Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is trying improvement and increasement the quality continously all persons. TQM is a inovation in managing a education which make focus in improving and increasing the quality continously which oriented to customer’satisfaction. Standard of Education and The Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in The Vacational School is a role and quality giudance contain minimun criteria and achievement the quality which must be finished school in operating one of education.both of them must finish consistently in order to purpose school can achieve, namely involving and enableness all school society.that thing,the observer is imterested to indentify about “Comitment Of School Society About Implementation Effectivity Total Quality Management In SMKN In Cimahi”.The purpose of obserment id is to know commitment of school society about organisation,to know implementatiom effectivity TQM and to know school society about implementation Effectivity TQM. The method that is used in the observement is the method quantative, that is located in SMKN CIMAHI, by using technic sample random sampling in sample taking. A informant as data source and tecnic data collecting that is used questionnaire and interview. And the usage programme SPSS version 21.0 and Microsoft Excel in data processing.According data processing result Weight Mean Score (WMS) find observernent in school society in SMKN CIMAHI in the position EXCELLENT in getting score 4,13 where SMKN 1 Has low score 4,08 and HIGH score SMKN 2 4,37 meanwhile SMKN 3 is 4,31 and the next about implementation Effectivity TQM in School Cimahi has WELL generally in rate score 3,97 which SMKN 1 (4,00) has high score from SMKN 2 (3,97) SMKN 3 (3,91) have low score among the other school. Meanwhile finding from normality test result that variable data X and Y distribute Normal, data processing and data analysis use parametic statistic technic. From variable corelation coefision test X and Y is gotten 0,710 and test result Signification is gotten value t-hitung 12,488 and t-tabel 1,804and coefision test result detemination is getting 50,5% it means commitment of school society inflence strongly 50,5% and signification about effectivity implementatiom TQM in SMKN CIMAHI. 49,5% is influenced other factor is included he obcerverment. The conclusion that a need consistent teachers and administration staff as school society to commite about organisation through obedience about quality operate the job according the quality guidance.

Abstract

The research titled “ The Effect Quality of Service Infrastructures to the satisfaction of students in the Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education University of Indonesia”. Issues addressed in this study is about how satisfied students are influenced by the quality of the service facilities and infrastructure. Generally, this study aims to find out the true picture regarding the quality of infrastructure services to the satisfaction of students in FPTK UPI. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires that were distributed to 96 students as the study sample. The result of the calculation using the general trend show that student satisfaction in the high category with an average score of 3.43 and quality of services in environmental infrastructure FPTK UPI included in the high category with an average score of 3.51. The correlation analysis using Pearson Product Moment, the correlation coefficient between variables X and Y is equal to 0.786 which shows that the correlation between the two variables are at high-level relations. The results of the significance test that is 12,3201,661, it means that the correlation coefficient between variables X and Y are significant with linear regression analysis equation that is: Ŷ = 9,661 + 0,806 X, this means that any change in one unit variable X will be followed by a change of variable Y for 0,806. It is concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship of Quality of Service Infrastructures on Student Satisfaction in FPTK UPI. The need to improve on the quality of service that is the responsiveness of the service while in terms of student satisfaction is the fulfillment of infrastructure for student activities.

