Abstract

The basis of research on anti-drug socialization is motived by the close distance between Kaloran Regency, Temanggung Regency and Semarang Regency, especially in the Bandungan area, where there is a place with nightlife that is quite alarming, so this research aims to prepare and be responsible for decisions, reduce juvenile delinquency among Hope Ban gsa High School students in Regency of Regency, Temanggung Regency, information and disseminate the effects of drug abuse, and information and spread the influence of free sex among teenagers. through anti-liquor and free promos. After the students at Harapan Bangsa High School get free socialization and association using active, participatory methods, lectures, discussions, and video screenings as effective media in delivering material. The program implementation system and the promise of anti-drug socialization through three stages, namely: the preparation phase, the implementation phase, and the evaluation stage. The results obtained from research through socialization and drug-free associations, Harapan Bangsa High School students who are aware of the various impacts caused, can provide valid information related to the dangers of drugs and promiscuity, and students are expected to understand the information obtained so students can be an example of the community in around his village and can become a successor to the nation without drugs and good behavior. Dasar dari penelitian mengenai sosialisasi anti narikoba adalah dilatar belakangi oleh dekatnya antara Kecamatan Kaloran Kabupaten Temanggung dengan Kabupaten Semarang khususnya daerah kawasan Bandungan yang terdapat tempat-tempat dengan hiburan malam yang keberadannya cukup mengkhawatirkan, sehingga dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan kepribadiannya, mempersipkan dan keputusan yang bertanggungjawab, mengurangi kenakalan remaja dikalangan siswa SMA Harapan Bangsa di Kecamatan Kaloran Kabupaten Temanggung, menginformasikan dan menyebarluaskan pengaruh penyalahgunaan narkoba, dan menginformasikan dan menyebarluaskan pengaruh seks bebas dikangan remaja melalui sosialisasi anti narkoba dan pergaulan bebas. Setelah para siswa di SMA Harapan Bangsa mendapatkan sosialisasi anti narkoba dan pergaulan bebas dengan mengunakan metode aktif, partisipatif, ceramah, diskusi, serta penayangan video sebagai media efektif dalam menyampaikan materi. Sistem dari pelaksanaan program sosialisasi anti narkoba dan pergaulan bebas melalui tiga tahapan yaitu: tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evalusi. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian dengan cara sosialisasi anti narkoba dan pergaulan bebas ini, siswa SMA Harapan Bangsa daapt sadar dengan berbagai dampak yang ditimbulkan, dapat memberikan informasi yang valid terkait dengan bahaya obat-obat terlarang dan pergaulan bebas, dan para siswa diharapkan dapat paham dengan informasi yang didapatkan sehingga para siswa ersebut dapat menjadi teladan para masyarakat disekitar desanya dan dapat menjadi penerus bangsa tanpa narkoba serta bersikap dengan baik.

