Kalianyar settlement has the highest density in Indonesia. These conditions make this settlement vulnerable to fire hazards. The need for open space, the dense environmental conditions, as well as the possibility of fire hazards require residents to prepare for the disaster threat. Understanding and skills regarding the disaster mitigation development and maintenance of open space is necessary to maximize the use of space, to improve the quality of the environment, as well as the skills of citizens. Community action plan is very important to improve the environment quality. The aim of this program is to provide a safety fence based on community action plan. The method used in this program is assisting the development process. This program can optimize the use of space while improving the environment quality. Participants were neighborhood officers and residents at RT 02 RW 07. The result showed that the sense of belonging to the open space can be improved through the fence construction pilot project. The sense of belonging is shown by painting the safety fence independently by residents.

The existence of PPKM due to Covid-19 has made MSMEs the most affected due to losing purchasing power, because people are afraid of contracting the virus so they cannot shop directly to the store, in order to survive, MSMEs must be able to use technology to increase sales through the marketplace so that people can shop online. MSME who utilizes technology in their business, prove to be stronger in facing of the external shocks. The purpose of this community service is how MSMEs can apply how to design, upload, and create promos in the shopee marketplace as a product sales strategy. The method used qualitatively using interviews and observation techniques with the delivery of material using the zoom meeting application. The result of community service is training on how to design advertisements, then uploading them and making promos virtually in addition to using the Zoom Meeting application, also providing Video Files in the form of E-Course Marketplace Shopee, as well as providing consultation via Whatsapp without a time limit if there are difficulties when implementing it for 10 MSMEs Shoes in Cibaduyut. Conclusion 10 Leather Shoes’s MSMEs in Cibaduyut after training in virtual application using the zoom meetings were able to design a shop in the marketplace shopee and upload the photos of their product and make promos to attract more buyers to introduce Local Brand means that 10 MSMEs Shoes Cibaduyut able to apply to advertise in shopee for sell more products so as to increase sales, through selling strategies in the marketplace.

The purpose of this community development activity is to equip partner with skills in utilizing social media accounts Instagram as a tool for promotion and online sales of potato chip products produced by the partner by online through direct mentoring. The material provided starts from an introduction to the features on Instargam and their functions, and then tutorials in creating interesting content and photos to increase promotions, as well as tips and tricks on how to post and advertise on Instagram. From the results of the mentoring activities, it can be seen that partners are able to make marketing plans and utilize Instagram social media independently. Partners have started to actively update and post regularly with interesting content and captions. The activity ends with the evaluation of effectiveness activity by monitoring the development of the skills and her business for three months.

The main focus of this community service program is to provide socialization and pioneering of reading houses to children so that their love of reading grows, and that their love of reading becomes a necessity for seeking knowledge. This service activity was carried out at the Puri Krakatau Hijau Housing, Kotasari Village, Grogol District, Cilegon City, Banten Province. The condition of housing that does not have reading house facilities plus the location of the regional library is quite far, located in Cilegon City. This causes children to be reluctant to read, in addition, with the current Covid-19 pandemic condition which requires children not to leave the house or the surrounding environment. The Reading House "Sera Cendikia" is here to answer the problems that occur in the Puri Krakatau Hijau housing. The target to be achieved through this service program is the fulfillment of children's rights to education and so that children become fond of reading. The method used is the Glenn Doma Method, which is a method of teaching reading to children using flash cards so that children will have a sense of confidence, imagenative, and happyness. Education at the basic level is currently often neglected with information technology, even though it is precisely at the basic level that the role of learning begins to be applied, the results obtained are that there is an increase in learning outcomes with this method by 60% of learning.

Sungai Tohor Village is located in East Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency, Riau Province which has great potential in the field of processing sago plants. In Sungai Tohor Village, there is a Family Income Improvement Business unit (UP2K) which has produced and marketed processed sago palm products in the form of sago sugar. Sago sugar has more advantages compared to other types of sugar besides its relatively cheap price, this sugar also has a low glycemic level making it suitable for people with diabetes. However, high market demand with low production capacity makes it difficult for sago sugar to meet the target. These problems arise because the production time of sago sugar is quite long around 4-5 days, this is due to the traditional drying of sugar because there is no technology that can be used in drying sago sugar effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this activity is to transfer knowledge and assistance in the process of drying the product. The method used is training and practice by the PKM-PI team at the University of Riau regarding the use of drying technology with the Cabinet Dryer Sago Sugar (CADESAR) drying device. Drying technology using CADESAR can improve the quantity and quality of sago sugar products. This technology can reduce production time by using a pressurized hot steam drying system, as one of the drying methods in the modern sugar industry, so that it can increase the amount of production and be more hygienic. The results of the training show that UP2K members can understand and practice knowledge of drying technology well. It is hoped that this will increase the productivity of their sago sugar business.