Abstract

The tittle of this research is "Contribution of Information Quality of Work Effectiveness Against Employee Education and Higher Secondary Education Department of West Java Province". In general, this study aims to determine how much influence the quality of information on the effectiveness of employees working in the field Dikmenti Education Department of West Java Province. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique using a closed questionnaire distributed to 49 employees as the study population (total sampling). Weight calculation results Mean Score (WMS), shows that the quality of information included in either category with a score of 2.97 and the effectiveness of the employees included in the excellent category with a score of 3.08. Normality test results on the distribution of the data showed that the variables X and Y have normal distribution, further analysis of the data using statistical parametric. The correlation analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient between variables X and Y is equal to 0.742 which shows that the correlation of the two variables are at the level of positive relationships and strong. Meanwhile, the results of significance test using t-test comparison is t_hitung (7.579) t_tabel (2,012) means that there is a significant relationship between the variables X and Y. Further, test results of the coefficient of determination is that the variable X contributes to variable Y for 55% and the rest 45% influenced by other factors. Results of regression analysis equation Y = 13.955 + 0.742 X. The conclusion is evident that there is a strong and significant relationship between Quality of Work Effectiveness Against Information Officer of Secondary and Higher Education in the Education Department of West Java Province.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Incentives to Work Discipline of Civil Servantsin PPPPTK TK and PLB Bandung". This research was carried in education andtraining institutions, technical and operational units Ministry of Education andCulture, employees with civil servant status are involved in the sampling of thisstudy. In general, this study aims to determine how the incentive effect thediscipline of employees working in PPPPTK TK and PLB Bandung. The methodused is descriptive method with quantitative approach, where the technique usedin data collection questionnaire that is enclosed with the number of 75respondents research. Data analysis and processing using the application's helpMicrosoft Excel 2010 and SPSS version 21.0 for Windows. The result of theanalyze of Means Weight Score (WMS), indicates that incentives are in the highcategory, with a score of 3,95 and discipline acquisition included in the categoryof work is very high with the acquisition of a score of 4,29. The results of the data analysis of the correlation coefficient between the incentive to work discipline shows the correlation value is equal to 0,475%, with determination coefficient of 22,5%, meaning that the incentive effect on work discipline civil servants of 22,5%, and the remaining 77,5% is influenced by other factors. The level of significance obtained 0,4607 ˃ 1,666 it means that there is a positive and significant effect between employee incentives with discipline in PPPPTK TK and PLB Bandung.

Abstract

Research in the wake of the problems how much influence interpersonal communication head Dikmenti field to work productivity of employees at the Education Department of West Java Province. The method used is descriptive method supported by literature study. As well as using the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire enclosed with 4 rating scale (Likert) were distributed to 49 employees especially in the field Dikmenti as samples. The problems of this study (1) how the image of interpersonal communication chief of Dikmenti Education Department of West Java Province, (2) how the employee productivity Education Department of West Java Province, (3) how much influence interpersonal communication head of Dikmenti against employee productivity Education Department of West Java Province. Based on the results of data processing which is calculated by using the technique Weight Means Scores (WMS) shows that the average general tendency for the variable X (Interpersonal Communication) obtained at 3.06 and are in very good category. As for the average general trend in Y (Work Productivity) obtained at 3.45 to be in very good category. The calculation result normality test on the distribution of the data that the variables X and Y have normal distribution. Judging from the calculation of the correlation coefficient (rhitung) using the formula obtained Perason Product Moment correlation coefficient of 0675. Thisshows that there is a strong relationship between the variables X and Y. The test results significantly with t-test obtained t is known ttabel 6.031 and 2.012 compared to 6.03˃ 2012 means that significant relationship between interpersonal communication department heads Dikmenti on productivity employee of West Java Provincial Education Office. To determinethe influence of the variables X and Y is shown from the calculation coefficient of determination (KD) of 43%. This shows that the influence of the head of the field of interpersonal communication Dikmenti against employee productivity Education Department of West Java province by 43% and the remaining 57% is influenced by other factors. Likewise, the results of the regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = 44.949 + 0.525 X means every one-unit change in the variable X will provid a change in the variable Y for 0.525.Berdasarkan the above results it can be concluded that the research hypothesis that there is positive and significant correlation between Interpersonal Communication Division leader Dikmenti the Work Productivity Employee Education Department of West Java Province. The results of this study are expected to provide a benefit both for the institution, employees and for further research that will examine communication problems on the productivity of labor.

Abstract

Research is called “The Influence of Principal Instructional Leadership to the Teaching Performance of Vocational Secondary School Teacher at Bojongloa Kidul Bandung City.”This research using two variable, x variable is Principal Instructional Leadership and y variable is Teaching Performance. The study is done in 6 Vocational Secondary schools at Bojongloa Kidul Bandung with respondents research the school teacher in each school. In general the purpose of this research was to give how much influence of Principal Instructional Leadership to the Teaching Performance of Vocational Secondary School Teacher at Bojongloa Kidul Bandung City. The study is done by using the method descriptive and approach quantitative supported to the study literature. Technique data collection using a questionnaire, who became population is a teacher of vocational secondary school at Bojongloa Kidul Bandung City with a sample of 70 respondents. Analysis thinks in this study use some help program Microsoft Excel 2007 and application spss 21.0 for windows. The calculation on Weight Means Score (WMS), shows that Principal Instructional Leadership Vocational Secondary School Teacher at Bojongloa Kidul Bandung City be in the very high with an average all the aspects 4,38. For the performance of teachers to teach are in the high with an average all the aspects 4,31. Based on the calculation t test obtained thitung = 20.58 ttabel = 1.668 means that there is a very significant influence between Instructional Leadership Principal Teacher Teaching Performance Against SMK Bojongloa District of Bandung Kidul, by calculating the coefficient of determination stating their influence between the variables of 84.64%.

