Abstract

Sebagian besar UMKM di Indonesia saat ini menghadapi masalah mendasar terkait praktik pengelolaan keuangan UMKM yang tidak mematuhi standar akuntansi, kurangnya keterampilan menyusun laporan keuangan, dan rendahnya literasi keuangan sehingga menghambat pengembangan dan kinerja keuangan UMKM itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan, literasi keuangan, dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM, baik pengaruh langsung maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 100 orang pelaku UMKM di kota Medan. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analisys). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan, literasi keuangan, dan inklusi keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan UMKM. Kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan dan literasi keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Sementara itu, inklusi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Temuan menarik lainnya adalah perilaku pengelolaan keuangan memediasi pengaruh kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Perilaku pengelolaan keuangan juga memediasi pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Sementara itu, perilaku pengelolaan keuangan tidak memediasi pengaruh inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Implikasi pada penelitian ini mendorong pengembangan strategi dan kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan, mengoptimalkan inklusi keuangan, dan memperbaiki perilaku pengelolaan keuangan UMKM, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan sektor UMKM.

Abstract

Since the Dutch era, Indonesian people have developed the habit of drinking coffee. This habit has become part of the daily lives of Indonesian people, especially adults, and is now in demand among young people. From 2016 to 2019, record coffee consumption in Indonesia increased. This research was conducted from February 2020 to October 2021, with a sample of 100 respondents and a population of 195 respondents, and the study was conducted in East Jakarta culinary coffee shops versus SMEs. This study used live samples from the general population. From the point of view of the problem, the results of the study indicate that the perception of benefits has a direct positive and significant effect on performance. Perceived benefits have a positive and significant direct effect on user attitudes. Perception of comfort has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance. Perception of convenience has a positive and significant direct effect on user attitudes. User attitudes have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Perceived benefits have a positive and significant indirect effect on employee performance through user attitudes as an intervening variable. user as an intervening variable.

Abstract

ISTP is a website platform designed and developed to provide evaluation services and quiz online. Through the program site, teachers and students are expected to adapt to the test method switching and value recapitulation from the Manual (offline) method to the digital (online) method. This website can be used easily by both teachers and learners. The purpose of this research is to obtain a description of 1) product development in the form of Evaluation of ISTP, 2) Feasibility evaluation tool (Indonesian Student Test Platform) through the process of study and validation Experts, 3) The response of learners as a user to the assessment tool of ISTP that has been tested. The reseach development applied thiagarajan’s 4-D model. It is start from the definition stage to the development stage. The study is test on the 24 students at SMA Negeri 1 Giri. The research instruments were the questionnaire of material review and media, the material and media validity sheet, and the questionnaire of students’ responses. The result of study suggest that the ISTP is very feasible. Therefore, it can be concluded that the ISTP  is effectively applied as an alternative evaluation tool in SMA Negeri 1 Giri.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kondisi disiplin siswa dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris berdasarkan gender, kelas dan jurusan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik strata random sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 313 siswa (laki-laki = 141; perempuan = 172) Madrasah Aliyah di Kota Pekanbaru, siswa yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari berbegai tingkatan, mulai dari kelas X sampai XII. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala disiplin dengan nilai Cronbach's Alpha 0.865 (terdiri dari 52 item). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan perangkat lunak JASP. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan disiplin siswa Madrasah Aliyah Kota Pekanbaru rata-rata berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai 65.5% artinya siswa Madrasah Aliyah Kota Pekanbaru berada pada tingkat disiplin yang tinggi khususnya dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris. Temuan lainnya, siswa perempuan dari jurusan IPA memiliki nilai disiplin belajar Bahasa Inggris yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa perempuan ataupun laki-laki jurusan IPS, maupun dari kelas X dan XI (IPA dan IPS).