This community service activity for STIFI Bhakti Pertiwi lecturer was held by conducting outreach to the community, namely MTS Al-Hikmah teacher. Counseling about the benefits of cooking spices as a source of natural antioxidants is carried out to provide education to the public about the use of local fresh ingredients in maintaining a healthy body, especially during the pandemic. This activity is carried out online, with the delivery of material about the benefits of antioxidants for the body, sources of antioxidants, antioxidant cooking spices and thier benefits and chemical content. The result of this activity is that people gain knowledge about antioxidants and their sources in daily food ingredients. Implementing lecturers who also represent campuses have succeeded ini making counseling activities a campus communication medium in conveying knowledge to the public. This service activity is very beneficial for the community

Cantik eco-friendly village (KRL Cantik) - RW 20, in Ciangsana Village, Bogor Regency, had a target to install 1000 biopore infiltration holes (LRBs) to increase the groundwater recharge. Supporting this program, the PkM team of Environmental Engineering Study Program provided assistance to the KRL Cantik Management with the aim of increasing the insight and understanding of the RW 20 residents regarding water conservation and the installment of LRBs in accordance to technical requirements that will avoid the groundwater contamination. The methods used are (i) providing educational materials to the representatives of RW 20 residents through direct explanationa and leaflets regarding rainwater runoff, groundwater recharge, and the LRBs benefits, (ii) providing training for LRB installation in site i.e the Balai RW 20, and (iii) providing a video of activities to disseminate the installment of 1000 LRBs by KRL Cantik Management to all residents of RW20. The result of this activity is an increase in residents' understanding of the implications of installing LRB in their respective homes to the increasing ground water capacity.

This service activity is motivated by the need for self-development of vocational school children after graduating from school. On this basis, it is very important to launch a competency improvement program for prospective graduates through several training activities and courses. The purpose of this activity is to facilitate group members to develop and achieve social change and goals as well as the desired benefits, namely by building skills and good cooperation between members through cooking cake training activities in self-development for these vocational school children. One of the activities that can be carried out by setting a priority program is holding cooking classes in the hope of increasing their skills and deepening their knowledge of economical and hygienic food and developing new soft skills (a program based on the common hobbies of group members). The method of implementing this activity is based on the theory in the Social Welfare Study Program, namely using the Mezzo level with intervention or a Group Work method or group approach (Based on the theory of Zastrow, 2004:50-54). The stages include the intake stage (building relationships), the assessment and intervention planning stage, the member selection stage, the group development stage, and finally the evaluation and termination stage (the stage of severing relations with the client/target group). The target of this activity is five Vocational High School (SMK) children who are doing practicum at the Social Service Office, Jl. Community empowerment, which is the practice of implementing 3R by utilizing or recycling household solid waste, aims to increase the community's knowledge and skills in utilizing household solid waste into economic value products. Having this knowledge and skills will increase people's interest and willingness to use household solid waste, which in turn will maintain environmental quality by reducing the amount of solid waste and making the environment greener. This community service activity in Cibodas Village, Pasirjambu District starts from the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation stages, as well as preparing reports and activity outputs. Activities are carried out offline while still observing health protocols, which are mandatory to wear masks, maintain distance, and always wash hands with soap and running water or use hand sanitizers. In this activity, the implementation is carried out by utilizing material delivery technology through the MS Power point application, delivery interactions through banners/posters, demonstrations of waste sorting and processing practices, as well as the design of 3R-based household waste management patterns that are integrated with the Waste Bank. In the implementation of counseling and training held at the Cibodas Village Office, all participants seemed enthusiastic in gaining additional knowledge and skills in 3R-based household solid waste management and had the motivation to change behavior in placing solid waste in segregated containers.

The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected human life. Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) is a government program that needs to be implemented in the community. The implementation of PHBS can prevent the spread of the Corona Virus. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to provide counseling regarding the implementation of PHBS as an effort to avoid the Corona Virus and to provide assistance for portable hand washing equipment to be used by the public in public places. The method used is counseling and training which is carried out partly online and partly offline with 75 participants from the community. The location of the counseling and training is divided into 2 (two) places, namely the Al-Amin Mosque, RW 12, Cisalak Village and the Cisalak Village Office Hall, Depok. The results of this PkM are getting public understanding about PHBS as an effort to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 Virus and the availability of a portable sink for washing hands as one of the requirements for implementing PHBS. 2 (two) units of handwashing wastel were handed over to the Mushola and the Cisalak Sub-District Office, which was a contribution from the PKM Team to the community.
