Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kekuatan kepercayaan dalam mebangun kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan owrganisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 152 dosen dan staf akademik pada Universitas Gorontalo. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan pemodelan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) menggunakan LISREL. Dari hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa kepercayaan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membangun kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Kepuasan kerja memberikan dudungan positif dalam meningkatkan perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi literasi  bahwa kepercayaan memiliki kekuatan dalam membangan kesuksesan organisasi melalui penenuhan kepuasan kerja dan penguatan perilaku kewaraagaan organisasi. Kekuatan kepercayaan pada organisasi diperlihatkan melalui integritas, kompetensi, konsistensi, loyalitas dan keterbukaan.

Abstract

Universitas Jambi as a State University with the status of a Public Service Entity (BLU) has two sources of income generating, namely those from academic services and non-academic services (academic support services). The implementation of academic support services is entrusted to the Business Management Agency (Badan Pengelola Usaha). BPU is tasked with carrying out the development of business units and optimizing the acquisition of university funding sources. Based on this task, BPU established the Weddy Feast business unit under the Commercialization and Services department. This research analyzes the business feasibility of wedding planner to increase income generating of the Business Management Agency. The conduct interviews and surveys some vendors in 43 types of business. The results show that the establishment of Weddy Feast able to optimize the potential of university assets involving 43 types of businesses and 15 of them can be managed by students in creating student entrepreneurs in the context of implementing Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, which is strengthened by realizing the UNJA Smart platform with digital transformation elements in the real business world, in the form of making a weddy feast application.  The Net Present Velue (NPV) of wedddy planner is positive, Rp.577.049.066,-  and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 156,12% hingher than weighted average cost of capital (WACC) 12%.

Abstract

Dimasa pandemi Covid-19 sumber daya manusia memerlukan pelatihan yang mana untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja sumber daya manusia, yang mana kinerja merupakan tingkat kualitas yang diraih oleh sumber daya manusia dalam menjalankan tugas yang diembannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian literatur review yaitu dengan cara merujuk pada buku dan artikel ilmiah sebagai data sekunder. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dalam sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi sumber daya manusia merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk dimiliki, selain itu sumber daya manusia juga diartikan sebagai seseorang yang mampu andil dalam mencapai tujuan dari suatu organisasi atau perusahaan proses perencanaan sumber daya manusia daam suatu organisasi merupakan proses memilih atau menentukan kebutuhan karyawan dari segi kualitas dan kuantitas untuk ditempatkan sesuai dengan posisi yang dibutuhkan sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are; (1) the meaning of the graund sign in the novel Ceroz Batozar by Tere Liye. (2) the meaning of the sign of the object in the novel Ceroz Batozar by Tere Liye. (3) the meaning of the interpretant sign in the novel Ceroz Batozar by Tere Liye. (4) implications for satra learning in vocational schools. This type of research is qualitative research with a description method. The data of this study is in the form of words, sentences, in the novel Ceroz Batozar which contain signs in the form of graunds, objects, interpretations. The source of the data in this study is the text of the novel Ceroz Batozar by Tere Liye. Data collection techniques used through reading or reading technology, observation and recording, analysis techniques. The technique of validity, which is used trianggulation theory. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model with three components of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there are three signs of semiotics according to pierce in the novels of Ceroz and Batozar, namely graund, object, and interpretant. There are three forms of graund signs, namely 1) qualisignt is a sign marked based on the nature of the word hard, meek, color, animal, and flower, 2) the singsign is a sign that displays reality like a pale face which means fear, 3) legisignt is a sign that an agreement (convention) could be a code/regulation such as a greeting. Objects are distinguished by three forms of signs, namely 1) icons are signs that bear the resemblance of 'rupa' to their reference like wolves, 2) an index that performs the function of a marker that hints at its appearance on the basis of causality relationships, while symbols are signs determined by societal conventions such as the culprit symbolized by the person who always makes trouble. While the interpretation is distinguished by three, namely 1) rheme is a sign related to the possibility of understanding (multi-interpretation) such as wide yawning containing meaning sleepiness, boredom, or disdain for speech, 2) dicent sign is a marker that displays information about its map according to reality such as a fire truck siren informing about a fire, 3) an argument sign a sign containing a reason for something like a boading pass is a requirement to board a plane. the results of the analysis will be implemented and used as reading material or reference to literary learning by making the material of Ceroz Batozar's novel as a medium for learning literature, especially regarding graunds, objects, and interpretations.