Abstract

The research phenomenon is that employee performance at the Secretariat of the General Election Supervisory Agency in DKI Jakarta Province has not been optimal. The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Compensation, Staffing Status, and Leadership Style on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable at the Secretariat of the General Election Supervisory Agency in DKI Jakarta Province. This research uses a quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM (Partial least square path modeling- structural equation modeling analysis) analysis method. Primary data collection techniques use questionnaire techniques. The study sample of 104 respondents using saturated models according to the minimum sample size was four times ten times the most significant structural number leading to the construct. Based on the discussion of the research results, it was concluded that the results were direct: there was a positive and significant influence of Compensation, Staffing Status, Leadership Style, and job satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the General Election Supervisory Agency in DKI Jakarta Province. Indirect results there is a positive and significant influence of compensation, staffing status, and leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediation variable at the Secretariat of the General Election Supervisory Agency in DKI Jakarta Province.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of independent tax planning, tax avoidance, and earnings management on firm value. The data used in this research is obtained from the annual report of financial statements on non consolidation manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2015- 2017. The sample selection method used is the purposive sampling method. Analytical techniques used in this research using multiple linear regression which include normality test, test classic assumptions, and hypothesis testing. The total sample in this research is 10 companies. Data processing in this research using Eviews version 9.0 application. The result shows that tax planning, tax avoidance, and earnings management simultaneously have an effect on firm value. In addition, this study proves that earnings management has a negative effect on firm value, while tax planning and tax avoidance have no effect on firm value.

Abstract

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a tool used by businesses to understand customer demands and behavior in order to deliver the best possible customer service, preserve current relationships, and boost business success. In order to understand how customer engagement and customer relationship management affect business success in digital banks, a study was done. The research population consists of 3.9 million digital bank users in total. 400 samples were acquired after simple random sampling, which was then used to calculate the Slovin formula at an acceptable level of 5%, and multiple linear regression analysis was performed. In this study, there are two independent variables: customer engagement and customer relationship management. The dependent variable is business performance. The results of this study suggest a tight connection between customer relationship management and customer engagement and the operational success of digital banks. The purpose of this research is to present data that the management of digital banks can utilize to make various decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee acceptance of the corporate culture values of AKHLAK in BUMN, especially PT Pegadaian. The instrument used is a questionnaire based on the Theory of Resources Based View/ RBV and Theory of Planned Behavior/ TPB.   The Rasch modeling was used with a survey method and a cross-sectional 2020 study time approach. The survey was conducted on 362 respondents who were drawn by quota sampling.  The results of the analysis show a value of +1.58 logit, which is above the average logit item (+0.00 logit).  These results indicate the respondent's agreement on employee acceptance of the corporate culture values of AKHLAK.  The score that is most difficult to agree on by the respondents in the instrument on the questionnaire given is the 54th item, namely "Implementing the mandate given with low integrity".  While the 11th item, namely "I am interested in a company that provides good health insurance" is the item that is most approved.

Abstract

Training effectiveness is one of the determinant factor that could improve employees’ job performance. When we found in a government district office at Jambi Province where the organization had provided many training program to the employees but it had not had significant impact on their employees’ job performance. We realized that we need to study the factors which assumed to have relationship with the training effectiveness. Prior research in training effectiveness found that employees perceived toward the training program designed by organization and individual employees’ emotional intelligence had influence the training effectiveness. Based on those findings we formulated the aim of this study that is to investigate the relationship between the training program and employees’ emotional intelligence with the training effectiveness. This study designed as a quantitative research used sample of 209 employees derived by random sampling from its population. This study utilized questionnaires as instruments to collect empirical data. The correlational analysis technique used to analyze the data. This study had generated findings that there were strong relationship between the training program and employees’ emotional intelligence with training effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari makna filosofis dibalik adanya kewajiban menjalankan ketentuan iddah dan ihdad bagi kaum perempuan yang ditinggal wafat oleh suami. Penelitian ini ditulis dengan metode Kualitatif yang secara spesifik lebih diarahkan kepada penggunaan metode studi pustaka (library research). Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa iddah dan ihdad merupakan salah satu syariat yang meningkatkan Pendidikan moral islam khususnya pada Wanita yang ditinggalkan suami. Namun, perlu diketahui bahwa iddah akan berjalan lancar jika suami sudah memenuhi kewajiban nafkah dan hak untuk istri yang ditinggalkan yang diberikan selama menjalankan masa iddah. Dengan melakukan ihdad Wanita yang tersebut akan meningkatkan moral dan citra diri mereka sebagai seorang Wanita yang pernah menikah. Selain itu, diharapkan juga Wanita yang sedang melakukan iddah dan ihdad untuk menghindari kesunyian dengan menggunakan media sosial yang membuat rusaknya iddah dan ihdad mereka. Namun, penggunaan media sosial dengan tujuan mencari uang untuk menafkahi anaknya dengan berniaga dimedia sosial itu diperbolehkan dengan catatan profesional dalam menjalani masa iddah dan ihdad.