Abstract

The activities of community services conducted by the Community Services Team of Universitas Negeri Semarang (PPM Unnes) with a target audience of micro small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the city of Semarang, namely Knk Koffee Resources. The home industry of coffee processing is the stockist of 60 (supplier 75%) coffee shops in Semarang, the average incomes is 100 million per month. The purpose of the PPM activities to provide reinforcement to the PPM program partners by providing solutions to the problems faced. KnK Koffee Resources does not yet have a regular financial statement, relying solely on billing recap and sales receipt. Recognition from the owner that it is still difficult to make a good decision when relying solely on bookkeeping reports that have been owned. Therefore, this PPM activity is carried out in the form of socialization, training and mentoring with the provision of materials (lectures and simulation practices) related to the preparation of financial statements and tax reports. Expected to improve the knowledge and skills of owners and employees of the administration (bookkeepers and treasurer) in conducting financial management, financial and tax report preparation, increasing sales income and facilitating funding for business expansion. Semarang Mayor is very supportive, give positive appreciation and make the example of KnK Koffee Resources as a coffee processing home industry that has successfully penetrated business penetration, not dwell in the market of Semarang only. With the improvement of financial reporting system to KnK Koffee Resources triggers the creation of a young business ecosystem of startups in Semarang. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat Universitas Negeri Semarang (PPM Unnes) dengan khalayak sasaran Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Semarang yaitu Knk Koffee Resources. Industri rumahan pengolahan kopi ini merupakan stockist dari 60 (penyuplai 75%) kedai kopi di Semarang, beromset rata rata 100jt per bulan. Tujuan dari kegiatan PPM untuk memberikan penguatan kepada mitra program PPM dengan memberikan bantuan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi. KnK Koffee Resources belum memiliki laporan keuangan regular, hanya mengandalkan pada rekap billing dan nota hasil penjualan. Pengakuan dari pemilik bahwa masih sulit dilakukan pengambilan keputusan bila hanya mengandalkan pada laporan pembukuan yang selama ini dimilikinya. Oleh karena itu kegiatan PPM ini dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan pemberian materi (ceramah dan praktik simulasi) terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan dan laporan pajak. Diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pemilik serta karyawan administrasi (pembuku dan bendahara) dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan, penyusunan laporan keuangan dan pajak, meningkatnya omset penjualan dan memudahkan pendanaan untuk ekspansi usaha. Walikota Semarang sangat mendukung, memberi apresiasi positif serta menjadikan contoh KnK Koffee Resources ini sebagai industri rumahan pengolahan kopi yang telah berhasil melakukan penetrasi bisnis keluar, tidak hanya berkutat di market Kota Semarang saja. Dengan pembenahan sistem pelaporan keuangan pada KnK Koffee Resources memicu terciptanya ekosistem bisnis rintisan anak muda di Kota Semarang yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Entering the industrial era 4.0, the challenges of life and life are very dynamic and complex. All want a fundamental and significant change in the process of education and learning of students, which contains strong implications for changes in the roles and tasks performed by teachers.Pedagogic competence is one of the competencies that must be mastered by a teacher. Teachers can develop their competencies through learning from various training programs from schools and from outside the school and from school infrastructure, libraries, laboratories, internet, as well as other educational programs and facilities. Thus, teachers are expected to be able to be professional in the education and teaching process in the classroom. Schools are expected to provide training and learning resources for the formation of competent teachers, schools are expected to have a teacher competency development management. One of the competencies that must be possessed by a teacher is pedagogical competence. From the results of UKG in the city of Semarang many teachers did not qualify. The UKG results for pedagogical competencies alone, the average national score in 2015 was only 48.94, which is far below the minimum competency standard (SKM), which is 55. And in 2016, the national pedagogic average increased to 63, 79 However, this figure is still below the 2016 Minimum Competency Standard (SKM) of 65. For this reason, efforts need to be made to strengthen teacher pedagogical competence. The community service team of Economic Education, UNNES Faculty of Economics held a training learning model to strengthen the pedagogical competence of Widya Praja Ungaran vocational school teachers. Memasuki era industri 4.0, tantangan hidup dan kehidupan sangatlah dinamis dan kompleks. Semua menghendaki adanya perubahan yang mendasar dan signifikan terhadap proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran peserta didik, yang di dalamnya mengandung implikasi kuat terhadap perubahan peran dan tugas yang dilakukan oleh guru. Kompetensi Pedagogik merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dikuasi oleh seorang guru. Guru dapat mengembangkan kompetensinya melalui belajar dari berbagai program latihan dari sekolah maupun dari luar sekolah dan dari sarana prasarana (perpustakaan, laboratorium, internet) sekolah, serta program dan fasilitas pendidikan lainnya. Dengan demikian, diharapkan guru akan mampu bersikap profesional dalam proses pendidikan dan pengajaran di kelas. Sekolah diharapkan menyediakan pelatihan dan sumber belajar demi terbentuknya guru yang kompeten, sekolah diharapkan memiliki manajemen pengembangan kompetensi guru. Salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki seorang guru adalah kompetensi pedagogik. Dari hasil UKG di kota Semarang banyak guru-guru yang tidak lolos. Hasil UKG untuk kompetensi bidang pedagogik saja, rata-rata nilai nasional tahun 2015 hanya 48,94, yakni berada jauh di bawah standar kompetensi minimal (SKM), yaitu 55. Dan pada tahun 2016, rata-rata pedagogik nasional mengalami peningkatan menjadi 63,79. Namun, angka ini masih di bawah Standar Kompetensi Minimal (SKM) 2016 sebesar 65. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk memperkuat kompetensi pedagogik guru. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi UNNES mengadakan pelatihan model pembelajaran untuk menguatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru SMK Widya Praja Ungaran.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out by the Community Service Team at PTS in Grobogan district aim to provide knowledge and skills regarding the preparation of scientific articles for international publications for PTS lecturers. The direct benefit of this community service activity is as additional knowledge, abilities and experience to PTS lecturers in Grobogan district in preparing articles for international publications. The expected benefit of derivatives is to increase the ability of lecturers in preparing scientific articles for international publications that will be able to improve the quality and quantity of international publications for PTS lecturers in Grobogan district and in the end will be able to increase the professionalism of lecturers. Community service activities are carried out in the form of training by providing material and practice in preparing scientific articles for international publications . The target audience of community service activities are lecturers PTS in Grobogan many as 20 people. The method of activities used in community service is the method of lecture, question and answer, discussion and practice. Evaluation of activities used in community service is the aspect of knowledge and skills. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat pada PTS di kabupaten Grobogan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai penyusunan artikel ilmiah untuk publikasi internasional bagi dosen PTS. Manfaat langsung dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah sebagai tambahan pengetahuan, kemampuan dan pengalaman kepada dosen PTS di kabupaten Grobogan dalam penyusunan artikel untuk publikasi internasional. Manfaat turunan yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan kemampuan dosen dalam penyusunan artikel ilmiah untuk publikasi internasional akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas publikasi internasional dosen PTS di kabupaten Grobogan dan pada akhirnya akan dapat menigkatkan profesionalisme dosen. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan pemberian materi dan praktik penyusunan artikel ilmiah untuk publikasi internasional. Khalayak sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dosen PTS di kabupaten Grobogan sebanyak 20 orang. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan praktik. Evaluasi kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan.

