<![CDATA[The aim of this paper is to explain how serious and sympathy the Government and the people of Indonesia with the Palestinian struggle colonized by Israel and the unilateral claim made by Israel against Jerusalem as the capital. More than that the dominant factor is certainly the humanitarian crisis which is the reason why it needs to continue to support Palestine. Palestine and Egypt became the party that recognized the earliest Indonesian independence in 1945 even though at that time Palestine was not yet a state, it was not yet independent and it was recognized and respected by the Indonesian Government as concrete evidence of Palestinian existence. The Indonesian government's actions for Palestine have at least been announced from Bung Karno administration to President Jokowi today. None of the Indonesian Presidents since the Republic of Indonesia was independent which did not pay more attention to the Palestinian problem and its variants and it all became a concern of the President and his ranks in fighting for independent Palestine during his foreign policy so far]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions that have the principal principle of tafaaquh fi din have a tremendous influence on their santri. In addition, history also records from before the independent state of Indonesia, that pesantren became the frontline in expelling colonial colonizers and presenting peace in the archipelago even today. Even so, lately there have been a number of pesantren that have lost their way, they have stopped paying attention to the security and peace of the nation, they only think that in a pesantren it is a place to explore religious knowledge not others. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to explore the pesantren in fortifying the Pancasila. This study is a linear field with a descriptive qualitative approach, where data collected in the form of written or oral words from people who are the subject of research and observable behavior. Research data is sought through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research produces several things: first; the role of pesantren in rejang lebong and kepahiang districts is very good in terms of education, da'wah which is tasamuh, religious and moral services as well as ukhuwah islamiyah, except the second pesantren as Syafi'i imam; the efforts made by the pesantren in fortifying Pancasila, namely: the formation of friendly Islam with the TNI and the Police and the Commemoration of national and Islamic holidays, as well as social services. In contrast to the efforts made by the imam as Syafi'i pesantren which is to establish communication with the guardians of the santri who agree with them.]]>

<![CDATA[This research began with a community empowerment program launched through the Village Funds Budget. Community empowerment is the lowest priority in managing village funds after development and government. In fact, empowerment that currently does not reach 30% of the village funds budget can create a more independent community. However, until now the independence of the community has not been realized to its full potential. By using a socio-empirical research and program evaluation approach, it is expected that this research can obtain a real picture of the effectiveness of community empowerment through village funds in West Lampung. The community empowerment program launched by the government through the management of village funds in West Lampung is still not effective. This is caused by several factors, namely: the level of geographical difficulties of Pekon in the mountainous region, and the relatively low level of education of the community and Pekon apparatus. These causes make empowerment when viewed in terms of the programs offered are very good. However, the implementation is still not effective where the village funds management apparatus lacks the courage to develop the program on the grounds that there are no official technical guidelines from the regional government.]]>

<![CDATA[Amina Wadud is one of the feminist figures, who tries to give a new color in the interpretation of the contemporary Qur'an. Amina Wadud as a woman tries to accommodate the voice of women in every interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an. This article aims to conduct an analytical study of the contextualization of feminist interpretations conducted by Amina Wadud which includes the methodology of interpretation carried out and several examples of Amina Wadud's interpretations and the author's analysis of the contextualization of Amina Wadud's interpretation of Islamic society. The method used in this study is the library research method. The result of this study is that in making his interpretation, Amina Wadud uses an interpretation model called hermeneutics. The method of hermeneutical interpretation is intended to obtain conclusions on the meaning of a text or verse. The contextualization of feminine interpretations of Amina Wadud in Islamic society in Indonesia, especially feminist activists, among others, is the equal rights and obligations between husband and wife in family life.]]>

<![CDATA[Isl?mic teachings believed by some to be inseparable from the life of Isl?mic society, including in-state life which makes democracy a political method complete with party systems but issues heard in Bangladesh that also uses the political method of democracy in the state, parties that embrace Isl?mic ideology a difficult problem was even declared a band party. This study aims to see, analyze with a descriptive approach with library data sources to see the facts that occur, the role of Isl?mic parties and find patterns of an Isl?mic party in Bangladesh, especially the JIB party (Jamaat Islamiyah Bangladesh) in democracy. The results of the study found that Bangladesh, including Flawed Democracy and the Bangladeshi regime, made the reasons for terrorism and history a pretext to suppress the Isl?mic party which is also an opposition government party, especially JIB, which is a fusion of the Bangladesh Muslim League and Isl?mic Democratic League. But despite the party's forbidden right-wing but has alliances with other major parties such as the BNP and Awami League and JIB still articulates through the mouthpiece of secular parties, even the voice of Islamic parties remains the key to BNP victory in elections.]]>

