Abstract

This activity is a community service activity for the people of Purbosari village, Ngadirejo sub-district, Temanggung Regency. as part of the activities of the Central Java Province Bappeda for the 2017 fiscal year. The problem that is being handled is the problem of the loss of livelihoods of the tobacco farming community due to restrictions on tobacco farming and tobacco products. This activity is also an implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 28 / PMK.07 / 2016 concerning the Use, Monitoring and Evaluation of Tobacco Excise Production Sharing Funds. The model used is a community-based tourism development model as a form of the tourism sector's creative economy that provides optimal benefits to the community. The service process is carried out by means of efforts to empower the people's economy in the tourism sector with a community-based tourism (CBT) approach or community-based tourism by involving local communities in activities, which include the introduction of tourism potential and training on the utilization of local non-tobacco agricultural potentials to be processed into culinary products and by by tours. The local community is motivated to become the main actor in the management of tourism activities that arise from the utilization of the local potential that exists in the service location. The result of this activity is the achievement of community understanding of tourism as an alternative to activities other than tobacco farming, understanding of local tourism potential, development of tourism activities and tourism support activities in the location.

Abstract

The food consumption diversification program for the people of Kwadungan Village is the basis for community-based tourism economic empowerment activities that process cassava plants into various selling-worthy snacks to tourists. The problem faced is the lack of knowledge on how to make cassava based snacks. The community service model is to directly involve groups of women tobacco farmers in utilizing the potential of local agricultural plants to become a typical culinary product of Kwadungan Village. The results of the activity were various snack products from the training of cassava processing such as cassava sticks, cassava croquettes, cassava klapertaart and cassava pastels made by women from tobacco farming groups.

Abstract

Development of Village Potential in tourism in Patemon Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang, as well as the implementation of community service by several lecturers who have knowledge and skills about tourism. This activity was in the form of socialization about the Potential of Tourism Village based on Ekowista and Guide. The main objective of this activity is to help the people of Patemon Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City, in order to develop the potential of their village for tourism activities. As well as providing benefits in the form of Training and Skills related to the Tourism Sector based on the Tourism Law Number 10 of 2009 in Chapter I article 1. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) Analyzing the potential of Tourism Villages, in collaboration with UPRRID KKN Students, village potential based on maps, thus the principle of developing village potential as a tourist destination location through FGD of Village potential for the development of Leading Ecotourism. With the principle of making tour packages by practicing Guide training, this is the concept of Tourism Promotion and its marketing

Abstract

Community service with counseling steps carried out by the Extension Team of the Department of History Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Ivet University in Purwoyoso Village, Ngaliyan District, Semarang City, has succeeded in increasing public awareness of the importance of a healthy environment and making absorption through Biopori. Human life, cannot be separated from the environment around the house where you live. Both the natural environment and the social environment. We breathe requires air from the environment. Eating, drinking, keeping healthy, everything involves the environment. From the environment, humans can take advantage of parts of the environment such as animals, plants, water, air, sunlight, salt, wood, mining products and so on for their daily needs. But it is not only humans who live like that. Other living things such as animals and microbial animals and plants can also live because of their environment. A healthy environment in the form of shady plants and trees can be a source of oxygen and become a shelter for residents. Apart from being a shelter for residents, it is also a place for residents to chat and play with children. The role of Biopores is also important, as water infiltration when it rains so that it can provide water for the plants around it, so that the plants around it become fertile.

Abstract

Kartikajaya Village is part of the Wonosari village area, before it became its own village known as Bleder. At that time it was still in the form of forests and swamps and was often used for TNI war games, especially Soldiers of the VII Military Command (now Kodam IV Dipenogero). Kartikajaya Village means the village is Resetement (Prokiamad) which is inhabited by retired TNI AD. It is one of the efforts. Located approximately 9 km from Kendal City, and approximately 10 km from the City of Patebon. Transportation that can be used is angkudes no. 3 and gig by day, and motorcycle taxi at night. When it was first formed this village was a local transmigration site for veterans of the war for independence, so that almost part of the population was retired soldiers. Now, along with the development of the region, the population of Kartika Jaya Village has begun to be heterogeneous in terms of livelihoods, from farmers, fishermen, factory workers, to private employees and civil servants. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this study were obtained from interviews with Kartika Jaya residents and consumers and the results of the performance were analyzed to obtain a corrective action plan. In general, this study concludes that Kartika Jaya serves the market segment for young people and modern productive age and has a development plan that focuses on consumers (Customer oriented) and the voice of consumers who are very satisfied and satisfied with the performance of the marketing business produced by Kartika Jaya tourism.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of participants in Moringa processing; increase participants' knowledge about the potential of Moringa leaves as a healthy food ingredient, and produce Moringa chicken nuget products and Moringa leaf sticks. The activity method used is mentoring with activity stages; 1. preparation, 2. implementation, 3. evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants in processing Moringa leaves, participants knew that Moringa leaves have good nutritional potential and can be developed as a healthy food processing ingredient, and participants are skilled in processing Moringa leaves into Moringa chicken nuggets and Moringa leaf sticks. . Given the large benefits of this activity, it is advisable to carry out further activities in the form of assistance in marketing Moringa leaf processed products in order to increase people's income.

