Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the PjBL model in improving the learning outcomes of students in the SMA Negeri 2 Tondano XI IPA class. This research is conducted in two cycles. The research phase includes planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of the study are students from the XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Tondano class in the 2020/2021 academic year, a total of 18 students. Data collection techniques include observation, recording and testing instruments. Data analysis techniques include test results and observation data. The results show that the degree of completion of learning by 75 points has increased by 22.23%, among which the degree of completion of the learning achievements of Cycle I and Cycle II students is 66.67% and 88.90%, respectively. Based on the research results, the application of the PJBL model improves the learning outcomes of students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of problem based learning (PBL) learning models on acid-base material for class XI science at SMA Negeri 1 Tenga. This research was conducted in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Tenga with a sample of 25 people. The research design used was the post-test-only control group design experimental method. The experimental class uses a problem based learning (PBL) model and the control class uses conventional learning. Analysis of hypothesis testing using t-test with a significant level of = 0.05 and success (dk) = 48. The test results obtained show that the results of tcount > ttable or 3.62 > 2.010, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the average the average student learning outcomes of the experimental class were 81.92, which was greater than the learning outcomes of the control class was 72.96. This shows that there is a significant difference between the average score (post-test) of the experimental group and the control group. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of students who use the problem based learning (PBL) learning model with the learning outcomes of students who use conventional learning on acid-base materials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the Teams Assisted Individualization (TAI) cooperative model with practicum on learning outcomes. This study used an experimental method, with a posttest only control design. The population was students of class X IPA and the sample of class X IPA 2, amounting to 26 people as the experimental class and class X IPA 1, totaling 26 people as the control class. The results of the research were analyzed by using the hypothesis (t-test) and the tcount was 1.778> t table 1.67. From these data, it can be influence the application of the cooperative model type TAI along with practicum on student learning outcomes in chemical bonding material.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Multiple Representations learning for chemical bonding material. This research was conducted at MA Muhammadiyah Talawaan Bajo in the academic year of 2020/2021. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Twelve students of class X MIA were selected to be assigned as research samples. The data was collected by means of a test in the form of multiple choice questions as many as 15 items on chemical bonding materials. The data collection technique used the pretest and posttest questions. The test results obtained showed that there was a significant difference in student learning outcomes using multiple representations where the average score of students was 85.75 with N – Gain of 0.72 that classification as high. Based on these results it can be stated that as a result of learning using multiple representations of chemical bonding material, there is a development in students' knowledge.

Abstract

The..purpose of this study was..to determine the..improvement..of student learning outcomes in..class XI MIA 1 at SMA N 1 Likupang on acid-base solution using a PhET-based virtual laboratory. This...research..is a..quantitative research using experimental..method using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was class XI MIA 1 as an experimental class..with a total of 30..students. Data collection was done by giving..a pretest before the learning process was carried out and a posttest after the learning process. The research..data obtained in the form of the difference between the..average..pretest..and..posttest values ​​in the experimental class is 45.3. The average pretest value is 40.7 while the average posttest value is 86. Before the one sample t test was..carried out, the normality test was first carried out and it was found that the data were normally distributed. then tested by t-test, the results obtained are tcount = 17.14 > ttable = 2.001. Thus, it..can be concluded that there is an..increase in student learning outcomes in the..application of PhET-based virtual laboratory learning media on acid-base solution material at SMA Negeri 1 Likupang.

Abstract

This research aims to increase learning activities and learning outcomes through the application of problem solving methods guided to the basic laws of chemistry class X Mia. This study was conducted in class X sma Negeri 1 Tompaso with a sample number of 20 people. This study is a Class Action Research consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle includes 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, documentation observation, tests and questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive methods. The results showed that the application of guided problem solving methods can increase learning activity (from 64% in cycle 1 to 85% in cycle II) as well as affective aspects (from 68.16% to 75.44%) in the basic laws of chemistry class X Mia Sma Negeri 1 Tompaso school year 2018/2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of learning videos through Google Classroom on the learning outcomes of X Mipa 4 students at SMA N 1 Langowan. This research is a quantitative research using experimental method using One-Group pretest-posttest design. The population taken is all class X MIPA SMA N 1 Langowan, the sample consists of 1 class, namely X MIPA 4 as an experimental class, totaling 32 students. Data collection was done by giving a pretest before the learning process was carried out, and a posttest after the learning process. Data The results obtained in the form of the difference between the pretest and posttest in the experimental class are 40.4 and the average pretest is 47.7, while the posttest average is 88.1. get that the data is normally distributed. Furthermore, the test through t-test, the results obtained between the experimental class are significant, namely tcount = 18.60 > ttable = 1.998. Thus, it can be concluded that the Google Classroom learning media which contains video can affect student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Blended learning is mixed learning, namely online and face-to-face learning. Because it is still during the Covid-19 pandemic, learning is currently still being carried out online. To support the online learning process, the Zoom Cloud Meeting application is used. The learning process can also be carried out offline but in accordance with the protocol from the government. This study aims to determine student learning outcomes after being given treatment can exceed the KKM value. The study used an experiment with a one shoot case study research design. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tutuyan for the academic year 2020/2021 with 29 students in class X MIA 1. The data collection technique was a posttest and the instrument used to measure learning outcomes was a multiple choice test. The results of this study used the t-test one sample t-test with the results of ttable 1.701 and tcount 28.8476 with a significant level of 5% and therefore ttable was smaller than tcount. Thus, it means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it was concluded that student learning outcomes after being given treatment can increase and exceed the KKM value.

Abstract

This research is an experimental research with Mastery Learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of the Mastery Learning model on student learning outcomes on the mole concept material. This research was conducted in class X SMA Negeri 1 Remboken with a sample of 57 people. The research design used is the post-test-only control group design experimental method. The experimental class uses a complete learning model and the control class uses a conventional learning model. Analysis of hypothesis testing using t-test with a significant level = 0.05, because with a two-way test then the value of a/2 = 0.025. The test results obtained show that the results of t arithmetic > t table or 9.02 > 2.05, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this indicates that there is a significant difference between the average value (post-test) of the experimental group and the experimental group. control group experiment. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average learning outcomes of students who are taught the mastery learning model with the learning outcomes of students who are taught conventional learning on the mole concept material.

Abstract

The demonstration method is a method that can make students' attention more focused on what is being taught so that students are more active and do not feel bored in learning. This study aims to see the effect of the demonstration method on student chemistry learning outcomes on colloidal system material at SMA Negeri 1 Tutuyan in the 2020/2021 academic year. This research is a pre-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in the study were all students of class XI IPA and the sample taken was class XI IPA MIA 1, totaling 30 people. Testing the hypothesis using the t-test formula at the significant level = 0.05. Based on the data analysis, the value of tcount = 23.90 and ttable = 2.045. The value of tcount > ttable then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant difference between student learning outcomes on colloidal system material before and after using the demonstration method because there are differences. student learning outcomes. To find out how much the effectiveness of using the demonstration method is continued with the N-Gain test and obtained is 0.76 with high criteria.