Abstract

Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Atas Alokasi Dana Desa (Studi Kasus Pada Desa Tamasaju Kecamatan Galesong Utara Kabupaten Takalar (2020). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi dan mengetahui akuntabilitas pengelolan keuangan  desa di Desa Tamasaju Kecamatan Galesong Utara Kabupaten Takalar.Metode penelitian ini berupa metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan analisis value for money.  Dengan menggunakan analisis value for money dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pengelolaan keuangan desa pada Desa Tamasaju telah dilaksanakan dengan ekonomis dengan nilai 98,24%, efektifitas dengan nilai 98,24% dan efisien karena dengan nilai 98,24%. Sedangkan hasil analisis pemberian kuesioner kepada masyarakat di Desa Tamasaju diperoleh hasil perhitungan kuesioner dari tiga (3)  indikator relatif sudah terpenuhi dengan nilai presentase 83% yang bermakna sangat akuntabel. Berdasarkan hasil dari kedua analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan pengelolaan keuangan desa pada Desa Tamasaju Kecamatan Galesong Utara Kabupaten Takalar tahun anggaran 2020 sangat akuntabel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and the work environment on employee performance in Bappeda Palembang. The sample was 40 employees in Bappeda  Palembang. The survey for this study is based on 40 workers as respondents. Data were gathered and organized into a list of questions. The spss for Windows version 22 was used to analyze the outcomes using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analyses, t-tests, and f-tests. The interpersonal communication has a partially negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, obtained interpersonal communication as well as the workplace environment have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the possibility of applying Amartya Sen’s Capability Approach to analyze the well-being of Hindu clergy in Bali. Literature studies were carried out on the variables mentioned by Amartya Sen in several of his writings and studies, as well as studies conducted by several economists as a further study of Sen's theory. This study offers a conceptual framework to explain and predict the influence of variables in Sen's theory on the achievement of the well-being of Hindu clergy in Bali. The variables studied in this paper are resources, commodities, capabilities, conversion factors, social choice, and functioning. In this case, commodities and capabilities can act as mediating variables, while conversion factors and social choice are considered to moderate the influence of resources on the achievement of functioning.

Abstract

Human Resources is one of the most important elements that the company continues to run. Although this is not directly related to the company's finances or income, it can indirectly affect the company's performance. The competitive advantage of the company to survive and compete with other companies is of course very dependent on human resources who have good capacity and quality, based on this, the object and purpose of this study is the Influence of Incentives and Work Environment on Employee Loyalty "Tubagus Car Spa" West Java, the results of his research, Obtained for the variable Intensive value t count 8,871 greater than t table which is 5,781 significant. The confidence variable has a positive regression coefficient of 0.222. the value of t count = 7.780 is greater than the t-table which is 5.594, a significance. The confidence variable has a positive regression coefficient of 0.170.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari kenyataan di Sekolah Dasar bahwa pembelajaran sering didominasi oleh guru sebagai sumber informasi. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah pencapaian hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 26 Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dalam pembelajaran IPA, yang mana penyampaiannya  berupa teori sehingga konsep materinya masih kurang dipahami siswa. Masalah tersebut disebabkan oleh pembelajaran yang diselenggarakan guru lebih bersifat penyampaian dengan penggunakan metode ceramah, sehingga siswa menjadi pendengar pasif. Padahal pembelajaran IPA dapat dilaksanakan dengan menyenangkan, karena tanpa disadari siswa pembelajaran IPA sering mereka jumpai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan membimbing, menuntun, mengarahkan, serta memotivasi siswa untuk mencari tahu sendiri materi yang ingin dipelajarinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan pembelajaran IPA melalui pendekatan kontekstual di kelas V SD. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian terdiri dari dua siklus yang terdiri atas kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan,  pengamatan dan refleksi. Nilai ketuntasan belajar IPA dengan menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual pada siklus I dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan, di mana ketuntasan belajar siswa siklus I dengan rata-rata 64% dan pada siklus II adalah 92%. Selain itu, siswa telah terlatih untuk mencari tahu, mengujicobakannya di dalam kelompok belajar dan kemudian mengkomunikasikannya kepada teman yang lain. Abstract

Keberhasilan organisasi ditentukan oleh SDM berbakat dimana diatur dalam bidang pengelolaan manajemen SDM dalam pengorganisasian lembaga. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan statistik deskriptif dan kualitatif. Sumber data yaitu sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Sumber data primernya adalah melakukan asesmen potensi dan kompetensi manajerial serta sosial kultural tenaga kependidikan Universitas Tanjungpura.  Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hasil rekomendasi pengukuran potensi dan kompetensi pada jabatan subkoordinator yang berjumlah sebanyak 40 orang memiliki kriteria K9 yaitu unggul dengan potensi dan kompetensi optimal sebanyak 13%, K8 yaitu kompetensi optimal dan potensi cukup optimal sebanyak 25%, K7 yaitu kompetensi cukup optimal dan potensi optimal sebanyak 1 orang atau 3%, K6 yaitu kompetensi optimal, potensi kurang optimal sebanyak 13%, K5 yaitu kompetensi dan potensi cukup optimal sebanyak 3%, K4 yaitu kompetensi kurang optimal dan potensi optimal 13%, K3 yaitu kompetensi cukup optimal dan potensi kurang optimal sebanyak 10%, K2 yaitu kompetensi kurang optimal dan potensi cukup optimal sebanyak 13% dan K1 yaitu kompetensi dan potensi kurang optimal sebanyak 10%. Data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak tenaga kependidikan pada level koordinator dan subkoordinator yang belum memilki kesesuaian potensi dan kompetensi sesuai yang diharapkan sehingga perlu dilakukan pengembangan talenta yang bertujuan untuk peningkatan potensi dan kompetensi yang diharapkan.
