Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate and assess the impact of discipline, job happiness, and motivation on worker performance at Nutrihub Medan. A questionnaire was issued to 80 employees of the business, which is located in Jalan Sei Besitang Gg. Baru No. 16, Sei Sikambig D, Kec. Petition Field, in order to collect the data. This study uses SPSS version 25 for data analysis. The validity test, the reliability test with Alpha Crobach's alpha, the traditional assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis to prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis prove that motivation has no considerable impact on employee performance, including work discipline and job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of the SSB size and financial performance on profitability as measured using Return On Assets (ROA) in Islamic public banking in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period and prove the hypothesis. Quantitative descriptive research method using secondary data obtained from the official financial reports of each Islamic Commercial Bank. Purposive Sampling was used in this study, so that the number of samples was 11 Islamic Commercial Banks. The statistical test results show that the DPS, CAR, NPF and BOPO variables each have a negative effect on ROA. While the FDR variable has no effect on ROA.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find gaps between variables from previous research and to find relationships between variables, to improve employee performance which is supported by several main factors. This study uses a literature review study to review several variables whose articles have been published in international journals, the findings of this study are that there are variables that are significant to the dependent variable and some are not significant, the framework created can be said to be novel because there has never been any research with the framework created by the research team.

Abstract

One of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic is the decline in business and the economy. Thus, marketers and entrepreneurs must find alternative solutions to market their products or services to consumers. Optimizing business people's online marketing and digital branding as a means of communication with their target consumers Matter This is certainly a very effective choice during this pandemic. Research objectives in articles here are two. 1) analyze online marketing and digital branding. 2) Describe marketing online and digital branding in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is based on research references whose data retrieval is oriented toward several appropriate references. Focus This research is to build online marketing and digital branding in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. 19. The validity of the data in this article is based on various sources and an extended period of time. The data analysis technique used in this article is the constant comparison method. The results of the research in this article are twofold. 1) Online and digital marketing analysis and branding 2) Describe online marketing and digital branding in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

In this scientific article, the purpose of the study is to provide an overview of the variables that exist in the research article with existing results, also provide evidence of these results and provide reinforcement by researchers. It is expected that scientific articles provide a gap, which can provide a contribution to scientific results, the research method used is qualitative from the results of analysis of scientific articles originating from journals of national and international reputation with research results that are corroborated by researchers. The results of the research of the variables in this study than the variables found have a positive influence, proven by the exposure of scientific results, and this scientific article provides reinforcement of the results of existing research with research variables that have been previously studied. In this scientific article, it was found that there are several other variables that can be used in further research for the future or the next.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on the performance of lecturers at Mercu Buana University by organizational culture as a mediating variable. The research method used is quantitative method. The object of this research is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business with the permanent lecturer category A with a sample of 92 people. Analysis and testing techniques use the Structural Equation Model–Partial Least Square (SEM–PLS). The test results show that compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance by organizational culture as mediating variable. Organizational culture fully mediates compensation, and the work environment on lecturer performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a partial and simultaneous significant effect between service quality, price, and brand image on consumer loyalty at Yamaha Motor Workshops in Bekasi. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, the data collection used in this study are the google form questionnaires that distributed to their consumers, data analysis techniques using classical assumption techniques, multiple linear regression, T-test and F-test to test and prove the hypothesis of this study using the SPSS application, using incidental sampling technique methods with a sample of 150 respondents. This study found that the variables of service quality, price, and brand image together have a significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of operating cash flow, operating capacity, and sales growth on financial distress. The population in this study is all properties & real estate sector companies. The samples in this study were obtained as many as 10 company samples with 5 years of research so that as many 50 research data were obtained. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that operating cash flow has no effect on financial distress, operating capacity has a positive effect on financial distress, and sales growth has no effect on financial distress. Operating cash flow and sales growth do not affect financial distress because the company’s operating cash flow and sales growth tend to be small, while operating capacity has a positive effect on financial distress tends to be high because the company’s operating capacity tends to be high.

Abstract

The author of the research aims to determine the effect of service quality, promotion, and location on customer satisfaction at ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta. This study collected data from guests staying at ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta between March and April 2023. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, which was previously tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis in SPSS 26 for Windows. The research findings show that service quality, promotion, and location together have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. In particular, promotion and location variables were found to have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, while service quality was not observed to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In this scientific article want. provide a reinforcement of scientific articles with research results after that the researcher provides a perspective in this scientific article. this study's research methodology, which used variable-relevant journal mini-reviews of papers, was qualitative, metric table as below which will be displayed to display scientific articles to support literature study. concluded that it was proven true from the results of scientific articles found with sales promotion variables with the same research object, namely low cost carriers, where there were several scientific articles in their research results stating sales promotion significance with price and brand variables, as well as airline tickets, and the internet experience. Recommendations are in every finding of this scientific article. The point is that there are other variables in the field of marketing that can be used in future research.
