produk domestik bruto (PDB) periode 2006 – 2022. Sedangkan tingkat inflasi tidak mempengaruhi profitabilitas.]]>
