<![CDATA[Pondok Pesantren Nurul Yaqin Ringan-ringan is a boarding school located in the Padang Pariaman Regency, Indonesia which has a lot of enthusiasts for students studying at the school. Apart from this, the school is famous for its Traditional Islamic Boarding Schools, there also has a learning method for its students that is unique and not shared by other schools in Indonesia, namely the Maulang Kaji Method. The method applied by the Nurul Yaqin Ringan-ringan Islamic boarding school has succeeded in providing a perfect understanding to all students in understanding the lessons carried out before learning will be taught by the teachers in the classroom. The purpose of this research is to reveal and understand the learning methods used by students at the Nurul Yaqin Ringan-ringan Islamic Boarding School, Padang Pariaman Regency. This research is a field research study using a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this research can be concluded that the Maulang Kaji Method is a tradition that has been carried out from generation to generation by the students of the Nurul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School, Padang Pariaman, to prepare the lessons to be taught by the teachers. This was referred directly by the buya of the Islamic boarding school to the learning method of Imam Syafi'I who studied with Imam Malik. While the influence of the implementation of the maulang kaji method on learning for students, namely facilitating students in reading books, making it easier for students to understand learning material and students are more active in learning and discussion in the classroom, so that those who do not understand the material being taught, the students can ask without embarrassment.]]>

<![CDATA[Khamar is an intoxicating drink that has existed since Islam developed in the Arabs, even the Prophet Muhammad SAW once conveyed the prohibition of drinking alcohol, because it has a negative impact on the state of the body and health. The purpose of this study is to increase understanding related to the verses of khamar in Surah Al-Maidah: 90. This research is a library research using qualitative methods. This research explains the understanding of the verse of alcohol in the perspective of the book of interpretation Faid al-Rahman fi Tarjamah Tafsir Kalam Malik al-Dayyan by kiai haji Shaleh Darat and Kitab tafsir Al-Munir by kiai haji Daud Ismail. The results of this study can be concluded, that in both books of interpretation have the same view of the status of the prohibition of alcohol, but actually if a deeper study is done we will find a number of differences from certain aspects in their interpretation. for example, at the beginning of the interpretation, Kiai haji Saleh Darat began to interpret this verse by explaining khamar according to the interpretation of the dzahir verse without mentioning other forms of khamar itself. According to Kiai Haji Daud Ismail, he began to interpret zahir by applying elements of locality in interpreting the Qur'an to make it easier for readers to understand the messages in the Qur'an. Unlike the interpretation of Kiai Daud Ismail which has legal nuances, the interpretation of Kiai Shaleh is more sufistic or Sufism. Meanwhile, according to kiai Shaleh Darat interpreting al-Maidah verse 90 is based on the signals he received. namely he divides khamar into two kinds, there is khamar dzahir and there is batin khamar.]]>

<![CDATA[Arabic requires four competencies in its mastery, maharatul istima', maharatul kalam, maharatul qira'ah and maharatul kitabah. In Maharatul Kalam which is a practical ability in speaking, STIT Diniyyah Puteri Rahmah El Yunusiyyah still does not show maximum mastery, this is evidenced by the lack of conversation used in Arabic and also the use of rules that are not appropriate when speaking. This can be seen from the initial observation value made by lecturers showing an achievement of 42%. This type of research is a class action research (PTK) and is carried out at STIT Diniyyah Puteri Rahmah el Yunusiyyah Padang Panjang. With the subject of research for 5th semester female students of the PAI Study Program for the academic year 2022-2023, consisting of 12 students. The instrument used is an observation sheet on the improvement of maharatul kalam carried out directly by the eye-supporting lecturer as well as the researcher. The results of this study show that the application of the Taqdimul Qissah method can improve speaking skills in semester 5 of PAI STIT Diniyyah Puteri Rahmah el Yunusiyyah. The increase can be seen from the average score of maharatul kalam through taqdimul qissah without props, which is 57.10%. Then by using the media props that have been prepared, both in the form of pictures displayed such as playing puppets, as well as props worn directly as clothes by the narrator can increase enthusiasm in learning so that there is a more significant increase in the second cycle, which is 82.21%.]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays, an important criterion in choosing a life partner for women is wealth or stability, which is the main capital for household. Women who put the criteria for stability are often referred to as matre, everything that only looks at money and material, even though realistically women need the lives of themselves and their children later so that they are not lacking. As in the case of the Hadith of Fatimah bint Qais, the Prophet SAW recommended Fatimah not to choose a poor man and choose an established man. This research uses the hadith analysis method, with textual and contextual approaches. Based on the analysis of the hadith of choosing a well-established life partner from a textual point of view, poverty means the inability to meet the needs of livelihood and not having property. From the contextual point of view, seen from the asbabul wurud and its purpose, Fatimah bint Qais was a noble daughter whose standard of living was sufficient and did not match the life of Mu'awiyah bin Abu Sufyan who was difficult and poor, especially in terms of maintenance. Rasulullah chose Usamah bin Zaid as Fatimah's husband because of the advantages and compatibility, so that a household life that is sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah is achieved when married to Usamah. The stability in question is the ability of a man to be responsible for meeting all his needs with sufficient financial life. Well-established does not mean having to be rich, but stable life and no economic shortcomings.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the lack of religious practice by MTsN 1 Head of Hilalang students, especially in the practice of fardhu prayers, reading the Al-Qur'an and giving alms. This research aims to determine the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers as motivators in increasing the practice of fardhu prayers, reading the Al-Qur'an and fostering students' interest in giving infaq at MTsN 1 Head of Hilalang. The research method used is a qualitative method. The research data sources are Madrasah Principals, PAI Teachers and students. The data collection tools that the author uses are observation, interviews and documentation. To analyze data is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are (1) The strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers as a motivator in increasing the practice of fardhu prayers for students at MTsN 1 Head of Hilalang, Padang Pariaman Regency has been going well but is not optimal because there are still students who are reluctant to practice fardhu prayers. (2) The Islamic Religious Education teacher's strategy as a motivator in increasing students' practice of reading the Al-Qur'an has also gone well but is also not optimal, because there are still students who do not want to read the Al-Qur'an. (3) The teacher's strategy for Islamic Religious Education as a motivator in growing students' interest in giving infaq has been implemented well by the teacher, students already have an interest in giving infaq to people in need.]]>

