Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi siswa melalui pemberian suatu eksperimen yaitu penerapan pendekatan problem based learning berbasis scaffolding pada siswa sekolah dasar. Desain penelitian menggunakan tipe Quasi-Experimental design dengan pre-posttest design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di 3 Sekolah Dasar yang terletak di Kota Bandung dengan jumlah kelas subyek penelitian terdiri dari 2 kelas yakni kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen pendapatkan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan problem based learning berbasis scaffolding dan kelas kontrol mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional. Jumlah subyek sebanyak 191 siswa dengan perincian: di kelas eksperimen sebanyak 89 siswa dan kelas kontrol sebanyak 102 siswa yang masing-masing tersebar di 3 SD berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematika setelah dilakukan PBL berbasis Scaffolding dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajar dengan metode konvensional, dimana diperoleh nilai estimated marginal mean pada kelompok  eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada kelompok kontrol, yakni 0,318 > 0,124.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui bagaimana manajemen peningkatan mutu SD Negeri 1 Gumelar sebagai sekolah unggulan; 2) mengetahui dampak manajemen peningkatan mutu sekolah terhadap prestasi lomba siswa; 3) mengetahui dampak manajemen peningkatan mutu sekolah terhadap hasil USBN siswa kelas VI. Kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 1 Gumelar. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) SD Negeri 1 Gumelar telah melaksanakan manajemen peningkatan mutu delapan standar nasional pendidikan dengan baik dan optimal. Manajemen peningkatan mutu yang belum optimal  terlihat pada standar kompetensi lulusan, standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan serta standar sarana dan prasarana. 2) Manajemen peningkatan mutu yang dilakukan memiliki dampak yang sangat baik terhadap prestasi lomba siswa. Terbukti SD Negeri 1 Gumelar menjadi juara umum dalam kegiatan lomba di tingkat kecamatan pada tahun 2019. 3) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen peningkatan mutu belum berdampak pada hasil USBN siswa kelas VI tahun 2018 dan 2019.

Abstract

Penilaian ranah afektif pada tingkat spiritual merupakan salah satu jenis penilaian pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Namun, masalah yang ditemukan dilapangan, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam cenderung mengabaikan penilaian afektif pada tingkat spiritual dan lebih memfokuskan pembelajaran pada penuntasan kognitif semata. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana model penilaian hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengembangkan model penilaian hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Kabupaten Rokan yang telah dilakukan selama ini. 2) Untuk mengembangkan Model Penilaian Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Kabupaten Rokan Hulu yang ideal. Jenis penelitian ini mengunakan pengembangan (Research and Devlopment) yaitu model penilaian hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Model penilaian hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta dinyatakan belum valid., dan 2) Model yang ideal penilaian hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTs Swasta Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, penulis lakukan melalui proses penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Sehingga model penilaian hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam lebih efektif dan efesien.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the scientific approach in the curriculum 2013 in class VB Public Elementary School 13 of Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. The subjects in this study were teachers of class VB Public Elementary School 13 of Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques used in this study include: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the teacher has carried out learning activities by applying the scientific approach. Activities carried out in learning include observing activities that have been carried out well by the teacher in learning 1 through learning 6, which is giving students the opportunity to observe pictures and reading texts. The questioning activity was not carried out properly, it did not appear that students asked questions in learning 1 to learning 6 only to the extent that the teacher asked the students. The activity of trying to do it is quite good in learning activities only visible in learning 2, learning 3 and learning 6 such as making story drawings, discussing in groups and making creations from playdough. Reasoning has been done well in learning 1 to learning 6, activities are carried out with the teacher giving independent assignments to students to make assignments in the student book. Communicating activities have been carried out well in learning 1 to learning 6 in the form of communicating orally and in writing in the form of teachers delivering material and question and answer activities and writing in the form of students making independent assignments. So, it can be concluded that the teacher of class VB Public Elementary School 13 of Pekanbaru has carried out learning by applying the scientific approach but has not been implemented optimally.