Abstract

The problems that occur in the Department of Social Sciences Education at the Islamic State University of Malang are that a) a lot still has no preparation in the form of soft skills in dealing with the world of work; b) a lumni require soft skills l in the world of work; c ) usually requires knowledge of the performance system both in BUMN, BUMS and other institutions.The method for solving these problems is to provide training in preparation for entering the workforce with discussion, demonstration and practice techniques regarding soft skills needed in the world of work. Preparatory training for entering the workforce is one way to equip and instill soft skills combined with actual facts with college alumni. Embedding soft skills in preparation for entering the workforce will help higher education alumni become competent individuals in their careers. Problem yang terjadi pada Alumni Jurusan Pendidikan IPS Ekonomi Universitas Islam Negeri Mataram yakni a) alumni masih banyak belum memiliki persiapan berupa soft skill dalam menghadapi dunia kerja; b) alumni membutuhkan soft skill dalam menghadapi dunia kerja; c) alumni membutuhkan pengetahuan tentang sistem kinerja baik di instansi BUMN, BUMS dan lembaga lainnya. Metode untuk memecahkan problem tersebut yakni memberikan pelatihan persiapan memasuki dunia kerja dengan teknik diskusi, demonstrasi dan praktek mengenai soft skill yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja. Pelatihan persiapan memasuki dunia kerja merupakan salah satu cara untuk membekali dan menanamkan soft skill yang dipadukan dengan fakta-fakta yang bersifat aktual kepada para alumni perguruan tinggi. Penanaman soft skill pada pelatihan persiapan memasuki dunia kerja akan membantu alumni perguruan tinggi menjadi individu yang kompeten dalam berkarir.