Abstract

Sanitation and hygiene is a preventive effort that aims to prevent disease, especially in the environment and individuals to protect themselves from disease. This of course cannot be separated from our efforts in maintaining safety and health both in the environment where we live and in the workplace, especially in the kitchen. As an effort to improve the quality and quality of production, Ivanna Catering requires a guideline in implementing Hygiene, Sanitation and Work Safety in the Kitchen. The preparation of Standard Operating Procedures in the form of guidelines aims to assist in carrying out the functions of a professional and safe workplace. Of course, if food or drinks are processed without hygiene and sanitation standards, it can cause several diseases for consumers. In addition, by not applying good hygiene and sanitation standards, it may endanger employees.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on all industrial sectors in Indonesia, and one of them is the country's tourism sector since the beginning of 2020 and consequently has had a tremendous impact on tourism villages in Indonesia. A survey conducted by the Desa Wisata Institute (2020) of 97 tourist villages throughout Indonesia noted that no less than 92.8% of villages (or around population in these villages continued to maintain their profession. the original. It is undeniable that tourism contributes a large amount of income so that this pandemic has caused the tourist villages to suffer losses of tens to hundreds of millions of rupiah. Nearly 99% of tourism villages in Indonesia were closed due to the implementation of social restriction policies which resulted in the cancellation of visiting guests and in the end it had a long-term effect on tourism entrepreneurs in tourist villages such as restaurant entrepreneurs, homestay owners, craftsmen, artists. For this reason, in order to help revive the existence of the Tourism Village in the community, in the community service of STIEPARI Semarang this time the goal is in Sikasur Village, Pemalang Regency, this program was held with the aim of helping tourist villages raise their ranks and providing a forum for community service for the academics involved. CHS (Cleanliness, Health, Safety) which in the new normal era is considered very important to be implemented in various tourist destinationsThese community service activities include location surveys, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and outreach. The results of this activity are expected to make Sikasur Tourism Village begin to adapt and develop in this new normal era

Abstract

The development of computers in the current era can help teachers improve human resources (HR), especially in the field of education. SPSS and Excel are statistical applications that can process teacher research data such as education management data and classroom action research data and so on. This community service (PKM) is carried out in the form of statistical application training (SPSS and Excel) as well as writing techniques and publication of scientific articles. Participants in this activity consisted of 21 teachers and employees of the Muhammadiyah Mamala High School in Central Maluku. The conclusion obtained in this activity is that activities that have been carried out in the form of training are considered very good (99%). All material that has been planned can be delivered, although due to time constraints there are some materials that are only presented in an outline. The participants' ability in mastering the material was considered very 1Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Pattimura, Ambon-Maluku good (98%). This is based on the teacher's ability in training and trials in the form of classroom action research data processing using Excel and SPSS applications. In addition, from the results of the training given to the participants, it was found that all the training participants perfectly mastered the tasks given in the training.

Abstract

The mangrove forest ecosystem is an important habitat for forest conservation, so one area that has the potential for developing mangrove ecotourism in the city of Semarang is the tourist village of Tapak Tugurejo, Tugu district. Mangrove forest is a mangrove forest in brackish swamp land, usually influenced by tides, generally found on the coast / bay forest that is protected from big waves with biodiversity. Therefore, the importance of direct activities to raise awareness to the community about the importance of planting mangroves can prevent abrasion, especially in the tourist village of Tapak Tugurejo. This activity is carried out by the TVO (Tourism Volunteer Organization) organization. In general, the activities were followed enthusiastically by other participants. The research method uses qualitative methods, and the type of case study research. The results of this service are expected to understand and take great benefits for youth and the community to care for the environment, as well as useful for preventing abrasion in the tourist village of Tapak Tugurejo
