Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze 1) the influence of customer value on purchasing decisions, 2) the influence of green marketing on purchasing decisions, 3) the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions, 4) the influence of trust on purchasing decisions, 5) the effect of trust mediation in the relationship between customer value and purchasing decisions, 6) the effect of trust mediation in the relationship between green marketing and purchasing decisions, 7) the effect of trust mediation in the relationship between social media marketing and purchasing decisions. The Sampling method of this study is purposive sampling. The sample size amounted to 115 samples distributed to herbalife customer respondents in Banjarmasin (South Kalimantan). The data analysis used is SEM analysis (Structural Equation Model) using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study proved that 1) customer value has significant influence on purchasing decisions; 2) green marketing has not significant influence on purchasing decisions; 3) social media marketing has significant influence on purchasing decisions; 4) trust has significant influence on purchasing decisions; 5) trust has the effect of mediation in the relationship between customer value and purchasing decisions; 6) trust has no effect mediation in the relationship between green marketing and purchasing decisions; 7) trust has no effect mediation in the relationship between social media marketing and purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study intends to analysis the factors that influence consumers in the city of Batam in their decision to buy a house. The factors are attributes of the house, location, surrounding environment, and house prices. Samples were taken from 377 respondents who are home owners/occupants in the city of Batam and statistical analysis using SPSS version 24. Environmental factors have the most significant influence on home buying decisions, followed by house attributes and housing locations. While the price factor according to the results of data processing carried out, the data is not reliable so that its influence cannot be analyzed.

Abstract

This study analyzes the approach of macro factors and micro factors that consumers consider on housing purchase decisions, research on this issue is how the influence of the macro approach and micro approaches to housing purchases. The research sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that the macro factor approach and the micro factor approach had a significant effect on housing purchase considerations

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to examine the effect of market orientation and entrepreneurship orientation on product innovation and marketing performance. The respondents of this research were tanggui craftsman at Alalak, in North Banjarmasin, South Borneo, Indonesia which consists of 70 people. The Method sampling used was convenience sampling, and the data collection technique used a survey with a questionnaire tool.The verification analysis used Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. The research results showed that market orientation and entrepreneurship orientation have a positive and significant impact on product innovation (H1 and H2 were supported), also marketing orientation was significantly influenced by product innovation (H3 was supported).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of HR competencies, entrepreneurial competencies, entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intentions on business performance of Sasirangan MSMEs in Banjarmasin Municipality. The research results are expected to be able to identify and produce parameters for each research variable so that it becomes the basis for further research - for the purpose of scientific development in the field of HR Entrepreneurship. Research contribution results in the sustainability of the Sasirangan MSMEs business in the Banjarmasin Municipality by giving suggestions to Sasirangan business owners in paying more attention to their HR competencies and the importance to develop their own entrepreneurial competencies. Additional sugestions given also to maintain their level of entrepreneurial motivation and intentions in order to maintain and improve their business performance sustainability. This research was conducted with a survey method using a questionnaire and structured interviews. The sample selection uses proportional simple random sampling technique. Data processing uses the help of statistical applications, descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that only entrepreneurial competence had a significant effect on business performance of Sasirangan MSMEs in Banjarmasin Municipality. This means that the higher / better the entrepreneurial competence, the higher their business performance. Future research can add other variables that also influence the success of Sasirangan MSMEs business performance such as: capital, technology adaptation, online marketing, etc.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out whether there is an influence between training, compensation, and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa This type of research is an explanation (explanatory research) using a questionnaire method, data analysis using multiple linear regression. The study population was employees of PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa with a sample of almost the entire population or known as the saturated sample. The independent variables studied were training (X1), compensation (X2), and work discipline (X3), while the dependent variable was employee performance (Y). Based on the test results concluded that training has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether product differentiation strategies, service differentiation, image differentiation have a simultaneous and partial effect on competitive advantage and identify the key success factor (KSF) of Cahaya Bumi Slamet Martapura Shops its influence on competitive advantage at Permata Central Delima Martapura Stores. This type of research is causality research with a sampling technique that is accidental sampling. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire instrument while secondary data was obtained by collecting various data about the company and the level of competition. Secondary data and primary data were analyzed descriptively by using Porter's Five Forces of Competition analysis and using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that the product differentiation strategy, service differentiation and image differentiation simultaneously have a significant effect on competitive advantage. Partially, product differentiation strategy and service differentiation have no significant effect. While the image differentiation strategy has a significant effect on competitive advantage. Service differentiation strategy does not have a dominant effect on competitive advantage. The results of the industry and competition analysis identify the Key success factors (KSF) that create a competitive advantage at the Cahaya Bumi Selamat (CBS) Martapura shops consisting of; economies of scale, capital, services and control of access to raw materials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of technology acceptance on the interests of the millennial generation to invest in the capital market. The adoption of the TAM model was used in this study, with a quantitative descriptive method approach, data collection using a questionnaire with a sample of 135 people based on calculations with the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using smart partial least square. The results of this study provide answers to the proposed hypothesis in which the variable perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment have a positive and significant effect on the variable of behavioral intention to use, then the variable perceived enjoyment and behavioral intention to use also have a positive and significant effect on variables actual to use, but there is one variable that does not significantly influence the effect of the variable perceived usefulness on the variable actual to use. This research clarifies how the role of technology applied in online stock trading can influence the behavior of the interests of investors in the Indonesian capital market, especially among millennials. This research is expected to be useful for the development of science and for the development of capital markets with a clearer understanding of how the TAM model influences the behavior of millennial generation interests to become investors in the capital market.

Abstract

Stock price index can be influenced by various factors both internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze the external factors that influence the stock price index including: the exchange rate of the rupiah, the SBI interest rate, and inflation. The population uses 56 property sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the entire population is sampled. The analytical tool in this study uses the Ordinary Least Square method which is processed by the E-views 9. The research results show that the strengthening of the rupiah exchange rate results in a decrease in the stock price index of the property sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While changes in SBI interest rates and inflation did not affect fluctuations in the property sector stock price index. In this study shows that the exchange rate, SBI interest rates, and inflation are able to explain the stock price index of the property sector

Abstract

The development of Makassar City SMEs continues to increase which makes Makassar City a fertile ground for investors to invest capital. This study aims to analyze how much influence (i) external and internal integration has on competitive advantage; (ii) external and internal integration of SMEs performance through competitive advantage; (iii) competitive advantage over the performance of SMEs; (iv) external and internal integration of SME performance is mediated by competitive finance. This research uses a quantitative approach sourced from the results of the questionnaire. The study population is small and medium business in the city of Makassar. The sampling method is probability random sampling with simple random sampling technique that is proportional random sampling for each of the SME sub-sector sectors. Data analysis technique used in this study is inferential description analysis and statistics, namely Generalized Structured Compenent Analysis (GeSCA). The results showed that external and internal integration variables had a significant effect on competitiveness, external integration had a significant effect on SME performance, competitiveness had a significant effect on SME performance, internal integration had a negative effect on SME performance, competitive advantage as a perfect mediator of influence between external integration and internal performance of SMEs.