Abstract

This study was based on the low learning outcomes of social studies in fourth-grade students at SDN 167 Pekanbaru. Of the 20 students, only 9 students (45%) achieved minimum completeness, while the average student learning outcomes were 60.24. To overcome this learning problem, classroom action research is carried out by applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) approach. The purpose of this study is to improve social studies learning outcomes by applying the CTL approach. This research is a classroom action research conducted in the fourth grade SDN 167 Pekanbaru with a total of 20 students. This research was conducted in two cycles, the data collection techniques used were observation and written tests. The analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis of data on teacher and student activities and social studies learning outcomes. The results of the study state that the application of the CTL approach can improve the activities of teachers and students as well as social studies learning outcomes. This is evidenced by (1) teacher activities in the first cycle of the first meeting amounted to 50.00%, in the first cycle of the second meeting was 64.28%, in the second cycle the first meeting was 78.57% and in the second cycle II was 92.86%; (2) the activities of students in the first cycle of the first meeting were 57.14%, in the first cycle of the second meeting it was 67.85%. In the second cycle, the meeting I was 75.00% and in the second meeting cycle II was 89.28%; and (3) student learning outcomes have increased in the pre-cycle number of students who completed 9 students, in the first cycle became 12 students, in the second cycle became 17 students. The increase in the average learning outcomes from the basic score is 60.25 to 68.25 in the first cycle and 78.50 in the second cycle. Based on the results of this study, the application of the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) approach can improve learning outcomes in social studies subjects in grade IV SDN 167 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This research aims to describe to enhancement malay cultural knowledge of students Elementary School in Pekanbaru. The research was conducted at SDN 191 Pekanbaru City with the focus of the object of the research werw the students of class VI. The design of this research was PTK (Classroom Action Research). The initial data of students was obtained namely 66.38 and in the first cycle 72.75 increased by a difference of 6.37 units. While the average student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 72.75 and in the second cycle of 78.81 has increased by a difference of 6.06 units. The action is carried out by the teacher, by the teacher together with the students, or students under the guidance and direction of the teacher, with a view to improving and improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Berdasar hasil survei yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti—menunjukkan kualitas pembelajaran menulis siswa di kelas X IPA 7 SMAN 15 Surabaya tergolong masih rendah. Karenanya, tujuan penelitian ini adalah penerapan media film animasi agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks anekdot pada siswa kelas X IPA 7 SMAN 15 Surabaya. Haisl pembahasan, berdasarkan hasil tindakan pada siklus I dan II, dinyatakan terjadi peningkatan baik dari segi proses pembelajaran menulis anekdot (kerja sama siswa, inisiatif siswa, perhatian siswa, dan bekerja sistematis), maupun kualitas hasil keterampilan siswa (kemampuan siswa mengungkapkan gagasan, perbendaharaan kosa kata, penggunaan EBI, dan perolehan nilai).

Abstract

This research purpose to knowing affected of: 1) crosswords puzzle learning to learn motivation at third class in Harapan Umat Elementary School IT Purbalingga, 2) crosswords puzzle learning to learn result in third class. The research method was an experiment, with two group treatments that were the control group and experiment group. Group control was 3C class and the experiment group was 3F class. Data using in this research were primary and secondary data. And then data be analyzed by the Independent Sample t-test. Result of the research has shown: 1) crosswords puzzle learning significant affected to learning motivation at third class in Harapan Umat Elementary School IT Purbalingga; and  2) crosswords puzzle learning affected to learning result at third class

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 56 Pekanbaru Jalan T.Cik Ditiro Sudirman. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan complex problem solving skills siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya metode outdoor learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Pre-Experimental Design dengan menggunakan bentuk desain one group pretest posttest designdenganjumlahsubjeksebanyak19 siswa yang terdiri dari 8 anak laki-laki dan 11 anak perempuan. Dalam penelitian ini tidak menggunakan kelas pembanding namun sudah menggunakan tes awal sehingga besarnya efek atau pengaruh penerapan metode outdoor learning dapat diketahui secara pasti. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa setelah dilakukan uji statistik dengan menggunakan SPSS dan Microsoft Excel, terdapatnya perbedaan complex problem solving skills siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya metode outdoor learning. Pada pretest memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 49,05 dengan nilai tertinggi 76 dan nilai terendah 11. Setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan metode outdoor learning, hasil complex problem solving skills siswa meningkat secara signifikan yaitu memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 60 dengan nilai tertinggi 83 dan nilai terendah sebesar 16.Rata-rata peningkatan nilai pretest dan posttest adalah 0,21 dengan interpretasi rendah. Maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan complex problem solving skills siswa kelas V A SDN 56 Pekanbaru yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan hasil posttest denganmenerapkan metode outdoor learning.

Abstract

The background of this research is the problem of reading ability of grade 1 elementary school students in 009 Kepau Jaya Public Elementary School, Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency, as seen by students who have difficulty recognizing letters, even though the teacher often repeats the letters in front of the class, saying words, and matching pictures with writing when the teacher uses the task of matching images with children's writing tends to be less able to do it. This study aims to analyze the reading ability of grade 1 elementary school students at 009 Kepau Jaya Public Elementary School. The population and sample in this study were all first-grade students of 009 Public Elementary School Siak Hulu, Siak Hulu Subdistrict, amounting to 30 students. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive to analyze the reading ability of grade 1 elementary school students at 009 Kepau Jaya Public Elementary School, Siak Hulu District, Kampar District. The data collection technique used was the observation of grade 1 students and analyzed to find out the results of descriptive statistics that illustrated the level of ability to educate elementary school students in grade 1. Based on the results of the study it was found that the ability to read first-grade students of 009 Kepau Jaya Public Elementary School in Siak Hulu District was a low category. This can be seen in the category of scores obtained by students where 18 or 60% of students are in the low initial reading ability, while the remaining 12 or 40% of students are in moderate reading ability. This is influenced by physiological factors, intellectual factors, environmental factors, and psychological factors.
