Abstract

National-scale building material stores that have branches in various regions certainly want the business to run smoothly. This must be supported by good sales activities at the central store and also branch stores spread in various places. However, there is no solution to collect sales data from branch shops quickly, causing a slow response to the analysis of the increasing trend in sales of goods and goods whose sales trend has dropped. This can reduce sales competitiveness in this national scale business with similar competitors. Virtual data warehouses can help collect scattered operational data, in this case sales data located at branch stores in various locations are then collected into a data warehouse that is stored in the cloud server so that it can be processed for strategic decisions. Virtual data warehouse is a data warehouse that connects operational databases regardless of where the database is located and regardless of the format, looks as if somewhere and in a consistent format. This study produces a virtual data warehouse structure that applies the kimball nine step design method so that it produces a data warehouse schema model with the star scheme. This study explains the design of a virtual data warehouse that can facilitate analysis of sales data at national scale building material stores that have branches in various places

Abstract

With the rapid development of e-commerce, more and more products sold over the internet. But online shopping site is still using the traditional 2D animation, images and text information for displaying their products that cannot meet the needs of today's consumers to understand the product. Based on an analysis of display technology e-commerce systems that exist, this paper studied the virtual product display technology based on augmented reality and is valid for online display prototype system for watches. This technology can be used in e-commerce as well. This can reinforce the traditional view, improve the consumer shopping experience and increase consumer desire to buy something, and eventually bring good benefits to the customer.

Abstract

Optimized costs could increase hotel revenue. However, based on observations, there are various methods that can be used in cost optimization, this indicating the possibility that there are other methods that can be used for this purpose. This study aims to propose application of data mining using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method to optimize costs by classifying feasibility of addition of raw materials for food and beverages based on data such as number of requests, supplies, usage, and purchases. Data used in this study is raw materials data for hotel food and beverage during January and February 2019 which amount to 152 data. Furthermore, data cleaning process applied to eliminate incomplete and duplicated data. This process produces 99 data that has been clean. Based on results of application and testing of the KNN method using confusion matrix, it is known that the value of k = 3 gives the best classification accuracy results of 80%. Then the classification results are represented in the form of graphs that are used as a basis for consideration of cost control. Based on this study, it was concluded that data mining using KNN method can be used in optimization of Hotel's Food and Beverage Costs

Abstract

The implementation of the charging manually lecture attendance list can give rise to various problems in monitoring students in real, spending a lot of files, and will need a room that is spacious enough for archive files lecture attendance When in a long time. Lecture attendance system the manual it's time replaced with a computerized attendance system and biometric features. In this research will be developed the system the presence of lectures based on face recognition and identification help ATMEGA32 microcontroller to open classroom. To be able to identify students facial recognition process on an image that is by using the method of Viola-Jones. From the test results, the success rate of introduction of the application of the presence of a lecture based on the identification of facial features using the methods of the Viola-jones of 89.3%. Moreover the application can store data made the presence of student coursework in database and present information in the form of lecture attendance report

Abstract

One of the factors that to improve the performance productivity of an organization or agency is Human Resources. During this time many government agencies that do not have employees with adequate competence, this is evidenced by the low productivity of employees and the difficulty of measuring employee performance in the scope of government agencies. This research discusses the application of K-means Clustering conducted at Udayana University, especially on annual performance data for contract workers. this study aims to classify cluster clusters that are determined to facilitate the evaluate quality of work of contract workers. This research uses data used as many as 1613 data. And done preprocessing get 544 data. In preprocessing data, K-means Clustering method is performed. In K-means Clustering determined the number of K as much as 5 Cluster. To determine Data Cluster used Ecludian Distance calculation. From the results of K-means Clustering Applying it takes 10 iterations. From 5 clusters conducted on 544 data there are clusters 0 as much as 38, Cluster 1 as much as 473, Cluster 2 as much as 130, Cluster 3 as much as 26 and from cluster 4 as many as 3. From the results of K-means Clustering implementation is used as a supporter of Quality Evaluation Work.

Abstract

At the management level, the information becomes a factor in the decision making process. It takes a form of support for different data processing of transactional data processing form that allows the leadership of obtaining accurate information and in a short time, so that will give birth to independence in obtaining information. Information on the student data needed by a coordinator academic campus to see the conditions in which academic information only from a centralized database in BAAK. To overcome these problems need to design a data warehouse for the system dashboard for campus coordinator can monitor academic conditions.
