Abstract

The research entitled Analysis of Finacial Management in Free Education Policy at the Ar-Rahmah Srandakan Islamic Boarding School has the aim of describing and explaining the stages of financial management at the Ar-Rahmah Srandakan Islamic Boarding School, starting from budgeting, allocating funds, and procedures for managing free education funds in Islamic Boarding School, Bantul. The type of research used is field research with qualitative research methods. In terms of collecting information by using observation lines on an object, interviews with sources and gathering completeness of documentation. This study uses a triangulation technique, namely the disclosure of information results that have been carried out to data sources. The results obtained from observations show that financial management at the Ar-Rahmah Srandakan Islamic Boarding School is not in accordance with theories related to the financial implementation process. The financial reports used by the Ar-Rahmah Islamic Boarding School are still very simple. The treasurer keeps books of financial and income, reports on expenditures, and also allocates funds for activities/programs of Islamic Boarding School. The financial management is not in accordance with the theories in financial management, it is only regulated by the caretaker of the Islamic Boarding School with the help santri as the treasurer of the boarding school. The existence of a free education policy is fully funded by KH. Abdul Rozak Fachrudin and his family so that the implementation of the policy is still well realized. The aim is to develop the morals and character of the children victims of the Ambon and Kupang riots so that they can get a proper education and help the underprivileged in sending their children to school.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SDN Cimone 7, Tangerang City, Banten Province. This research was conducted aiming to find out and then understand the inclusive school environment which in practice is not only the interaction between teachers and students as the primary component of education, but also the presence of supporting facilities such as school facilities and infrastructure that are the foundation of the smooth process of school formal education. This study uses the method of observation and the instrument used is in the form of interviews. The results of this observational study indicate (1) there are inclusive schools located in the Tangerang City area, (2) there are inclusive students at SDN Cimone 7, Tangerang City, Banten Province which are classified as slow learners .and special intelligent and gifted children (CIBI), (3) knowledge of the learning system implemented at SDN Cimone 7 Tangerang City, Banten Province. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that SDN Cimone 7 Tangerang City, Banten Province is included in an inclusive school that has tried to implement a learning system that adapts to the needs of these inclusive students.

Abstract

Leadership plays a key role in the direction, goals, and level of success in achieving the goals that have been set. Education is one form of organization where the level of success is largely determined by management and leadership factors. This fact shows how big the role of leadership in education is. Therefore, improvement of management and leadership systems in education is absolutely necessary. With the existence of Islamic leadership, it also provides a balance between worldly concept leadership and the concept of ukhrowi to achieve essential goals that are more than just temporary organizational goals, require a high commitment to Islamic principles and assign a place of leadership not just a humanitarian task.

Abstract

Dyslexia is a form of disturbance in the reading process. The form of difficulty in understanding words or sentences. Dysgraphia is a form of disturbance in the writing process. The form of difficulty in involving symbols, sounds, letters or numbers. Dysgraphia is used to describe very poor handwriting. This research uses qualitative research. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative descriptive, namely explaining the problems in the field. This research was conducted at SDN Cibadak 1 which is located on Jl. Raya Serang No.10, Cibadak, Kec. Cikupa, Tangerang Regency. In this study, the primary data used were Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Based on the results of observations, students at SD Negeri Cibadak 1 have the same types of disabilities, namely reading delays (Dyslexia), and Writing delays (Dysgraphia). Children with dyslexia and dysgraphia are low grade students, there are 3 grade 1 students who have learning delays, 1 grade 2 students who experience writing delays, and 1 grade 3 students who experience learning delays. Learning adjustments made at SD NEGERI CIBADAK 1 continue to use the same curriculum for children with special needs and other students, namely using the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how teachers provide and transfer knowledge in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic at SDN Periuk Jaya Permai Tangerang. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, all schools in Tangerang, including SDN Periuk Jaya Permai, Tangerang. The type of this research is observation, interview guide and researcher as instrument and key. The source of the data for this research is the results of interviews with teachers at the SDN. This study aims to determine the problems experienced by teachers and students in the learning process in the Covid-19 pandemic era. The conclusion obtained from this research is that there are still obstacles to teachers and students in implementing and carrying out instructional objectives appropriately.

