Abstract

The use of devices that should be intended to support learning activities, it turns out that students can try various access to social media which can unwittingly increase cyberbullying. The classical services of School Counselor are also required to be adaptive to technology. However, the classic School Counselor service module is less attractive and rigid. The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated module with social media that is used as a classic Guidance and Counseling teacher service in Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan through the zedemy platform, which is expected to minimize cyberbullying. Research design using Research and Development (R&D) ADDIE model. Collecting data using Focus Group Discussion, and Likert scale questionnaire. The instrument used is the instrument of material, media and user feasibility. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to determine the characteristics of the distribution of respondents, then the Kendall's W concordance test was carried out to determine consistency and assessment.Expert tests are carried out by material experts, media experts and users. Based on the research, the material and media expert's assessment showed very good criteria, no revision needed. User ratings by Counselor School also showed very good criteria, no need for revision. So it can be concluded that the classical service digital module through the zedemy platform has met the criteria for being suitable for use as a classical service medium to minimize cyberbullying.

Abstract

This research aims to describe management aspects and learning transition strategies from high school to college. This research uses library study or content analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that managing a successful transition from high school to college is critical to students' academic success, especially in the first year. Various studies show that many students are less prepared to study at university and experience obstacles, especially in the aspect of learning adjustment. The gap not only occurs in the secondary school system which does not fully prepare its students to enter college, but colleges also do not have the equipment to accommodate students from secondary schools. To make the transition from high school to college, students need to make adjustments and be supported by the people and systems in their environment. From the aspect of students who will become students, they need to prepare three separate stages in the transition process, namely: separation/separation, transition/transition and merger/merger. From the aspect of higher education, it is necessary to prepare strategies, programs and services to facilitate the transition for students who will enter college. This article reviews the results of a collection of literature regarding management and successful strategies implemented in various countries in facilitating learning from high school to university. The purpose of this literature review is to produce recommendations and considerations that can be used as guidelines for students, parents and universities involved in transition to manage the transition well and successfully.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of supply chain management on competitive advantage and organizational performance. The sample of this study is the owner or manager of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the food industry sector in Magelang Regency. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to 330 respondents. The research framework and hypotheses are tested by using regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of supply chain management on competitive advantage and organizational performance, and there is an effect of competitive advantage on organizational performance. However, the effect of supply chain management on organizational performance shows the effect directly or without intervening variables.

Abstract

Game users today have a lot, ranging from children to adults. Even parents are now starting to play the game as free time to get rid of boredom. Online games are now a favorite for users. The Hago application not only presents a number of game options, but the application can be used in the world of education, such as the use of chat rooms with several menu choices in it. With the chat room feature, users can communicate remotely, especially students and teachers in terms of learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of Hago chat Room as a virtal classroom for students. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data in the form of recorded chat room user conversations, while the data source in this study is the chat room menus in Hago. Data collection techniques are done by recording several menus in the chat room and data analysis techniques, namely analyzing the menus in the chat room into a virtual classroom. The results showed that the chat room has benefits in the world of education, namely virtual classrooms by utilizing the menus in the chat room.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dapat menimbulkan dampak yang menguntungkan dan merugikan bagi masyarakat. Terjadinya perubahan perilaku, etika, norma, aturan, atau moral kehidupan yang bertentangan dengan etika, norma, aturan, dan moral. Untuk itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi Lembaga Pendidikan di Indonesia khususnya pada sekolah Islam Terpadu dalam pembentukan karakter. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur, pencarian literatur dilakukan dengan menggunakan database Connected Papers mencakup semua publikasi yang diterbitkan antara Tahun 2014 - 2022. Sekolah Islam terpadu telah berkembang pesat dengan sistem full day dan boarding school. Sekolah Islam Terpadu (IT) tumbuh subur sebagai respon atas meningkatnya ketidakpuasan terhadap sistem pendidikan nasional yang selama ini dianggap tidak cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan saat ini, khususnya terkait dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, siswa tidak hanya pandai dalam bidang akademik tetapi juga memiliki sikap khusyuk, berperilaku baik, bertanggung jawab, dan beretika yang baik.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect of leadership, training, competence on the performance of lecturers of the Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. This study uses a quantitative approach, the survey design provides questionnaires, interviews, and observations to a target sample of 46 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS26 in hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers in the Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. Training has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. Leadership, training, competency simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance.

