Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted at CV.Panda Food Industry Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership style on job satisfaction and commitment. The results of the analysis show that concurrent servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and engagement if the results are treated with a social support beta score of 0.961 sig. 0.000, sign. 0.000 0.05 shows that servant leadership has a significant influence on job satisfaction, while the results of the calculation obtained a self-efficacy beta score of 0.949 sig. 0.000, sign. 0.000 shows that servant leadership has a significant effect on work engagement.

Abstract

The problem of human resources is still in the spotlight for companies to survive in the era of globalization, because they have control factors that can determine the sustainability of a company. By improving the quality of human resources, it is expected that employees can work productively and professionally so that the performance they achieve will be more satisfactory according to the existing work standards in the company. The factors that influence employee performance include job training and work motivation. This study aims to determine the conditions and influence of job training and work motivation on employee performance at PT R.TRI Cahya Agatha Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is descriptive associative with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data with questionnaires distributed to 32 employees of the Field Division. The data processing analysis technique is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis, Job Training and Work Motivation both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Unemployment and inflation are related problems, common in all countries of the world. This article analyzes the government's policy on inflation-induced unemployment with Indonesia as the object. This article uses quantitative techniques to compare figures from previous years. Poverty rates increase with the number of unemployed, high unemployment rates can lead to lower national incomes in a country. Of course, the crime rate will go up. High inflation is usually caused by large amounts of debt and money in circulation in the country. Inflation also raises the price of commodities and lowers the exchange rate. In 2020, the unemployment rate in Indonesia reached its highest level due to the impact of the new coronavirus infection, which also affected the economic level of Indonesia, and Indonesia experienced a drastic economic decline in 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of school service quality on guardian student loyalty, to analyze the effect of school image on student guardian loyalty and to analyze the effect of guardian student loyalty on parents' decision to choose. The data analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). Guidelines in PLS-Parth. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between service quality and student guardian loyalty. There is a positive relationship between school image and student guardian loyalty. There is a positive relationship between service quality and parents' decision to choose. There is a positive relationship between school image and parents' decision to choose. There is a positive relationship between student guardian loyalty and parents' decision to choose.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan 21 perusahaan enrgi yang terdaftar di BEI 2018-2021 dengan metode Purposive Sampling bertujuan untuk menguji pertumbuhan perusahaan, leverage, profitabilitas terhadap earning response coefficient. Yang di analisis dengan metode regresi data panel. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Earning Response Coefficient, Leverage memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap Earning Response Coefficient, dan Profitabilitas tidak memiliki pengaruh Terhadap earning response coefficient.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah (BPKAD) Kab. Pemalang. Populasi pada penelitian adalalah 52 pegawai dan dengan sampel 34 Pegawai Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Asset Daerah (BPKAD) Kab. Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini digolongkan dalam jenis explanatory research yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Metodologi data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan alat bantu yaitu program SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solutions) for windows versi 25.0 melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas), uji T, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work loyalty and employee performance on employee performance of Ichi Bento in Banjar City. The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 30 employees of the Ichi Bento company, Banjar City. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Job Loyalty has a very good assessment classification, Employee Performance has a very good rating classification, while Employee Performance has a very good classification for employees of Ichi Bento company Banjar City. Together, work loyalty and employee performance have a significant influence on employee performance at Ichi Bento's employees, Banjar City. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the influence of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty on PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Gunungpati Semarang. The analytical method used in this research is the method kuantitaitif with multiple regression testing by performing classical assumption test before getting the best research model . The variable in this study is the Customer Value , Trust, Financial Bonds as independent variables and Customer Loyalty as the dependent variable . Total population of this study was 290 respondents using simple random sampling technique was obtained 74 respondents. The results of this research are Customer Value , Trust , Financial Bonds significant effect on Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City. This research is a quantitative research through causality method with survey approach. The research sample taken was 60 employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that work motivation had a very good assessment classification, organizational culture had a very good assessment classification, while job satisfaction had a good classification for employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City. Together, work motivation and organizational culture have a significant influence on job satisfaction for employees at Hotel Santika, Tasikmalaya City. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees of Hotel Santika, Tasikmalaya City. Abstract

This risk can come at any time, therefore research and analysis and innovation must be carried out on a business so that it is not left behind or affected by a situation or disaster that occurs suddenly. The type of method used in this research is literature study. Literature study is a method of collecting data by looking for information or references online through articles, journals, websites, and so on. In this study, the authors analyze the risks that occur in UMKM Kedai Ommed, namely technology and inflation. In this study, the authors analyze how to deal with these risks with the 4T hazard response and risk response. Keywords: Risk, Risk Management, MSME.