Abstract

Communities in Karimunjawa Subdistrict have problems related to income inequality, most of the people there as farm laborers even though Karimunjawa is a well-known tourism area in Indonesia. This happens because the surrounding community has not been fully involved to play an active role in tourism development. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase public awareness in Karimunjawa Subdistrict on the potential of the village to be willing to develop themselves to manage and develop companion and complementary businesses as a tourist village so that livelihoods can shift from farm labor to the production of tourism products. The next goal is the initiation of the establishment of a village-owned enterprise (BUMDes) which will manage the village tourism activities. The method of implementing community service activities is through lectures, questions and answers, discussions, simulations, and assistance. The strategic steps used in this activity are (1) providing insight into the concept of tourism villages and the importance of BUMDes in improving welfare , (2) providing knowledge about the potential use of villages for tourism objects through management through BUMDes , (3) discussion and question and answer by providing opportunity to the community and village apparatus , (4) provide an overview and simulation of the initiation of the establishment of BUMDes , (5) assistance to the community and village apparatuses to prepare a village tour and initiation of the establishment of BUMDes , and (6) evaluation of the results of community service activities that have been carried out . The dedication that has been done has been able to provide views for village managers on how to do good governance. During the question and answer session, what became the focal point of the village manager was the program that had been running in relation to tourism in the village. Tourism has been running for a number of years, but has not given maximum results according to residents, even though the funds poured out are already quite a lot and other fields need to be considered as well. The results of the service that has been done are greatly appreciated by the village officials. Provision of knowledge of village officials about knowledge related to various rules that must be obeyed. Masyarakat di Kecamatan Karimunjawa memiliki permasalahan terkait dengan ketimpangan mata pencaharian, masyarakat di sana sebagian besar sebagai buruh tani padahal Karimunjawa merupakan daerah pariwisata yang terkenal di Indonesia. Hal ini terjadi karena masyarakat sekitar belum diikutsertakan secara penuh untuk berperan aktif dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat di Kecamatan Karimunjawa atas potensi desa yang dimiliki agar bersedia mengembangkan diri untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha pendamping dan pelengkap sebagai desa wisata sehingga mata pencaharian dapat beralih dari buruh tani menjadi produksi produk-produk wisata. Tujuan berikutnya adalah inisiasi berdirinya sebuah badan usaha milik desa (BUMDes) yang akan mengelola kegiatan desa wisata. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah dengan ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, simulasi, dan pendampingan. Langkah strategis yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah (1) memberi wawasan tentang konsep desa wisata dan pentingnya BUMDes dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan, (2) memberi pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan potensi desa untuk objek wisata dengan pengelolaan melalui BUMDes, (3) diskusi dan tanya jawab dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat dan perangkat desa, (4) memberikan gambaran dan simulasi tentang inisiasi pendirian BUMDes, (5) pendampingan kepada masyarakat dan perangkat desa menyiapkan desa wisata dan inisiasi pendirian BUMDes, dan (6) evaluasi hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan. Pengabdian yang telah dilakukan telah mampu memberikan pandangan bagi pengelola desa untuk bagaimana melakukan tata kelola yang baik. Pada saat sesi tanya jawab, hal yang menjadi titik fokus pengelola desa adalah tentang program yang telah berjalan terkait dengan wisata yang ada di desa tersebut. Pariwisata sudah dijalankan beberapa tahun, namun belum memberikan hasil yang maksimal menurut warga, padahal dana yang digelontorkan sudah cukup banyak dan bidang lain butuh untuk diperhatikan juga. Hasil dari pengabdian yang telah dilakukan sangat diapresiasi oleh para perangkat desa. Pembekalan pengetahuan perangkat desa tentang pengetahuan terkait dengan berbagai aturan yang harus dipatuhi.

Abstract

It is hoped that the thematic learning media-based bulletin board display training can overcome the problems that exist in schools related to the lack of attractive and effective thematic learning media in the classroom. Bulletin board is one of the types of display media in the form of display media or bulletin boards that can be placed anywhere in the classroom that is open so that it can be read and seen at any time by students even though the material in certain learning has been completed i explained Development of thematic learning media based on bulletins display boards are expected to shape the literacy abilities of children . The long-term goal of developing this learning media is that all elementary schools can carry out learning activities supported by thematic media that are interesting and effective. The development model used in this study is a procedural model that is a descriptive model proposed by Borg & Gall (1983). This training is a follow up to the media development that has been carried out. The training at SD Hadi Sakti went smoothly, the benefits of this training were felt in the process of implementing learning in the classroom. Pelatihan media pembelajaran tematik berbasis bulletin board display diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah yang ada di sekolah yang berkaitan dengan minimnya media pembelajaran tematik yang menarik dan efektif di kelas. Bulletin board merupakan salah satu jenis media display yang berupa media pajangan atau papan buletin yang bisa ditempatkan dimana saja didalam kelas yang sifatnya terbuka sehingga bisa dibaca dan dilihat kapan saja oleh siswa meskipun materi dalam pembelajaran tertentu telah selesai dijelaskan Pengembangan media pembelajaran tematik berbasis bulletin board display diharapkan dapat membentuk kemampuan literasi anak. Tujuan jangka panjang dari pengembangan media pembelajaran ini adalah agar seluruh Sekolah Dasar dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan di dukung media pembelajaran tematik yang menarik dan efektif. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model prosedural yaitu model yang bersifat deskriptif yang dikemukakan oleh Borg & Gall (1983). Pelatihan ini adalah tindak lanjut dari pengembangan media yang sudah dilakukan. Pelatihan di SD Hadi Sakti berjalan lancar, manfaat dari pelatihan ini sangat terasa dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas.

The existence of an electronig agenda system (E-Agenda) can facilitate the correspondence activities when employee does manually, it would take a long time, then the system can help to work faster and more efficiently.