Hampir tidak ada bidang kehidupan manusia yang bebas dari penggunaannya, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hal ini juga merupakan akibat dari perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat. Teknologi diciptakan untuk mempermudah setiap kegiatan manusia. Lahir dari pemikiran manusia yang berusaha untuk mempermudah kegiatan-kegiatannya yang kemudian diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, salah satunya dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Dengan demikian dalam proses pembelajaran, teknologi dapat dipakai sebagai sumber belajar. Dewasa ini, produk teknologi sudah menjadi kebutuhan sehari-hari dalam menjalankan aktivitas kehidupan. Penggunaan handphone dan interenet sudah bukan menjadi hal yang aneh ataupun baru lagi. Handphone merupakan sebuah perangkat telekomunikasi elektronik yang mempunyasi kemampuan dasar secara konvensional yang mudah dibawa dan tidak perlu disambungkan dengan jaringan telepon yang menggunakan kabel. Handphone memiliki fungsi untuk menerima telepon atau sms (pesan singkat), handphone juga bisa berfungsi sebagai alat memtret, merekan segala aktivitas, sebagai sarana informasi bahkan bisa digunakan untuk menjelajahi dunia internet tergantung feature handphone tersebut.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of utilizing an Infocus projector in thematic learning to enhance the academic performance of third-grade students in an elementary school. The research was conducted at State Elementary School 01 2x11 in Kayutanam, Padang Pariaman Regency. The Infocus projector served as a supplementary tool to facilitate a more interactive visualization of the instructional material. A quantitative method with quasi-experimental approach was employed, comparing control group pre-test post-test results within the same classroom. The study's participants comprised 18 third-grade students who had previously undergone traditional instruction without the use of the Infocus projector, and later experienced lessons with the technology. Data regarding students' academic performance were collected through pre- and post-treatment assessments, with statistical tests being employed for data analysis. The inferential analysis revealed a significant difference, with a calculated t-value of 4.58, surpassing the critical t-table value of 1.73. This outcome demonstrated the effectiveness of the Infocus projector in improving student learning outcomes. Notable improvements in student performance were evident when comparing pre-test and post-test results. The descriptive analysis indicated a pre-test score of 41.11 and a post-test score of 77.5. In conclusion, the incorporation of the Infocus projector in thematic instruction had a substantial positive impact on student academic achievement. The findings underscored the educational potential of such technology, emphasizing its importance in creating more engaging and effective learning experiences for elementary school students.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a type of library research and uses primary and secondary sources. The results of this study indicate that the expressions of al-Ta'rif and al-Tankir used in the verses of the Koran have a very significant influence on the meaning of the verses of the Koran that contain these forms of expression. The use of these two forms of expression has a deep meaning and so that the verses of the Qur'an can be understood in accordance with the true intentions desired by Allah Swt. The verses of the Koran have a specific purpose, so that the interpretation of the verses of the Koran that use these two forms of expression can be fully understood as the meaning desired by the giver of revelation, namely Allah SWT. The purpose of this study is to reveal the hidden meaning of the use of the expressions al-Ta'rif and al-Tankir in the verses of the Qur'an that use these forms of expression. Apart from that, it is also to give Muslims an understanding of the influence of the forms of al-ta'rif and al-tankir in relation to the meaning of a verse.]]>

<![CDATA[College is a complex environment with students facing a variety of academic, career, and mental well-being pressures. Therefore, guidance and counseling services in higher education have increased urgency in supporting students to face these challenges. This research aims to identify the urgency of guidance and counseling services in higher education in optimizing academic development, career development and mental well-being of students. This research involves a comprehensive literature perspective on the role and benefits of guidance and counseling services in higher education. Data were analyzed by considering findings from a number of relevant studies. The research results show that guidance and counseling services in higher education have a central role in helping students achieve academic success, plan appropriate careers, and maintain their mental and emotional well-being. The urgency of this service is increasingly strengthened by changes in social dynamics, technology and an increasingly complex world of work. Therefore, investment in the development and provision of guidance and counseling services in higher education is an urgent need to support student growth and development in the modern era.]]>