Abstract

Kesehatan harus dilihat sebagai investasi dalam peningkatan kualitas Sumber daya manusia berperan penting dan ketika pandemi virus Covid-19 masih terjadi di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Kearifan lokal yang tumbuh dan dapat ditemukan nilai kebenarannya berdasarkan berbagai fakta yang berlaku secara spesifik di lingkungan budaya masyarakat. Dalam upaya memelihara kesehatan dan menjaga kebersihan lingkungan maupun warganya, kearifan lokal masyarakat pedesaan di Jawa dapat ditiru. Dengan mencuci tangan merupakan strategi yang dikatakan sangat efektif dalam mencegah penyebaran infeksi virus corona.Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini diambil dari sumber data. Sumber yang digunakan antara lain buku teks, jurnal ilmiah, bahan referensi statistik, hasil penelitian dan sumber lain yang terkait. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kepustakaan yang berisi tentang teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan pertanyaan penelitian. Berdasarkan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kampanye cuci tangan pakai sabun terus dilakukan di tengah pandemi. Padahal, gerakan cuci tangan terbukti dapat meminimalkan risiko penyakit. Namun, karena pandemi cuci tangan pakai sabun sudah menjadi kebiasaan yang harus dimiliki karena diyakini bisa menurunkan kasus Covid-19. Padasan adalah solusi yang dapat dilestarikan kembali di setiap rumah agar kembali menjadi budaya, ikhtiar yang sehat. Padasan tidak selalu harus dalam bentuk ember tanah liat, memiliki keran di depan rumah dengan sabun tangan adalah salah satu bentuk upaya kami untuk mencegah penyebaran virus.

Abstract

The company is one of the important sectors in improving the country's economy and every company certainly wants to obtain optimal income. Therefore, human resources are an important aspect to be continuously improved as one of the driving forces for the optimal running of the company through work placements that are tailored to their abilities. This underlies the researchers to obtain further information regarding the effect of career development and placement on job satisfaction which has an impact on the performance of company employees. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of Career Development and Placement on Job Satisfaction which Impacts the Company's Employee Performance. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires to 50 respondents in XYZ company. The collected data will then be analyzed through the SPSS application. The results of the study show that career development and placement have an influence on job satisfaction with an influence value of 21.2% and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with an influence value of 81.7%.

Abstract

Adanya kebuntuan telaah psikologi modern dalam memaknai manusia sehingga perlu adanya paradigma baru dalam discursus psikologi untuk melengkapi telaah-telaah psikologi sebelumnya. Sebuah paradigma psikologi yang obyek kajiannya tidak hanya seputar psiko-fisik, psiko-kognitif dan psiko-humanistik manusia, tetapi juga dimensi spritual (ruhaniah) manusia luhur dan bersifat ilahiah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif diskriptif dengan menggunakan tiga pendekatan library study, grounded theory dan hermeuneutic, dan untuk menganalisis data maka peneliti menggunakan metodedeskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Paradigma ini secara khusus menaruh perhatian kepada studi tentang apa, siapa dan bagaimana manusia secara holistik dan integralistik, dengan memadukan telaah al-Qur’an dan psikologi transpersonal tentang manusia. Psikologi spiritual mencoba menggali dimensi-dimensi spritual manusia (fitrah dan ruh) sebagai anugrah Ilahiah yang telah ada sejak awal penciptaan manusia. Dimensi-dimensi inilah yang selama ini tidak dipelajari secara sistematis oleh teori-teori psikologi modern. Dengan demikian spektrum kajian psikologi spiritual tidak terbatas hanya psiko-fisik, psiko-kognitif, dan psiko-humanistik saja, namun juga psiko-spiritual dan psiko-religious.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra sekolah dan biaya pendidikan terhadap keputusan siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke SMK di wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88.523 siswa yang diambil berdasar jumlah siswa tahun 2020. Dalam pengambilan sampel penulis memakai non probability sampling dan digunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat error 10% dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 siswa. Dalam mengumpulkan data digunakan metode survey, dokumentasi dan studi literatur serta kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam pengujian ini digunakan analisis statistik yang meliputi pengujian regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat citra sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke SMK. Biaya pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke SMK. Citra sekolah dan biaya pendidikan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke SMK.
