Munaddhomah Journal is an Islamic Education Postgraduate Journal of the Islamic Institute of Islamic Education KH. Abdul Chalim Mojokerto, published periodically every six months as a vehicle for scientific communication of academic people in the study of Islamic Education. Editors invite academics to contribute their thoughts, whether in the form of research results, in-depth studies, book reviews in accordance with the disciplines they have. The manuscript is original, not yet published in other journals.

<![CDATA[The unique human resource governance role has significantly contributed to achieving the University's mission and vision. We have carried out this study to prove the role of quality human resources in achieving the University's mission. The phenomenological approach involves, among other things, a data coding system, in-depth evaluation, high integration, and concluding the principles of validity and reliability. Context of higher education from the 15 publications we reviewed and backed up by other findings in the context of the role of HR and achieving university goals in higher education studies was resulting of this study. These findings will be helpful in the development of similar studies in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[The term character is generally equated meaning with manners, manners, manners in English, and it is no different with the meaning of the word moral. The purpose of this research is to get description about the development of noble character through a program of child friendly schools. In this study using descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of the research, it is known that a lack of understanding of teachers and the school community about the relevance of the policy development of noble character through the implementation of the program of child friendly schools. It becomes an opportunity for problem solving learning by formulating an alternative to overcome the problems encountered, through the sstrategy conceptual form of practical tips program, child friendly schools, then through group discussions guided (Focus Group Discussion). Which was attended by the Head of school and teachers, supervisors SRA DKI Jakarta Province Head of JUNIOR high school Learning and academics. Strategy conceptual form of practical Tips is a step to carry out the program of child friendly schools, so that it can provide space for the teacher to pour creativity in the effort to improve the implementation of the learning and development of noble character in the child.]]>

<![CDATA[Menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan diperlukan lembaga pendidikan yang tidak melakukan dikotonimi ilmu pengetahuan. Lembaga pendidikan yang menyadari akan manusia ciptaan Tuhan yang memiliki keistimewaannya masing-masing yaitu sekolah. Maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini mencoba mengetuhi tahapan dalam mengelola sekolah yang melakukan perkembangan mulai perencaan peningkatan mutu pendidikan, pengelolaan sumber daya guru, hingga pengawasan pelaksanaan mutu pendidikan yang ada di SMP PGRI 1 Kota Mojokerto Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mana penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP PGRI 1 Kota Mojokerto yang merupakan objek peneliti. Sedangkan sebagai informan untuk mengetahui apa yang diteliti oleh peneliti yaitu kordinator manajemen, kordinator sekolah dan para pengajar. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah wawancara mendalam, observasi atau pengamatan terhadap kegiatan pendidikan, dan dokumentasi. Dan untuk teknik keabsahan data yaitu meliputi teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulalsi data. Dalam penelitian ini menemukan beberapa temuan, yaitu : sejarah mengenai SMP PGRI 1 Kota Mojokerto, sikronisasi atau keterpaduan antara kependidikan umum dan kependidikan ekstrakulikuler untuk saling menunjang terjadi pendidikan yang utuh, mulai dari pelaksanaan mutu pendidikan terpadu yang meliputi perencanaan program unggulan pendidikan dan saran prasaran dalam pelaksanaan praktik yang mendalam, pelaksana mutu terpadu dalam melaksanakan setiap program atau menyiapkan SDA, dan pengawasan sumber daya guru terpadu yang dilakukan untuk menjadi tolak ukur dalam pencapain siswa yan beragam atau memiliki motivasi, dan kemudian dapat membuat kebijakan pengembangan dalam perencanaan kedepannya]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam mengatasi penyalahgunaan gadget dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan konseling kelompok di kelas XI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan deskriptif analisis. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Menganalisis peneliti menggunakan dua tahap yaitu pengolahan data dan analisis data, dalam hal menganalisis data peneliti juga menggunakan dua metode yaitu analisis sebelum lapangan dan analisis lapangan dari kedua metode tersebut akan ditarik kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dilakukan dengan Teknik tersendiri, yakni dengan mengumpulkan peserta didik dengan membentuk lingkaran, lalu kemudian pendamping atau konselor berada ditengah dan memberikan pengarahan tentang bahaya gadget. Faktor-faktor penyebab siswa mengalami kecanduan gadget adalah berasal dari berbagai tempat yang terhubung langsung dengan peserta didik. Hal ini mencakup lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan masyarakat sekitar. Adapun cara mengatasi kecanduan gadget siswa melalui bimbingan kelompok yakni dengan membentuk kelompok kecil didampingi dengan satu orang guru yang bertugas sebagai konselor.]]>