Abstract

This study entitled "Effect of Service Quality Education Student Satisfaction at the university education of Indonesia ". The problem that the writer suggested in this study is the student satisfaction about the quality of education services in university education of Indonesia. In general, this study aims to determine the effect of the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction at the university education of Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that is through online by using google form and a questionnaire to the respondent directly spread through print out the questionnaire, the number of questionnaires that are spread as much as 99. The result of the calculation Weight Mean Score (WMS), showed that the quality of educational services included in the high category with a score of 3.69 and student satisfaction with a score of 3.68, including the high category. Analysis of the correlation between the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction has a strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.724. The regression equation of these two variables, namely Y = 10 175 + 0.820X, this means every one-unit change in the quality of education services will provide updates to the satisfaction of the students of 0,820. The results of significance test using t-test, namely t hitung (10,350) t_tabel (1.984) means that there is a significant relationship between the variables X and Y, then the coefficient of determination test results showed that the degree of connectedness between the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction affects 52.5 % while the remaining 47.5% influenced by other factors not examined. It is concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of education services to the satisfaction of students in university education Indonesia.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Education and Training Program Against Job Performance Employees at Pusdiklat Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung ". Issues examined in this study concerning the education and training programs and their influence on job performance of employees at the Training Center Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung with the object of study participantsTraining.Generally, this study aims to find out and get a picture of the influence of education and training programs at the Training Center Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique was conducted by questionnaire enclosed, with a sample of 30 participants that education and training education and training in the period from May 2016. Analysis of the calculations in this study using a support program Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS for Windows version 23.0.Based on calculations using the formula Weight Means Score (WMS), an overview of variable X (Education and Training) that are in the very good category with an average score of 4:06. While the general description of the variable Y (Job Performance) in the excellent category, with an average score of 424. Correlation variables X and Y have a significant relationship. It can be seen from the results of the correlation coefficient of 0.650 which is in a strong and significant category, with a coefficient of determination of 38% as well as the results of the regression analysis is Y = 0.518 + 75,201 that are significant and linear.Conclusion The study says education and training programs have a significant effect on the performance of employees in Pusdiklat Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung.

Abstract

This study entitled “The Influence of Leadership Style to Employee’s Discipline in Bandung Staffing Berau (Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bandung)”. The research questions of this study is about employee’s discipline who work in Bandung Staffing Berau. The aims of this study is obtain the actual picture of the influence of the orientation of leadership style on employee’s discipline in BKD Kota Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. While the data collection techniques used through thequestionnaire enclosed with a four rating scale (Likert). Population is used as a source of data in this research study as well as the sample is the entireemployee BKD Kota Bandung by 94 employees. Based on the results of data processing computed by using the WMS (Weight Means Scored) showed that the average general tendency for the variable X (Orientation Leadership Style) of 3.13 and be in the good category, and the general trend of the average for the variable Y (Employee’s Discipline ) of 3.21 to be in good category. Results of testing normality of data distribution, it is known that the variables X and Y variables are normally distributed. Judging from the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.625 which shows that there is a strong relationship between variables X and variable Y, while the calculation of significant test of 7.680 proved significant. The results of the analysis of the determination coefficient of 39.06% shows the influence of the influence of leadership style to employee’s discipline is at 39.06% and the rest of them are influenced by other factors. The regression equation ̅ means each one unit increase of leadershipstyle variable provides the increase of employee’s discipline as much as 0.625 unit. This study conclusion states leadership style effects significantly toemployee’s discipline in BKD Kota Bandung.
