<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem informasi parkir otomatis, agar dapat mempermudah menentukan posisi parkir berbasis Telegram. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengetahui informasi parkir dan menentukan posisi parkir yang dapat diakses oleh penghuni apartemen apabila ingin memarkirkan kendaraannya yang dapat diakses melalui telegram pada smartphone. Metode pembuatan alat dimulai dengan perancangan blok diagram, pemilihan spesifikasi komponen sesuai dengan blok diagram, pembuatan flowchart, mengintegrasikan hardware, dan pemograman sistem. Hasil perancangan dan pembuatan sistem informasi parkir otomatis ini dapat bekerja dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Mega2560 sebagai pengontrolnya. Data sisa parkir diperoleh dari pembacaan data kendaraan yang masuk ke area parkir dan kendaraan yang keluar dari area parkir, proses pembacaan menggunakan dua sensor ultrasonik. Sistem dibuat berbasis Telegram, yang berarti sistem terhubung kejaringan internet dengan modul ESP8266 dan mikrokontroler Arduino mega2560. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa sistem yang telah dibuat mampu memberi informasi parkir dan menentukan posisi parkir.]]>

<![CDATA[This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach, namely using numerical analysis. This research will be carried out in all elementary schools in Muara Dua Kisam District, South Oku Regency. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of research and discussion is that there is a positive and significant influence between training on the performance of elementary school teachers in Muara Dua Kisam District with an rX1Y value of 0.434> r table, namely 0.278, so there is a positive influence between training on school teacher performance. based in Muara Dua Kisam District. The R square value is 0.188, which means that 18.8% of teacher performance is affected by training. with a significant t of 0.002 <0.05. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine and describe the effect of certification allowances and work motivation on the discipline of public high school teachers in Lubuk Raja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the results of testing the first hypothesis can be concluded that there is a positive influence between the certification allowance on teacher discipline. The teacher certification allowance relationship model is significant, this is indicated by the value of the t-test = 3,539 or 35.39% greater than the t-table alpha 0.05 of 1.69552, then the results of testing the second hypothesis can be concluded that there is an influence between work motivation on teacher discipline. The teacher work motivation relationship model is significant, this is indicated by the value of the t-test = 3.539 or 35.39% greater than the t-table alpha of 1.69552. and the results of testing the third hypothesis, it can be concluded that the certification allowance and work motivation together have a positive influence on teacher discipline, with a significant value, namely the F test results obtained are 11, 339 greater than the distribution of F alpha 0.05 = 4.00 or Sig 0.000 <0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of principal leadership and work motivation on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 OKU. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study were 62 teachers who were taken as the research sample, so this research is called population research. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the prerequisite test, which includes the normality test, linearity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Analysis testing using partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). Based on the research results, it is obtained data that the principal's leadership and work motivation jointly affect the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 OKU.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was made to obtain very accurate data which aims at the supervision of the principal and the professional competence of teachers which can independently or simultaneously with the performance of teachers in SMP Kisam Tinggi District, South OKU. This research used a quantitative method using product moment and multiple regressions. The population was 96 teachers in Kisam Tinggi District. Because the population is less than 100, the sample used is a sample population, which means that the entire population is sampled. The results of the research at each point in the formulation of the problem answered that there was a positive influence both individually or simultaneously as much as 31.4% and the remaining 68.6% which was seen from other factors.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the principal's leadership style in improving the learning process at SD Negeri 05 Ogan Komering Ulu. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were school principals and teachers of SD Negeri 05 OKU. The results of this study indicate that the principal leadership style applied in SD Negeri 05 Ogan Komering Ulu was carried out by the principal in general in response to good cooperation by subordinates, who used the democratic-participatory leadership style shown by the principal gave an example that both for teachers so that teacher personality increases, assigning or delegating teachers identically to official duties and motivating students, and is open and becomes a place of consultation for teachers and students in order to realize the quality of education and learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and describe: 1). influence principal's leadership on student learning motivation; 2) Effect of School Management on Student Motivation; 3) Effect of Principal Leadership and School Management on Student Motivation at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Semidang Aji District. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 64 teachers. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple linear and multiple linear regression formulas. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant influence of the principal's leadership on student learning motivation; 2) there is a significant effect of school management on student learning motivation; 3) there is a significant influence of the principal's leadership and school management on student learning motivation at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Semidang Aji District. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership and school management on student learning motivation at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Semidang Aji District is 48.4%, the remaining 51.6% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the variable variables in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to analyze the elements of short story builders through the Jigsaw cooperative learning model in student’s XI class of MIPA-1 Senior High School 1 at Tanjung Batu of Ogan Ilir Regency. In the action cycle 1, the value obtained was 2160 with an average of 67.50. Students who complete as many as 14 people with an average percentage of completeness of 43.75%. In cycle 2 there was an increase where the achievement of the results obtained a value of 2280 with an average of 71.25. Students who complete as many as 26 students with an average percentage of completeness of 81.25%. Then in the action cycle 3 has increased again where the results obtained are 2535 with an average of 79.22. Students who complete as many as 30 students with an average percentage of completeness of 93.75%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the success of implementing constructivism-based and contextual learning systems in Indonesian language learning, in particular, the five-grade first semester at SD Negeri 44 OKU with on-line learning techniques in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The results showed several recommendations for distance learning designs by viewing teaching as a process of interaction between learning actors. Interactions that are mediated by this technology need to be carefully designed and implemented based on the needs of students. Apart from what has been shared here, the spaces for innovation are still very wide open in the design and implementation of distance learning, with learning spaces to continuously improve teaching. The vast space for innovation and learning is what frees educators to continue to observe, ask, try, find, and reflect on what forms of distance learning are most appropriate to the context of their students.]]>