Abstract

This study aims to 1). Showing how the characteristics of children with special needs are deaf, 2). Presenting various models of Islamic religious education guidance for children with special needs for the deaf. In this study using a qualitative method with a library approach. Islamic religious education is learning with various materials that discuss the religion of Islam. Like studying the Koran, Hadith, and so on. This becomes easier if done by children who do not have special needs. Unlike the case with children with special needs, they must require various methods to assist in studying each learning material, especially Islamic religious education. From this study, researchers found various rules and sources that were very relevant from various models of Islamic religious education guidance for children with special needs for the Deaf.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the writing skills of 5th grade students of SD Negeri 04 Margoyoso by using YouTube as the media. The main problem in this mini research study is that students are lazy and find difficult to write a lot because of the length of online learning due to the pandemic. It can be seen from the result of student writing, unstructured interviews, and class observations and collection of documentation. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 03/04 Margoyoso in the odd semester of the academic year 2021/2022 with the research subjects being 22 students in 5th grade. This research is a mini classaction research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Quantitative data in the form of writing skill scores were analyzed descriptively. Students writing skills increased from the precycle score of 45.56%, increased in the first cycle of 54.55% and increased again in the second cycle of 72.73%. The succes of the learning proses can be seen in the activities of students who are enthusiastic and antusiastic about participating in learning.

Abstract

This learning design preparation article contains reports on the implementation of community service activities in the form of learning design training for elementary school teachers in Tangerang City, Kp Bayur Pintu 1000. The training activities involved 4 teachers spread from various areas of Tangerang City, starting from grade I teachers to second grade elementary school. Develop learning designs to guide elementary school students in obtaining knowledge of learning preparation in elementary schools. The implementation used is a qualitative method. In this study, researchers collected descriptive data through observation, interviews and documentation. This assessment examines the effectiveness of formative assessment with instructional design media on student learning outcomes after controlling for initial knowledge. The research uses qualitative methods. The results showed that students learn with TEMA and LKS books and the Koran, and if learning uses conventional media it will be more effective if the formative assessment is done through quizzes.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the role of inclusive school as places of learning for children with autism. The research used interviews and observations at Pegadungan 11 Pagi Elementary school. From the data that has been collected, the next step is to analyze it so that conclusions can be easily drawn. The result show that autism is adevelopmental disorder in children who are unable to communicate and express their feelings and desire. Usually this disorder is seen before the age of 3years. People with autism really need educational services that can accommodate, complate, yhe facilities and infrastructure they need, such as in inclisive schools. In inclusive schools, children with autism can learn independently and develop their abillity to communicate and develop social interaction skills, namelycommunicate well with their peers. So that incluive education is very necessary for children with autism in child development.

Abstract

Animal husbandry related fields. Many animals are raised by humanis including chickens. Broiler chicken farming provides very promising benefits for breeders. Chicken is including in the biological assets regulated in PSAK 69. Mr Fatkhur established a business in the field of broiler chicken farming, which was named Barokah Farm, having his address at Gandusari district Trenggalek. The recording and preparation of financial reports carried out at Barokah Farm have not referred to PSAK 69 as a whole. Regarding the preparation of financial reports, it is very useful for chicken farming business actors, especially regarding the expenditure of needs during the process of selecting chicken seeds to selling broiler chicken to consumers. Descriptive or qualitative methods are used in this study. The data collected in this study were conducting interviews with Barokah Farm owners, observing objects before they were investigated and then documented. Questions asked by the researcher to Mr Fatkhur regarding the measurement, disclosure, recognition and preparation of financial statements at Barokah Farm. The result of the study show that the recording of financial statements at Barokah Farm is very simple and can only be understood by the Barokah Farm owner. While outsiders cannot understand the financial statements made at Barokah Farm. In Islamic, chicken farming is allowed and even recommended to fulfill daily life. In the Islamic perspective, it is very necessary to process the halalness of an item that will be used or consumed by many people.