<![CDATA[Within the millennial era, academics had much discussed the science of living hadith. It even used as one of the supporting knowledge in exploring the traditions in the community. One of them is the tradition of adorning sacrificial animals in Kenagarian Bawan. It carried out before slaughtering the animals. This research explored the tradition by using ethnographic approach in the hadith living. The research found that the community had different understanding about this tradition. Some of them argued that it was a legitimate condition for completing the sacrificial worship since this tradition was an implementation of a hadith of the prophet Muhammad SAW; “... adorn your sacrificial animal because you will ride it at Shirat”. It means to sacrificing the best animal, well selected and decorated, to Allah SWT. The other reason to keep this tradition was because it has done for years. ]]>

<![CDATA[The lack of analytical, critical and creative attitudes occurs because of the mindset of students or their teaching staff. This explanation is the basis for why researchers try to study with the aim of making a Comparative Study Model for Research Methodology Courses in Improving Student Competencies to Arrange Final Projects in PTS (Private Universities) in Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas Districts. The research population of 5,604 students spread across well-known private Universities in Lubuklinggau City and Musi Rawas District, researchers took a sample of 1%, with a uniform distribution. The researcher uses the frequency crosstab analysis (cross percentage), for the comparative type the researcher uses the technique of One Sample T Test, Independent Sample T Test, and One Way Anova. Research results (1) There are differences in each PTS in the application of learning models in general; (2) There is no difference in each PTS in the application of specific learning models, both the parametric approach model and the micromorph approach model; (3) There are differences in student competencies in each in terms of physical competence; and (4) There are no differences in student competencies in each in terms of intellectual competence; personal; social; and spiritual.]]>

<![CDATA[West Sumatra society today has a high interest in getting children into pesantren, it can be seen from the interest that increased every year. In terms of cost, education funds in pesantren are quite expensive. Admission fee into pesantren currently ranges from eight to fifteen million rupiahs, while monthly for one child ranges from seven hundred thousand to one million three hundred rupiahs per month. This differs greatly from public schools that are free of charge. The assumption is that this is a positive symptom where parents have a good Islamic passion and give sufficient attention to increase their children's religious understanding. This paper will explain about the phenomenon of education is quite expensive but able to attract the interest and attention of the community and reveal what factors are driving parents to enter children into Islamic boarding schools. The method used is qualitative. The fact that the assumption is not entirely true, because many factors that encourage parents to enter children into the pesantren are more driven by work, household problems, and more importantly, the community considers pesantren to be able to provide solutions for child development problems. In fact the pesantren is also unable to fully appreciate the role of parents. So the awareness of all parties, both parents and the school to collaborate, really helps the realization of better children's education]]>

<![CDATA[Child Protection Regulation in Indonesia believes the family as the main support system for children with various problems including HIV / AIDS. This policy is based on the view that places the family as the main institution of child protection. Because people with HIV / AIDS are still stigmatized, this is a family challenge to provide care for children with HIV / AIDS. The challenge is between telling the child's HIV / AIDS status to get broader support in care, by avoiding stigmatization. In this dilemma the questions that will be answered in this article are what are parents doing in caring for children infected with HIV / AIDS, how to avoid stigma from the social environment, what social structures are able to block and hinder the quality of care and care. This research uses a qualitative method based on case studies of 6 families with children infected with HIV / AIDS through the mother to child transmission pathway. This article shows that HIV / AIDS infection through mother-to-child transmission can also describe negative parental risk behaviors according to community moral standards. Parents try to hide the infection status of their children from other family members by moving from one place to another. This strategy of avoiding stigmatization does not affect health care and treatment even if their status is known by existing health care units. However, there is anxiety that their child's family will not get their rights to education, social relations and other social support needed for growth and development, if their HIV / AIDS status is opened. Thus the results of this study demanded the reengagement of the family as the main support system for the care and care of children with HIV / AIDS. The limitation of this study is that the children studied are infected from mother to child transmission, so children who are transmitted in other ways have not been revealed by this study.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of modern education that tends to separate the spiritual and physical education impact to soulless mind and leads to immoral acts which further led to appear new concept of humanization of education as a paradigm of liberation which full western value, thus failing to address the substance of the human humanity. This phenomenon prompted the authors to examine and offer a humanistic concept â?? Islamic Concept against the human values in education. Approach in addressing the core problem of the author refers to the approach to the study of literature. This study found that the paradigm of Islamic education humanist contained in al-Qur`an, and in Islamic education is one activity that aims to please God by taking into account the balance between religious knowledge and general knowledge while providing the freedom to develop science in goal utilization for human life.]]>