<![CDATA[Along with the rapid development of the world, requires students to become individuals who are increasingly analytical of problems. Discovery learning is a student-centered learning model and an active learning experience. In the process, this learning model will make students actively discover and express their ideas related to the topic being studied. This research aimed to examine the impact of discovery learning model based on higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) on students analytical thinking skills in learning Indonesian. The research was a quantitative approach and experiment method (quasi-experiment research), uses post-test control and experiment group design. The population in this research was the students of class X Islamic Senior High School (MAN) 1 Malang East Java, Indonesia. The sampling was taken using the cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used to collect data was a test balance. It was analyzed using SPPS with the independent sample t-test formula. The results of this research are: the significance value of variable analysis is 0.00 <0.05. It means there is an impact of the discovery learning model based on higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) on students' analytical skills. Implicitly, it can improve students' abilities in understanding the material, therefore the students can think analytically when they find problems in learning.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study which became the focal point was the management of work practice training based on digital literacy in the boarding school environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method of data collection is done by triangulation techniques using interviews, document studies, and field observations. With the object of research at the community work Training Center (BLKK) vocational Information Technology and Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school, Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency, West Java province. The results showed that: 1) the planning of training programs in BLKK Al-Mizan that focuses on identifying training needs has been carried out in accordance with SOP or rules, regulations of the Ministry of manpower. 2) the development of training programs in BLKK Al-Mizan which focuses on internal training cooperation still occurs in the dichotomy of departments and sectoral egos and external cooperation with less developed companies and even tiered apprenticeship program cooperation no longer exists. 3) the implementation of the training Program at BLKK Al-Mizan focusing on the implementation of competency-based training (CBT) has not been fully implemented. 4) evaluation of training at BLKK Al-Mizan showed that the assessment of training services has been carried out but the results are limited to the basis for recognition of students and the Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school environment. 5) support the function and use of training management at BLKK Al-Mizan to the function of improving digital literacy in the Al-Mizan Islamic boarding school. The researcher concluded that the management of digital literacy-based work practice training in the boarding school environment runs effectively and equips students to be technologically literate, this is also reflected in the students themselves in the use of digital-based books.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted in relation to curriculum management in improving the quality of learning and academic achievement of students at MAS Insan Kesuma Madani in Namorambe. This research will use a qualitative method, namely the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural setting). The data sources for the nature of this research are divided into two groups, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection technique that will be carried out is triangulation. From the findings in the field, that the curriculum planning process carried out in madrasas is in accordance with management theory, which starts from planning, implementation, and final results which will be closely related to the evaluation process of what is carried out from beginning to end. Improving discipline and improving the quality of human resources and Mas insan Kesuma Madani in Namorambe have carried out several curriculum implementation programs to improve the quality of learning and student academic achievement.]]>

<![CDATA[Research Objectives :(1) To find out the strategic management planning of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila student profile; (2) To find out the strategic management process of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila Student profile; (3) To compile a strategic management evaluation of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila Student profile. The method used is descriptive, data obtained through interviews, document study and observation. The results of the study show that the strategic management of the fun school movement in realizing the Pancasila student profile is carried out in three stages, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation. Strategic management planning is carried out superiorly by identifying opportunities and threats from outside as well as strengths and weaknesses from within the school or analyzing the external and internal environment, determining the GSM strategy; Explanation of the vision, mission and objectives that have been implemented as well as identification of short, medium and long term plans. Implementation is carried out by determining academic planning in schools including compiling and implementing programs, compiling budgets, motivating educators and education staff, allocating human resources so that the strategies that have been implemented can be implemented and developing a school culture that supports the fun school movement strategy in realizing student profiles pancasila. Management evaluation is carried out in three ways, namely direct evaluation of school programs or activities, evaluation of the academic field and evaluation meetings.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to describe the transparent use of BOS funds at SD IT Muhammadiyah The principles of managing BOS funds include planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating, as well as BOS reporting. This study used a qualitative approach, using a study research library technique. Sources of research data were obtained from interviews with school principals, BOS treasurers, school committees, and teachers. As reinforcement is equipped with observations and documentation. The management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at SD IT Muhmammadiyah is based on the principles of flexibility, effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, and transparency. This is reflected in the planning of BOS funds at SD IT Muhammadiyah carried out in accordance with procedures and technical guidelines. The use of BOS funds was adjusted according to priority needs. From the point of view of good supervision, this is indicated by the results of internal and external audits so that no misuse of budget funds was found.]]>

<![CDATA[The teaching and learning process will take place effectively and efficiently if the learning process is carried out in the presence of good learning resources, one of which is the Islamic-based rights and obligations learning module. Based on observations made, learning outcomes and student activities have not been effective. The lack of use of learning devices is one of the reasons. Based modules are devices used to make students understand and know more based on the Koran and hahdits. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Islamic-based rights and obligations module in class V SDS Muhammadiyah 32 Medan. This study used an experimental method using one class as a sample. Collecting data in this study by observation and tests. The resulting data were analyzed using the t-test formula. The results of the t-test analysis using a significant level of 5% indicate that the sig (2-tailed) module of Islamic-based rights and obligations learning on student learning outcomes and activities is 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the use of Islamic-based rights and obligations modules is effectively used in the learning process.]]>
